Dr. Taylor and her staff are amazing! With every visit, I am met with a greeting and a smile as soon as I walk in the door. The same quality of service is maintained throughout the entire appointment, whether its being weighed, examined, or scheduling your next appointment. Dr. Taylor is very thorough and personable. She has an awesome way of letting you know youre okay/ going to be okay.

It’s unusual to find a business where all employees are just nice. I did not encounter one employee who did not greet me with a smile, nod of the head, or a verbal hello. And, the receptionist who greets as you walk-in was the best! Her beautiful smile, that early in the morning, confirmed for me that I was going to have a great day! And I did! Thanks Dr. Taylor and staff for always making my experience with you a most pleasant one! 🙌🏽

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Taylor’s for almost 30 years. I had my yearly in January and they said to call back in June to make my 2025 appointment. I’ve been calling today and yesterday and finally got someone to answer today and they told me she is booked for all of 2025 and would have to see one of her colleagues. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. My daughter, who Taylor delivered, has been seeing her since she was a teenager and they told her the same thing.If you have an appointment with Taylor, don’t count on her being your permanent doctor. My appointment was last year in November 2023. My visit was amazing, enjoyable, and informative. Her office is calming and the staff pleasant and courteous. Clean, great decorum, plenty of seating and you do not feel crowded. My appointment was timely. the Staff greeted me, and took my vitals. I had a brief session before entering the room to record any issues, and the exam room was warm and calming, she walked me through the process and made me feel secure. Then we discussed and decided a plan of action for upcoming services. Highly recommend. At the end, it did feel a little rushed, but I did get my questions answered.

My first visit with Dr. Taylor was a couple of months ago. I am interested in starting my conception journey with my husband and shared some personal concerns with her that had been on my spirit for a while. Dr. Taylor did not brush me off, she listened to what I was saying even when I couldn’t find the right words to say. She made a referral to the right sources and there indeed was something going on that was hindering our journey. Another Doctor may have brushed what I was saying off, but thank God for a listening, proactive, and knowledgeable Doctor like Dr. Taylor we now have the intervention we need to assist us with this process.

My family member is Sitting in the waiting room and the receptionist are playing a station with loud music with cussing disrespectful lyrics. Dr. Taylor is well respected but this is unprofessional and uncomfortable. Maybe her staff could play something more soothing and listen to the junk music after work.

Dr.Taylor is a nice doctor, but my last visit I was disappointed . It felt like she was rushing me out. My pervious visits she would take the time ask if I had any questions but she didn’t do this time. She was talking very quickly and didn’t even stop if I had questions. After she was reviewing the visit, she just got up and took me to the desk without asking me for questions or anything that was bothering me. I did ask her one question but I felt that I still rushed. I know she has a lot of patients but take the time to get personal with your other patients. Cause you never know sometimes people don’t feel like they aren’t being heard enough. I’m shy person, so it’s hard for me to speak up but, I doing this post so I can be heard by you. Thank you.

I love the doctors but I have a billing issue that I have been trying to resolve and have made several calls. Preventative care should not be something that is discussed after an appointment. My insurance covers 100% of preventative care. If a doctor ask you a question during your visit that should not mean that it is filed medically. It is a “yearly” checkup. I am currently waiting for someone to call me back.

I am shocked to see that there are only 2 reviews on Dr. Taylor. I love her to pieces. Shes the sweetest and most caring doctor Ive ever seen, and Im 61 so Ive seen bunches.
