We had a very positive first appointment with Dr. McCreless. The check in lady was very pleasant and kind, the wait time was very acceptable. Very much appreciated Dr. McCreless, she had the perfect balance of being professional and knowing her stuff, but yet very compassionate and down to earth. One small gesture we really appreciated was after the initial exam we went to her beautiful office and talked. She didn’t appear rushed and hurried and we felt very comfortable with her. A very understanding, sweet lady. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Mccreless is a great doctor! Shes always pleasant, greets you with a smile and shows caring in the way she examines and interacts with her patients. The receptionist, nurse, and lab tech were all incredibly helpful and made me feel at ease.Dr. McCreless was exceptional. She was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about my well-being.The office itself was bright and cheerful, and it was clear that they put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. Dr. McCreless is a specialist in menopausal-related medicine and she worked with me to develop a workable plan to address my symptoms. She has a very balanced view and she has an approachable personality. I felt very comfortable discussing my care and challenges with my health. I had both on-site and video consultations, which were very much appreciated since I live 2 hours away from her office. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. McCreless as my physician, and I have already recommended her to several other women who are seeking more specialized knowledge about menopause and attentive care by a wonderful woman physician.

Yesterday I had my first appointment with Dr.McCreless and she was amazing! She was so kind and made my whole experience very comfortable! I have not been going to a gynecologist for very long and this was only my second yearly that I have ever had and I was nervous but after meeting her and her amazing staff those nerves instantly went away. I hate going to doctors especially a gynecologist. I have always felt embarrassed to ask question about what was going on with my body. Gretchen made me feel so comfortable. She was kind and understanding. She listened to my concerns. I felt like she was genuinely listening to me. She made me feel like my needs were top priority. I drive two hours away to see her. I would gladly drive further. She is amazing.

Dr. McCrelles is a god send and so is her staff. They put me at ease and Dr. McCrelles is so open with me and explains ever detail of my care.

They will only validate parking if you have a mammogram. It was a good experience otherwise. Staff is very pleasant & professional.
