Best staff ever. Very friendly and accommodating. They help you so much and see everything through to the end. I’d recommend this clinic to anyoneI asked if they could become my primary care doctor but unfortunately they couldn’t or I would have.

Customer service is amazing!! They all greeted me with beautiful smiles at the front desk!! The doctor was super nice as well! Very clean inside as far as lobby and bathroom! Overall it’s a great place and they don’t waste anytime getting you in a room and taking care of you and getting you out and on your way!!!

When in need of a physician, Dr. Parsa is everything one hopes to encounter. He has a genuinely kind and empathetic demeanor. He is attentive, conscientious, personable and skilled in treatment - a truly talented caregiver! Dr. Parsa’s staff is excellent also. They are friendly, pleasant and make every effort to help!No appointment is necessary and there is minimal wait time to be seen. Insurance is accepted but fees are bargain rate for self-pay patients. If you need the best medical care, I feel confident that you will find it at Quickcare Family Medicine.

I wish every doctor was just like this. I drive past 100 dr offices to continue coming here after I moved out of town. My office wait time is usually made up for the little extra time I spend driving. Would and have recommended him to many many people

Fast service. Editing my review after previously posting. I can tell the Dr has good intentions in his voicemail and I don’t want to give the wrong idea about the clinic. Him calling makes me have more confidence in the clinic. I just wish I would’ve initially been given the option of the prescription, but as he left in his voicemail I could return it and get a prescription to use at whichever pharmacy I prefer. Dr. Parsa is very competent, knowledgeable & has helped me get my blood pressure, blood sugar & weight to healthy levels! He is also very nice, experienced & easy to talk to.Everyone at the office is extremely friendly & helpful! I was shocked to read the negative reviews because Ive been his patient for years & have always been treated with kindness & respect. The nurses are all friendly, knowledgeable & personable. Theyre great!

This has been my go-to urgent care for 2-3 years now. I’ve always had an excellent experience with this Doctor. He’s very patient and actually listens to you rather than being in a hurry to diagnose you and move on to the next patient. This is a rare quality in doctors today...😏He always has great bedside manner and I appreciate that I never have to wait too long to be seen. When it comes to wait time; even when the lobby is packed, your way better off going to QuickCare than an AFC that only has 3-4 patients sitting in the lobby.

My boss first sent me to Dr. Parsa a couple of years ago, because I dont have health insurance. Dr. Parsa genuinely cares about your health, is very patient, an excellent listener, and his staff is just amazing. He spends quality time diagnosing you, and answers any questions or concerns you may have. His office visit so inexpensive, and its obvious that he is truly there to help you. I havent gone to another doctor since I visited his office. An added bonus is that his staff is bilingual, and they can help anyone! He and his staff truly make my heart shine when I feel the worst.

I use UAB for my typical medical care.. but for Walk-In no appointment medical care, I have been visiting this place for about 3 years now. Excellent Staff from top to bottom, and DR PARSA is as good as anyone Ive ever used. He is TOP NOTCH!!

Me and a long with 100 of my friends have been to you name it Dr.s in Birmingham since Ioved here from NY in 1993. Dr. Pasta by far is they BEST Dr. In town PERIOD. Nice, considerate and does a great FN job. I am a white guy with blue cross blue shield and choose to go here. I highly recommend Dr. P over, Brookwood, Grandview, St. Vincents. You name it. If he did surgeries and hospice, no joke there would be no other medical fields in office. Keep up the excellent work. Thank you. Travis Wolfe.

I took my child to get stitches out and was informed that they dont do children. The name of the clinic is very misleading as family care if they dont do families- just adults.

Dr Parsa has been my doctor for years. He is a great Dr that listens & you can trust that he is going to give you the best treatment for what you need. The staff is just as great as he is. I love this place.

I couldn’t get in to see a doctor anywhere today. I found Dr Parsa’s office online and drove straight there. Got there 10 minutes before they opened at 10:00, and was in and out (as a new patient), in less than an hour. Staff and nurses were very nice and Dr Parsa was great!!! Will definitely use them in the future.

Went to Dr Parsa fearing I had bronchitis well I did. He was fast super polite and professional. Not to mention the phenomenal staff that were just great. It was very very affordable as well. This is hands down the best doctor visit have ever had in my life. I will never go to another doctor as long as Dr Parsa is around.

A very professional and caring Doctor! I recently had to visit the good Doctor 3 times with a 14 day period for an ongoing problem. He listened to my claims and zeroed in on a treatment which has taken care of the problem. Although there were prescriptions he focused on healthy treatments such as diet and intake of certain fluids. I have changed my fluid intake because of his advice. Wow! Results! I have found him to be very cost effective too, considering he didn’t charge me for the second and third visits. Seriously, I trust this kind soul! It’s been 8.5 years that he’s been my Doc and he has always helped me with a sincere focus and great medical care. Kudos to you Dr. Parsa!

Ive been seeing Dr. Parsa for years. I never wait long to get back and usually in and out very quickly. He is a very kind doctor and always takes time to listen to my needs or concerns. His staff is always very nice too. The office is always clean and my kids love the play area in the waiting room.

Dr. Parsa is diamond the ruff! I’m so thankful to have him as my primary care doc for my thyroid issues . He is very caring and wants to help you feel your very best. The staff is very great as well ! The prices are great with or without insurance .

Its exceptionally difficult to schedule an appointment with my primary care physician because her schedule is always booked. I decided to try these guys, and I admit I like them 1,000 times better than American Family Care. I didnt wait long at all. The doctor was a very nice, pleasant person. He diagnosed me quickly and wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic. After I took the medicine and went to sleep, I woke up the next day feeling so much better.

Dr. Pasa is great, very nice guy and seems to be very intelligent and knowledgeable. I went in for a problem I was having with my ear and Doctor Pasa helped me out. The office is clean and tidy. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and fast. I was a first time patient with no insurance and was in and out very quickly, practically no wait time, even without an appointment, I was a walk-in patient. Checking out was easy quick and no surprises, they even gave me a 1st time discount. I had a great experience at this clinic and would recommend them.

Very nice staff!! They always are smiling and are very good at their job. They are pulling my chart before I sign in... They remember my name which is hard to do when you see so many people. I know because I also deal with public & I sometimes forget some names. They all ask me how I am doing?? They make you feel welcome and are very Knoledgeable with any questions I have before I go back to see Dr. Parsa. He is always in a great mood. He is a great Dr. Always ask how is my medication is doing. I would highly recommend to all friends and family to Dr. Parsa.

Staff was very nice, wait time wasnt long at all.

I came in as a walk-in, no appointment, and they called me to the back pretty much immediately. The ladies at the front desk were so pleasant, and didnt mind taking the time to print a receipt for me. Nurse Leeth and Dr. Parsa were both super friendly and professional. I was there to get a documented physical exam, and they made the process so fast and easy. The $70 price of an office visit is more affordable than any other doctor in Hoover (especially the $200+/visit urgent care clinics) and is a huge relief when you dont have insurance. I will be recommending Quick Care Family Medicine to my friends and family, so when they need to see a doctor theyll know a great place to go.

I was looking for a new quick care place after a nightmare drs visit a couple of months ago so , I thought Id give this a try based on the great reviews and it completely lived up to the reviews. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. The doctor was awesome. I was there for a total of 40 minutes in and out! I really like the music playing in the background as well.And Instead of the doctor just speculating as to what was wrong with me they actually perform the test and told me exactly what was wrong 👍 Best quick family care place I have been to

Each time I go to this clinic I get treated with the utmost respect from the staff and Dr. Parsa. This clinic is very organized, efficient, and budget friendly. Dr. Parsa always listens to me when I describe how Im feeling and never rushes me like other doctors do. Frankly, I wish a Quick Care Family Medicine clinic would open in Atlanta.

Dr Robert Parsa is my family doctor for last ten years and although I moved to another state (Georgia) few years ago still whenever I need medical service or for check up I drive more than two hours to Alabama to his office. He is kind, knowledgeable and bashful person. Really I should say he is the best doctor I have ever seen in my life. God bless you Dr. Parsa 💐🌷

I just left and I already need to write a review.This was hands down my most amazing walk-in clinic experience thus far in my life.I was seen very quickly with minimal paperwork. Im in between I insurances and the cost to be seen here was less than half of ANY other clinic in the area (trust me, I work at one and called all the others).The people who worked in the back, nurse and doctor, were so kind and professional.The doctor spoke to me as long as I needed, unlike other clinics where you see them for thirty seconds, and discussed different options with me.They were willing to prescribe what I needed, without just throwing cough syrup scripts and other stuff at me like other places.And, I payed for it all, very reasonably priced, before I left! So no hidden fees or later billing. This is important to me as a lot of invoices sent to people get returned or otherwise not recieved when sent to apartments and then you may even go into collections without knowing about it.All in all, I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else for walk in visits.Info you may need that I saw while there - they take BCBS, cash, visas, MasterCard. They do x-rays on site, with most running $45 some a bit more, much cheaper than other places. They see children over one year of age. And theyll need to see your photo ID, and insurance card if you have it, upon visit.Hope this helps! Ive never written a review for anywhere as Im much too lazy, but this place touched my heart in my time of need.

I have known Dr. Parsa both professionally as well as personally. He is a kind and gentle doctor who truly cares about his patients. I know him and his staff are friendly and would do all they can to assist you. Over all I give this fine establishment lead by Dr. Parsa a Five (5) star and highly recommend his practice.

Been going to Dr.Parsa for 10 years. I found out I was pregnant 10 years ago anfmd have been going back to him ever since.I love the friendly staff. The office is always clean m. Tracy is amazing and sweet too!!They do accept BCBS incase anyone was wondering.10 stars!!

I hate having to wait in the doctors office, and I got in and out of here fairly quick. The front desk clerk and the nurse were both very nice, it has a relaxed atmosphere, and the doctor was very pleasant, although I think I might’ve got on his nerves a little bit because I have a little trouble hearing and he has an accent, But overall, I would still give them an A+ I am working here on a job so I’m from out of state, but if I lived here he would be my regular doctor.

Dr. Parsa is a literal life saver for me. Back before I had insurance I had gotten a very bad lung infection. He was able to diagnose the infection quickly and get me antibiotics. His office barely charged anything and he found a way to get me the medicine as cheaply as possible. Years later I had gotten a bad UTI after my vasectomy. The urologist kept telling me that my urine work came back okay despite my severe symptoms. Dr. Parsa was able to diagnose and treat the UTI even when the specialist surgeon could not. He is always willing to listen and lend a sympathetic ear. You do not feel like another patient being seen to make money. He makes you feel like a human being. In a world filled with Doctors just trying to milk you for every penny it is truly wonderful to have one who is so sweet and talented.

Really enjoyed my visit. Clinic was busy but the Doctor was extremely quick to get to me and the staff was professional. Although he was quick to get to me he didnt seem rushed and listened to my concerns. Ill definitely be going back.

I visited Quick Care at least two times before the incident that caused me to post this review. On those visits, I found Dr. Parsa and his staff to be cordial and knowledgeable. Thats what makes my last experience so bewildering.Recently, I got sick and was not getting better after about a week. I went to Quick Care because Id had good experiences previously.On my initial visit, the staff said something was going around, Dr. Parsa gave me some prescriptions, and I was on my way. It was a pleasant visit. A few days later, I still felt sick and so I went back.On this visit, Dr. Parsa was immediately hostile when he came into the examination room. He asked me questions and then would answer them himself in a derogatory manner. He actually RAISED HIS VOICE. He argued with or contradicted everything I said. For instance, when asked, I told him I had just taken the antibiotic because the other meds were for congestion, (which I didnt have yet). He accused me of not following instructions and not filling the prescriptions. (I actually had filled the prescriptions).  I told him I finished the first antibiotics, but still felt sick. He said antibiotics dont really work on sinus infections, but then he prescribed another antibiotic. He asked me what other antibiotics I had EVER taken. When I couldnt remember, he said, Youve just taken Zpacs always, nothing else?! It was like a temper tantrum.After only about two or three minutes, he just left the room and left the door open. I was so shocked, I didnt even know we were done.Because I WAS still sick, I went home and tried to process what had happened. I called Quick Care and ask to speak with someone in charge. A person who said they were the office manager would not even acknowledge my questions when I asked if he was upset with me, or someone else, or if there was some other explanation.Although I did get a prescription for more antibiotics, I did not request any medication.  As matter of fact, Im very sensitive to medications, especially antibiotics.  Dr. Parsa was aware of this.  I returned because I was still feeling sick and wanted to find out what was wrong.I decided to post this to forewarn others that you cant tell if youre going to get Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde with this doctor. If you are not feeling well, you may not want to take your chances with his unpredictable mood.I will not go back after this experience.

Wouldnt recommend. He is a rip off. He charges you $80 prescription refills and doesnt perform any examination. I originally visited this location bc I lost my job. I continued only for convenience. Dr. Parsa was not understanding for COVID 19 knowing his location has been closed. Will never return and Im going to blast this location on every social media platform. I will be reporting this location for discrimination. They are only understanding to Hispanics.

My whole family comes here whenever they feel under the weather! I’m almost always in and out in no time. They’re kind and caring people. Dr. Parsa is extremely nice and listens to what you say and creates a plan to help you get well accordingly. Love Quickcare!!

I was traveling through area from out of state on vacation and needed medical attention for an infected insect bite. I googled for an urgent care clinic near me and QuickCare Family Medicine came up. The staff and Dr Parsa couldnt have been any more kind, attentive and professional! I was in and out quickly with the medical attention and prescriptions needed to treat my wound and continue my vacation. I would highly recommend this clinic! :)

To say that Dr. Parsa is a lifesaver would not be an over statement for me. I suffer from very weak lungs and get yearly infections. Once my job ended at UAB my insurance went away. I have suffered with a lung infection slowly getting worse over the last two months. I finally got to where I could barely breathe or focus. My old Doctor refused to prescribe me the same antibiotics I had been given annually over the last five years for pneumonia without first running hundreds of dollars worth of tests that I could not afford. I was referred to Dr. Parsa by my pharmacist and he understood my dilemma. Within five minutes of arriving at his office I was being seen by him. My medical history combined with his quick checkup proved my issue. In no time I was given a steroid shot and a prescription for the life saving medicine that my UAB Dr. refused to give me without first padding a huge medical bill. Dr. Parsa even referred me to Publics where the medicine was given for free! This showed amazing integrity on his part. While some Doctors do everything they can to make money from their clients Dr. Parsa does not! The staff was amazingly friendly. The cost was a flat rate that was explained up front. The office was immaculately clean and my favorite singer Loreena McKennit was playing through the office radio. It is the small details that makes this Doctor stand out above the rest and prove that he genuinely cares about his clients wellbeing!

Diagnosed & was prescribed medicine & they were on their way. In and out quick!Whatever medicine yall prescribed him was filled up with WATER!!!! WE WERE FOOLED BIG TIME!!!Please go somewhere else!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC IN GENERAL!!

Amazing staff. Fast and polite service as a brand-new walk-in patient. Diagnosed my flu symptoms promptly and was out the door with a prescription soon after. Definitely recommended!

Ive been seeing Dr.Parsa for years now, I have Hypothyroidism, Anemia and Chronic Migraines, they always test my blood to see if my medication is right and I always see Dr.Parsa who makes sure Im feeling ok and happy with my meds. The Nurses are all very kind and patient and (I have what they call floating veins) when they draw my blood they only have to stick me once! Which is a day maker in my book! ;) I will continue going to Dr.Parsa even if I end up needing to drive an hour or more because they are top notch! :)

Dr. Parsa is so rude ! He shouted at me!!! I never saw before physician who is rude and acting nerves with the patients ! Never go to him again !!! its seems like I went there for free ! Dr. Parsa calm down and deservedly earn the money !!! If we are not patient, you would not make money and feed your family!

At first, everyone treated me right including doctors advice & caring attitudes. But, although they were nice at first, they sure disappointed me on my last day there!!! Dont understand why they acted like that because, as far as I know...I did nothing wrong to be kicked out! Shame on yall for doing that to me!!! I wasnt given any warning or anything!!! I arrived at 9.55am they open door at 10am and I want out with meds in hand by 10:30am. Awesome experience. Best and most affordable urgent care by far. Keep up the good work.

Called twice on a Saturday while they were open and you could hear someone answer them hang up the phone.

I hated it, they dont like the bad comments they expect only good, and they treat you bad if you dont post what they expected.just I dont recommended.

This place is terrible. They barely checked my partner in less than 5 minutes, they didnt give him a sure diagnosis, they didnt give him a solution to his pain or anything and so they stole $80 from him. They are a disaster. People like this should be imprisoned

If they are not going to attend after 5, then they have a 5:45 pm schedule and the nurse cant attend as often as possible.
