Dr. Megan Ward is sweet, caring, and she really listens to her patients! She takes her time and explains things to you and she doesnt make you feel like shes rushing through your appointment!!! Shes very thorough, and very responsive. She has real compassion for her patients and I can tell she was called to be a doctor, because shes FANTASTIC at it. Im soooo happy to be a patient of hers.

It was my first visit. I didnt have to.wait a long time in the waiting room. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The nurse was knowledgeable and was very thorough with my past medical history. The doctor was professional and seemed to really care about my medical needs. The lab personnel was very gentle and collected the samples without causing a lot of pain. I really appreciated that because I can sometimes be hard to stick. Overall I was very impressed with the entire visit. I would recommend this clinic to my family and friends. So definitely two thumbs up!

Dr. Formby and her team are an exemplary bunch of healthcare providers. She is an extremely genuine person, a kind and caring doctor who not only listens, but goes out of her way to provide an outstanding level of care to all of her patients. At the end of every visit, she always asks if she can pray for me & I welcome that wholly and fully and am gladdened by the fact that not only is she willing to take an intimate moment with you and the Lord, but she does it out of the kindness of her heart; you can tell she means every word of every prayer as well. Thank you Doc for being the best of the best!

The doctor listened to me and my concerns. He took notes. Was very thorough explaining everything he wanted to test for and why. For the first time in over 10 years I had a doctor that seemed to really care and take steps to find out what is going on with my health

I have just started going here...But during Covid, my husband was referred here from UAB Hospital. And they have always been great. Plus....its very close, and more convenient to our house.
