Rudest office staff ever, they will constantly hang up on you when you try to make appointments for your children. Never coming back here again.

Clinic is a joke as well as staff.. Unprofessional at its nicest.. They booked me on so many useless appointments to the point kid one cant even transport me to that clinic anymore because they always gone for the day, smh..I wouldnt take my dog to this clinic on its last breath..oh and dont even try to complain because the older white lady(manager) never finds any wrong within her staff🙄 And this was today.. Currently filling out papers for another dr now as i type this... Uab pediatrics for kids is always better..This clinic is Ghetto along with its staff.. Just shut it down already

I was on the line with a young lady attempting to change contact information. She was so rude . I asked is there another way to handle a certain situation without coming into the office and she got completely quite on me . Once I asked again she rudely told me that if I can’t go on the patient portal then there’s no other option. I didn’t know that going on the portal was ever an option. I asked her twice and she didn’t give me that answer at all. She just got silent on me and start speaking to me in a very uninteresting tone . The task was simple . Having such poor customer service makes me uncomfortable with you all having all of my personal and health information. That’s was the worst experience I’ve ever had with you all!

I personally thought this place was Great! Been coming here since October. I had my Maternity Appts here. The Nurse Staff were always so Friendly, made me Feel comfortable.Also my kids were seen by the Dentist here. They Did a great Job working with them... so Far never had any issues with long wait times.

All of the staff is VERY rude. At my first appointment I tried to bring in my mother and I called while in the parking lot to ask and the woman laughed over the phone and said “ nooo” then hung up the phone. They don’t take the extra steps to make a clean environment ether. I had to have blood drew and the lady got blood everywhere ( let me say to she had rips in her gloves from her nails so IK it got on her hands )wasn’t even entertaining the thought of cleaning it up. And there definitely not going to rush to see you ether I was the only person in my client part and had to sit in one of the nasty rooms that still had the stuff from the last person sitting there for 35 minutes before I even saw somebody

I have medicaid and all I ever go to this clinic for is birth control. The only complaint I have is the long wait in the waiting rooms. I usually spend about an hour and sometimes 2 in the waiting room on a week day even if I get there early. The staff is always polite and nice to me and I have had no problems otherwise.

I personally like this clinic. Staff is nice. I go to my maternity appointments there. Doctors and nurses give you a full understanding on what they are doing. Clean environment, COVID measures are definitely inforced. Overall, good place to go for any medical need.

Good luck with getting anyone to answer the phone!!!! Ive been next in queuesince 7:00 this morning trying to get my son a well check appointment since this is my day off and hes out from school. Wth!!! Then after waiting so long I get some type of error message and the phone hung up. So I had to call back! Another freaking hour and still no one is answering. I am in queue as I type this.

Called at 7am sharp and got through in second line to be answered. I stayed on for 15 mins only for the woman to say they were full for today. I told her I was second in cue. Her response was, Well, I dont see how thats possible. Were booked for today, and for the rest of this month. There will not been any slots until next month... I was highly upset.

They are amazing with my daughter. The doctor and the dentist all in one place which makes life easier on us moms!

Its alright.Definitely not an urgent care clinic, nor that perfect five star clinic.Just the average everyday health center. The only thing I can complain about honestly is the fact that they keep switching up the pediatric well waiting rooms with the sick waiting rooms, Ive already gotten the flu from this clinic, but that wasnt the reason. I used the bathroom after someone had the flu used it and they didnt sanitize it. I havent had any problems with any nurses reusing needles (that I know of)I would appreciate it if you guys used Lysol, just warn people with asthma to get one of those cough masksthat you hand out, I really dont want the flu again guys.

This is the most horrible place.. The same day appointment line is ridiculous. U call at 7. Sit on hold 30 mins and still may not get an appointment. And if u do.U sit in the waiting room forever. Very unprofessional place. Then the lady on the appt. Line just got smart and hung up in my face. The only part of that clinic that i enjoyed was the uab maturnity part. U ladies over there are Great! I will be getting my baby out of there TODAY!!

Horrible place ever!!!! I have called literally 2 days in a row to be seen by a doctor every single time Im calling at 7:00 sharp sit on hold for literally 30 min just for them to say there are no damn appointments and the people there are always rude and have a attitudes why work somewhere dealing with the public and your just going to be nasty to them; its very sad I will not ever attempt to visit or recommend this place for ANYONE to visit just horrible.

Literally just got off the phone to schedule a checkup ill give this place a 0 if i could soo…the lady caught an attitude & I automatically just canceled my appointment because i do not do the poor customer service ma’am maybe she wokeup on the wrong side of the bed. I will not be visiting this clinic everr new clinic ME PLZ!

Horrible service very long wait times. And you have to call at 7 am to schedule any type of appointment. U may sit on hold from 7-8 am and be 4 th in que the whole ftime. Sometimes they never answer. If you decide to go make an appointment in person they will not take it and u will be told to try and call again 😑. This is literally the worst doctors office ever.! Cant even get a wic appointment!

They DO NOT like to answer the phone in the mornings for an appointment. Like, how many patients do you guys take on an average day?

Good Staff but its Hard to get my Kids in. They do not like to answer the phone in the Mornings!!! Nice place but otherwise looking somewhere else for my kids to go!

They don’t neverrrr answer the phone... they’ll say your call is next in line but it’ll take 20+ mins to get a answer from anyone AND they don’t call to remind you about appmts so when you miss it you’ll have to wait even longer to get seen

I waited for threw hours for my daughter to be seen. Hew would have known i would have been told that i just be mistaken not one but three times im switching Doctors

I am really thinking about changing my kids clinic because I called for an appointment and when I finally got an answer the women wasnt professional at all ...she answer the phone by saying hello like she was at home ...and when I ask for and appointment she ask me was the kid sick or need a check up...she told me theybwhere all booked and hung up in my face .....this was the worst experience and not the first.....😡😠#MyKidsComeFirst

Cant get an appointment! The Mexican have took over this clinic! Call at 7:00 and they say they are already book for the day. This is because they have a Spanish line and they take all the appointments!

Lady at the front door was in a really bad mood and would not let me walk into the office. Told her I had an appointment she still did not let me walk in!
