What a fabulous service experience! The front desk team was helpful and kind. Kendra took her time, made recommendations and was very thoughtful about my Botox. New clients can return after two-three weeks for a check-in to ensure you are satisfied. I purchased some dermal skin cream and love all the product offerings. Overall, the visit was a 10 out of 10. Thank you HerMD! I will be back.

I had a phenomenal experience at HerMD. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and I didn’t feel intimated walking into such a beautiful space. Kendra (RN) was TOP NOTCH! She’s had many years of injecting experience and was so kind, sincere, and most importantly, she listened to my concerns! She gave me a natural cheek which is ann area I really dislike about myself. I highly recommend this med spa, and I’ve visited many in the past! Don’t let the location or construction scare you!

HerMD is wonderful!! Dr. Hahn is very knowledgeable and up to date on current menopausal medicine. I researched the area to find an expert on menopause and this office truly fits the bill!! She truly cares about the quality of life for her patients. I highly recommend her for any gynecological needs. She is very pleasant to work with!!!

First the office has a spa like feel and the staff is warm welcoming. The NP was absolutely wonderful full of energy and best part she listen. She didnt stare at a computer asking me generic questions she actually listen to my concerns ofered hope and support. Using pen and paper. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and she told me Anne I am going to help you figure this out. So grateful . Plus had water snacks hot tea coffee... Highly recommend. Thank you giving me hope.

What a great experience! The staff is fabulous. From the moment I walked in and all the way through the check out process, I felt at ease. It is a very comfortable, unpretentious environment. A really cool, trendy waiting area and the rooms are the same. Not your typical doc office vibe. Such a great concept to be able to one-stop-shop as far as womens issues and cosmetic issues are concerned! :)

Let’s all face it, going to the gynecologist for an annual exam, etc. is not pleasant, very few of us, if any, look forward to it. Her MD comes with such a relaxing atmosphere along with the best people. Everyone is so pleasant and sweet along with Dr. Taylor Hahn who I adore. Who gets a welcome hug from their doctor? I do! 😊 Many of my friends have gone also, and the PA and NP are just as wonderful, from what I’ve heard.. One day, I will have to try the esthetic side of the practice to get my glow on!

Its so refreshing to have my health care at HerMD! My concerns are thoughtfully considered and I am given many options for treatment. Dr. Hahn is kind and knowledgeable, and the rest of the staff are amazing, too!

HerMD has been one of the best medical offices I have encountered. Everyone there is extremely helpful and willing to listen about your concerns, and genuinely wants to address them and help you overcome them. Danielle McElroy is extremely knowledgeable in her skin care experience and has worked to address many concerns I have about my changing skin. Her facials are top notch! Dr. Hahn has been an amazing OBGYN for me and my postpartum concerns. She has listened and provided me with information on next steps and a path to explore while others have simply wrote them off as the new normal. I recommend anyone to HerMD for any of their wide variety of services.

I’ve had some tough experiences at OBGYN offices before. I was very nervous to try somewhere new because you just never know. I can say with out a doubt, I don’t think you can find a higher level of care than I did at HerMD. My appointment happened to be on the first day of them trying their new system. Everyone was trying to figure out how to navigate all the “new”, but it never got in the way of making sure I got the care I needed. I was with Amy Kinnett, and I truly trusted every word that came out of her mouth. She was honest, up front, and very open, which helped me to feel extremely comfortable telling her all about my history and anything that had been going on with my body. If she told me to stand on my head I probably would. I felt like I was the most important thing to her in that moment. She wasn’t staring at a computer screen, rushing through the appointment, and reassured me with all my concerns. I was there for an annual/new patient visit and to talk about getting my IUD changed. My last IUD I had no pain control what so ever, and really wanted a place that would put my pain as a priority. I asked a TON of questions about getting a new one, and she answered all of them and assured me that I would not have to be in pain for the switch, which I feel is sadly really hard to find now a days. I can’t recommend this facility enough, and since my appointment there I have told absolutely everyone that will listen to come here. I have never felt more heard, seen, appreciated, and comfortable in a doctors office.

Great communication, listening, caring - I’ve been spreading the word to all my female friends! Courtney listens, she’s thorough and comforting, and Amy K is vibrant and informative. The women in other areas are sweet and welcoming as could be. LOVE this place!

Her MD sincerely changed my life and the trajectory of my health! Dr. Amy Kinnett has been nothing short of amazing. Prior to attending here, I struggled being diagnosed properly for symptoms Ive faced since I was a teenager. Dr. Kinnett and her staff took me seriously until we reached conclusion to identifying my symptoms. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. Scheduling is easy, the atmosphere is comfortable and there are so many nice amenities including the Skinceuticals skincare line! I had my first appointment with Dr. Hahn today and I have never left an appointment feeling so informed and comfortable about next steps. The phlebotomist was incredibly patient and kind and the front desk staff are so nice and welcoming! I was so lucky to find Amy Kinnett again after not having seen her since before the pandemic. Everything about my first experience with HerMD was wonderful. The new patient process, reception, the aesthetics of the building, and of course Amy. She has always had the best bedside manner where she blends her professionalism with kindness. Once you start a conversation with her you almost forget why you have come to see her in the first place. My visit with Amy has given me hope that the aging process and symptoms I am experiencing does not have to be so painful. Ive been searching for a place and provider like this most of my adult life! from the moment you walk in you are greeted with a spa like experience in a dr.s office wow! then combine that with an amazing provider like Courtney what a huge win! Kendra is just the best. I followed her when she moved from Plainfield to HerMD, and I live in Terre Haute! She is very much worth the extra drive.She is exceptional at what she does, and has a warm and caring personality. I truly cannot say enough good things about Kendra. I had went to an few offices prior to this one looking for answers. The office staff was kind, Courtney Cortez was wonderful, she explained everything she was thinking and really made me feel informed and at ease. A far cry from the provider I had seen previously. Everyone was pleasant from the front desk, the nurse, the phlebotomist just wonderful. Best doctor office experience I’ve had in years.

Dr. Hahn is the best OBGYN doctor ever. She is very personable and make the process absolutely very easy. She explains everything clearly. Everything was done efficiently from the beginning! The space is gorgeous and clean. Parking lot is a bit tricky so be sure get there ahead of time so you can park in a free parking garage. Will not visit any other place for my yearly check-up again!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY MENSTRATION ISSUES!!! Dr. Han is extremely incompetent and her only answer to any question is I dont know. These doctors and nurses do not care for their patients, they seem annoyed to answer their phones to answer patient questions. Dr. Han does not prioritize patients compared to her personal life (never in the office or always conveniently on vacation). I have just been switched from medication to medication and none of it has worked except the Nuva ring, for which I have just been denied the request to have my prescription refilled. If you are a woman struggling with menstrual issues please do not go here and continue to search for something better, the bedside manner is despicable and outright embarrassing. Maybe if they acted like they cared about their patients instead of getting annoyed with them, theyd help some women.

Dr. Hahn is amazing! I had my initial annual exam and she took time to get my history, ask questions to get additional documentation from other providers, educate me during my exam, and then scheduled a follow up to address some concerns Ive been having. I was so impressed by her level of care and knowledge of information for the questions I had. Im so happy I found her and highly recommend her to anyone!

Danielle was amazing. I had a hydrafacial and a dermaplane and can’t wait to go for my next one! She was very professional and personable. I enjoyed every minute of it!!

Wow! I had my first appointment yesterday and have never felt more taken care of or on the right path to my own health! Excited to continue working with the HerMD team in Carmel on bettering my life and not feel like I’m just a dollar sign to a doctor. Also it feels so Lux in there and not sterile like a normal doctors office. Our bodys are temples and we deserve all the sparkle & comfort we can get!

As soon as HerMD Carmel opened, I made an appointment with Amy Kinnett, who I followed from another practice. At HerMd, she has been able to offer me many more options to help with atrophy. Based on the options, I have used several treatments which were successful and also other treatments from the medical spa side of the practice as well. The staff is excellent and if I have issues and Amy is not available, the other doctors have seen me. The whole staff of doctors are great to work with, very caring and knowledgeable. Love this practice!

I had my husband go with me to my visit. The nurse practitioner Amy was fantastic. She was so upbeat and kept reassuring me that we were going to get my problem fixed. She included my husband in the conversation. She listened to me and made me feel very comfortable. She offered us several samples to try which was fantastic. I absolutely loved her!!!! After having a horrible experience with the IU Health North Hospital, coming to HerMD was the biggest breath of fresh air. Every woman working there was wonderful. After seeing Amy Kinnet I walked out of my visit feeling heard and supported. I honestly can’t thank her enough for listening to me when no one at IU Health would. I can’t recommend HerMD enough!!

The opening of HerMD and Amy Kinnet has changed my life. I went to 3 other doctors for pelvic pain over course of 2 years and she is the only one to take my pain seriously and look for answers. Everyone in the office is warm and welcoming. Maddie is a cheerful happy face walking in, Callen is the most personable nurse I’ve ever encountered and it’s always a positive experience all around.

After one visit, HerMD is the only office I ever want to go to again! Courtney Cortez and all of the staff were so caring and attentive. I was over 10 minutes late to my appointment (thank you GPS for giving me the wrong directions, lol) and was very stressed out about not being able to be seen today. When I called they were so kind and got me in when I arrived! The appointment was wonderful. I was quite the problem patient because after getting blood drawn I became very nauseous and threw up. All of the staff rushed over to fan me, gave me an ice pack and held my hair back. Overall, they were truly the kindest and most understanding group of people. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I’ve been struggling to find a doctor who can help me figure out everything that’s going on - from hormones as a 42-year old woman to girly issues after having 3 natural childbirths to thyroid problems and not being able to tell which thing is causing which symptom/issue. After one visit Dr. Hahn made it so easy to talk through, understand, and come up with a plan to work through it all…one step at a time. If this was my experience after one consult I can’t wait to see where I’m at 3, 6, 12 months from now!

Dr. Hahn is amazing! She is very kind. She asked me lots of questions & REALLY LISTENED to my concerns. She is very knowledgeable & we discussed multiple options for treatment. I did not feel rushed. I would definitely recommend her.

It was so nice to find a practice that focused on my menopause needs where it didn’t feel like they were just an afterthought beyond having babies. I followed Amy from her prior practice and she could now really spend all the time I needed to and went through all of my concerns. Amy Kinnett and her staff have helped me navigate this crazy peri / real menopause rollercoaster. First time in 5 years a practioner didnt just act like the symptoms were something to deal with until you made it through! So glad HerMD opened near me a year ago, and I said I would try it instead of super large, traditional ob/gyn office.

I had my first appointment with Amy Kinnett. The office is very welcoming and soothing. The front desk warmly greeted me and thanked me for completing my forms online. It was nice to hear that Amy and her nurse have been together for a number of years. Amy entered the exam room and we chatted like two old friends. She is real and down earth. She asked questions, took notes, answered all my questions, made recommendations and didn’t belittle any of my comments. We shared stories. She was thorough in her exam. She would explain what she was doing and what to expect. I highly recommend Her MD.

The space was beautiful and welcoming (nothing like the standard, cold rotating door Dr office) which made me immediately feel comfortable. It only got better when I was taken back (on time) to an intimate and relaxing room by an angel (who I later found out was actually the nurse, not a real angel). Then I met Amy Kinnett. She is an amazing professional who for the first time in my life made me feel so comfortable that I was easily about to address the issues I had avoided for many years. I found them by accident because I’m suffering through menopause and looked for a support forum and found them. My appointment was amazing. I LOVE the nurse practitioner I saw (Amy), a woman around my age who was so supportive and even fun to talk to. And I was *very* candid but felt so comfortable talking to her. She was absolutely amazing, a sweetheart, truly took time to get to know me and my wants. She was never pushy and we went over on time, quite a bit, on my consult but never made me feel rushed. She is patient, kind, and full of passion for women’s health. She always listens to my concerns and even provides me with additional information for each season of my health. As a woman who gets a little anxious surrounding these types of appointments, I cannot tell you how different my experience at Her MD was in comparison to other women’s health practices. The building itself is so calm and welcoming, complete with genuine staff and a warm environment. I cannot recommend Dr. Amy Kinnett and HerMD enough to anyone looking for wonderful women’s healthcare!

Initial appointment was a 5. However the blood draw was scary. 1st stick she thought hit a tendon- made me nauseous and almost passed out. Never experienced this before.
