Mrs. Barbra (hopefully I spelled it correctly) was really helpful. She assisted me in calming me down and making sure I understood everything. She was a great listening ear and she made me feel safe about coming into the clinic. Many representatives seem to not care about who’s on the other side, and she does. God bless her :)

I am not the type to leave reviews but like I was telling my family back home in jamaica I was so impress with the service that I received last friday lol so kind and considerate even after doing my procedure and calling back DIANA/DAYLA I cant remember the name lol but I remember the name start with D she was so compassion talking to me instructing what to do .I will highly recommend this place the girls at the front so nice and patience.I cant remembering getting this type of treatment in jamaica when you go to a place like this dwl

Haven’t went yet, but called. Can’t believe they’re open on 5 PM on a Saturday! Very nice gentleman answered the phone. Explained the whole process told me the cash price there’s no tax and they told me they would accept me even though I’m from Mississippi a.k.a. an abortion no go stateIf I end up needing it from my crazy Valentine’s Day, I definitely know who to go to lol

This office is WONDERFUL ! The staff was amazing. Everybody is so nice and sweet. The doctor was the most knowledgeable and well trained board certified doctor. Last but not least Mrs.Barbara is the most amazing person ever !

This was my first time coming here and first time coming to a doctor for their services and all I have to say is thank you. You al treated me so kind despite my set back on not coming more prepared. The front desk ladies were super sweet and caring and when it came time to see the doctor it was super fast. He walked me through everything that he was doing and despite the pain that came along with the procedure I went with I knew I was in good hands. I left feeling more relieved and definitely more comfortable. I would recommend this office to any woman who makes her own decision to take this path. Thank you for caring for me and making me feel comfortable throughout my appointment.

Horrible! Worst experience of my life. No counseling or real information given to me. The nurse Nesha was the only nice and compassionate person there. Doctor was careless and rough and I had to go to the ER an hour after procedure. Felt like I was in a chop shop. Turns out he bruised one of my walls, cervix was filled with blood and my pain was so excruciating, i was given stronger medication from the hospital. The hospital also confirmed that he was rough and careless with my procedure after tests were ran. I do NOT recommend this place, my experience was very traumatic.

For my first experience I was scared but the friendly faces and the kind word’s definitely helped. unexpectedly I received a phone call that night asking if I was ok!! The patient advocator sat on the phone with me for more than an hour as i cried I truly appreciate Ms.Barb for that!!! It’s also very private I only seen one other person while I was there.

I called to change my appointment, guess they were busy because a few hours later Ms. Barbara called me back and omg I love her.. she made me feel so safe and assured me I was in good hands I feel very comfortable going to my appointment and I cant wait to meet her in person

Amazing staff and Doctor. Everyone was friendly and understanding, mostly female staffed so the experience is ALOT more comfortable. Quick and easy process as well.

After paying $535 for the medical abortion I was told to come back the following week for a follow up appointment. When I got to the office the front desk lady didnt remember I had an appointment. So I waited 15 mins for her to call me to the back to say I had to pay another $45 for the follow up appointment. This was not something she or the doctor disclosed to me before I left my initial appointment. While I was not displeased with their service I feel there facility lacks warmth. They definitely need to reclean and reorganize the office. I do believe there are other clinic that will make you feel for comfortable. Do you research. I do not recommend this clinic

Had to call the police because one of the workers, slammed the glass door on his hands, another put her hands on me and the other pointed a gun at me when trying to leave. This all occurred due to a mistake on their end. They are not professional and acted like high schoolers.

I recommend this office for any needs related to their practice the whole staff have amazing bedside manners they’re so caring so positive with great experience and they’re well knowledge so they can talk you through your procedure and make you feel comfortable in A uncomfortable situations the wait time was pleasant for me I had no problems waiting even if it’s not crowded to compliment the excellent professional service I received the facility is also clean and sterile they have an amazing recovery room nice music to listen to and they provide you with snacks candy drinks condoms etc. if and when needed you don’t even have to ask it’s offered I love how they check on you while waiting and to top it off The Dr is on Top of his Craft very professional Aware and caring like a father / brother I am a real patient and I will recommend others in future for All ob gyn needs & parent planning thank you so much I hope this brings new patients you all deserves the business
