The doctor was incredibly nice and made me feel very comfortable through everything which is the reason for my 4 star rating. Aside from that, I received 3 phone calls prior to my appointment asking for my health insurance, and then upon checking in asked another time if I had health insurance. The ONLY reason for my visit was to receive my depo shot which the staff neglected to tell me I was supposed to bring with me to my appointment until 3 seconds into my appointment, even after the prior 3 phone calls asking about my health insurance. The miscommunication and un-organization of this office through me through a loop.

Marissa had a very caring attitude. She listened carefully and answered all my questions. I especially appreciated the thorough explanations of the procedure and possible outcomes.
