Upfront about pricing, informative, and very kind. Didn’t feel judged or pressured in any way during my STD test, and was allowed to self-swab. I’m not personally religious and understand that this is a technically a religious facility, and in fact I accidentally made an appointment here thinking I was making an appointment at the local planned parenthood— but the staff is very friendly and professional, and I felt comfortable and welcome. Would recommend to anyone for comprehensive STD/bacterial testing and information related to STDs. The testing also includes treatments for positive diagnoses and informational summary printouts from the CDC.

I called freaking out pregnant wanting to seek an abortion and this girl named I believe it was Vanessa who helped me calm down and chose to keep my baby, but it turned out to be a false positive either way this girl really took the time out of her day to listen to my concerns. I just really dont know what I would have done if she didnt console me the way she had. I appreciate the PRC so much for this moment interaction you guys have great employees.

Pushy and caused me a lot of distress (which is the last thing a pregnant woman needs.) I went there the first time and it went decent. However, they would not let me bring home ultrasound photos unless I showed them an ID to prove who I am even though the baby is obviously IN MY BODY.Then I called them frantically hoping to make another appointment. I explained that I had not been approved by Medicaid yet but want to make sure my baby is ok and that Im getting some kind of check ups at least until Im approved by Medicaid. The lady on the phone proceeded to SHAME me for not going to a regular doctor or being approved by Medicaid. Then told me their clinic is only going to help me if I abort my baby.I hung up, very hurt by how the lady on the phone treated me and told me to kill my baby simply for wanting to get some form of care. After telling me they wont help me unless I abort my baby, they started calling me for a few months every two weeks trying to get an update on my decision and pregnancy and wouldnt quit until I told them off for how they treated me and had to block the number to make them leave me alone(I am now approved by Medicaid and seeing an actual OB, Incase anyone is wondering or concerned)

The Pregnancy Resource Center is an amazing community resource to help people from all walks of life. If you want truthful, accurate information about your choices, this is the place to go. They also provide testing and treatment for men and women who wonder if they have a sexually transmitted infection. Their medical facility is professional and their staff is both competent and compassionate. You will be safe and will you be treated with respect. You can rest assured that everything will remain confidential. I would recommend the PRC to my best friend, and to my closest family member. I encourage you to check it out for yourself.

I tried to go to PRC today for an ultrasound and was told I would need to make an appointment because spots fill up quickly for ultrasounds. Thats fine, I completely understand that. What I didnt like was that I was taken into a room to schedule an ultrasound and was asked what my plan was for the baby. I said I was going to keep it. The woman working then says well we like to reserve those appointments for women who are unsure on what they are going to do....like really?? So because I said I planned on keeping the baby Im not entitled to a free ultrasounds like your website boasts. Thanks a lot PRC!

I volunteered at the PRC for several years, and am proud to financially support them. They maintain a strong commitment to medical accuracy, professionalism and excellence in service. They are dedicated to serving everyone who walks through their doors, free of judgement. They do not push agendas, but present facts. PRC offers truth, hope, and grace in a judgment free environment.

The PRC is very welcoming and really cares about every patient that walks through their doors. They offer amazing services including low cost STD testing! I highly recommend the PRC.

Ive worked with the Pregnancy Resource Center for many years. The staff serves the West Michigan community very well! Their facilities are clean, attractive and easily accessible. Their staff is very caring and helpful to all come to them for service. And their varied programs are top quality and directed toward caring for the needs of all who come to them for help!!

I was a volunteer here. Women were treated with great respect and kindness. Everything was free; ultrasounds, pregnancy tests, diapers, cribs, strollers, clothing, all kinds of supplies, counseling, adoption connections. Probably half of the people were volunteers. The whole place operated without government funding. It operates primarily by charitable donations and volunteers. I studied nursing and what was told to the clients aligns perfectly with my obstetrics nursing text book. I worked in mother baby and neonatal and again, what they told expectant mothers was truth. There were no lies or propaganda and the client did not pay a penny.

The Pregnancy Resource Center of Grand Rapids wraps their arms around people in a loving and nonjudgmental way -- they are a wonderful resource for the community that offers free ultrasounds and other medical services plus education and family support programs. Im grateful for the work of pregnancy resource centers here and across the country -- a PRC helped me years ago when I was facing an unplanned pregnancy. I dont know what I would have done without their help. Thank you!

Treated very disrespectfully on the phone and via text. Website states that you are entitled to a Limited ultrasound after having a positive pregnancy test to verify pregnancy, hear fetal heartbeat, etc. The lady on the phone just kept saying the same sentence We only do limited ultrasounds. What you need is an OB. Very disappointed in that woman, and by extension organization.

**This is an anti-choice fake clinic** Does not include all options + will push religious agenda pro-birth choices on you/someone you have brought there for options. There are a lot of better pro choice options in the immeadiate area- please visit those to get the support you need and deserve. Planned Parenthood is a couple doors down, you will get honest answers + the support you need there.

I didnt have insurance at the time, but I need a place to go to get tested for BV. The nurse was cheerful, but giggly when she asked if if you found out you were pregnant today, what would happen? I understand why she asked that question, but dont act all cute.So the result come back...I dont have BV. Well, I still have the symptoms, and its getting annoying. I finally went to my regular doctor a few days later. Guess what? I have BV. I got proper treatment and was better a few days later. I ghosted the doctor when she called me back with the third party lab results. She left PHI on my voice mail, which is a huge no-no.Also, the board of directors doesnt have a single doctor, or medical professional on it. I find it ironic that an organization that provides care for pregnant women has one female on its board of directors. The rest are all male CEO/CFOs.

Wonderful and caring organization and staff. They truly CARE about every single patient who walks through their doors.

Highly qualified medical staff. Licensed nurses as well as registered sonographers to provide care and ultrasounds at the same level as physicians office. Board members comprised of doctors and other medical professionals. Caring staff that provides judgement free answers and information.

The prc is very professional and has well trained staff that are able to give information about all your options. Wether thats adoption, abortion, or raising a child. I was in very good hands, and very well informed.

I came in with no appointment and was seen almost immediately. Everyone was so considerate , friendly, and helpful from the receptionist to the nurse who saw me. Highly recommend this place!

Trash, absolute garbage place to go. They are anti choice and force their religious views on you. Zero stars if I could. They are not a credible facility in my opinion and I would discourage anyone who wanted to go here.

PRC is an important community asset. They serve women with compassion, dignity and grace.

This clinic will NOT provide abortion services. This is a Crisis Pregnancy Clinic. These clinics are tax payer funded to delay and provide misleading information to women seeking abortion until they are too late into pregnacy.

Their free ultrasound is the same as what you’d get from an OB-GYN. They offer judgment free care.

This is a great place that provides free services to men and woman. A great place to go if you need help!!! They also treated me very well.

They are not an pregnancy termination provider. They are an evangelical Christian organization that spreads falsehoods about pregnancy termination services.
