Ok, this place is awesome! I have been doing some bio-optimization and part of that includes advanced laboratory testing. I needed to get blood drawn for a test kit and the laboratory the kit came from recommended Any Lab Test Now. The Irving location is quiet, clean, and normally has same day appointments. The price for my blood draw was extremely affordable and reasonable. That’s not even the best part! Shaikh was my technician and he is INCREDIBLE. I’ve had a large amount of blood drawn before and the phlebotomist needed to stick me 2-3 times to get enough volume. Not Shaikh! He filled all required vials with a single stick. I’m so impressed with his skill. I will 100% be returning for any blood draws I need in the future!

My experience was awesome with who I worked with on Friday. The only thing was that I was never told that it would take 24-72 hours. I called 4/1/24 to get a response why I have not gotten them and the guy I spoke with in the morning was very rude and he didn’t know anything. Then I called later and asked another lady and as well was very rude and she said that I would have to wait and didn’t ask for any information on when my test was done. She just proceeded to say that it was not ready. They really should be direct about timelines and let us know when we would get results.

I had my blood drawn because I thought I had malaria, but thank you so much for being so kind and not making me feel sick at all!! Totally recommend.

This is the best way you can get your lab tests done. My appointment was at 8:45 AM. I was in at 8:42 and out by 8:50. Ms.Dezeray Dean was polite, calm and swift in taking samples painlessly. I did not even feel the needle prick.

I was a walk-in patient on a Saturday. I anticipated a wait, and had none. Kristin greeted me immediately and warmly, and was helpful making sure I had all of the information needed. During my visit, I witnessed Kristin handle a difficult call professionally and quickly. She went above and beyond even after I could hear the other end of the conversation (lots of cussing and then hanging up.) The facility was clean, and I was in & out before an hour had passed. I even received a phone call today about my results, which were also emailed to me, AND faxed to my doctors office. Id recommend this facility to anyone needing lab work done!

I visited the Irving location last Saturday and was lucky enough to receive care from Kristin. I absolutely hate tests but Kristin was patient kind, thorough and a true professional. I was in and out in no time at all and she made sure that I had all the paperwork I needed. I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews regarding the waiting time but I called the lab and was told I could just walk in. To my greatest surprise it turned out to be the best experience I have had in a long time. There was no crowd unlike what I had read, I was attended to in less than 20 minutes I was done. Vicky was exceptionally good and very welcoming. She is such an amazing person and my result has since been sent to me in less than 24hrs. Other labs I called told me it would take up to 7 days. I am very happy I chose Any Lab Test Now and highly recommend their services. Thank you Vicky!!

Really poor job to be honest . I had to call them after a week of going to their clinic to get my results after they told me that they will call me after 2 to 3 business day to get my results but not only that ... when the (doctor / Receptionist) took me to the back to draw my blood she gave me buices because she couldnt find my vain . After she shot me twice , I had to ask for a bandage because she didnt give me one and my blood was coming out !

Kristin is just incredible in every sense of the word. Her professionalism was pristine while also just having the best all around personality. I HATE going to labs! But with Kristen makes whats usually and anxiety ridden time very peaceful!! I dont even feel like Im in a lab!! Shes the best nurse Ive ever had! I come here for literally EVERY one of my labs! Whats even better is in these weird time with social distancing , she continuously wiped down counters, washed her hands, kept her mask on. I highly recommend ANY time you go to ask for Kristin!!!!

Maria Gonzalez is amazing! She has fit me in last minute without an appointment several times, and is always helpful completing my paperwork & getting the information back to my doctors. The process took very little time and we received results within two days, with a slight unforeseen delay.

I came here three times trying to get a test done. The first time I came a little after 5 and they said they close at 6:30 and it’s too late for a test, when the test takes five minutes. She told me to come back any other day. I came another day. She told me that they don’t perform that test on the weekends?? She did not inform me of this prior and this isn’t listed anywhere on their site. I asked how long the results take to come in if I come Monday because I have a strict nursing deadline. She told me for sure Thursday. I came a third time on Monday and it was a different lady and she performed the test for me, upon asking HER when I’d get the results she says “It’s 3-5 business days, I don’t know why she’d tell you that”. Obviously I am exhausted at this point and i already have my arm out about to get pricked so I ask her when I’ll get the results exactly and she says Thursday. Today is Friday. My deadline was today. I haven’t received any results. I wouldn’t come back here again I’d rather pay more to get consistent and reliable service.

I am difficult to get blood out of and the manager, again, found another spot to get it out of me. She is also knowledgeable about the tests. I get my blood work done in advance of going to the doctor. I have had a recent new diagnosis and am in the process of going to a specialist for the first time. I had googled some tests and had an opportunity to talk to her about things.

This location and Vicky are exceptional! They are independently owned and operated so I travel further to come here and stay away from the one near my house in Flower mound. Even when this location is busy Vicky gets everyone taken care of professionally and efficiently

Took a COVID-19 test for my flight last minute because CVS didn’t pull through and this place took care of it within a couple of hours. Getting in was quick and easy too. Great place if your traveling definitely recommend this guaranteed results versus hoping that they do come in time.

Very informative. Vicky was very nice and helpful. The blood draw was not painful at all. Didnt event notice. The results of the tests came back very quickly too! Went in Monday and got a phone call saying the results were in on Wednesday. Great people!

I came to get some personal results for a screening and instead was emailed the wrong persons results . I’m sure that’s illegal . The collectors Name is Anino . I had to drive back up here for my actual results . She barely apologized . When advised she needed to be careful when sending the results she responded to her coworker , no you need to be careful . So unprofessional. Do not recommend coming here . Seems like they will violate your privacy.

Kristen is an ANGEL!! I have the biggest phobia of needles but she made me feel so comfortable. I absolutely hate getting my blood drawn but I would definitely come see her again.

I had to take my Son here for some testing and Kristin was so great. I really didnt understand any of this and how certain things work and she explained everything. Made me feel at ease and comfortable. When we got the results she was very knowledgeable about stuff and made sure I understood. I would definitely recommend This lab and Kristin to anyone struggling with their childrens choices. I now feel like I can better help my son.

On to the review I had to get some bloodwork done and I was quoted a certain price. So when I called the owner actually answered the phone which I thought was so cool. I told him about the price I was quoted and he even offered an additional $10 off that. When I got there the facility was very clean and the hospitality and customer service was 100% . Whenever I need any bloodwork done I will be sure to come here. Thank you to Maria and the owner . Maria did a great job drawing my blood , she took her time and didn’t go in to deep or not enough it was just right. Not to many owners work their own business so I was surprised when the owner answered the phone. Thanks AnyLab!!!!

I have an excellent review of AnyLabTest Now Irving location. The Phlebotomists was Vicki. She was excellent. I brought in a special blood draw kit that had special procedures for drawing blood. She was: through, made sure that the specific procedures were followed, reassuring, friendly, and professional. I have a great deal of trust in her and this location. I had previously gone to a different AnyLabTest Now and did not feel the above. I realize that each location is independent.

Such a clean office and organized! I will be returning to see Viki in the future. Shes worth bragging about! I have a history of fainting when it comes to getting my blood drawn, EVERYTIME! She made my experience the best Ive ever had! I have small veins and it usually takes more than one poke and Im grey walking out of the office but today Im thankful for Viki!

Horrible service. Draw my blood and they do not know where to send the plasma technician advised me to go to wall green pharmacy. They have no clue who makes the serum .i was running to different pharmacy ,finally I understood anylab test was not allowed to do such test .I lost the money and moreover lost half day ptoYou guys do not know what you are doingTotally very bad experience, lost money lost time and my job is not doneHorrible company

If you have a young one who needs bloodwork taken, Vicki is a MUST see. We took our 1 year old today and she did wonderful. Most other places turned us away but she was poised and great with our little one. She is a huge asset to Any Lab Test Now and will be our go-to for any of our kid’s bloodwork down the road.

If you are (or arent) I implore you to visit Vicki!I visited this week with for required blood work (last minute and urgent) with a same day appointment on a Monday evening. As I braced for a needle, I soon realized that there was no reason to think of it. I literally didnt even feel a poke and there was very minimal loss of blood. Results were ready by Wednesday and it was not a hassle getting them.If youre afraid of needles, come see Vicki. She is simply the best!

As a Holistic physician in Irving for over 10 years (naturopathic & eastern medicine doctor) - I cannot order blood tests in Texas, however by using AnyLabTest I have been able to send my patients to get blood work directly - skipping the middleman and SAVING MONEY. It usually cost me $300-$400 for the lab tests I usually want and here, UNDER $100! I love using this location especially since many of my patients are lower-income, spanish and I get the results within a few days!
