Me n hubby Went here 2-3 weeks ago very unprofessional 2 kids running around in the office. Made us very uncomfortable the lady at front desk was on her phone watching tv or something. Not to mention no one was at the front when we came in for at least 7 minutes. A Guy bust in while my husband was getting a service said he was in charge but he seem very unprofessional to just bust in a room just to look around another uncomfortable situation. We rather take our business elsewhere seeing that kids are here, This place is pitiful.

Ross is awesome god fearing man, he has been very good at explaining the procedure, with my husband and I. He has always answered any questions that we have had. Given us several alternatives to help with the procedure couldn’t ask for a better tech.

Shay did an excellent job. She explained everything to me in great detail and made me feel very comfortable in my decision to move forward.

Two out of the three areas treated improved dramatically with the treatment given. The 3rd area improved, but not as much. Overall, my total numbers went up, with instructions to monitor, and come back in 6 to 8 weeks for a recheck. Im hopeful! Btw...staff was always professional and courteous, thanks Victoria!

I attended a free consultation and, to my dismay, was lured into what they termed a payment plan due to the exorbitant cost of the treatment.They will deceive you saying that the treatment cost is $8000 but the treatment cost $5400.So if they are telling you that giving discount they are not!Also, they failed to disclose comprehensive information about the payment plan, only mentioning that payments would be processed through CareCredit by Synchrony.Upon receiving my initial statement, I was shocked to discover a staggering 30% interest charge added to the already expensive treatment. This serves as a strong cautionary tale for those who place trust in their healthcare providers, highlighting the importance of scrutinizing the offer which is termed as customer centric but ironically the opposite.

I had a very poor experience with this establishment:1. I had no improvement in my ED after their recommended 6 treatments. Zero. In fact, their doppler showed that the numbers got worse (more on this later)2. I was told i would be called after my 6 treatments to discuss next steps. Nobody called me as they obviously knew I wasnt coming back for more misery.3. They charge twice per treatment compared to what you can get in a legitimate urology office paying out of pocket. On the contrary, you will only see a physicisn assistant here on the initial visit. All you see afterwards are techs.4. The doppler they use is highly suspect. They only check in flaccid state. If you research the technique, it is clearly stated that testing should also be done in erect state after giving a medication.This place is not where you want to go if you have ED issues. Urologists offer the acoustic wave therapy. Seeing a urologist would be much better. And cheaper.

Very noticeable improvement after just the first couple treatments. Excellent service by the entire staff and especially Victoria, the primary tech on half my treatments. Would definitely recommend Dallas Premier Health.

If your addicted to p0rn don’t even bother saw no improvement whatsoever I did at first but not long term and for everyone agreeing that it did work they obviously are taking viagra or getting paid to leave a positive review

The treatment definitely works! I’m proof of that. My numbers went WAY up with my treatment!! The staff are always professional and friendly. I never felt uncomfortable at all.

Avoid this place, $5,400 spent and no improvement. Call them up and ask them what kind of doctors work there and theyll just tell you they cant answer that.Just so you guys know, theres a version of shockwave therapy that is FDA approved now, and it costs $250 a session and you can actually use your insurance, and its performed by an actual urologist. They overprice this one to $800 a session to convince you that youre saving when you end up paying $450 which is still $200 more than the FDA approved one. Their customer service is bad as well, anytime you have a question they tell you that someone will call you later and they never do.They cant give you a time or a number to call for information regarding the treatment or financing, they just say well call you this day and never follow through.Do not waste your time going here. I got no improvement from here. Not to mention that the Doppler they do to see if you qualify isnt even a proper doppler, in an actual doppler they have to check you while flaccid and while erect, they inject you so you get erect. These guys only do it while flaccid.

My experience here at premier Dallas has been exceptional The staff is great My tech is great his name is Alan and he has been phenomenal great man to work with hes friendly he makes you feel comfortable he knows his stuff hes knowledgeable hes a very good man overall very good staff member make you feel real real real warm and welcome. My wife is very satisfied with the progress and they .make her feel welcome and comfortable as well so my hats off to premier Dallas my tech Alan.

Six treatments in out of 18 and Im definitely noticing improvement with my Peyronies disease. Allen and the other two technicians that help me with treatment are definitely putting the work in to help me get better. Im definitely eager to see how my next few treatments go.

Dallas Premier Health are SCAMMERS!, their website is just a marketing page, they have no information about the doctors because the people that work there are not real doctors. They claim that shockwave therapy is very effective but if you look at the studies they provide, none of them are over 16%. They also have a video of Joe Rogan on their studies portion of the website, in that video they talk about Gainswave which is different that the shockwave they use here, which is low-intensity. Don’t fall for this scam.

The experience was interesting, but the only problem that I have is the advertisement. It states first visit, free consultation and treatment free. So why was I charged $220 for my first treatment? Sounds a little shady.

Victoria has a great bedside manner. She puts you at ease. She has a very calming effect.
