Booked my Covid tést, same day, super easy registration. Test results less than 15 min. My BCBS was accepted. Staff was nice. The facility was new and clean, nice waiting area with drinks and snacks.

My appointment went great. The offices were clean and there were free snacks so definitely a bonus. The nurse was nice and went over basic questions. The doctor came in a few minutes later and I told her what the issue was. She listened to me and we came up with a plan going forward. I would definitely recommend this office as they did a great job all around.

First time visiter, booked my husband an appointment just a few days ago and had the appointment today.The lady at the front desk is kind, the nurse was kind, and the doctor was very personable, kind, listened to our concerns, and explained to us clearly what we should do next.She was everything you want a Doctor to be.Overall a pleasant experience.Thanks guys!!

First time coming here and I can say that I had a great experience. All staff members were kind, respectful, and professional. The whole process of checking in and getting everything done was very swift as well. Great place for any man looking to stay on top of his health. Their snack bar has a good selection too.

I can’t express enough how much I appreciate their process. They listened to me from the get-go and wanted to come up with a real solution instead of just saying “here ya go” and pushing me out the door. The physician is great and the staff is top-notch. I don’t do 5 star reviews often at all, but they earned it.

I had a great experience here! Even though its a Mens Care facility, they welcomed me with warmth and enthusiasm. The check-in process was very quick and the snacks were amazing! Finally, the time spent with the provider was quick but thorough. She answered my questions and made me feel quite comfortable. I definitely recommend!

One of the best experiences, very easy to make a appointment, nice and quiet location, everyone is friendly and helpful. The nurse and doctor were very professional, very patient to listen me, the entire process makes feel like Im being cared. They also charged very reasonable, after the lab result is given, they called me to make sure Im notified. I couldnt say anything bad and will definitely be back (I wish not, but if necessary, theyre the top choice for sure.)

Very easy to make an appointment online. After you have made an appointment they send you message so you can fill in your information instead of doing it there on paper work. I arrived and got greeted and checked in without having to do anymore signing. Went for an annual check up and it they got me right away. They were great always had a smile on there faces. Very knowledgeable I had a few questions to ask and they were able to answer them in a very understanding way for me. I will definitely be going back

Visited TMPC for a quick referral while out of town. The location I stopped at initially was able to make an appointment at one closer to my hotel, so they are well networked, although the first location was not aware the Nurse Practitioner at the second location had just changed. A surprise but not a problem.Staff were efficient and professional and both facilities seemed well-maintained and clean. The NP on staff was friendly and attentive and in my case conducted a cursory check of vitals, provided a basic diagnosis, and helped to expedite referral to a specialist.The staff will contact an insurance verifier, but this will depend upon sending a photo of your insurance card when registering for the appointment on your phone. Make it a good photo or they may be unable to verify the policy right away resulting in potential delays.

The decision to visit today was a good one. The entire staff were extremely welcoming and professional, they took real good care of yea boy. It’s nice to handle medical business while the whole time feeling and being comfortable and relatable, the doctor ask good questions and listened the tech knows what she is doing with those needles drawing blood I didn’t feel a thing. I blew I have found my new PCP!!!!

By far the best experience I’ve had with a primary care physician! Office staff is wonderful! Medical assistant was awesome! The Physician was very informative and easy to talk to she even gave me information for what the next steps following my appointment would be. Went in today for a Covid rapid test and the process was seamless. Made the same day appointment online, filled out my info online once I arrived and was seen within 5 minutes of arriving. Got my results emailed in less than an hour. HIGHLY recommend. The office was nice and clean and honestly, kind of considering investigating their other services.

The girls at the front desk were not very professional and lacked basic communication skills including the medical assistant. They need to be trained better. The medical assistant never introduced herself, she was a bit large girl with long breaded hair, she didn’t not even know how to draw blood. Overall it was a painful and unpleasant experience.

The website was easy to navigate and very user friendly, it took a total of 60 seconds to schedule a same day appointment. Upon arriving to my scheduled appointment, the staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean and followed the appropriate protocols in maintaining its cleanliness (ex. Unused/used pens, glass around the front desk, hand santizer etc.)I waited for approximately 2 minutes and was seen right away. The medical staff was personable, professional and very informative. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning in the future.

Very friendly and great staff that got me in an out in 20 minutes! Had to take a covid test to get back to work and Ive heard from this place that it does rapid tests and they were right. Its very clean and organized and they even have a waiting area where you can get a complimentary drink or snack while you wait. I have social anxiety so making the appointment online was straightforward and the staff in person are very friendly and nice. Will highly recommend!

Sabrea Robinson DNP, FNP-C, was excellent. She took the time to listen to my concerns and address them. I never felt rushed. I really felt like she was relatable and did a great job addressing my concerns. The entire staff was efficient and nice. I was in and out in no time. Very comfortable environment and i would definitely recommend this clinic and thisprovider.

Total Mens primary care has great customer service my experience there was awesome. There reps at the front desk are professional an they care about you getting the best care as possible. They meet you with a bright pretty smile that just light the room up. An at that moment you no you are in good hands. Thus place is a blessing.

I wasn’t feeling well and last night I was able to make my appointment online for a Covid test at 8:00 this morning. They saw me within 10 minutes and they tested me and 30 minutes later I received my results. The nurse was great as was the young man who checked me in. They will test men, women and children. I highly recommend them. Thank you all for taking care of me so quickly!

Experience here was great. Scheduled an appointment to come in and get a covid test. Theyll have you fill out an electronic form so be sure you have all your credentials such as insurance card and ID. The electronic form takes about 5 minutes. Once filled you might have to sit for a couple of minutes but theyll call you back shortly afterwards and the covid test takes about 30 seconds. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. All the staff members were extremely nice. Definitely recommend.

Made my husband an appointment for his annual physical. We have a primary but liked the idea of it being all about men! We were not disappointed! All of the staff was great! Friendly front desk ladies and medical assistant and Dr. Wade was awesome! She patiently answered all of our questions, was friendly and very warm! We look forward to returning. Which is rare for my husband he ain’t isn’t a fan of going to the Doctor lol!

This was the first place I had been to to take a covid test. The visit was very time efficient and the office was extremely clean. I was in and out within 20 minutes, and then waited around 15 minutes in my car to obtain my rapid results. The rapid tests are the most affordable price I’ve seen this far. Additionally, the office also had refreshments in the waiting room, which I’d never witnessed at a doctors office. The overall experience was great and highly recommend.

Total Men’s Primary Care - Las Colinas was great! We had a COVID-19 rapid test done and the processes was easy and fast. Setting up the appointment via phone was easy, the women helping me on the phone was able to answer all my questions and kindly allowed me to make an appointment for myself and my fiancé. They sent us a link to fill out paperwork online so when we came in for our appointment there was nothing for us to do other than pay for our test. We were seen immediately and the women who performed our test was friendly and comforting. She took her time to explain to us how the test would feel and how long it would take, her description was very accurate, which helped ease our nerves surrounding the test. She was fast and efficient, I barely felt any discomfort! We were able to leave immediately after the test was complete and were called with our results in about 15 minutes. All around great experience, I would highly recommend getting tested here!

Everyone at this location was so helpful! From the receptionist, the tech, and to the Doctor! I was in and out with my lab tests done within 45 minutes. This location was crystal clean and very tranquil. Definitely found my new spot!

The group of medical professionals at this place was just great. They sent me a link beforehand to get all my paperwork done before the appointment to make everything move smoothly at the time of the appointment. When I arrived everyone was so polite and answered any questions I had. I went there for a rapid COVID test. I got my test results through a text on my phone 30 minutes later. I loved how nice and efficient they were.

I’ve given Total men’s in Las Colinas 3 chances since it’s so close to where I live and each one has been very underwhelming. The front desk lady is forgetful and often times rude and combative. The staff although nice is not knowledgeable. They get you in and out and you never speak to a doctor and when you do she hardly seems interested in your needs. They had me do a physical and I was never given any results, told what my dosage should be or any of the other products they offer. I basically had to ask for everything on my own. Men’s T clinic is far better and more professional and I will be returning to there even though it’s further.

By FAR the best covid testing experience I have had. Didnt see any availabilities online, so I called and they got me in for a rapid test immediately. Whole process took maybe 15 minutes, and I got to fill out paperwork/wait in my car. Lobby had almost no one in it (seriously just one other person). Got my results in about 45 minutes via text, so I was able to leave. I felt so safe, and everyone is so kind! Highly recommend coming here for a rapid covid test.

Great service! I live in California and needed a COVID-19 test in the midst of traveling. Due to a number of regulations that require symptoms, I was refused testing at most sites.I found Total Men’s via Google, scheduled an appointment and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.The staff members are friendly and the check in system is very efficient. The best thing is the FREE snack bar, it is honestly the best line up of waiting room snacks I have experienced.Go check them out if you need quick friendly service.

You can make appointment on line for covid testing and they had lots of times opened. They accept women not just men. Office is very clean, they got me in ontime and out quickly. Staff were pleasant and check in was fast. Received results by text within 20 minutes. They say they will get them to you within 30 minutes. Will definitely go back if need be.

Started having a scratchy throat while at work today - no other symptoms but with Covid making the rounds, wanted to be safe. Convenient and easy location near my office, plenty of right away appointments available, and friendly and efficient staff. Plus a quick text response on the results, which oh so happily were negative!!

I have to admit I was skeptical before I walked into Total Mens office. First thing I noticed was the staff were happy and laughing. This part is huge, every single person I talked to was super nice. Which is rare now days. Going forward I can only hope I get the same treatment that I got there. I will continue to go there as long as Im treated right. My experience with doctors offices is that i am just a number to them and Doctors always have a God complex. Dr. TJ was kind and open to all my needs. Very happy patient here.

The only front desk associate was extremely nice, very helpful with all the questions and took care of my issues with my new insurance provider. They were able to get me in same day and on the road to recovery since i am sick and was needing help. My current, now former physician is going to be replaced with my now new physician here at Total Mens Care. The doctor listened...and responded accordingly.

I scheduled a covid test through Total Mens Primary Care. Considering how difficult getting a test can be, this was surprisingly simple. From signing in to getting the test, the whole process was less than 20 minutes and I got my results in 30 minutes.I have to mention that the staff is top notch, too. Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

I looked up appointments this morning for Covid test and Total Men’s had an appointment open 1 hour later so I booked it. Arrived the place is spotless, no crowd and I believe I waited maybe 5 min for the test. Once it was over I waited in my car for 15 minutes for my results. It was a great experience if you have to have a test.

We found out we’d been exposed to someone who tested positive for Covid. Looked around for awhile trying to find a place to test and found it difficult to go anywhere! Remembered that a friend had gone to a Richardson location. By the time we got online, the only place close with availability was the Irving location. We arrived and had 3 appts together for the 3 of us exposed. We got in and out of there within 10 minutes and had our results within an hour via text. Very clean space, very pleasant experience and very timely! Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone I came in contact with were very professional. Went there for a rapid covid test. Its great that they let you register online from home. This allowed me the ability to get in and out in 5 minutes. They were also flexible with scheduling me. Great service and care.

I had a great experience here! The staff was very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in 25 minutes and an antibody test AND COVID test was only $20. Very clean facility too, the bonus is the great snacks/beverage station. Would highly recommend!

This will be a positive review, here is why: Came here for my Rapid Covid Test and they had some complications with the provider being ill and waiting on a replacement. I had to wait an hour longer than my scheduled time, yes, frustrating but circumstances as they are, I respect it. What made it great was Amber staying in complete communication with me the entire time. Came out to find me and inform me theyre waiting and that she was sorry for the delay. When I was able to get in, it was friendly, uplifting and just overall a good experience. The place is incredibly clean. There was zero waiting once things were back on track. I am probably going to switch to this location for all my future needs. Plus side: they have an easy to use portal for results. I recommend this place for sure

On Thursday, I went for a rapid Covid test. I found this facility online, I never heard of this group. I was totally pleased when I arrived. The place was crazy clean and staff was extremely professional. The pre-paperwork, they sent via text, made the process very easy and fast when I arrived at the facility. I was literally there only 10 minutes!!! I highly, highly, highly recommend this operation.

Do NOT go here if you are looking to have a Behavioral Health consultation. After having an in-person physical, I requested to have a behavioral health discussion and was asked to schedule a tele-medicine appointment with one of their local behavioral health specialists. Appointment #1 was scheduled incorrectly and didnt happen. Appointment #2 was scheduled correctly, but the clinic in Addison said the doctor was no longer taking appointments.After this, I called in to explain the situation and a friendly employee scheduled me an appointment that was about 6 weeks out (as these specialists are booked way out). Sure enough, here we are... Total Mens Primary Care has NO IDEA what I am talking about. Best part is... there was no apology or effort to rectify the situation. Can you imagine if you were in desperate need of care?Such a shame because my in-person experience with the doctor in Las Colinas was pleasant. Although that isnt enough to ever go here again. This chain could care less about patients.

Earlier this year I went to the Addison location for an antibody test and had such a great experience so I was happy when this location opened. Even though it’s a Men’s clinic, they do antibody and rapid COVID testing for EVERYONE. Each experience was great. I was able to schedule online for an appointment within 24 hours. I came in, was checked in and immediately seen. Everyone is super nice and it was a very clean facility.

Hands down, the best experience. My husband and I were notified that we had been exposed to the Caronavirus. We attempted to get a test at CityDoc—no. Total Men’s was amazing! We were able to schedule our visit online, super quick and easy. They accommodated the two of us in one appointment. EVERYONE. EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. WAS FANTASTIC! They were generous with their time and attention. They were kind. They were efficient. Everything you want in service everywhere. We felt like we were long-standing clients it was so comfortable. It was a great primary care center. The staff was very polite. It was very clean and hygiene. The oximeter and thermal scanner was sanitized before they check on us after that they take you inside and just 3 secs they will collect the sample and they gonna send the results within 30 seconds. They even call you and tell the precautions if you are tested positive. Loved the way they handled the primary care center.Thank you!!

Everyone was so nice! I had to get a covid test before flying home for the holidays. I went with my sister and her fiancé even though my appointment was 30 minutes after theirs. I literally drove by the place. Look them up online. Schedule an appointment and they saw me the next day. I got everything done that I needed to get done. Everyone was kind and helpful. I have been to this location twice, and several other locations over the past year. The office is extremely clean, and I am always in and out in a small amount of time. The staff is friendly and helpful to answer all questions. My favorite part? The lounge where they have every drink you can imagine (yes, Red Bull included) and great snacks! I will be back!

Total Men’s Primary was great! 👍🏽 Even as a first-time patient, it was quick and very easy-going. The reception area was very kind and quick to assist me. The wait for the doctor is not long at all. They even have a nice little lounge area to wait at with snacks and drinks!!

I am on my eight test for the Rona since this thing started! And yes I do wear a mask. I have tried multiple medical facilities, sat in my car for hours and waited at other places!! Today at 12:30 PM I was disappointed to find long lines and places that had met their quota for the day. I looked up Total Mens made an appointment on line (same day) showed up on time and they were ready for me. Very short wait, results back in 15 minutes just like they said! This place is clean, has coffee and snacks in case you have to wait. Very Friendly and professional staff. Loved it! Awesome experience!! Highly recommend this place.

Total Mens Primary Care is awesome! They’re polite, quick, and easy to deal with. My office scheduled me a same day appointment and just a few minutes later after arrival I was complete with registration from the phone and brought right back to complete my appointment. I will be back in the future if I need to when I visit TX.

OK so I get there and the lady is super nice. Then she says I can fill out my form from the car which is super convenient. I come back in and I am out within five minutes. 30 minutes later I got a text about my Covid results! Easy to read, and clearly showed my negative test 😷🥰Moreover, the business followed up with me after my appointment to assure I was satisfied.Lastly… they had snacks and drinks in the lobby. I had a wonderful experience today; the receptionist was polite and stayed cleaning the facility, so much so the supervisor came out and thanked her. The medical assistant was amazing. He was patient with my daughter while testing and I received my test results quickly.

Being in healthcare and a mother to an athlete, I’ve been to many primary care facilities but this place is by far the greatest place on earth! From the superb customer service, friendly staff, and fast yet effective services! My son and I drove an hour to this place for a rapid Covid test and I’d do it all again! It was well worth the hour drive! Now if I can get them to open one closer south, I’d be extremely happy! Do yourself a favor and try them out!

Yes, this is a men’s clinic. However, they are accepting everyone (not showing symptoms) for Covid testing. I scheduled a rapid test and it was sooo easy. I was in and out within 5-10 minutes and I got my results via text within 30 minutes. I highly recommend if you need a rapid test! Everything was super clean and they had hand sanitizer on every counter. Also their waiting room has snacks, drinks, tv etc which was such a nice touch.

Great place to go for quick testing for antigen and antibody testing. Have gone to Southlake location before as well. The woman at the front desk was very nice. The guy who actually took me back was not and seemed to be in a bad mood or something, but he worked quickly and effectively. I would recommend coming here

It was very simple to schedule a test on their website. I did all of the paperwork before I went in so all I had to do was show up and wait. I was seen on time and talked through the test. Everyone was very friendly and nice and made my experience great.

I didnt know I was going to be charged $20 because I was a new patient for a COVID test. If you advertise free testing, you should let people know while they make the appointment. I needed one to travel asap and this clinic was near me but had I known, I would have gone elsewhere, theres a lot of other clinics out there and there was nothing special about the service if you know what I mean...With that said everything was fast and booking the appointment was easy, just make sure youre already a patient if you go for that service!

Went in for a physical, and I was very impressed with the online scheduling system and how easy it was to be in/out during my visit. Blood/urine results came back in less than 24 hours. Compared to other doctors offices and urgent care centers, I thought Total Men’s gave me more metrics to evaluate my health. Looking forward to going back for future appointments.

I was not having any luck with getting tested for covid. Drugstores had run out of testing kits and testing sites were jammed pack. A friend mentioned she had gotten tested at Total Mens Primary Care by setting an appointment online very easily. She said you dont have to be a man to get covid tested there. What a relief! The appointment was easy to set up and I was able to get it done the next day with results texted to me in half an hour! I highly recommend them. I was in and out in no time.

Came here for a covid test at the recommendation of a friend, and got in and out fast (~10 mins?). Made the appointment about 30 mins before. Got the results about a half hour after. Overall, pretty good experience, and Ill come back here if I need another test in the future!

Now the staff there are very polite and very professional and offer a family environment feeling. She always went above and beyond to give me the best quality of care. So hard to get a rapid covid test nowadays. I had never heard of Total Mens until I googled rapid covid testing. They have a ton of locations in the DFW. I signed up the same day. Got my result within 20 minutes. Wait time for the actual test was about 10 minutes.

Total Men’s Primary Care location at Irving, Texas was clean, courteous staff and kept the appointment schedule on time. I walked in at 8 am for my COVID testing. Scanned the QVR code to quickly upload all relevant information. Once I completed the paperwork the staff took me to the exam room to do nasal swab testing. Today I needed a rapid result COVID-19 test, and found this clinic provides results in 15 minutes! If it weren’t for the fact that all other visits were limited to men only, this would be my go to clinic. It was clean, staff was professional, and they had me in-and-out within 30 minutes (with my negative COVID-19 results).

Good for one-time testing, but not recommended as your primary physician. After seeing the doctor last week, Ive called, left a VM and even sent an email reminding them to send a refill prescription for blood pressure meds. Same refill needed every month, nothing risky or exciting. Even after the pharmacy has reached out to these folks directly ... no prescription. Total Mens doesnt seem to care if youre a long term patient. They just want a quick buck from your COVID test or testosterone check. Find another primary care physician.

Total Mens Primary Care is one of the few places available to get a rapid covid-19 test. I checked CVS before calling Total Mens and theirs requires 3 days. So a friend referred me to Total Men and I scheduled for next day visit. When I got there, I was immediately brought to a care practitioner and was in and out with my covid test (negative thank goodness) in 30 minutes. With insurance the visit is $20. The facility was EXTREMELY clean and they even had free refreshments, if you have to wait. HIGHLY recommended.

I went in and the lady in the front desk was talking about the patients problem . I was hearing how the front desk and the doctor were laughing at the patients and how they complain over the smallest things . Then when it was my turn to go get seen by the doctor they forgot i was in the room and they started talking about my height and weight ! What a terrible experience.. where do I start? The unprofessional and unkind receptionist, or the nurse who wasn’t able to withdraw blood appropriately or the fact that I didn’t even get my results after two weeks. Just close the place, this is a shame for our community and healthcare.

Total Mens Primary Care pulled through for me in a major way. When trying to find where I could get a rapid Covid test done, I kept running into roadblocks for availability. TMPC had plenty of availability, which made it very easy to pick a day/time and move on. I was visiting in the area for work, so my time was extremely limited. TMPC saved the day!
