I highly recommend this Ob/Gyn clinic it is exceptionally well-organized and efficient. Dr. Patel, my physician, provides exemplary care with a kind and gentle approach. The medical assistants are also exceptionally supportive and considerate. Their portal facilitates excellent communication, with prompt responses to questions and concerns. The staff is highly knowledgeable and consistently helpful.

My appointment was at 11:15am. I got here on time and time is now 11:43am and the line is MASSIVE. Why do check in receptionists take forever after every check in? The receptionist checks a patient in, then goes back to chit chat with others, then comes back and takes their sweet time scanning docs and putting pens back outside and another 2-4 minutes pass by before they call someone else. Do they need better training? Do you guys need more people to check in patients? The only thing tying me to this awful clinic is Dr Price. I will follow her everywhere she goes, but this is unacceptable. You guys don’t allow patients being late but we are forced to wait a long time just to check in? Please work on this. This is horrible patient care. I’ve had years of medical office experience and I have never let the patients wait this long.Update: Receptionist explained that now they have to do ALL sonograms check ins at the main window and this is holding them back. Bad idea to dump more on the receptionists. The line was massive and this makes the doctors run behind on their schedules and patients look bad like we arrive late. Fix it!

My wife and I have had a terrible experience and would not suggest this medical center to anyone. We were here for the summer and simply needed check up appointments which were suppose to be fairly straightforward. However, the first appointment the doctor walked into the room greeted my wife and said that they will need the medical history but she was informed that had already sent over. Then the doctor left, the appointment was less than 2 minutes. No big deal, but then we got the bill. This bill was hundreds of dollars, saying the doctor performed all of the measurements and tests when he did do a single thing. When we called to get things situated, we were met by a reception desk that was rude and dismissive. We have tried to be reasonable but have had a hard time staying patient with this facility. Beware of overcharging at this facility.

I have been visiting MacArthur Medical Center OB/GYN for my pregnancy, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. The doctors and associates are incredibly helpful and informative. I highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Took advantage of me. No good ethics.I went to see Dr. Ceesay, for a women’s wellness check-up. She did not tell me that I need to go to a family doctor to receive this certain check up. I thought I had to go to a doctor of her field. You could have declined our appointment and told me a family doctor could take care of my needs but instead you kept silent and had me billed for uneccessary things a family doctor could have taken care of. Also, when I said I wanted blood work for a certain thing, again, you did not suggest a family doctor, you took advantage of the situation and sent me to your partnering labs I believe weren’t in my network or didn’t cover me. There is no reason to test me for half those things on the blood test, the list goes on, it is wrong, I am a healthy individual. I asked the staff again and again and again, make sure that my insurance would be on this, make sure it is in my network. Where did you send me? To someone outside my network and the insurance covered none of this. I got billed very high and I was disappointed that no one had my back, my own family had to explain that sometimes people in this world will not care, it’s all about money and they will omit the truth and take advantage of you to get their dimes, hundreds, or millions. I don’t recommend this facility to anyone. Maybe if you have loads of money to waste. They will not look after you and make a fool out of you if you don’t know about the medical world. Never again.

I would highly recommend MacArthur Medical Center. Loved the entire medical staff, they are very welcoming, helpful, they explain what is going on and answer any questions you have. Checking in and out is a breeze even when the waiting room looks overwhelming. Facility is clean and very spacious. If you need any OB/GYN care MacArthur Medical center is the place to go!

I had a terrible experience here with one of the female obgyns .not only did she kick my husband out of the room with no explanation but I was made to wait naked for almost an hour with no one updating me and I was freezing ( because I was naked). When the doctor finally came in I had questions about getting a doctors note for my job and she quickly told me she would ask her questions first and that mine could wait until she was finished (she only spoke about getting a covid vaccine and where I could give birth when it was time),My papsmear was painful (never had it be painful in the past) and I was clueless about my pregnancy by the time I left. The sonogram was peaceful and the women in the separate building were incredibly kind, but other than that positive I dont recommend this place. Lastly They wont give me the refund they promised me even though Ive waited over 6 weeks (I was told it would take up to 6 weeks.)I have never cried over a doctors appointment but this place definitely did it for me. If you have other options please consider those first.

Literally the best clinic, doctors ever! I have been a patient with them since 2017 but for some odd reason this year they wont take me back because they dont take any insurance with the market place anymore! Literally would anything to go back especially that I am Due For a check up for my IUD

RUDE staff!!! I have been going to them for years! And theres been multiple times of where staff was rude to me. Dr patel was wonderful but the receptionist need to do better! It ruins the whole experience despite Dr. Patels awesomeness! I have tried to schedule an appt with them for the past 2-3 days and all of yesterday and day before their system was down all day! I placed an appt request through their site and I have yet to receive a call on it. I decided to call today and was on hold for over an hr in total. My first attempt I was able to get someone but that person said she couldnt schedule me because of past due balance. I asked to make my payment on the phone but she said i had to talk to billing. I asked her could I make the payment via the portal? She tells me must speak to billing. She transfers me and the call is disconnected right away. I decided to make my payment via the portal and call back. I held for 40+minutes only to get someone whos line was extremely distorted. He was to transfer to someone elses line without me having to wait any more and that was a fail because the extension was invalid and the line disconnected. I called billing to try and make my appt that way and the lady was rude during her explanation of why I had such a hard time making an appt. Im deciding to use another doctor for this pregnancy because I just cant tolerate rudness or the amount of time it takes to get someone on the line, its unacceptable.

I recently changed doctors after 3rd pregnancy and the transition was so easy. Dr arguello was amazing and now I’m with Dr Fanous and he has been amazing and has answered any questions I’ve had. Staff is great welcoming and ready to get you signed in!

I have been under the care of Dr. Reshma N Patel at Macarthur Medical Center since the first month of my pregnancy, and now, at seven months, I can confidently say that my experience has been outstanding. Dr. Patel has been a constant source of support and expertise throughout my pregnancy journey.From the very first visit, Dr. Patel has been thorough, patient, and incredibly compassionate. They always take the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions in detail, and provide reassurance when needed. I have had a great visit every time I come! This clinic had my first time baby appointments such a great experience! My husband and I have felt very welcomed and have felt that all our questions as first time parents are always answered!

Every visit has been a wonderful experience for me. The staff at reception is consistently cordial, particularly throughout the checkout process when they always answer my questions. The physician and MA are incredibly kind and have taken the time to explain everything to me. As a first-time parent, they have greatly reduced my anxiety.

Horrible clinic full of lazy medical assistants who get mad when you call and have questions regarding your FIRST PREGNANCY. Dr Alyssa Price was my OB but never did a physical, pap or took the time to even get to explain anything to me. They lose blood samples and couldn’t get my NIPT results back. I’ve moved to Parkland OB in Grand Prairie and have had the BEST EXPERIENCE of my life there! All the test that Maccarthur didn’t/couldn’t do was done by parkland on my very first visit with results back to me in just DAYS! Would not recommend this clinic since Dr Dominique is no longer there! Or just request a different OB not Alyssa Price and her staff.

We went here for our second Baby, and the staff was very welcoming and nice . They always were able to accommodate the schedule we wanted. Even the people who do your test are very interactive and keep us well informed.

I always have a great experience with every visit. The reception has always been friendly. My Dr. Patel is one of the most nice and caring doctor and always been concerned about my queries and questions. As a first time mom iam happy to have been taken care by Macarthur Medical Team. Highly recommended !!

Love MacArthur Medical Center , the nurses are nice & funny. My OB McBrayer is very helpful taught me a lot about my pregnancy, if I have kids in the future I’m definitely coming to her every time ! 💕

Dr. Oneil has been taking care of me and my pregnancies since 2018. He is getle, patient and very friendly. I see NP Kim for my GD and she has been nothing but helpful. Dr. Aguello delivered my first baby, and she was amazing too. For me, saving time is very important and they do a really good job at it.

Igot disrespectful service from Jasmine. She is rude and terrible. She wasn’t giving me a chance to express my concern regarding my urine sample leaking. I told jasmine to change it in another bottle because they gave my a box that had a hole. Jasmine disrespectfully told me that you can put it in the sink even though the sample is leaking she said “I’m not gonna change it”. She has no manners and doesn’t know how to talk to patients.Jasmine has anger issues and is the worst nurse. Did not treat me properly and made me feel angry. Does the know how to talk to talk with respect with patients l. She is not fit l to be a nurse.

So I have been going to my prenatal appointment at this location since my 8 week of pregnancy. Fast forward, at 20 weeks after my anatomy sonogram, all my upcoming appointments were cancelled for no reason, no call or a message from anyone. I called to find out when my next appointment was and l was told l don’t have any upcoming appointments and that l have been been dismissed from this center. I was so confused so l ask why, the lady responded oh we don’t have any reason as to why I’m dismissed. I’m so disappointed and l believe l was treated poorly, like at least give me a reason as to why I’m being dismissed. I was so stressed and worried at the same time looking for another obgyn due to me being 6months pregnant and also a high risk.Don’t bother coming here because clearly they don’t care about their patients wellbeing and don’t have respect for them, all they care about is the money they getting from these insurance companies.

MacArthur Medical Center offers great service and a welcoming atmosphere. Entrusting them with the wellness of my first child was the best decision ever !

I have had a great experience with every visit. The reception team is always friendly, especially at checkout where all of my questions are always answered. The doctor and his MA are so caring and have taken the time to help me understand everything. This is my first baby and they have helped me feel a lot less anxious.

This is my first pregnancy and everyone associated with this facility has been nothing but kind and patient with me. They understand new moms tend to come with bad anxiety, I’ve literally received ultrasound pics with every ultrasound visit I’ve had so far. They also actually answer messages through the portal, so you never have to worry about not being able to reach staffing or your doctor. Can’t wait to meet my baby boy with the help of Dr. Arguello & Dr. Summer.

I have been coming to this clinic for all three of my pregnancies. I love how theirs not a long waiting time the medical assistants are very nice. My Dr. Price is very attentive and kind always answers all my questions. I always recommend my friends and family.

Dr Livingston is amazing, super patient, answers all your questions and just so positive! After hearing all the bad wait times in getting appointments in different places, we have never had any issues with Mcarthur and Dr Livingston. The center also conducts many classes to help prep with labor and postpartum which are really informative and useful! Definitely recommend Mcarthur and Dr Livingston!

I had the worst experience at MacArthur Medical Center. As a first time mom I was very excited to go through the journey. It was very impersonal and no connection at all, it seems like all they care about is collecting money from your pocket on top of insurance payments. My doctor was Dr. Price and Kim (NP). I was scheduled to be induced at 37 weeks due to GDM and due to bed shortage at the hospital it kept on being rescheduled when I reached out to the clinic they said “didn’t you already have your baby?” They didn’t even bother to keep track of what happens to their patients. After checking in I was in the hospital for 3 days during this time Dr. Price didn’t even bother to show up.As for Kim(NP), she is one of the rudest providers I have ever met! Being a first time mom and not knowing enough about GDM I was directed to Kim for guidance, instead of actually walking me through what to do she just rushes you out the door after waiting for hours to see her, when my glucose was not controlled by diet she told me that I needed to be put on Insulin and when I was reluctant and wanted to try to control it with diet again she flat out told me that my baby would die!Overall I absolutely do not recommend this facility if you’re a mom to be.

Dr. Arguello and her staff are amazing, never had a problem receiving care, I always receive a response to any concern in a timely manner. The staff at sono are amazing as well, very quick, smooth, and efficient. Overall, my experience has been great staff is nice and Dr. Arguello is truly amazing, taking care of my second pregnancy.

Dr. O’Neal is the worst doctor to have while pregnant! His bedside manners are terrible he’s not friendly at all. I went to him the whole 9 months he acted like he didn’t want to write me doctor’s notes and every-time I went he rushed to get me out the room. He never smiled nor was friendly to me. I had my baby by another doctor and when it was time to do my post visit he didn’t ever acknowledge my baby. He didn’t even try to see her I had to ask him hey do you want to see my baby? When he was about to do my papsmear I went to put my baby in her car seat and he said no just hold her while getting checked. I felt so uncomfortable and upset. I tried changing him when I was about 6 months but they wouldn’t let me, telling me it was too late in my pregnancy. I’m definitely never going back to them again. And if you don’t want to feel uncomfortable and mistreat I would suggest you not have Dr. O’Neal as your doctor.Also, the pediatrician sucks as well went to get my baby shots they never had them they kept pushing her dates back to get them. So I went to a new pediatrician and I wish I went to them first and never trusted McAuther’s clinic with my child. NEVER AGAIN!!! And I will never suggest anyone going to them!

I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and have received great care at MacArthur OB Medical Center. Registration, medical staff and my provider are all kind and provide quality service. I would recommend this office to others as I feel safe and taken care of.

The front office woman, Lucinda, for the OBGYN office is extremely rude and off putting. When asked simple questions she responded with frustration, not helpful at all. Really hope the NP, PA and MDs offer better customer service. ☹️

What I like most is that there are always people who speak Spanish, they have treated me with cordiality, they provide us with support, they are diligent, the doctors are very professional, what I dont like is that there is no time to create atmospheres of emotion, everything It is very fast, my last ultrasound lasted 2 minutes which did not allow me to observe what the baby was doing, I literally started recording from the moment I lay down on the stretcher and it ended and the video literally lasted 2 minutes... but in general very grateful to all the doctors, assistants or assistants who see me, I dont get used to that method that you dont see your doctor every time but here in the USA it is very different, however, from the application they use you can see that Everyone is aware of everything, which gives me more confidence, showing that they have been attentive to my health and the growth of my baby, which we will bring to a happy end soon. Thank you all.

I’ve been attending MacArthur OB since 2016 and I wouldn’t change my doctor for anyone else. everyone explains everything in detail. I love that they have a patient portal in which I can send messages with any questions or concerns. They have multiple facilities and each one is very well kept and clean. The staff is always friendly and respectful. I’m so blessed to have Dr. Arguello as my doctor. This is my third pregnancy and I’m thankful she’s still my doctor 🥹

Everything is seamless at MacArthur medical center, staff are very helpful and answers any concerns. This is our first pregnancy and happy to be at this center. Initially we were skeptical but Dr Allison Mcbrayer made it super easy and my wife is very comfortable !

This is not an OB I would ever recommend to my family or friends. For starters, I live in Euless and was never told the Euless location was an option for me upon my first appointment. So I drove 30 min in traffic to go to all my appointments. At first it was worth it because I felt Dr. O’Neil understood my concerns for my second pregnancy. Quickly I realized his nursing staff is truly terrible. I messaged them numerous times concerning bleeding and got generic responses. I was admitted to the hospital by Dr. Wang who was truly so caring and concerned for me. The complete opposite of Dr. O’Neil. That’s when I realized I wasn’t happy with my current care. They didn’t care for me in a time of crisis and treated me like I didn’t matter. I had another bout of bleeding and called the on-call after hours line and was told no doctor would speak to me and I had to go to the hospital. In which the er doctors gave me the wrong information and scared me throughly. This practice sees their patients as a number and do not care for their health. I have met numerous other pregnant women who were unhappy with their care at MacArthur and left the practice. I was new to the area so was unaware about the terrible reviews until I started asking other mothers I knew.I went in for my 13 week appointment and made them aware before my exam that I was going to another practice. The way the nurses and Dr. O’Neils attitude towards me shifted was disheartening. I had to ask him for my ultrasound results, he wasn’t going to go over them. I felt completely uncared for. Again, the nurses are awful. Why work in this field if you do not care for pregnant women ? I had results come back in the afternoon today and no prescriptions prescribed. How can you let me sit here with infections knowingly especially while I am pregnant??? Negligent behavior. I was so relieved when I walked out knowing I’d never have to go back. And what a relief to know a doctor who cares for me and my pregnancy will deliver my son in a safe space. I would not have had that with the MacArthur group.

My experience in this clinic is perfect, if I could give more grading, Dr. Sakovich would do it. And the assistant Marlén took care of my pregnancy from beginning to end they were the best the doctor knew how to manage my pregnancy even though it was a 5 cesarean section and it was a constant follow-up of my pregnancy I am very grateful to him. Everything went well Thank God and his good work and performance he is a good doctor and a good work team I recommend them 100% they.

I love MacArthur OB! My doctor is Dr. Thomas. I’ve been a patient of hers going on 4 years. Dr. Thomas delivered my daughter 3 years ago and I’m due in a couple weeks for my 2nd BabyGirl. What draws me to a doctor is the attentiveness and patience. Dr. Thomas is all that in one. She listens, she then responds with care and does everything to make sure I’m comfortable. I’m a bariatric patient so I’m high risk. Dr. T makes sure I’m up to date on my vitamins, my health and incorporates that with my prenatal care.I can’t imagine going to any other clinic. I also love me some Eve (Her MA). She’s always responding and making me feel comfortable asking anything.

This is my first pregnancy and my experience at this office has been comfortable and not stressful at all. The staff at the reception and check out desks are professional and organized. Dr Livingston has great bedside manners and is a very experienced doctor. The online patient portal is easy to use and you get your lab results quickly. Overall satisfied with this office!

This has been my OBGYN for 10 years now and I have never been disappointed. My doctor is Dr Arguelo she is very nice, friendly, listens to your concerns and attends to them. The staff are good & professional too.

My experience at MacArthur has been great! The doctors are sweet and understanding. Doctor Livingston has been a great doctor and is very helpful especially for first time moms.

This is my first pregnancy and since I started being seen at this location, it’s been so wonderful. Dr Fanous is a great doctor, has great communication and overall just makes you feel comfortable. He’s made my first time experience feel calm and smooth and always answers any and every question I may have. Throughout the next few years, I do plan on having another baby, and this will be the location I come back to.

This is my first pregnancy and I personally am not a fan of doctors offices but everyone here from reception, nurses, sonogram techs, etc. Have been outstanding!! They make me feel welcome and comfortable. I chose to work with Dr. Patel and she has been the best!! Answers all my questions. I feel like she really listens to me and any concerns I have. I never feel like Im being rushed. I know that myself and my child are in excellent hands.

If google reviews would allow me to give zero stars I would.Do not go to this place if you’re wanting excellent patient care. You will get told to go to the ER every time you have a concern. I went to the ER last week for concerns of leaking fluid. An ultrasound was done but no pap smear to determine whether it was amniotic fluid or not, I was sent home. A couple days later I sent in a photo to the medical assistants of Dr. Sakovich to determine if I needed to be seen or not and once again from Priscilla was advised to go to the ER, as that seems to be the answer every time. I went to an ER where Dr. Sakovich was not associated with, presuming I would get exceptional care which I did. I was then diagnosed with PPROM, I had a huge decrease of fluid from my last visit. I was immediately sent up to labor and delivery for further evaluation, I was then sent home on bed rest. Today I tried to call and follow up to see what the next steps were due to the symptoms I am having. I was put on hold as the Medical Assistant triaging was trying to figure out answers, she then took me off hold and said her Lead Medical Assistant advised to go to the ER once again, I asked did they even ask the Doctor? The medical assistant on the phone said they were not legally advised to give care out since they’re not a provider, so then I ask again if they spoke with the Doctor, the response I got was “my lead medical assistant advised to go to the ER”. This place is a joke. I will never come back to this place.

This is my first pregnancy and this office has made my experience nothing but pleasant and easy! All the staff is always so sweet and quick to answer any questions I have. Dr Patel is very comforting and gives off the best energy every time!! cannot say enough good things about this office

This is my first pregnancy and I read the reviews they were good but got there and different story. First off I only saw my doctor maybe two or three times throughout this whole pregnancy. I’m 38 weeks and she decided to stop her practice which is very inconvenient because I only found out my last appointment. I’m stuck trying to find a new doctor at 38 weeks. I can’t get my records from that office it’ll take forever they won’t give you hard copies in your hand. They skipped things like measuring my stomach because my doctor was never there. I was wanting to get induced at full term which I am, I was just there Wednesday for a appointment with her( also the same day I found out she was leaving) and I didn’t get a cervical exam, knowing I was suppose to get one to see what type of induction I needed. Now her MA is telling me to go back for a cervical exam to get forced on a male doctor because of a very unprofessional move. They physicians are great they. They respond to messages and answer all the questions I had. But Dr.Forney was hectic and unorganized. Now I have to sit in pain and go into labor on my own because no doctors are barely accepting patients at FULL TERM. Thanks!!!

I wanted to let this go and not even write a review.I went to this medical center last week, so look at the date now, i just wanted to move on with my life. But this afternoon, I received a mail and it was from the Dr I saw that Macarthur medical Center.Her name is Patel Reshma. In the letter the Doctor stated that she no longer wanted to be my doctor. Now when the incident that I am about to address happened when she was not present, so instead of calling me to ask me what happened or make amends, she decided to declined me as a patient.I decided that day not to be seen there anymore anyways, I dont trust that will care for me and my baby after that event. This is what happened:I arrived to the Irving location ( 3501 MacArthur blvd STE 500 Irving Tx) the receptionist was friendly and i was so excited, After filling out some paper work, The receptionist asked me to go to building 600 to do my ultrasound and come back to building 500 to see the Dr. My nightmare starts in building 600. My husband and I go in the room for the ultrasound super happy, the tech put so much gel on my belly, enough for me to noticed that it cant be the proper quantity, but i told myself its just gel dont make it a big deal,We asked her questions, if we can take videos and pictures, if the baby is alright and she was so irritated, and was responding with attitude.After spending literally 10 seconds,( and the pics she gave were blurry) she said that she was done, so my husband asked her can i please take that pics and she said with an attitude No, your time is up, you had your chance, go see the doctor; my husband says Im sorry she replies You had your chance, then leaves the room and leave me with this giant gel on my belly. Because she left the room so quickly, i didnt hear what she said, so i got dressed and asked where she is because i want to know whats the next step for us now, her manager asked me what do I need her for? I didnt even get a chance to express myself and the tech says you guys did not hear me because you guys talk too much i asked her is this how you talk to your patients? she said Im not hear for you Im here for my paycheck, im here for the baby ? i said it doesnt make sense what you are saying , i am the mother of the baby, if you are not here for me, there no no you are here for the baby. Not only i had to deal with her disrespecting us and talking to be like i was a piece of garbage i had to hear her manager not helping the situation, instead she said look at you, you make yourself look badBoth of them were so rude, disrespectful, arrogant, horrible bedside manner, the manager did not care to hear my concern asked my husband and I to leave. Some man just came in from his office, he did not even ask what was happening he just open the door and asked us to leave. The customer service in building 600 was disgusting,I cried so hard that day and it took me a while to calm down. Ive been to Dr appointment before and i never been treated this way in my entire life. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place at all, please find else where to be seen.

My first impression of MacArthur was good I was excited to work with Dr Forney because of all the videos I saw online, she was highly recommended. The first two trimester were fine. The wait time was long because she was booked.🚩 I did have to see another associate a couple times because she was on vacation out of the country. My last trimester I was having contractions and just more pain than usual I wanted to come in so the Dr can check. 🚩Her unprofessional medical assistant diagnosed me over the phone says I need to drink more water and I can go to the ER if it gets worse and they didn’t have time to see me. 🚩I finally get in for my scheduled appointment more unprofessionalism from her assistant. 🚩I get scheduled for induction and Dr. Terri Forney is never seen on my induction day. My daughter was delivered by emergency c-section by the on call doctor. 🚩I went back to the emergency room a week later because I was having trouble breathing. I had eclampsia which I believe I had when I was discharged from the hospital but my “Doctor” never checked on me. She didn’t even know I had a C-section she was completely oblivious when I was calling in for a different pain med because I was having dizziness and difficulty breathing. I still haven’t seen her since my last ob appointment. She was out of town for my 2 week follow up. I can’t recommend this place to anyone go at your own risk.

I started coming to MacArthur OBGYN in February weeks before I found out I was pregnant. Doctor McBrayer was very welcoming when we first met. She has amazing answering all of my question/ concerns during this pregnancy. The ultrasound staff at Irving/Euless location have been great to work with. They explain everything they’re examining when preforming an ultrasound on me. My husband and I both recommend MacArthur OBGYN to everyone!

Very unprofessional and doesn’t own up to their mistakes mess ups !! My lady was supposed to be induced since last Tuesday fast forward till before the weekend scheduling never sent it over instead blamed it on being full fast forward to Saturday her having to go in to the er and due to blood pressure ( prior complications with preeclampsia) needed fluids etc here it is Monday still nothing had to get in contact with scheduling management we’ve been getting the run around for a whole week! And you would think they would of already apologized for they’re mess up now here it is we have to wait to have our baby past our due date because they as a TEAM CHOSE TO HANDLE MY WOMAN INDUCING AND SCHEDULING WITHOUT ANY CONCERN OR CARE! Yall have really dropped the ball on this one! Dr price office is making her look bad !

Dr. Fannous and his team are the best. This is my second pregnancy and my first one at the MacAurther and so far this has been the best experience I’ve had.

Hello, Ive been married 23 years, in 2018 I had a miscarriage Dr. Arguello has been my obgyn and did my dnc. Her passion and treatment was wonderful to my and my family. She knew our dream was to be parents. In 2020 I had my pregnancy with my beautiful rainbow baby girl Virginia, dr arguello immediately saw me almost weekly and with God and her care made possible our dream to becom parents . Today I am pregnant with my baby Boy! 💙Thank you dr arguello, Brandi and front office staff for always being so kind and patient with me.

The staff here have been amazing since day 1, ultrasound people, MA’s, doctor Sachovich, all been incredibly amazing. I totally recommend this place if you’re planning on getting pregnant or pregnant at the moment.

I came in here for an appointment as this has been my doctor for over a year now and through the birth of my son, never had a problem… but today I came in for some concerns, and they were trying to tell me I have insurance that I do not have and they couldn’t take me until “I” called to verify insurance for them??? I do not get paid to do your insurance verification. That should have been done before I came into the office, and even if it hadn’t, they should never request their patients to do their jobs. I’ve worked in medical for over 6 years now… I’ve verified insurance for some time. I have never had to ask a patient to call and get the term date of an insurance they no longer carry, especially if that patient has NEVER HAD THAT INSURANCE! What in the world?? I will get a new doctor.

I usually go to the Euless location but needed to be seen sooner so I saw Dr. Kim Sakovich and she is the absolute BEST!! She is the so kind and professional that I wish i could see her throughout my pregnancy! She took my feelings very serious and took the extra time to talk to me and calm me down from what I was feeling, i cant thank her enough!! I wish there were more doctors like her! 😊

This is my first pregnancy and this doctor office has made my experience helpful and pleasant as well as easy . All of the staff is very helpful and understanding when it comes to any questions that I have and are quick to answering at all times .Dr.Enggano is very confronting and always give great advice too and he always comes with great energy every time .I’m glad to say that I have pick MacArthur OBGYN to help me through this pregnancy.

I have been going with this clinic for 5 years. The front desk are always fast, polite, and patient with me. I switched insurance and they were willing to work with me in term of updating my balance without harrasing me about the due amount, which i found as a relief. Compared to the previous doctor, whose front desk kept rescheduling my appointment, this clinic is so fast in term of scheduling. Bravo to the doctor, nurse assistant as well as sonogram, all in one place and communicate clearly, spontaneously over the phone or their portal. Im happy that i chose them and continue coming for my baby visit in future.

This is my very first pregnancy and so far I love the services. Dr. Enggano has been so respectful and wont mind answering any question I may have without any rush. Everyone else in the office is so nice and patient. I would truly recommend for all first time moms.

This is my first pregnancy & I am in Dr. ONeils care. He & his staff are very nice & professional. I never have to wait long during visits & he always answers all my questions thoroughly. (& I have a lot!) The staff for the sonograms are nice as well, the appointments just always seems a bit rushed but I always get nice pictures of my baby. I would recommend anyone to this office, especially to see Dr. ONeil & his staff!

I’ve been a patient at MacArthur Medical Center since March of 2022. Since being a patient, my experience there has been nothing short of amazing. There’s no amount of stars that can equal the amount of appreciation that I have for the staff there. I’ve never felt any sense of uncomfortableness from my Doctor and that’s a plus for me. I absolutely love how everything is so organized and it’s not combined, which makes the promptness an A+. Every month, I truly look forward to my appointments. Not only because I get updates about my baby boy, but also because I love the atmosphere. My Doctor is Dr. O’Neil and i’m not taking away from any other OBGYN, but in my opinion he is the best! He educates me on so much with my health overall and it amazes me. Of all of my 22 years of living, MacArthur is the best med center that i’ve ever come across.

I would give 0 stars if I could! At first my appointments were going fine, but after I was diagnosed with GD it seems like my OB is avoiding me. Dr. Patel has not been able to schedule my next visit to see her and every time I call I’m told that she’s not available this week. I understand that, but then give me her next available appointment then. I’m considered high risk with GD and it’s like she’s brushing me off to the Diabetic Counselor. If she doesn’t wanna see me because I’m high risk and she doesn’t wanna deal with me then so be it, but at least assign me to another OB that will see me. I’ve called so many times trying to get an appointment and I’m still given the runaround. I’ve asked to switch OB and can’t do that because of a new policy. Does no one care about my unborn child’s health? I will be reaching out to my lawyer and see if this falls into medical negligence. I have so many questions and concerns and I can’t get an appointment. I’m 31 weeks and high risk, you think Dr. Patel would at least try to schedule me in, but instead I keep getting that she’s booked and has no availability. Like I’m not a new patient! I’ve been coming here since I was 7 weeks! 0/10 do not recommend! I left a message with the office manager and was told I have to wait 24/48 hours to get a response. Like seriously!

Have had too many issues with this facility and their staff. It seems there is a lack of communication between anyone because they forget you have previously attended your yearly appointment and instead of clarifying that with you, they just choose to withhold your prescription birth control until you have to reach out and gain control of the situation. Will lie to you and tell you they sent the prescription to the pharmacy and they haven’t. Will run additional labs and unneeded testing on you without your consent, more money for them though!! When they finally did send the prescription to the pharmacy, it was sent to the incorrect one. An hour away.

I am so glad i made switch to macarthur Ob gyn I would highly recommend Mac Arthur Medical Center especially Dr.Patel. She is so nice and cooperative. The staff is also friendly, professional and understanding and answers all our questions patiently. We are very happy with their services.

I love this place as a first time mom I was sooo nervous about picking a place and a the right dr but this place is great they answer all my questions always see me if I have any concerns. Staff are friendly and everyone makes you feel comfortable. Dr A. Price is amazing she always makes me feel comfortable I always ask about 15 questions everything time and she always has an answer (: we’ll knowledge and always lets me know what’s coming next which helps so much. I would recommend this place to any one.

Ive been a patient for years and seems like its just getting worse with the quality patient care. Everything requires a visit, so they can make money of course. Teledoc will send in the same medicine that this office states requires a visit. Seems most offices run this way though. They have to see you just to tell you what you already knew and then they cant even get you in in a timely manner. If I have a issue now I need to be seen now, not in 7 days!!!

Ive been going here for 5 years with the best experiences with Dr.Arguello, her nurses and Pas. Now that Im expecting my first baby Ive been guided through the process with a great level of care. The staff in Sono is also pretty outstanding. Im so excited to see my baby girl in my 4D ultrasound this week!

Ive been going to MacArthur OB/GYN since 2010 with my first pregnancy and now 2022 and currently pregnant with my fourth baby and Ive always have had wonderful experiences with all of the staff. They have always been very helpful, respectful and caring . Ive never had any problems.

This is my 5th pregnancy and Im expecting my first girl! It was a surprise pregnancy and most OBs were turning me away bc I was in my second trimester finding out. I went to the Las Colinas location and the staff discouraged me but the one on Macarthur has been a delight. I never have to wait, I didnt have to sign a bunch of paperwork, the staff is always soo sweet and answer all of my concerns. I love it! They even offer 4D sonograms. Come to Macarthur OBGYN ladies!

My OBGYN is Dr. Fenous and my kids Pediatrician is Dr.Shah. I have had nothing but good things about it. The ladies in the front are wonderful and with smile on their faces, but the Trophy goes to Julissa every time I call and get her she is so kind, takes her time to listen to me and to answer any questions I have. Dr. Arguello was great, in addition to Joe from sonography. Can’t say the same about the billing department! I’ve been asking for a refund of my delivery payment. I ended up delivering elsewhere and have asked for the refund since September of 2022. They keep telling me they’re waiting on my insurance, yet insurance sent me a bill of what the cost of the services have been.I have sent several messages on the portal, left voicemails, and the claims department has yet to get back to me with a valid answer.

This is my first pregnancy and MacArthur Medical Center has been there for me every step of the day. I was diagnosed with a biocornuate uterus and Dr. Livingston has answered all my questions and relieved my worries. Every staff member is always courteous and informative. The sonogram crew are the best, they always treat me so well.Last time I went I was feeling sick and they were very patient with me. Overall, I’m very excited birth my child with the help of everyone at MacArthur Medical.

I just had my 2nd baby in November and used MacArthur Medical Center. I loved the clinic staff and nurses, but I wasn’t too happy with the Doctor I chose. I usually preferred to see a PA or Miss Kim instead. Doctor Dominique wasn’t very pleasant the times I saw her. She always seemed annoyed when I was there and would forget details about me and my medical history. Several times she would just walk out of the room without telling me goodbye or when to schedule my next appointment. I would go into the office every week to get an injection because my first baby came at 36 weeks and I loved how nice the staff was and my nurse, Samantha, was. I will continue to come back for my other visits, but I will not chose to see Doctor Dominique anymore.

I have been coming here to Dr. Livingston ever since I got pregnant with my first son in 2017 and I have been treated great and still am now during my second pregnancy. I come for my birth control and women check ups as well. I have heard good things about many Drs at this location.

I absolutely love this place, all the staff is great and always happy to help. This is my 2nd pregnancy with Dr. Thomas and she is amazing. The medical assistant that drew my blood 4 times during my glucose test was very lovely. Love the vibe of this place and makes me come to every appointment with a smile on my face.

So I’m only doing 5 stars NOW because my experience was totally different Wednesday. I had the opportunity of having Mary Lela (PA) as my physician this go round. One word Phenomenal, she was interested in all my questions, answered them with proper response and gave feedback. When it was time to check my cervix she was very very gentle and relax. Furthermore, she didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed because she had other clients. Thank You so much Mary your awesome.My original doctor is Dr. Arguello and I must say she doesn’t make me feel comfortable at all when it comes to my baby. To in a rush for me instead of taking her time and tending to my needs.

From the beginning of my pregnancy to the last appointment Dr. Sakovich and his team have been outstanding! So great I am now going for my third pregnancy! He is very informative and so sweet I love having him as my OB. Crazy to think he was my moms OB for my siblings and I as well.

This is one of the best clinics I have been to. With the tablets, first time patient check-in was a breeze although you need to put apart 15mins to fill out all the necessary documents. The best part of my trip was Dr. Forney. She was so professional and down to earth. She never once rushed me and she took time to listen to my concerns and provide me answers in layman terms. I highly recommend her as your OB/GYN, as a matter of fact I referred my sisters and mother to her.

I attended here my first pregnancy (which was great) at the time. I will not be returning. Due to reasons because of my second pregnancy (currently). In any business im sure its all about the money. Which I dont have a problem paying I also havee insurance as well. But Morals and values since I attended this office in 2012 have went down the drain. The nurses have become very unprofessional and not so friendly as I was used to back in 2012. I have since took my money and business else where. As a resident of Irving for 15yrs. Do your research before selecting a OBGYN here.

This place has always been great, Dr. Enganno and his assistants are very nice and helpful. He delivered my daughter and is going to deliver my son. Although I had a bad experience today in the sonogram office, it was a very important appointment to me and my husband and we forgot my husbands mask in the car and they told us if we went back to get it so my husband could participate in one of my last sonograms I’ll get that we would have to reschedule the appointment if it was longer than 15mins…there office is already a long walk ( to a pregnant women on a hot day) from the parking lot…I cried the entire appointment. Besides this they are great but I don’t think that was right of them because this is a special moment and my husband has had to miss every appointment and finally got cleared to come and couldn’t…like I said other than this there office is great and I would recommend Dr.Enggano.

I have heard very good comments about this clinic and I wanted to make a change with my third pregnancy, I can say that they were not wrong since my first visit they have treated me very well. My Dr. Enggano is very kind and patient he answers every question that I have, all the staff makes you feel you are in good hands!

I have been a patient for 13 years. At a well womens visit that was supposed to be covered 100%, they sent me a bill. Billing stated I discussed things outside of a well womens visit (pain). My visit was all of 10 min with the same Dr. I have seen for years. After calling billing for 3 weeks, finally she returned my call and told me I am not allowed to talk about anything other than being “fine”, or I will be charged. I asked to speak to the practice manager and explained I feel like someone should have told me up front to go in, get the Pap smear and be quiet, before I went. With the way times are right now, I would have skipped the appt if I would’ve know I was going to receive a bill. Erin C, the PM just kept saying “yeah, I understand”, but offered no assistance, nor did she care if I leave the practice, after being a patient for as long as I have been. Super sad, as I love my Dr., but I definitely feel scammed by the office and billing.

I love going to my OBGYN! They always take care of me every time that I go in there & are so friendly & nice. I have been going to Dr. Enggano for years now & he is so nice & answers any questions that you have. He discusses things with you & doesn’t rush you out of your appointments. I highly recommend coming to this OBGYN.

I should’ve listened to my first mind about this place when I was hearing bad reviews on Facebook... In my first visit during my FIRST pregnancy, the doctor talked to me for maybe 2 minutes, after keeping me waiting almost an hour and a half after my sonogram along with maybe 2/3 other women at the same time. No blood work was done, barely even a UA, so in leaving that clinic I already knew then that this wasn’t the clinic for me. Also, I have been waiting since 03/03/2021 for them to transfer my records to another facility since my first appointment was terrible enough, and after calling all week and leaving multiple messages, I find out today nobody ever sent my records or supposedly got my fax to release them. I will never visit this facility again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who is a first time mom or just actually wants to be fully informed about their pregnancy. Thanks a lot MacArthur OBGYN... 20 weeks and waiting on you.

My wife was seen here. You will consistently wait 1 to1.5 hours to be seen by the OB. I would recommend finding an OB that does a better job respecting their patients time! Their time management/ scheduling leaves a lot to be desired!

I’ve been with McArthur OBGYBN for about 2.5 years now and they are great. My doctor is Dr Teri Forney and this lady is above and beyond. Her team is great too. Definitely recommending to anyone who needs an OBGYN. She takes time to know you as a patient and individual and takes time to answer all your questions and clears your doubts even when you reach out to her after an appointment.I also had 1 appointment with nurse Sakovich and she is great too.All staff are all welcoming and nice. Minor cons are the waiting time (around 30 mins and 2 times only) and the billing dept who never picks up when you call. But still the pro outweighs the cons.

A friend recommend me this entire office and Dr. Livingston as Obgyn... and Im so happy and satisfied with them and their service that Im already recommend other friends of mine. They have great customer service (and bilingual), friendly, organized even in the busy days, thats my experience. Also, they have a portal page where you can access all of your info, summary visits, labs, appointments and include a internal messages for questions. In the lab office, the SONO office and the doctors offices you can feel a welcoming environment. 100% recommended!

I made an appointment online and they never followed up. Never got a call to schedule an appointment. My sister told me to avoid going here but I didn’t want to listen. She said customer service is terrible and I confirmed that now.

I would not go to this OBGYN. I went through a miscarriage here and it was handled so poorly. A lot of false hope was given and it made the situation even more painful. They were also very disorganized on when and why I needed to take a Rhogam shot, which didnt help with my fears and anxiety from the experience. I immediately changed my OGBYN and have been a lot happier elsewhere.

I LOVE Doctor Thomas and McArthur OBGYN! Dr. Thomas was amazing when I delivered my first child, and now she’s been helping me along with my second. During delivery, she was constantly on top of things and made sure I was progressing properly. It was a great experience, and I’m sure round two will be the same! She is always patient with my millions of questions. As for McArthur OBGYN, I love this place because it’s kind of a one stop shop. They have a lab on site, as well as all of the sonogram equipment. The patient portal is also very easy to use and keeps me informed with my lab work results and allows me to message my doctor and medical assistants. 10/10!

I was seeing Dr. Enganno before I became pregnant. Honestly a good doctor, he is knowledgeable and always listens to your concerns. Once I became pregnant he kept seeing me and took care of me on his end. When it came to going to the ultrasound department which is at the other side of the building, at first the visits were ok and short but once I started going very often I noticed how rude the staff was. I had my gender reveal sono here and I paid 60 dollars for it. The lady took a peak and said “I might need someone else” but then ended up saying she was confident with the results she had gotten from the ultrasound. Well turns out I wasn’t having what she had predicted which really felt awful since I already had my hopes up for what I was told. When I went in for my anatomy scan that’s when they told me the actual gender and on top of me expressing how disappointed I was on the previous tech because she didn’t get a second opinion, the lady helping me was very condescending and told me I should be GRATEFUL my unborn child seemed healthy.... oh so I’m not allowed to feel? Very unprofessional and apathetic. Unbelievable the people you run into at the places you least expect them to be at. This entire incident made me transfer care. I am now happier with care I am receiving.

Had a literally a hard time during my pregnancy due to lack of communication between doctors and the refereed hospital. They are very careless about patients health . I had request too many times to make a doctors note for my job coz I was not feeling good need more rest they don’t listen that also the Dr O’Neil check how is the position of the baby and let me go said that his agent will call for the appointment to get the baby out but never did, I had the baby on same day. And they called me after a week to make an appointment even I went to the same hospital they referred so pls don’t go to this place you might get yourself and baby on risk.

Scheduled an appointment a month out from time of scheduling, completed paperwork day before appointment only to have appointment canceled due to Dr. Forney needing to do a surgery.. understandable.. called to reschedule the following Monday, and was told Dr. Forney is no longer accepting new patients. Fine. I preferred a female but was convinced that I would be fine to reschedule with a male Dr. who was okay because he has over 30 years experience, and, was told Dr. Forney would accept new patients in the future so maybe you can just wait until then to schedule a new appointment...after scheduling with the male Dr that I felt forced to chose (an additional 3 weeks from time of original appt), I called back to reschedule again because it didnt sit right with me, and hoped they could do better, after explaining what happened... my new appointment with a female Dr. is now scheduled for November 29th. First appointment was scheduled in June. FIVE MONTHS... not even a routine checkup; this is a specialty visit. ..Not fine.

It’s my first pregnancy ,and my doctor is Dr.Fanous he’s a great doctor keeps me updated and made me feel calmer about my pregnancy, and always has the best answers for every question I have . I love their staff members they’re super nice and helpful. I still get nervous when it’s comes to blood testing (needles) but other then that I love coming here !

I love Dr. Forney and her medical staff. They are always attentive to my needs and caring. Im pregnant with my second baby that she will be delivering. I wouldnt have it any other way, and its such a blessing to know you are in good hands.

Staff and doctors are patient friendly and experience so far is great.

I’m A First Time Mom With Diabetes So I’m Sure You Can Understand I Have A lot Of Concerns. This OBGYN Has Made My Experience So Easy And Comfortable. Especially My OB Dr.Enganno , He Has Made Me Feel At Ease And Answer All My Questions And Concerns With No Problems. I Would Definitely Recommend This Practice If Your Not Sure Where To Start Or Go!

MacArthur medical center has been a great place for us. As an expecting mom, they provide all the services at just one place and the staff is really helpful.

Poor customer service. Don’t own up to their mistakes. Their medical assistants do not perform efficient work and they break Hippa regulations. Improper scheduling off appointments. I will not recommend anyone to go here and I certainly Will not recommend this place To other health professionalsTo be serviced. This is ridiculous. My dr left this practice and I will be as well. Not a healthcare office but a circus! My appt was even 2 hrs late was to be a new patient to a different doc and was done in 25 min. That’s not a new patient visit

I visited this OBGYN for annual exams and birth control prescriptions. First of all, it is really hard to get a refill on my prescriptions. I have called and filled out a refill request on their portal, and was told to call my pharmacy to ask for request to refill. I did so and I called to speed up the process and get put to voicemail every time with no call back. It’s been a week of me trying to get refills and I have been out of pills for couple of days now. I have no idea when I can ever get the pills refilled. I also have had a bad experience once when I saw my doctor for an exam 40mins after my appointment time. The exam was done in less than 5 minutes. I understand they are busy, but the process to get attention for anything is so exhausting and I don’t even know why they have the portal if they never check. If you aren’t pregnant I don’t recommend going here. Find somewhere else where they will pay attention to you.

For obygyn patients, I am currently in 3rd trimester of my second pregnancy. I will not be returning to this place after my delivery. Firstly the waiting time is one and half hour for the doctor.The nurses do the initial test and make you wait more than an hour in the room. In my entire pregnancy I got to see my doctor only 3 times. At the last month of my pregnancy they said that my doctor is no longer seeing me and I have to see NP which is ok but they should have told me earlier about it . I can’t change the doctor now. Honestly I never write reviews. This is the first time I am writing it. This is my experience with Mac Arthur obygyn .

Having my third child second one working with Mac obgyn. They are amazing and all very friendly and lovely people. Dr. Teri Forney is the best my second time using her. Definitely recommend

Been coming to this facility since April 2020 Dr. Dominique l was my doctor she was really good. Switched to Dr. Summer she was very helpful and nice. So I was suppose to get my tubes tied October 5 had to reschedule never for a call back from Dr. fails Fanious. So a week later I get a letter from MacArthur medical center saying they can no longer see me as a patient with no legitimate reason as to why. So I was told by a nurse which the nurse stated to me not to tell anyone but It’s messed up for the reason she stayed. That doctor Fais Fanous didn’t get paid because I had to reschedule my surgery. So by him not doing the procedure because I had an emergency he dropped me because he missed money. Also I’ve never met this doctor at all and never had a consultation about the procedure. I don’t recommend Fais Fanous at all. Staff is very rude over the phone as well. Wish I could rate them a zero.

Its so hard to get an appointment here. They did my c-section but they cant see me due to complications from it. They are always overbooked and never have time for their own patients. Ive been coming here for 7 years and every year the in office wait time as well as the time to get an appointment gets longer and longer . Im now looking for a new obgyn due to these frustrations.

This is my first pregnancy and I’m very glad I chose this place, the staff is so nice and always available to answer any questions you have. Dr Forney is the best she always makes me feel welcomed and always addresses any concerns I have

My Dr. Dominique she was amazing Dr. I became pregnant with my 4th so I saw Dr. Foney after Dominique left for the 1st time she was great and answered all my questions. Check in lady and MA needs to fake it to make it. Smile. The wait wasn’t so bad this time. Over all I really love this place.

Just look for somewhere else is you want to be able to change your doctor if uncomfortable.Ok so for 2 of my pregnancies the only reason I stayed here was Bc of my doctors. They both moved.Now with this pregnancy I had a bad experience and I “let the office know” As all the answers to the “bad” reviews say to do. And honestly they care more about not having a possible “discrimination” case than their patients.At first I was made to pick a male doctor Bc I was told I had to wait 3-4 months to see a female one. So basically they made me pick a male one. Which I still had to wait about a month to see. So not much difference. I was seen and it was not the best appt but I’d give it a try. (Doctor wasn’t attentive almost like he didn’t care)Then after I overheard something. I didn’t feel comfortable at all and let the office know I wanted to switch. But they’re answer was I could only switch to a male doctor. I initially didn’t want a male one Bc “discrimination” which was not the case. Now I’m again made to pick a doctor I don’t want. Now Bc I’m too far in my pregnancy I cannot switch to anywhere else! It’s just sad that they claim to be all about the patients but it’s not.And after I post this they’re answer will be that they’re sorry this happened and to contact the office. Which of course we know won’t help.

I have been going to this particular medical center for over 10 years. I had several services from yearly check ups, delivering two babies , and misc procedures. The staff is friendly, and they get you in and out very quickly. I most definitely recommend!

My wife is pregnant and she go to MacArthur medical center. All of the staff over there is really helpful. We’re happy with their service and behavior. Her doctor is also Amazing. This is going to be our permanent place for any kind of medical need.

WAITED AN HOUR AND STILL WAS NOT SEEN!! My appointment was at 2:30 and I WAS ON TIME AND DID THE ONLINE CHECK IN, was waiting naked in a gown in the patient room and the doctor never came. It was 3:30 when I asked for a refund and left. As I was getting my refund I asked if instead they could squeeze me in tomorrow to try again and they said no!! I was on my lunch break and was just trying to take care of my health and have my well woman exam. I work at Baylor Scott and White and we would never do this. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT A STRESS FREE AND RESPONSIBLE CLINIC!

Unfortunately my last visit on 3/31/22 was a nightmare. I arrived half hour early as instructed but the waiting room was like a bus terminal: total chaos. Once I got inside to the corridor of chairs they obviously forgot about me and it wasn’t until 1 1/2 hrs later that I complained about having to pee that they put me into a hold room. There I waited 45 minutes for Dr P. Who did my annual routine PAP . By the time I left the office the lights had been dimmed . Now I’m dealing with a billing error / coding mistake for which I have left 20 messages to billing ( no reply). A week and half ago I actually got a live person M Gonzales who promised to get me an answer but has yet to return my call. Today I left a complaint with the call center who will let Arron Cox know of my issue. Beyond frustrated at this point but still hoping they resolve their mistake.

My experience as a patient is always great from front desk helping you schedule your appointment and other appointments that need to be made they’re real attentive and if there’s a wait time Myportal is very convenient when requesting and interacting with the doctor or another staff member. As for doctors and physician assistants I recommend macArthur as they’re very knowledgeable answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable and are concerned of your needs.

I absolutely love this place ! The staff is great and everyone is so nice. Doctor Thomas is wonderful and has made this pregnancy so smooth for me. Really excited to get my 4D ultrasound today 🤗🤗🤗

Terrible scheduling. Waited a month for an appointment only to have it cancelled with no notice. They claim they tried to ‘reach out’ but luckily i called to confirm before showing up to find out my appointment was cancelled. The next available appointments were at least another month out.

Kim was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable telling her the issues I’m experiencing and made me feel like she truly understood my concerns and would do what needed to be done to figure it out. Unlike most drs that just brush things under the rug with only a prescription.

The lack of care that was rendered to my friend at this facility was unacceptable!! No pregnant woman should ever feel that way!! The staff may need to be trained.

Literally a no judgment zone. First pelvic exam and I was so scared but the doctor explained what she was doing and eased my nerves. A bit if discomfort but overall great visit

I have been cared for by Dr O’Neil since 2015. Dr O’Neil is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I’m very happy to have him as my Dr. His nurse assistants and staff are awesome. I definitely recommend Dr O’Neil to others.The sonograph staff are very informative and professional. I highly recommend MacArthur Medical Center.

I moved to texas a year ago and was very well established with a doctor I had been going to for years before leaving MS, but Dr. Forney was definitely amazing my first time meeting her! I absolutely Love this place been seeing Dr Sakovich for my first pregnancy and now for my current pregnancy and hes been so awesome always open to my question and very helpful and his staff is great and including Sonogram nurses are always nice and friendly .Love this place and do recommend it .

Management is too lazy and not responsive regarding scheduling and doctor follow up call. Not able to reach to doctor for general question. Management and doctors are not sync up with each other. What doctors said to us but management is not following up doctors.All doctors are doing great job but management is not keeping up to date with them and not able to communicating with doctor.

This Place is exceptional, I absolutely love this place but even more my doctor. He make sure my needs are met, and always make sure i am okay. Dr, Sackovich is my doctor and he is the best, there is no one else i would choose to be my doctor other than him.

BEWARE: If Dr. Freeman is still at this location be careful because I know she did a surgery on some one and the person died on the table a different doctor did get to save her life but just be careful. All the other doctors are great.

This place is terrible. Im having issues now, June 9th. They cant get me in until July 7th for any doctor there. They cant get me into my annual exam until September and they could care less. Im definitely going to be looking somewhere new. Cant have a doctor that knows Im having problems now but cant help me for 5 weeks.

First off let me start off by saying the experience is very luxurious, every appointment is very quick and efficient .The staff is very sweet and helpful . The doctors and nurses are all here to help. I recommend this clinic for anyone who want fast and efficient services totally 5 stars 💙

4D was awesome 👌. Sonogram/ultrasound was excellent . Doctors are very nice, frank and helpful. All staff are nice and ready to help in timely manner. Overall A great place to have medical checkups.

Even tho a make my appointment a month before , that’s another thing if you need the appointment they will give to you but 3 moths later

Absurd requirement that spouse has to be vaccinated to be present for fetal ultrasound. Didn’t accept negative covid test either. Naturally immune and willing to show up with negative test and n95. Very anti science.

Best OB/GYN in Dallas,Im currently pregnant visiting this clinics and doctors,staffs,personal are very kindness,Always punctual,never late on appoinments.They explain to you any doubts you may have,Spanish Staff.I higly recommend this Clinic.

I will never go back to this facility. I arrived 30 min early as a new patient. Set in the back for an hour and a half, for a nurse to inform me the doctor was not answering her phone. I have never been to a doctors office especially as a new patient for the doctor now to show up.

They scheduled my 20 week ultrasound appointment 4 week outs just for me to get there today and say my appointment is canceled and now i gotta wait another 2 week just to do my 20 week ultrasound appointment and im already over 20 weeks i will be about 25 weeks before my next appointment 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I will NEVER go back to this medical facility!!! I was quoted an estimate of $100-$300 before my procedure AFTER they verified and checked my insurance...and then after the procedure was charged $1,600.00. I have never been lied to by a medical facility for business. Never Again!!!
