I have seen the nurse practitioner two times and each time she has been great. She is attentive and kind and has a good spirit about her. I am kind of a complicated patient and I know that so them taking the time to help me to find ways to feel better is appreciated greatly. I’ll definitely keep going to them. I was with my last doctor for 25 years until she moved. So it’s nice to find someone new that I can count on.

I’m a new patient and when I tell you I was in and out!!!!! Omg that’s my type of time. The staff was so pleasant and prompt. I was recommended by my sister and I would recommend anyone in need of a good Doctor office to visit.

Talk about a great experince! Booking an appointment and filling out paperwork online was super simple. Once I arrived, i called the number on unit, and was one my way home in under 5 minutes and then received results the same day! If I need another test, I will 100% be returning!

Y’all were amazing. My son and I came here urgently needing results for international travel the next day. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and in the end they delivered as promised. I was in a rush to get a Covid test, I drove up there, got tested super quickly and was given my results within 24 hours. The staff is very professional and efficient, I would highly recommend this site if you need to get tested asap and if you need your results within 24 hours.

I called and was told no appointment was needed. I showed up 15 minutes later and the woman conducting the tests was mad that I was a drive-up and didn’t have an appointment. She whined about having to do the test. Ordered me to get my phone out and follow the instructions after taking a photo of the QR code. I understand its hot outside, you’re tired and you’re working in less than desirable conditions, if you truly don’t want to be there, don’t. Don’t give such an attitude that you have to do something that is part of your job.

Nightmare getting results way past 48 hour mark. Contacted all phone numbers for this location and all other DFW zdiagnostics.org locations and only one that worked was Frisco. Told to text the Irving number with info and no reply, emailed the main number no reply, called the lab number and it will not go through due to voice mail full. Talked to Frisco location and thought we were getting help with no reply. Original email for all tests still have no results. At a complete loss. Still no results for my whole family.

Not free anymore. Please check before going.Even in the past, they were charging your insurance, but you were not paying anything out of pocket. This time, they asked for a $12 copay. However, they are still advertising free covid PCR testing, WHICH IS NOT THE CASE.

This worked out well for us. We drove up and happened to notice 2 cars in a line and realized we were at the right place. We filled out all required information online ahead of time so the whole thing took less than 5 minutes!

I must say this center is the best for RTPCR covid testing for 2 reasons. First of all its free of cost for all irrespective of ur nationality. And second they give u results within same day. Staff is too polite. I highly recommend this place.

Literal nightmare. no drive thru. lazy receptionist don’t answer the phone for hours while eating and lounging like high school. impossible to find. nothing on website updated. just shut down and try again. thanks for wasting hours of my time
