I just left my appointment an hour ago. I had a wonderful experience!!! Everyone was so friendly as well as professional! They explained everything that they were going to do to me, they listened to my concerns and gave me the best advice, it was convenient, plenty of parking, tranquil, beautiful atmosphere and the building itself is beautiful. Dr. Burana is kind, professional, knowledgeable, he listened to me and made sure that I was comfortable. If felt calm, happy, heard, and well taken care off!!! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me!!!

I’ve been a patient here for around 7 years, the staff have always been kind and professional. I feel heard by my doctor and her nurse.I’ve noticed the wait to be called back has increased, but ever so slightly. I feel it’s a normal amount of time.When I’ve been talked to about bills, I’ve been met with an attitude of care and sincerity.When talking about medical conditions or procedures, I’ve been given tremendous care in the delivery of the info and I’m able to understand and/or feel comfortable asking questions when I don’t understand right off the bat.I honestly love my doctor and have moved when she’s moved to stay with her. Never have I been so comfortable at a doctor’s office.When making appointments, it’s a breeze. The admin staff is friendly, sweet and even funny.

I absolutely love MOGA!! Dr. Jason Williams is one the most compassionate and BEST doctors ever. He provided excellent care from the start of my journey to the end. Nurse Heather Baugh was so nice and helped answer any questions that I had. Ms. Tammy Gaitlin was also a joy to work with during my scheduling process. Whenever I had an appointment, the entire staff was awesome on every visit. Thank you so much. 5 stars across the board!!

First visit was ok, followed up in a year as I was suppose to and have been doing so for the past 4 years (other location) and was introduced to a different side of this place. I came in for my annual cervical screening and was told by the dr its not recommended every yr if everything is normal.. but my insurance covers it annually and incentivizes us for doing so….. She refused to do my pap and run my screening but still ran my exam as “preventative”. She continued to bill my insurance as if i did my exam because I recieved a “breast nd pelvic manual exam” which I would have done during my annual exam with my PCP in Feb if id know she would refuse to do it. I had believed we changed my exam from my well to an office visit and i requested certain diagnostic testing since i was already there and upon my arrival of my test results THEY WERE NOT EVEN RAN! I was told that if i still wanted them “i could come back if id like”… super dissatisfied with how i was treated when i was there and how i been treated on the phone with the staff. I made it clear for them to make me inactive. I will not be going back.

‘Twas my first time to visit an OBGYN so my anxiety was really high which increased when the staffs at the front desk seem not so enthusiastic with their work.1 star for thatBut, as I enter the room for assessment. I felt relieved that the people inside were more compassionate.And that deserves 5 stars

Truly truly love this place . Coming from Ruch clinic (which I had a FANTASTIC obgyn there Dr.Peeler💚) , I was very nervous to go to new OB . From administration to the Dr’s . I cannot explain how AMAZING Dr Emma Frank is ! I literally wouldn’t choose anyone else outside of her . She’s so sweet , has great bed side manners && will always be attentive to your needs . I pray I can continue bringing great reviews for this facility .

The nurses and reception were great while they were located in Baptist. They were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because of Dr. Wright. I had a terrible experience with her. It seemed as though she didn’t care about helping me or anything I had to say. I’m a first time mom and knew nothing about pregnancy or what to expect. I had to learn through Google and Facebook groups. The only time she had something informative to say is when my iron count was low. She told me that if I didn’t take the supplements I’d bleed out on the table. Outside of that she was honestly useless. I thought maybe it was a norm to have a 5 minute visit with an obgyn during pregnancy which is why I kept going but when I learned otherwise it was too late for me to go to a different doctor.

I mostly got blank looks and awkward silences during my appointment. I might as well have asked my uber driver. I was asked if I wanted an x ray and I said yes. I did not get a referral and every facility required it. It was impossible to reach out to get one. Voicemails go to the void.

This people that works there the two women’s people supposed to do their job as receptionists didn’t helped us at all , we drove 1.30 hours to make us loose the appointment because the doctor says needs to leave early and they didn’t tells us to hurry up they asked us to fill out tablet sheets instead of go inside to see the doctor we ended up loosing the appointment and they didn’t care at all . Never come back in the future to see this Doctors that don’t care about patients needs

The receptionist Alesha was very unwelcoming ,flippant,and hasteful. Not a good forefront for the business. After that interaction I didn’t even want to schedule my new appointment anymore . Will be going elsewhere , seems like a hostile environment.

Very rude customer service. The woman answering the phones seems absolutely flabbergasted you would call and bother her at her job where she works answering phones.They dont want or need your business, and thats fine because I need a healthcare professional who cares about me.

Mostly good experience, had to wait over an hour past my appointment time to be seen which is why I didn’t give 5 stars. NP Pfrommer was quick, attentive, seemed knowledgeable about endometriosis and seemed to really care.

Don’t stress your patients out about gestational diabetes and have them drive all the way to your office in this heat and gas prices for a few pieces of paper that could have been EMAILED, FAXED or maybe just upload it to your website for easy access under RESOURCES!!!!

My appt was at 9:30, did ultrasound then literally sat in a waiting area for an hour an 10 minutes . Unorganized office. Was literally here until 12 and didn’t get seen by np Kelly until 11:30

Jennifer Dewey PA has been my care provider for several years - she is excellent, knowledgeable, efficient. Im always in and out of my appt, never feeling like I spent more time in the waiting room than I did in the actual visit. I have had many doctors but I swear she has been the very best for me. Go see her!

Great hospital. Dr. Elizabeth Mann is very kind and thorough. The nurses are very helpful and kind. Waiting times could be long sometimes.

Must be so difficult trying to practice medicine in a forced birth state. I hope all the OBGYNs in these fascist states are able to live their lives free of prosecution and will be allowed to practice evidence based medicine. The voters can decide to make this a reality. Or not. If not, Id suggest OBGYNs get the eff out of TN and go to a place where you can live your life in peace.

I don’t think Ive ever waited less than 30-40 mins after my appointment time but there’s also been plenty of times where it’s been a hour or more past.

My favorite OBYGN…..Dr Gus is the business in the business and I appreciate his honest and caring of my well being

People, save yourself a trip not dealing with this doctor office. The lady from business department I talked to about my bills was very rude and unprofessional.

Very poor communication from their staff, not understanding people’s needs, I drove 1:30 to be told to reschedule, I am definitely not going back

I had an appointment at 1:20 but literally was sitting for an hour an a half to almost two hours very unprofessional.

First Time visit today 4/9/19. I waited an hour but it was time well spent. The front office staff so courteous and friendly. Dr Andrea Giddens is awesome. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She is very attentive and had a genuine concern to the issues I’m having. The staff, Brittney and Lisa (I think) were awesome as well. Definitely found a great Doctor!!!

Great experience with the staff. Im glad your office opens it’s doors to those who are learning to practice medicine. As a retired teacher, I know how important it is to allow students an opportunity to learn in a real setting. Thanks for your tender care Dr. Williams and Dr. Hernandez. Seeing a new doctor sight unseen made me a little anxious. But, not for long! Also, a shout out to the tending nurse who showed great respect for my privacy and personal information. Great job to all!!!

Dr Williams and his staff were wonderful at my recent appointment. I arrived super early and was actually seen before my scheduled time. I was greeted kindly by all the staff and all who I encountered seemed genuine and professional. My appt went nurse/med assistant to MD to Ultrasound to MD with minimal delay in between. Dr Williams addressed all of my concerns and recommended I scheduled a follow up in two weeks. I definitely recommend this practice site!

Dr. Crisler is AMAZEBALLS!!! She and the staff have an environment that makes going to an ob/gyn palatable. She’s highly recommended, as well as so personable that it felt like sitting with an old friend. I’m so glad that I was referred to her.

My first visit with Dr Tinker and I was so pleased with the entire visit . The wait time wasnt bad , his nurse was so nice and made me feel comfortable . Dr Tinker was super nice and made me feel at ease. He was very interested in my health and took time to ask and answer questions . The lady who did my mammogram was nice and didnt hurt me at all! Everyone was awesome . So glad I came to this office and saw Dr Tinker!

We love Dr Williams. We have never had any issues with him. He has delivered both of our girls. He has an excellent bedside manner and seems to truly care about his patients. He helped ease all of our worries with both pregnancies and deliveries. Highly recommend him to anyone.

I was impressed. I arrived at 2:37 pm, and my appointment was at 2:40 pm. I did not even have time to seat down and they call me already! All the nurses were amazing. Dr. Bannister always so nice and professional. Very satisfied with my visit.

Quick admission process for new patients. Efficient staff and thoughtful and quality care providers. I did not have to wait to be seen, and once I was in the exam room, I felt completely attended to. I was fully informed, and made sure I knew about all of my options and what they entail. Nurse Practitioner Dewey was incredibly thoughtful, attentive and intuitive and really noticed the little things that assure you that you are being cared for. Wonderful.

I love this group at the East location. They are always have a smile on their faces and extremely nice. Dr. Williams is hands down phenomenal. He’s always engaging, listens, and most of all takes the time to answer every single question. I never felt rushed at the visits even on the days they would get backed up and busy.

Dr. Mann is the greatest and I’m very comfortable with what she suggests. She’s always available on the portal which I love and utilizes a lot. Thank you Dr. Mann for all that you do.

Very welcoming professional services. I absolutely love my visits. Appointment options are great and service times are impressive. You will not be wairing all day, nor will you be rushed in and out. I most enjoy that Dr Mullenix and his staff listen to my concerns, respect my wishes, and with that in mind he then provides his professional opinion, but the decision is still mine and he respects that. He is truly a Dr that listens, understands, cares and has his patients best interest at heart.

Dr. Tinker and all of the people at MOGA are amazing!! My nurse today was Brittany and she was super nice and professional! This was my first time going to Dr. Tinker and he was an amazing doctor! He really shows great concern for his patients and takes the time to really talk to his patients.

Got there a bit late but was treated well by the front office. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. I love Dr. Wilson; hes been my doctor for probably 20 years. Even got worked in for my mammogram. Was a good experience for something I always dread.

Dr. Bannister has great bedside manners!! She was very informative, listened to everything I had to say and answered all of my questions. She was honest, to the point and I felt comfortable with her. I was originally referred to Dr. Shannon by a family member and her schedule was full, so I was referred to Dr. Bannister. I was told I could always go back to Dr. Shannon but I think I will stay with Dr. Bannister. This was my first time with MOGA and I have FINALLY found a place where I feel like I MATTER!!! 😃😃

They have the best staff ever. The nurses are always ready to help you with any question in anytime. Personally my experience with my Doctor Andrea Giddens was for sure the best decision I could have had choosing them to take care of me and my baby girl.Dr Giddens was always very supportive in everything I needed, about the pregnancy and sometimes even my questions of a first baby pregnant woman.They work with love, care, responsibility and you see that since the first time you go for your appointment.Very thankful and grateful.

The office staff was friendly and helpful. The appointment times were kept and flowed smoothly. Dr Giddens never fails with his bedside manner. He is friendly, caring and allows time for questions and answers. He always asks and expresses concerns for family members, specifically my husband.

I absolutely love Dr. Tinker. His bedside manner is wonderful. He explains everything thoroughly, asks you if you have any questions or concerns and then summarizes everything at the end of your visit. He is still in tune with his patients by showing empathy and concern for your wellbeing and actually tries to build a good rapport with you. He even asked me if I wanted him to consult with my other specialist so that they can work together to me the best care I need. He gives you options and alternatives and doesn’t drive for unnecessary procedures that aren’t in your best interest. Overall I believe that he’s not only a superb doctor, if you take away the profession he appears to be an overall good person who treats you with humility.

I travel over two hours to see Dr. Mullenix. He quite literally saved both my daughters life and my own and I know that he is always going to tell me the truth - good or bad. His bedside manner is absolutely amazing....he has a huge amount of knowledge - not just in the ob/gyn field either. The office itself is well run and the staff all seem to be happy and to make a great team. All in all, I am very impressed and will always return.

Dr Tinker and his office staff are always very courteous, knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr Tinker has an outstanding, kind and open bedside manner. I would recommend him to any of my friends. The office wait is usually longer than I would like, but he is worth waiting to see.

Dr. Williams is Awesome! He listens and makes you feel comfortable talking about your gynecological concerns and needs. He was also my surgeon and my experience was top notch! I would definitely recommend him to others in need of a great and experienced doctor with excellent bedside manners!

I love this office, the staff, the locations they have, and how guaranteed my appointment always is! Dr. A. Giddens made my pregnancy go by with ease, I will never be able to thank her enough for always reassuring me about my baby’s health and answering all my questions! Dr. Pfrommer is also very very nice, she made my first visit with her very comfortable! Would recommend them, but I’m sure all the doctors in the office are just as great! Even Mrs. Karen is great, she provided me with information about my insurance and told me exactly what would be covered!

Dr. Mann did an amazing job taking care of me in an emergency situation. Her calm, but assertive demeanor was appreciated as she handled my situation with care and attentiveness. She explained everything to myself and my husband, and made me feel very comfortable in a serious situation. She, and all of the staff did a wonderful job taking care of me.

Jennifer Dewey is wonderful! I was called back within 10-15 minutes of my arrival time. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to answer any and all questions fully. Overall, very quick and through all while being pleasant, helpful, and understanding (especially for the last appt on a Friday!). Her nurse who took all my vitals and assisted during exam was wonderful as well! Thank you MOGA!

The staff was friendly. My doctor was friendly, engaged, skilled, and gave detailed information concerning my procedure. However, like the other MOGA offices, the wait was way too long. Over 2 hour wait before I got to see the doctor. Glad I took the day off but sometimes I try to go on my lunch hour from work and this will be a problem. I will say it was worth the wait but most often I dont have the luxury of time.

MOGA is a great office, I never have any concerns that aren’t addressed, and everyone is so nice! Dr. Mann is a wonderful doctor and I feel very comfortable with her. She had a great bedside manner and is always helpful!

I was nervous about changing doctors after being with Dr. Counce for so many years. But, yesterday’s visit was prompt, easy, everyone was super friendly. Thanks to Brittany for being so sweet. And it was a pleasure to meet Dr. Tinker. He was gentle, kind, compassion, and took the time to talk with me. I greatly appreciate all the care that i have received with MOGA all of these years.

I love Dr Bannister. Shes straight forward but caring. Im sure theres other great Doctors there, but she is definitely my go to. I tell my friends about her. If there is anything wrong she still makes me feel comfortable and at peace. She knows her stuff and it shows. If I could give her 100 stars I would. Shes the best.

I love Dr. JASON WILLIAMS since the first day I meet him over a year ago. He listens explains situations so you can understand. I just meet Lisa yesterday and she was everything I expect her to be while working with him. Great thank you both for a great job😊

I was looking for an OBGYN in 2017 when I found out I was 5 weeks pregnant. I did my research on Google and I came across Dr Williams and I was able to get an appointment within that week. Every since then I have had absolutely no complaints. Dr. Williams is an excellent doctor, he is patient, he talks to his patients, and he delivered my baby with absolutely no complications. I also love the fact that even though my baby was 41 weeks he never pressured me into getting a C-section. He is also great to talk to informative and is open to any type of questions. I absolutely would recommend him and I have the family and friends.

First of all, let me say that Dr. Joe, himself, gets a 5 star rating. My overall experience yesterday could have been much better with a little communication from his staff. My wait to be called back for blood work was 2 hours and 20 minutes, with no word from anyone as to why it was taking so long to be seen. I and 3 other women were left out in the waiting room, even after the receptionists left for the day. All 4 of us were scheduled to see Dr. Joe. When they finally called one of us back, it was the lady with the latest appointment, not the earliest. There seemed to be quite a bit of confusion when we asked why we were still waiting to be seen. THEN they scurried around to get us all in treatment rooms. I was not given an explanation for my long wait until sweet Dr. Joe walked in, apologizing for the long delay due to a delivery he was called out to make. I love Dr. Joe and will continue to see him as long as he practices. But, the staff needs to communicate, with several updates, to those who are sitting in the waiting room for long periods of time. Most of us are taking off of work for these appointments and may possibly need to make other arrangements. It is wrong to ignore our presence when we have waited over an hour, and certainly when we have waited almost 2 1/2 hours. I do need to mention that after I was called back, the two nurses I was in contact with were kind.

Best gyn/doctors appt Ive ever had. Maggie, the nurse doing my intake, was so awesome and efficient. Made me feel really comfortable. She got me pulled back from the lobby super fast too which is always great. Dr. Mann herself is incredible. Efficiency is the model here and they crush it. It didnt feel rushed though, quite the opposite. Very thorough exam, painless as well. Results sent back quickly and easily accessible and read through the portal. Highly recommend Dr. Mann without reservation!

Nurse Dewey was the best! She made me feel so comfortable and had the BEST bedside manner!! I would recommend her to any patients wanting A1 service. The overall office experience is always pleasant. I am truly grateful to be a patient at Moga.

Other than the wait, which differs every time I go in, this office is one of the most professional Ive been to. I realize the staff has no control over what my wait time is due to pregnancies and emergency visits. My yearly visit itself is very short and the doctor always takes her time to ask if Ive had any problems or concerns. I am a HUGE fan of their new portal as it saves ME time and likely saves THEM time too.

I have to say that Dr Shannon is AMAZING not only as my OB but as a person. She is like a real life Wonder Woman and I am so very thankful for her. I pray that the Lord will bless her and her family and help them every step along the way. Her energy and passion for what she does is like no other and I wanna say thank you again for all you do and for her wonderful staff because without them she could not do all she does. Y’all are AWESOME!!!!

Ive been going to Dr. Mullinex for years and he is really great! He always comes in first to say hello and catch up before he does exams. He always puts his patience at ease and truly shows concern and compassion for his patients. Great guy!

He has taken very good care of me. Im 33 weeks. He made triple sure I didnt have gestational diabetes. He was concerned my daughter was underweight so we immediately did an ultrasound and she is perfectly fine. I can ask any questions and he answers them, telling me if its normal or precautions to take. I trust him.

Dr. Penn Joe is an awesome physician and person. He has a masterful way of making a very uncomfortable service a lot more tolerable. The nurse and tech were very friendly as well. There was no wait time. They took care of me immediately . I was so impressed!i

Dr. Andrea Giddens is the absolute best! Ive been seeing her since 2012, and she delivered both of my sweet and healthy children. Im extremely grateful for her patience and willingness to provide exceptional care during every visit.

I have been a patient of MOGA for 20 plus years. Everyone is professional, nice and have a genuine concern from check in to checking out about your well being. Overall y’all are awesome. The best doctor is whom I see and that is Dr. Wortham. He is kind, professional and takes time with his patients. I trust him 100%.

Dr. Bannister is great. I loved her bedside manners, how she treated me during my pregnancy. and afterwards. She delivered my baby girl. I give her 5 stars for A-1 service. I also applaud Ms. Barbie for her help and kindness. However the front desk women can be rude depending on who you come in contact with (thats why I gave 4 stars). Sometimes the wait can be long (like over an hour).So try to block off two hours if you go and if you are a nursing mom leave extra milk for baby unless you bring them with you

Dr. Shannon is great. Extremely personable and she made extreme efforts to make it to the hospital to deliver my son, for which I am extremely grateful. She calmed my nerves when she told me my son has IUGR and kept me calm in the delivery room. She’s awesome!

Dr Wilson made me feel very comfortable with him performing my procedure. He explained all the steps. And had a very pleasant disposition. That made me assume, He Loves his job! Thanks for such an awesome job, Dr Wilson & his nurse/assistant.

The staff members at MOGA are always professional and pleasant! Dr. Mann is so sweet and personable which is what I enjoy most about her! I always have a great experience during my office visit! Keep up the great work!!

I may use Dr Shannon as my first point of medical contact too much. I cant help it. She is the best Dr I have ever had. She is eager, current, so obviously educated. Dr Shannon is a doctor that looks you in the eye, LISTENS and acts. I have so much respect for her.Somehow she amazingly is able to review your chart and is on it. She knows what is going on with you currently. You never feelike a number.I wish her all the best and want her to carry on!!

Wait time is OBSURD! You have to block off your entire day for an appointment when your meeting with the doctor is about 2 minutes. I’m young and am pregnant for the second time and have had multiple underhanded remarks made to me that I know would not have been said to an older woman. I feel like I’m not taken seriously and I leave every appointment feeling bad about my experience. I’ve seen 3-4 doctors over the past three years and they’ve pretty much all just had a very generic demeanor. I read another review where a woman said that the doctor read off bad news like they were reading off a food order and that’s how every interaction is that I’ve had. Do not recommend and I will hopefully be switching facilities.

I just want to say a BIG thank you to Dr. Williams and the entire MOGA staff, for all of your attention and support over the past few years. With a somewhat complicated pregnancy, Dr. Williams and his team have been nothing but helpful, very attentive and careful with me and my child. The entire staff is truly caring and knowledgeable. If I have any questions or issues, they are always responsive and reassuring. Issues with your insurance provider? They are there to help. General scared mommy to be moments? They have your back. The patient portal is amazing as well. You can schedule, get information/test results, and ask as many questions as you’d like. The portal allows for a 24 hour turn around on emails/questions – but they always answer much faster than that, normally within a couple of hours at most! Dr. Williams is very personable and makes you feel like family. I am truly grateful for all of the support and care that the team has provided, and would highly recommend Dr. Williams and the team for all of your general OBGYN and birthing needs. Thank you all so much!

Dr. Andrea Giddens has been my Dr. for years. Shes very professional, very easy to talk too, genuinely concerned about you and how you should be taking care of yourself. She will immediately recommend you to another Doctor if she sees a problem out of her field.I wouldnt trade her for anyone else

This whole practice is wonderful! From the front desk clerk to the ultrasound tech! I really just enjoyed everybodys pleasant attitudes and care. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chrisler to everyone. She is so nice, competent, and sincere. It was such a breath of fresh air to have my annual exam, ultrasound, and mammogram all in one place.

Dr. Mullinex always takes the time to thoroughly answer my questions and reassure me. Im a high risk patient and feel completely confident with him. The nurses and office staff are equally awesome. Cant recommend this team enough!

I am a new patient and My Dr is Dr Lea. She is very nice and straight to the point. She explains everything so that you understand. Her nurse is very nice as well also the ultrasound lady. I had no problem today at all. No long wait may 30 to 45 mins of course because I had paper work to do. But I think I am going to love this dr.

Have had great experiences at MOGA. I transferred to MOGA when my old OBGYN prescribed something to me that hadn’t been tested on pregnant women. I am a first time mother, so that was extra scary. So I had anxiety and add that with my previous experience, I was so nervous. When I called to schedule to switch Jennifer mentioned that Doctor Dorsett was taking new patients. I have NEVER once regretted switching. Dr. Dorsett is the best doctor I could have asked for. She didn’t make me feel crazy and answered every question, no matter how many I had and was there for me no matter what. I’m so glad I made the switch. My delivery was not the best situation but dr. Dorsett still made me feel like I was in good hands and kept me encouraged and informed the entire time. I have nothing but amazing things to say about her.

I love Dr. Mullenix. He’s so understanding and easy to talk to. Very thorough and generally a great Doctor! And the nurses are super cool and friendly too! I won’t go anywhere else! Thanks to all of your great people! 😊

Dr. Joe is the absolute BEST in the business. I am 43 and have been his patient since I was 18 yrs old. I truly respect his medical opinion and hope he remains in practice for many years to come. He delivered my daughter who is now 24, and she is his patient, as well. Hopefully, he will be around to deliver my grandchildren!

The staff at MOGA is outstanding! I love my own personal physician, Dr. Wilson. He is very knowledgeable and continually embraces my family nearly ten years after delivering my daughter.

Very clean and nice facility, wonderful services available, but prepared to have your money played with. They quoted us for a total delivery fee of one amount one day after making a partial payment, then after that we were charged for the full amount over again. They then stated that we could only get a refund after 3-7 business days. Asked them again about the refund a few days later and now we can only get a refund after delivery and that they dont know why we were charged that much. After speaking to a manager they came up with another fee that was added but not discussed with my wife or myself, and that was the reason we were charged for the full amount over again.Completely unacceptable for a business, let alone a practice, to give we dont know why you were charged but oh heres another fee to explain it to anybody when they are depending on your services for the well being of their family.

I really like this office and Dr. A Giddens is great. Like most offices there are longer wait times when I have afternoon appointments and they are really fast during my morning appointments. I recently had a baby and was really impressed with the attention and professionalism Dr Giddens provided. He really respected my opinions about my care and went the extra mile during my delivery. Ive had 4 pregnancies and worked with many Doctors and offices not all of them would have done that.

Dr. Pfrommer was very good at making me feel comfortable. This was my first time every going to an OBGYN and Im happy it was a good experience. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I did have to wait a bit in the lounge area before finally getting a room. Overall 4/5

All the doctors and nurses Ive met have all been amazing and kind. You cant forget the ladies in the front either, they are also incredible. The ONLY reason I cant give a solid 5 star review is the wait time. I know there is a wait time with most if not all doctors offices but you can end up being there for more than 4 hours. Im personally not a fan of that, but I stick with it bc the doctors, nurses, and the rest of the staff truely are amazing.

Its been a while but I thought I leave one anyway. My OB is Dr. Jason Williams, not sure if he is still there but one of the best doctors especially since he is a man. I know all of the doctors who work under MOGA are highly educated just like Dr. Williams but there is about bedside manner that he understands that the rest of them dont lol I been to a few when he would be out or his schedule would be booked. Ive had 3 miscarriages and two he actually got to walk me through. And oh my gosh Lisa ! Im not sure if she is still work in with him but she is absolutely awesome!!!! The MOGA nurses and assistants are great! Dr. Williams delivered both of my children in 2015 and 2017 . I had 3 miscarriages within a years span. My last one I got a D/C in 2020 and he performed that one as well. Ooooohhhh and its great that MOGA has alot of locations around the city of Memphis! I know this was about MOGA lol but Dr. Williams is why I kept going back.Schedule depending on the year can be crazy but what doctors office isnt. No runaround when it comes to paperwork and payments, very straightforward. Like seriously if I was pregnant now I would be going there. Hope this helps

From the moment of calling the office to set up a appointment to see mrs. Giddens. Everything has been pleasant. I dont typically leave reviews. However she is a great doctor and very knowledgeable about her line of work. She is very friendly and make sure her patients are well taking care of. I went to her for my second pregnancy and can say i enjoyed her more than i did with my first doctor(another). She is good

Timeliness was not good. Got in on time & didn’t get called in for 45 minutes. Ultrasound tech seemed upset about something and in a hurry to get me ‘processed’ through. Not exactly a great first impression of staff. Dr. is great though! Looking forward to seeing her again... hopefully it was just a bad day.

Dr Mullenix is amazing. Ive been seeing him since 2016. He has great bedside manner and not only makes you comfortable but also your family. When I was scheduled for a surgery he not only answered my questions but also asked my husband if he had any.

I was having sharp pains and my normal MOGA doctor was stuck at the hospital. So they sent me to another location to Dr. Wilson. I was so nervous because I like my regular doctor. Dr Wilson saw me right away as a walk in to his location. They did an ultrasound and helped me understand what was happening (Cyst). I am so thankful he was willing and able to work me in!

Ive gone to the practice almost 17 years and have always had a great experience. Dr. Mann did an excellent job delivering my son, and Dr. Wortham has continued to provide timely and effective care. Highly recommended!

I have been a patient at MOGA for 32 years! Dr. John Gayden was my doctor for 26 of those years, before he became ill, and I doubted I would ever find a suitable replacement! Dr. Gayden himself recommended Dr. Jason Mullinex to me. I dreaded going to a different doctor, but after my first visit, I was surprisingly very pleased with his recommendation! Dr. Jason Mullinex has a wonderful beside manner! He listens intently to all of your concerns, and is very attentive and patient! No matter how busy he may be, he makes you feel as though you are his only patient, and the only one that matters! I cant say enough good about Dr. Jason Mullinex! To make things even nicer, his nurse, Brittany, is fabulous too! The entire staff at MOGA is friendly, and that creates a positive, warm atmosphere!It says in Hebrews 13:2 Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing, some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it!I would highly recommend Dr. Mullinex to anyone looking for a new doctor!

Warm welcome, short wait time, pleasant time with nurse obtaining vitals. Ive seen Dr. Giddens for several years now and he has always taken excellent care of me. He is very personable and professional, and always knows the latest research. He is a doctor who will listen to his patient, and will treat you as an individual.

Dr. Andrea Giddens is the most caring doctor I could hope for. When my previous doctor retired 6 years ago, I wasnt sure if I would stay with MOGA but someone recommended Dr. Giddens and I thought why not. She always come into the room totally prepared for a visit. Shes read my file and is totally prepared. She answers all my questions and gives me pros and cons for my approach to taking hormones making the decision an educated one instead of just telling me what to do. She cares about her patients, were not just a number where she drops in, does what she needs to, and then runs out the door. She will answer every question I have and actually engage in conversation. Most people dread that annual exam, but I actually look forward to making sure were on the same page as I enter the next phases of my life.

Hands down best doctor!! He has been my doctor since 2012, and all of my infertility, PCOS, preterm labor issues! We brought home our rainbow baby January 2016. Now about to start working on second baby!!!! He is amazing and listens and we plan everything together! Thank God for this man!!! The office over all is great!! Dr. Mullenix is my doctor!!

I love Dr. Lea Bannister and her staff. I have been with them for app. 12 yrs and at age 62 I pray I will never have to go anywhere else. Dr. Lea Bannister is so personal with your time talking to you and then very private with the care. God bless her and her group.

At 36 weeks pregnant, my OBGYN left the practice moving out of state. I had been seeing him for close to 10 years. I was devastated and had no idea who to choose to take over my care. Dr. mullenix was referred to me & I took a chance hoping he would be as good as my previous Dr. I’m SO glad I did!! Dr. Mullenix exceeded my expectations! He even came on a Saturday to deliver my baby, stayed at the hospital all day until my baby came. That in itself was exceptional. I just had my 6 week postpartum visit and he answered all my questions & left me feeling like he really cared about me. It’s hard to find doctors like him these days with all the changes in healthcare. I would highly recommend him!! He is THE BEST by far. Thank you Dr. Mullenix!

The staff and doctor were so caring that it lessened my anxiety about the visit. Dr. Tinker explained every procedure and inquired about other health issues and who was making sure that they were under control. Every staff member I interacted with had a very pleasant smile.

Dr. Mullenix is, by far, one of my favorite doctors. I was so happy with him throughout my pregnancy and during my delivery. I had a successful VBAC. He took his time helping me understand certain thing. He was kind and helpful. If I wasn’t moving to a different state, I would stick with him. I’m so sad to be leaving.Nurses are great.The office was ok. The wait was not great.

The absolute worse place. I’ve had to re schedule THREE times. I’m already 9 weeks and haven’t had my first visit. The doctor will literally leave while you’re waiting in the waiting room after waiting for two hours. They will call you a day before your visit and tell you she left and they will reschedule you until A MONTH AND A HALF later!!Please avoid this place it’ll waste your time especially when they reschedule you with a wrong doctor who doesn’t even take your insurance in the first place and than the day of the visit calls you and tells you that, and than RESCHEDULE AGAIN!!

I wish I could give Dr Mullenix 10 stars - we can’t recommend him enough! He is easy going, thorough and attentive. Dr Mullenix went out of his way to make our pregnancy everything we’d hoped it would be - our visits never felt rushed and we always felt like we were receiving superior care.

At MOGA I had a full womens health check with Dr. Elizabeth Mann. I had a very pleasant, efficient an thorough health assessment. Dr. Elizabeth is super personable and gave us plenty of consultation time to answer any and all questions. Very Cool! I am an Exercise Physiologist and have many clients that I coach on fitness and nutrition and now I have a place to recommend for my female clients for a full wellness checkup. I had my testosterone, vitamin D, lipids, estradiol, thyroid, fecal, bone density and breast check. I recommend Dr. Elizabeth Mann to all the gals in Memphis.

I was impressed with how friendly the staff was and how quickly I was called back to the exam room. The nurse and Dr Wilson took time to ask if I had questions or needed any RX. I did not feel rushed at all and appreciated not having to wait long in the waiting room.

My doctor is great. I just dont like that the nurses dont even look at your chart and know that you are pregnant. I asked for an ultrasound and she was asking had they already confirmed my pregnancy. Had 3 beta HCG test done previous to this last visit by the same office. Other than them not familiarizing themselves with your chart prior to calling you wait time is short and the DR is great. Listens to all my concerns.

There is nobody better than Dr. Tinker. He is kind and willing to answer questions. He does not rush through the appointment and he makes the patient feel very comfortable. I was so sad to hear that he is moving his family to Florida! He will leave a BIG gap in the medical community in Memphis.

I always have a pleasant experience at MOGA. You may have an extended wait time in the lobby but thats because they have great physicians. Dr. Joe delivered my 1st child & will hopefully deliver my 2nd. Hes a great, patient & detailed doctor.

Dr. Giddens is so great. He actually sits down and listens to you. He offers his advice and options to help, when needed, but allows you to be a part in your own health care. I have never felt pressured into taking a new medication or changing something I didnt feel comfortable with. You can just tell he genuinely cares. Dr. Mullenix is a wonderful doctor! You dont have to be in your child bearing years to be special to him. Women of all ages have issues and he understands that. He makes it a point to know everything about you and what is going on in your life. He knows everything from when my mom passed away to when my last dog passed away. The staff is also fantastic! They really know you also. Its like a family when you go in there. Every woman that has ever said I need a new gynecologist but I want a woman. So many Drs to choose from. So many locations to choose from. So many appointment dates and times to choose from with rarely any significant wait. Ive never, so far, had to wait in the waiting room past my appointment time for the dr to be ready to see me.HAS ULTRASOUND ON SITE (!) in some, if not all, of the offices (they definitely have it at their Brother Boulevard location where I go). It was confirmed I was pregnant, and I was immediately escorted across the hall the get my 1st ultrasound. This is VERY rare for any OBGYN office and Ive never seen it at any other OBGYN offices Ive been to and this was extremely convenient.GREAT online patient portal to let you schedule appointments, review test results, email your Dr or their assistant for answering your questions, etc.I have so much praise for MOGA. MOGA is not just the best OBGYN office, but Drs office in general that Ive ever attended, and unfortunately with my disgraceful health Ive seen many a medical establishment. MOGA goes above and beyond anything Ive ever seen thus far in my 33 years.Cons? The only thing I can think of is that one time I was told by the receptionist that they do NOT accept TNCare for pregnancies, which is VERY unfortunate since such a large percentage of women use TNCare when we are pregnant.The receptionist acted kind of like she might not be sure and instead of simply confirming over the phone whether or not they accept TNCARE for certain (Or any of its many names) she tried to make me come up to the location for an appointment to get an answer. This is an anomaly for MOGA by far, and should not affect your judgment of whether or not you choose them as your OBGYN because all of the other great things about their practice more than make up for something as inconsequential.

I have been with MOGA for many years. After my doctor retired, I chose to see Dr. Crisler since her father is the pediatrician of my children. Enjoyed my visit with her, great bedside manner & very informative. My daughter has even decided to start visiting her.

I saw Dr Manejwala throughout my whole pregnancy & was very pleased. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and without making me feel dumb for asking them. He didn’t deliver my baby as I went into labor on another doctor’s on call day, but he did come see me the next day in the hospital to check on me and see how everything went. He is easy to talk to, quick, and efficient. I also really like Kisha, his nurse who takes care of everything before you go to a room to be seen. I will definitely go back to him for my next pregnancy.

Kind, gentle, understanding and awesome staff and docs - I’ve been going here for more than 10 years and have never had any cause for concern - at all. They’ve treated me exceedingly well, from an emergency hysterectomy to regular checkups. These folks have been right on the ball!

The efficiency of my appointments (DEXA scan, annual visit, ultrasound) were perfect. I saw Dr Wortham bc my regular gynecologist wasn’t available and I loved him! So kind, caring and personable. I was very comfortable with him and would definitely see him again. Thankyou for a professional well managed visit.

Dr. Crisler was amazing as usual. She listened to my concerns and presented all the treatment options that she could offer. She made sure my tests were up to date and assured I was on schedule for my next mammogram.

Even with limited options left. Dr Mullenix still respect my wishes and talks to calm me down and try to offer some relief until the next step. The wait was longer than I expected but that was because my doctor had left and delivered a baby which I was fine with waiting! Elizabeth Mann was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable.

I was convinced that there was something wrong with me after dealing with infertility and heavier periods. After coming across endometriosis, I was convinced I had it. I was told by Dr. Crisler that my periods would be so bad that I would be in the hospital if I had endometriosis. I was referred to Fertility Associates of Memphis who wanted to complete 3 rounds of IUI before doing a laparoscopy which would have been $3,000 wasted. I am so glad I went with my gut and chose Dr. Podraza at St. Francis to do a laparoscopy as he found that I had stage 3 endometriosis. Understanding that people make mistakes, I wanted Dr. Crisler to know this information so I emailed her. I received no response. The severity of the symptoms of someone with endometriosis does not always equal the severity of the illness. The average wait time for a diagnosis of endometriosis is 8-10 years. My hope is that through this review, we can close that gap and allow girls to get the help they need. I also hope that through this review other women like myself will find doctors who get to the root cause of infertility instead of spending pointless time and money on IUI and IVF that will not work.

Honestly I would give this place no stars if I could. Do not be fooled by all the positive reviews. I chose this practice because they seemed to have overwhelmingly positive reviews. This office has driven me into depression and anxiety due to their lack of compassion, inability to keep their promises, and general chaos. Every time I have gone to get blood work I have had to call to get the results despite being promised that I would be called with the results. The nurses have no compassion and cannot tell you anything. The best I’ve gotten from one of them is “well the meds didn’t work this month, do you want to up the dose?” Isn’t that for the doctor to decide? When I told them they keep forgetting to call in my prescription when they deliver the results I was told that it was my responsibility. Despite the fact that the doctor had to make a decision every month on if to up the dose or not and needed her to call them in I was still blamed for their oversight. And don’t dare ask to speak to a doctor if you are upset or concerned your meds aren’t working. They will tell you it is impossible to speak to a doctor because that’s what they pay nurses for. And when you ask the nurse why your meds aren’t working they will say I don’t know you have to discuss that with your doctor. They deliver upsetting news like they are reading back a food order with not an ounce of compassion or sympathy. Never ask if you need anything or have any concerns. You will get a call from your doctor if you absolutely throw a fit but that’s all. Do yourself a favor and seek another practice. They have far too many patients to give anyone any kind of personal attention or care and if you are battling any issues with your health you will need that. These people have brought me to tears just because I’m so confused and feel no compassion on multiple occasions. I requested my records transferred to a new doctor today and the amount of relief I feel that I will not have to fight with these people and be blamed for their oversight is a huge weight off.

Dr. Giddens is fantastic. She takes time to listen and develop the best plan for your health and future. I trust her and always feel confident she is giving the best and most up to date advice.

Dr Wilson has delivered all three of my babies by c-section in the last 4 years. He’s always so calm and chill. He’s like a giant teddy bear or a Santa and he makes you feel cared for.

The clinic staff were all very friendly and efficient. My wait time was minimal. Dr. Shannon was excellent - personable, conscientious and thorough. I feel like I’m in good hands!

The staff at MOGA East is very professional. I was a bit concerned when I relocated to Memphis and finding an OB-GYN that I was comfortable with and loved as much as I did prior to moving. I must say that I give Dr. Cristler and her staff 5 stars. The facilities are immaculate and I have never experienced a long wait time. I will be a patient as long as I reside in the area!!!!!

George Wortham has been my doctor for many years, and he is excellent! The MOGA staff, from the front desk to all the nurses and technicians--knowledgeable, helpful, caring. So pleasant. I really like Dr. Wortham and MOGA and am grateful for their care.

I LOOOOVE Dr. Williams he is very personable and for a “male” in the “female stuff” field very agreeable, knowledgable and respectful. He makes you feel comfortable and is always attentive and makes sure he answers any and all question you may have. He is also very quick but yet thorough which is great as a mom of three who doesn’t always have the time.

I just LOVE MOGA!!! I have been a patient with them for about 35 years now. I am a patient if Dr. Penn Q. Joe and I absolutely adore him as my OBGYN doctor and a fellow brother in Christ Jesus. He is so inspirational and he has an awesome bedside manor. He delivered both of my sons. I like to talk to him about any issues that I am having because he is very wise, kind and patient.Yesterday I also had my mammogram at MOGA along with my yearly female checkup. I met Megan and she was also AWESOME!!! She was very friendly and patient.I would recommend MOGA to every female that I know. They are a GREAT group of OBGYN’s. Dr.Tinker was extremely thorough with explaining my procedure to me. I was blow away by his professionalism. Usually Doctors rush in and out but he really ensured I completely understood everything and was free from questions before ending my visit.

Dr. Mullinex is the absolute best! He has delivered both my boys and I wouldn’t change doctors for anything. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and helps you understand any questions you may have. Will keep going to him until he retires!

Dr. Mullinex was actually recommended to me several years ago and Im not surprised. He is patient (never rushes thru appts), very knowledgeable about his profession and genuinely concerned with your care. It is obvious that he reviews my records and is well-informed of my patient history, medical charts, etc prior to walking into our appt together. Also flexible in the event that you might need to test & try various treatments, medications. And makes you feel comfortable with a compassionate, professional bedside manner. (I will never change unless he retires)!In terms of the office environment, I am always amazed that regardless of which location you are calling, or the dept or staff member you are working with......they seem to be cut from the same cloth! Kind, considerate of your time, and always go the extra mile, when needed. And just ALWAYS amazes me!! (As that type of consistency is extremely rare and very much appreciated) - I hope they know!

Hi,I was referred to Dr. Mullenix via a colleague!Was in transitioning from one provider to finding a new one. Ssooo very glad I was introduced to Dr. Mullenix. My preference has always been female physicians regarding my OB/GYN care but I must say, Dr. Mullenix is the exception!! Very professional, insightful, knowledgeable and compassionate! My appointment started on time and did not take all day. Dr. Wilson is the best. He always listens to my concerns and answers all my questions even if he has to get back to me with an answer. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson and MOGA - East!

Dr.Andrea Giddens was awesome I’m having some issues conceiving and she got me on the right track and we’re getting things moving along. She was very understanding and she explained things and made sure I understood what’s going on as well! Love her!

Dr. Tinker and the staff at Women’s Baptists MOGA East are wonderful. He wasn’t my original OBGYN but I found that I preferred to work with him after he birthed my son in 2016. I highly recommend him or anyone at this office.

As for 23 years, Dr. Crisler is still the best! Her comforting mannerism really calmed me during my visit today! Love this Doctor!

We absolutely love Dr Mullenix. He has delivered both of our children and I just cannot say enough good things about the support staff at their clinic and with the facilities at the Baptist Womens Hospital.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kumar with MOGA for about 5 years now. He is by far the BEST doctor. Recently, he performed surgery on me. Dr. Wilson has been my doctor for nearly 20 years, delivered 2 of my babies and now will deliver my 3rd. I have always been very comfortable with him. I couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else.

This has only been my second visit with Dr Mullinex but I’m beyond happy with my experience so far. Moving from NC to Memphis late in my pregnancy I was so worried I wouldn’t find a dr I felt comfortable with like the one I had previously had. I’m beyond grateful for him and cannot think him enough for making me feel so comfortable

I love every doctor I encounter at MOGA. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the service is fast. When your appointment is set for a specific time, that is the time that you are seen. Great place!

I’ve been seeing Dr.Bannister for the past 3 years now. She’s very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She listens and is very concerned with any issues you bring to her. When I was pregnant she was very patient and explained everything to me. That I did not understand.

Dr. Mullinex is very easy to talk with and listens to your concerns and gives you as much control in the decision making process as he can. I was very pleased at how approachable and comfortable he made me feel.

Dr. Mary Giddens is a physician that wants to hear and gives her time for the patient to answer any questions or concerns. She is highly humanistic and it is something very rare in practicing physicians today. My whole journey was blissful throughout my pregnancy and delivery thanks to Dr. Mary Giddens.

This was my very first visit. Everyone was so nice and wonderful from the receptionist, my nurse, and Dr. Bannister. Dr. Bannister was patient, answered all of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. That really meant a lot to me!

By far the best OBGYN in practice in the Memphis area. James Wilson III has a fantastic bedside manner, is gentle, and always smiling. If you are looking for a doctor, he is one you need to see. He delivered one of my four children... but was there for the prenatal care of my youngest three... reassuring and really knows what he is doing. As a middle aged woman now in my pre-menopausal stage, he has also performed surgery, (uterine ablation) which helped many of my issues. Certainly listens to his patients... and is patient. :)

I always get great care at MOGA. Kelly Pfrommer is knowledgeable, professional and always willing to listen and answer questions. I give her 5 stars. The reason I didn’t give MOGA 5 stars overall is that I’ve had problems with the front desk scheduling (ex. waiting 1-1/2 hours then having to reschedule because I had to pick up my child at school; having my appointment cancelled but not being informed it was cancelled until I showed up).

I love Dr. Shannon! She is a very busy lady but I think that just speaks volumes about what kind of dr she is. I only wish I had her when I was pregnant with my first!

The staff is incredible, very nice and compassionate, gets you in for appointments fast, the wait time was minimal even though they were very busy, my OB was also very compassionate, listened to everything I had to say, was very sweet, calming, thorough, and made sure I understood everything that was going on. Could not ask for a better OB office!!

Dr. Wilson always treats his patience with love and care. He listens to the issues you may be having, and comes up with solutions to solve them. He is never tries to push something on You, but allowing you to make the decision on what is best for you.

Dr. Aric Giddens is one of the best OBGYNs in the nation. He is passionate about what he does. He is helpful, informative, and he educates his patients. He is so genuine. I am in tears typing this because Ive rarely run across a Physician who truly cares for his/her patients.

Dr. Mann made me feel at ease at my visit. She was very knowledgeable of what may/could work for my condition. She took her time explained different therapies that was offered and took time to answer questions that I had.

Love MOGA, but more specifically, Dr Aric Giddens. I’ve been a patient of Dr Giddens for a little over 7 years. He’s seen me through two pregnancies, deliveries and I had my very first mammogram today; as I turned the big 40 this year! Meagan was awesome today walking me through each turn and unnatural pose during my first of many checks. She wanted to make sure I was comfortable (as you can be) during the entire process. They are both top notch and deserve five star ratings in my book!

Dr. Mullenix and the staff at MOGA are all so wonderful! My insurance copays are less if I go elsewhere, but I wont switch. By far one of the most attentive doctors I have been to!

First time patient. Dr. Mann was great for my annual visit, but the wait time knocked off two stars. Appointment was at 10:30 and didn’t get back in a room until around 11:30.

Dr. Shannon and the rest of her staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was clearly explained and all questions answered. Additionally, this facility is the most timely doctors office that I have ever visited and that is much appreciated!
