Any Lab Test Now

Am a new patient and to be very honest am very terrified about needles and infections , as i was coming into Any Lab Test Now i was greeted by Mrs Tatiana. I had a couple of questions and she was very professional and very attentive ti my questionnaire . She explained the procedure that i was going to get done step by step, and it made me feel very secure about getting it done. I would definitely rate her as 5 star services, and definitely recommend any person to go and visit this lab. I took the procedure and came out very happy and completely satisfied. Thanks to Mrs. Tatiana she was my Angel.

I’m giving a 5 star because because I can’t give more. I went there and everything was squeaky clean ( that is a very big pet peeve of mine). I was greeted by a “Tatiana” the front desk nurse. She was extremely helpful and polite when I asked so many questions about the b-12 injection. I ended up making my mind and getting that injection after the talk. 2-3 fast minutes later Tatiana had called me to go a couple steps away to the area where they give the injections. I was slightly nervous due to the fact I never grab injections in my life. But thankfully Tatiana had such a soft hand and I didn’t even realize she was done with the procedure. I definitely would come back here and I don’t want anyone else but Tatiana to help me out. THANKS GUYS!

I am a gastric bypass patient and was sent over to this new Any Lab Test Now location. I was going to get a procedure done but had some questions about it. As I came into the clinic I was greeted by the front desk Nurse “Tatiana”. I asked her for the steps needed to be taken on my procedure and she was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining it and making me feel safe and secure about it. Definitely I would come and visit again and refer any patients out there. Thank you Mrs. Tatiana you are the best!

I needed a thyroid panel and was fed up with the long wait times at Quest so I decided to give this place a shot. I’m so glad that I did! It’s very clean and cozy inside and easy to find in Waterford Lakes. There were two staff present at the time and they were so lovely and friendly, I can’t stress that enough. Well, I sometimes get lightheaded if I see my blood being drawn and I made the mistake of looking as the phlebotomist drew my blood today. I started to get the tunnel vision and knew I was going to pass out. I expressed my concern to them and within seconds they had a cold compress on my neck, some sugary lollipops, and some ice water. They just stood by me and took care of me until I felt better and were so sweet and understanding. I really had a great experience here and will be coming back! I would say the only cons are the price (but it makes sense since I didn’t use insurance) and the fact that it was a little toasty in the building and wish the AC was a bit colder. I’ll definitely request to lay down next time too so I don’t pass out 😅

You don’t want to go here. Staff doesn’t know how to draw blood AND they are overall just bad people.I’ll share my experience for those who want to read more info:The man who saw me was literally digging in my arm (moving needle in/out and back/forth) trying to find the vein. It took a very long time, and I started feeling sick because of what he was doing to my arm. I told him I felt like I may pass out and I asked for water, but they had no water. He clearly did not care about my condition and he seemed oblivious to the fact that he caused it by spending 5min stabbing a needle all over my arm. Sadly, I think that was his normal routine and he’s probably used to everyone leaving sticky.Anyway, that’s not even the worst part…after finally finishing taking my blood, then he never shipped it to the lab…instead they kept the tube/blood sitting in their office until I eventually called asking about it. A different person helped me over the phone (name Tatina), and she wasn’t a good person either.Here is that summary: I called 3 days later and mentioned I had blood drawn but my lab says they haven’t received it yet. Tatina told me it was never shipped because they guy put it in the wrong box, but that she’ll put it in the correct box to be picked up later that day and she also confirmed it would be FedEx overnight shipping to the lab … then, I waited a day before checking in with the lab again. When the lab told me they still didn’t have it, I called back and Tatina answered again. She didn’t confirm my name or anything info, instead she rudely commented that she remembered my package and that she doesn’t know what to tell me because she had already dropped it off. I asked, what do you mean “dropped it off” because previously you told me you were moving it to a box for pickup and overnight delivery. Then she backtracked a bit and told me “when I said that before it was because I had not read the label. Later when I read the label, then I saw it was not overnight so I took it to USPS ground transport drop off” which sounds so confusing to me! So basically she just talked non-sense on our first call (casually lying to me), then she had new non-sense to say on our next call.The truth is the blood was never shipped! I know this because I called the lab, and I told them everything about my situation. The lab was able to run tracking since my blood kit (test order) included a pre-made label for delivery to the lab.After everything, I now need to redo the blood draw somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous. I still haven’t healed bruise from damage the guy did stabbing my arm so much, and I wasted my time on phone calls enduringTatiana’s attitude and lies. All for nothing.Seriously, save yourself the trouble and just don’t go here.

Great experience at this location. It was very easy to book a same day appointment, the place is easy to find and with plenty of parking, and the customer service is superb. The lab tech Rebecca was super friendly and gentle, knowledgeable and made me feel calm and relaxed.

Came in and super nice staff. Rebecca was very nice and sweet . Has a very light hand for drawing the blood she is so outgoing. Appointment was super fast and easy.

I must say, I had a lovely experience. I was impressed at first glance. Coming in it looked so clean, organized and cozy. Tatiana was the phlebotomist that helped me and she was so kind and efficient. She was respectful of my needs of getting my blood drawn from my hand and with a butterfly needle and she honored my wishes graciously and without hesitation, which hasnt always been my experience. I was so happy to get in and out in minutes. There was no wait and that baffled me. When I asked, it made sense it is a completely private lab, so, so insurance but they claim to be affordable. I recommend!

Called in with what I needed and they took their time to give me the best price. Was able to get me the next morning. They were fast, helpful, and knowledgeable! Would recommend to anyone needing lab work done, especially self pay.

Two weeks ago I had some blood tests done here. This was the second time I’ve used their services. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Tatiana was the absolute best and was probably the most gentle of anyone who’s ever taken my blood. She was so kind and and knowledgeable and completely calmed my nerves. I don’t have insurance and their prices were less than half that of the other labs I called. I love that you can choose to have whatever blood tests you’d like to have performed and do not need a Drs script to do so. I won’t ever use another lab to have to bloodwork done! Thank you for providing such a great place with such great employees!

THEY USE CHEAP DRUG TESTS KITS THAT ARE NOT ACCURATE TO THE SLIGHTEST! I was given a positive test when though I dont smoke AT ALL. They gave me an opportunity to retest the next day because it could be a false test but they missled me to believe the retest would be FREE OF CHARGE. I retested NEGATIVE in under 24 hours and they refused to give me a refund for the FALSE TEST that they first administered.

I purchased a test kit through a private company and Any Lab Test Now was the only site where I could have my blood drawn. Upon walking in I was so surprised by the friendly, beautiful smiles that greeted me. The environment was extremely calming and set the tone for my visit. The young women who were working were very professional, attentive and genuinely caring. A huge thanks to the Lab Services Manager, Dystanee Brooks, who did a flawless draw. I was so blown away by the entire experience that I had to write a review. Wish I had known about them sooner. This will definitely be my go to lab from now on.~PM~

Online Appointment: Their website makes it extremely easy to make appointments, and they always seem to have a wide range of open availability on various days and times—you can even schedule an appointment online for that very same day!Visiting Purpose: My purpose for using this service was simply for a health checkup; I have no insurance so getting my bloodwork done is not something I do frequently.Service: Their pricing is fare so I figured I would give them a try. First of all, I hate needles and was very nervous about the phlebotomy procedure. Walking into the office and conversing with the technician made me feel more at ease due to her positive and helpful attitude. The fact that there was no one else in the office also allowed for normal conversation and that allowed me to get more comfortable with having her draw my blood. I really appreciated having the one-on-one time with her and not feeling pressured or rushed at any point of my visit. The technician informed me that my results would be available and sent directly to me via email within 2-3 business days and this was very accurate! My appointment was on a Friday and I had my results the following Monday evening!Environment: it smelled clean and fresh, not like your typical doctors office. The place is very clean and well maintained/organized. They also have soft music playing and a comfortable waiting area, although I spent very little time waiting.

Excellent Facility! Extremely skilled staff, my personal experience with Sherry, was very positive, she was so accommodating, I returned to this location today for the second time, and was so relieved to find her working today, she recalled my prior visit and was so compassionate with my care. I can honestly say you just dont find many medical facilities like this one, Sherry has been so helpful to me personally, as I have a true fear of having my blood drawn, her sincere understanding and patience with me, has made both of my visits pleasurable. Worst experience EVER. We ended up leaving (after she poked my son IN BOTH ARMS and made him BLEED) and going to the Any Lab Test Now in Longwood. We had the best experience in Longwood, with Coy!!!. Coy will now be our first choice for lab needs. Its unfortunate because we live so close to the Waterford location. When Destiny (I think that is her name) was here in Alafaya, she was amazing. We never had any issues.

I’m 10 weeks pregnant, came today to get a gender reveal blood test. Destiny took care of me, she not only remembered me coming about a month ago to take my pregnancy test, but she cared so much about my pregnancy and how I was doing. Also didn’t even feel the needle! I felt very attended to and well taken care of. Thank you Destiny! Will be definitely coming back and telling all my friends.

WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! The lab staff were so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was not stuffy like normal clinics..felt almost like a spa! Such a great atmosphere! Great variety of tests and I couldnt believe I didnt need a doctors prescription! Would HIGHLY recommend this lab and location to anyone that asks :)

Sheree is amazing, after traveling to Orlando for a conference in the middle of a 3 week, every other day blood draw panel. She ensured the process didnt skip a beat while I was out of town. She was quick and professional and made it painless! I would highly recommend this location!

I loved the clean spa like office. The location is in the back between Kohls and Sports Authority...you have to look for it but it is the cleanest lab that I have ever used. The staff is very professional and kind. The pricing is so affordable and results come back fast. I will be using this location all the time.

Very helpful owner who has created a warm and inviting atmosphere for getting your blood drawn. I was dehydrated so my veins werent too good for drawing blood but she found a vein and no bruising. Highly recommend this place for any lab work you may need.

I come here monthly since June and it’s been a excellent experience. The staff is always prepared to help sherry and the female manager (I’m bad with names lol) go above and beyond to appease any resonable request. And worked with me wen I didn’t have the funds to do the work that was needed. Finally. I moved further and still take the commute to come to this location.The customer service was so great u almost think it’s a sales or retail job they work for lol.

I was so pleased with my experience at this lab. I am very afraid to have my blood drawn, but the lovely young lady that was working made this normally stressful process downright enjoyable! She got my blood on her first try with no trouble, which is very unusual for me. I will be going back to this lab for all of my blood work in the future and highly recommend it to anyone I know! And the facility was spotless as well.

The staff here is exceptional. I came in during their closing time and had an mandatory drug test for a new job. The staff let me proceed on their time and gave me the test. I was able to get what I needed done and there werent any foul attitudes from the staff. This is the place to go if in the Central Florida area and you really want professionalism.

I really really loved this lab. I was in a hurry and they got me in and out quickly! The lab is beautiful and the nurse was so nice as i went in somewhat scared and she talked me through it. It was a great experience as far as getting blood taken goes. I highly recommend!

First off, I had an appointment and they took a walk in before me causing me to wait an extra 20 minutes. I had an appointment for a reason. Secondly, I’ve never been so condescended to or felt so patronized by a medical professional if that’s what you could call her. She talked to me like a child the entire time she was drawing my blood even though I’m in my 30s. It was so insulting and I’ll never go to any of these locations again. Go anywhere else if you have a choice.In response to your reply: I can assure you I was neither cheery nor happy. Your reply only cements my one star review.

The Waterford location is beautiful and zen-like. The staff is friendly and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I went in for the vitamin B12 shot and will be back again. I feel more energized and it has also helped with my sleeping.THANK YOU!!

I highly recommend Any Lab Test Now on E Colonial Dr. They have amazing Customer Service from a friendly and professional staff. The lab is neat and clean and the results come back super fast! Also, their prices are very affordable! For someone who hates to get their blood drawn (like me) this is the place to go because they are kind, understanding, and patient!

Ive been here 2 times now over the past year to draw blood per specific doctors request that cant be done by Labcorp. Both times the girls here needed to poke needles into my arms THREE times to finally find the correct location. When needle is in my arm no blood flowing in the tube but when she pulled the needle out a lot of blood came out and made a mess. Their excuse has always been Im dehydrated. But the fact is I arrived right after lunch with 2 full glasses of water in me right before. And Ive had hundreds of blood draws and blood donation before and the experience nurses always claim my veins are nice and easy to find. Very inexperienced and unskilled staff here. This place is not a clinic and all they have to do is just to draw blood and send to lab. So I dont understand how they can still survive if they suck at the one single task theyre supposed to perform. NEVER coming back again!

Did the wrong tests, charged the wrong amount and delayed test for 10 further days and never showed the results and then proceeded to argue about them wanting a further 200 dollars worth of money for tests that we paid for.

I love this place, I come frequently to get my B12 shot. They did move though into Waterford Lakes area. Its a beautiful and more spa like atmosphere.

I love this lab! I get my B12 Complex shots here every other week. These shots give me energy and has helped me stayed in my current weight after losing 15 pounds without a lot of effort. I cant live without them!!

I had a scheduled prenatal test. Ive been sick and was considering canceling my appointment. But being eager to have the lab work done I got up the energy to get up and go. First the girl is telling me that I have to pay but when I scheduled they specifically told me insurance will be billed. THEN WHEN SHE CONCLUDED IM RIGHT AFTER WAITING FOR OVER 35 MINUTES SHE TELLS ME OH IM SORRY OUR MISTAKE WE DONT DO THIS TEST ON FRIDAYS. I wont be able to take your blood. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Who is the retard that scheduled the appointment? Im sorry it was the owner.. Do you want to reschedule? UMM NO THANK YOU I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

This is the ONLY place i would recommend to anyone for testing. This place is clean, very friendly and quick. I had a horrific experience at ARCpoint labs and was nervous to go to another place, but this place was so professional. 5 stars!!!

Front desk attention and then at a back desk :terrible ! didnt know about the DNA test, information was incomplete , the place looked dirty and unattended . phoned 4 times to get directions and the answer was always keep further forward in that street . Didnt answer greeting and looked liked zombies when asked for information. They frighten clients away.

Would highly recommend this place. Needed bloodwork done and and didnt have insurance. They not only helped me but it was inexpensive and super fast service.
