Super amazing staff! The support volunteer he was so amazing, Jesse has a beautiful soul, and the doctor and staff including front desk were absolute angels. The wait time was lengthy but definitely worth the wait. Thank you for making a difficult decision such a peaceful experience. God Bless all of your beautiful souls ❤️

They were very patient and kind. Adrianna (I dont know how to spell her name) was amazing and made us feel comfortable in asking questions and talking to her and made us laugh a few times too. Adrianna Was literally the most amazing person I have met in the healthcare field. I have never laughed so much with someone in an office. I hope she is appreciated because I appreciate her so much.

I was so impressed and thankful for the amount of love and care I received at PP. Each nurse I spoke with was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, non-judgmental and compassionate. The volunteer, Van, was super sweet and had great jokes to tell, although I was a bit loopy in the moment, his compassion was greatly appreciated! 100/10 stars!

I had a fantastic experience at Planned Parenthood. Dr. Varlamov was attentive and caring, taking the time to address all of my concerns. My nurse named Corey was comforting and provided thorough explanations for all of my questions. Van the volunteer went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and even added some humor to the visit. The entire staff was delightful and knowledgeable. Despite being late due to traffic, they were understanding and still managed to see me promptly. I highly recommend Planned Parenthood for their exceptional care and support.

Okay so I had my first visit today where I discussed abortion options and had an ultrasound. I am going to start off with the many many pros of this place:1. Everyone was kind, gentle and compassionate.2. Nice waiting room3. I felt safe4. Received LOTS of information5. Feel empowered to make my decisionCons:1. Long wait times BUT they did tell me that the appointment can take 2-4 hours so I expected it.All in all, please vote, volunteer, donate, and do whatever you can so we can make sure more people can benefit from Planned Parenthood.

I went to both locations, Kissimmee and East Orlando. Both did a fantastic job! The staff was friendly, energetic, non-judgmental. Genuinely, there to help and make you feel better. Would recommend both locations!

I was going to leave a 5 star but this clinic really doesnt care about the patients. They told me my second visit was going to be quick cause I already waited the 3 1/2 hours my first visit. Well i watched tons of people go in before me and they came in after me ... im at my second visit and currently going on 3 hours. Again! When all the employees here were like oh the second visit we get you in faster, cause you already paid and waited the first time. Wrong again. They tell you what you want to hear then make you wait hours!!! I will never recommend this specific clinic to know one.

Great place, wait times are really high cause they’re super busy but they get the job done and the workers are super kind.

My experience with this clinic was 10/10 the staff was so nice and caring all the way from the volunteer van who helped me in the recovery room to the nurses Lynn, Sara, and even the doctor I forget her name but she was the best too. All my needs were taken care of and everything was non judgmental and respectful.

Ms.Yolando/Enid was very helpful and super nice. Definitely made me feel super comfortable while I was anxious when I got to my apt.

When I got to the clinic I was told they don’t do pregnancy testing, which on here it says they do! Front desk was very rude & told me I needed to go to Kissimmee if I wanted testing done.. information needs to be updated & front desk needs to work on customer service 0/10

Honestly where do i even begin. if you’re in central florida, this is the BEST clinic. the staff here is truly unremarkable. Enid at the front desk is so welcoming, she’s truly so funny and easy to talk too. Desiree who I saw at my first visit at the front desk, was also so sweet. Jersey is very nice and empathetic. Sierra was an outstanding nurse, truly cares about her patients and you can tell she loves her job. she answered all my questions with no issues. Most of all, Van, was simply one of the nicest people I have ever met. He had such a kind, vibrant and warm aura to him. Thank you to the amazing people who work here. They made me feel great about every decision I made, start to finish.

Terrible experience!!! Went in for consultation and got no type of consulting on what my options are regarding keeping or terminating my pregnancy. The ladies working the ultrasound were not that friendly or informative. If you choose not to terminate they still charge you $350. Not what i expected at all. Highly disappointed.

The doctor and nurses, also the lady who volunteers at planned parenthood are amazing 🤩 they made feel very comfortable. They went about and beyond. I highly recommend them 10 stars

Wow, I’ve never been treated so kindly before. All of my troubles and worries were left at the door. They are absolutely the A team! The support I received was outstanding! Thank goodness for all of you at this facility.

The staff here were absolutely amazing and took very great care of me. Amongst the best, was Dr. S who ultimately saved my life and Mrs. Enid who talked me through every visit. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of, this was such a trying time in my life and having someone there who showed me genuine care was absolutely what I needed to get me through. I will forever be grateful to her for her generosity and support , more people in the medical field should give the type of love she gives to patients when they arrive.

This clinic gave me peace of mind as soon as I walked in. The girl at the front desk was super nice(I didn’t catch her name) Then I was seen by Laquanda that explained everything in detailed and answered all my questions and tried to get me the closest appt available even checking other locations. At my second visit I met Enid that helped me with my insurance paying for the visit when I taught I had to pay out of pocket. After when I got called in nurse Ann Marie and Sierra were the best and sweet. They also took the time to explained everything and detail and check on me as I waited. I then met Lynn and Dr. Schikler which made the procedure as comfortable as can be. In recovery Sierra and Ann Marie were very at tentative and Victor as well. I can’t appreciate enough the whole staff. In making a very anxious situation into one as comfortable as possible. The ambiance make the anxiety level ease. Thank you so much!

After a lot of waiting the staff went outOf their way to make sure I was seen as quickly as possible and efficiently got me through my appointment and out the door I am very thankful

I have been at this facility for TWO days just trying to get my birth control shot. The first day they told me that my provider was out of net work so I couldn’t get the shot that day. So they turned me away and rescheduled for the next day at 10 AM. Now today I am here at the rescheduled appointment time and it is now 11:20 and I have not yet received the shot. I ended up going to counter and asking when I would be seen after waiting for well over an hour. They finally took me back at 11:23 (obviously only because I complained) to give me the shot and it only took one second! For starters, if my insurance isn’t being accepted on a certain day why do I have to travel all the way to the office to find that out? Second of all, why have anyone make an appointment if it won’t be kept? I can understand a 15-20 minute wait, but an hour and 20 minutes?? Why? A few months back when I went in for my shot I waited over an hour then as well. My boyfriend had to call off of work since he was the one who drove me. The point that could be argued is “Why didn’t you schedule on your day off?” Well, I did and got turned away. I had no choice but to schedule on a work day. I need birth control. Needless to say I figured if my appointment was at 10, surely I’d make it to work on time at 12. NOPE. It’s a 25 minute drive from my home and after waiting so long to be seen I had almost no time to go home and get ready. Other than the extensive wait times I have no issues with this facility. The staff is friendly, etc, but I had to write a review to let other people know that they better not have anything to do on the day of an appointment.

Go to a different location for planned parenthood. I have been going to an alternative location in Orlando but had to go to this location because I had a class after my appointment. Typically going in for my shot takes 5 minutes and the process is super easy. This location however, I have been waiting over an hour and a half and still had not been helped. I went to the desk to inform that I have class and need to be seen so that I can get my shot within my needed timeframe. They said that if I had to leave it was okay but that if I wanted to be seen I would have to wait. So my options were to miss class or be behind on my birth control. WHEN I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Appointments mean nothing to this location. I complained twice to try and figure out what was going on but inevitably had to leave for class without my shot. Ridiculous.

Amazing staff that welcomes you. No uncomfortableness and will answer all questions. Phenomenal staff and volunteers.

Enid Yolanda is an awesome worker. She have great customer service and do very well in her job as the first person that welcome you in once you walk in. She definitely deserves a recognition. Thank you for making me feel welcome and providing me excellent service. May God continue to bless you and the rest of the staff at this location.

This is the second time I’ve came to get my birth control shot from here and I waited over an hour each time. I’ve went up to the desk twice because I’ve noticed people who have came in after me have already went back and left. My appointment was at 9:30.I got here at 9 and I wasn’t check in until 10:30ish and was still waiting to get my shot past 11:00. I do not recommend coming here at all. They only see you once you’ve complained multiple times. It shouldn’t take me two hours just to get a shot that last only about two seconds.

Thank you to Nurse Lynn, Doctor Byun, front desk associate Enid and Jenell. This place is unbelievably humble respectful and full of kind hearted employees. they helped me while I was in a very dangerous medical condition.. they were the only place willing to help me with a reasonable price. I was super nervous at first but Nurse Lyn made me feel really comfortable

Absolute saints and angels descended from heaven working and volunteering here. I tried to remember names but I’m so bad at it, but literally everyone from front desk to procedure to recovery and beyond made a seemingly scary experience truly comforting, super easy and they really cared, even offering free refreshments for long wait times!Please please please come here if you need anything! And call if you need any help with resources as they were super helpful there too! Everyone was nice, friendly, hilarious and incredibly accommodating!But truly guys, you all really saved my life you have no idea! 🥹 so very grateful, I wish I could rate 10 stars! Thanks so much for everything!

The customer service here is very professional and caring. Dear Enid was very sweet to us and offered us a significant financial benefit! She made us feel positive and eased our worries. Very grateful for her and working with all these amazing people at this establishment 🤍🤍

Dont come here if you’re trying to get seen at the time you set an appointment. Scheduled a 10:00 appointment? Think you have plenty of time before work or class? I didn’t get seen until an hour an a half after I checked in- to get a 2 second depo shot. This is a regular occurrence here and it’s so frustrating. I have to set aside entire halves of my day to cater to their poor time management. If you can’t see me at 10, don’t make a 10:00 spot available. Kissimmee is an hour away from me but i’m starting to think the drive is worth it because they dont waste my time like this.

I had a good experience at this planned parenthood they explained me everything for the birth control methods. I went there with appointment to take my shot and it took a while mostly on the questions but it was quick and it didn’t hurt at all take it from someone who is scared from needless 💉 also the nurses and the staff are so friendly they also talk spanish for anyone that needs it

Before coming in I was so nervous because people have really lacked in customer service and I drove quite a ways to get to this location from a different city but from entry to exit everyone was kind helpful and knowledgeable Enid and Adrianna were absolutely amazing they talked to me and made me feel comfortable in my environment during check in and had great attitudes!! when headed to the back of the building and getting information about the procedures I was going through the nurses were so kind and thorough with their explanations I had no doubts everything would be alright. I love this location and will definitely be coming back if I ever need anything else again!

All of the staff are very nice and caring. The clinic has a very welcoming and homey atmosphere to it because of them. My appointment went well from the start and all of the nurses made sure to inform me on everything I needed and were very gentle. Van is really sweet and makes sure you are feeling well in the recovery area. Don’t be afraid to make an appointment here, I promise you will get all the help and information you need with any service.

I honestly couldn’t ask for a better place to go to. Everyone was so sweet. Lady with the short curly hair was definitely my favorite she made sure everyone was comfortable. Every place like this should definitely have someone like her. The snacks were amazing too 😂 ❤️🫶🏻

The absolute worst clinic. A few mintues late will have you being seen more than 2-3 hours later just to receivea depo shot. Do not come here, they do not care whether you was in traffic or not.

This moment in time for me has been very stressful, emotional, and supportive. I came here in support of my love one! While visiting here, we met an angel, a God Send from heaven by the name of Enid! Enid was very understanding, observant, and supportive. I will never forget her and I will always remember how much she made my heart smile. She made my love one and I smile in such a stressful moment. We felt good and comfortable, but most of all Enid gave us hope. Another young woman that was very informative and helpful was the Educational Nurse and her name was LaQuandra, but as she explained the process it was like she was holding our hands. She was caring and allowed us to ask questions. She’s an angel too! Another young woman who was a great help, is an angel named Rachel and she was my love one’s RN. She was very nice and was with us from the beginning of the process to the end. Rachel made us feel like we are in good hands. This experience couldn’t have been any more smoother. You guys are superheroes and it shows, so from my whole heart I want to say thank you! 💕🙏🏾💕🙏🏾💕

Enid yolanda was so amazing when i came and she made me feel so comfortable when I came into the east Orlando office she was wonderful great customer service and offered so much help. LOVE HER !!!! So glad I came in when she was working. Such a great soul and spirit . ❤️ You are appreciated ENID .

I felt very welcomed I was so surprised. The lady I talked to was Enid and she was great. They provided snacks as well which I definitely did not expect. I was so nervous to walk in but Enid definitely made sure to make me feel at home!

Loved the service, the people were very lovely & made you feel comfortable at all times. I encountered this volunteer by the name of Van, he was the sweetest and have funny jokes & riddles. I definitely recommend this place.

I went there and had the most beautiful exceptional nurse named carol!! she made me feel so comfortable and so loved. obviously everyone there was just so great to me and made me laugh and very happy!! the environment was clean they made sure i was okay and gave me and my significant other drinks and snacks while waited.

I have to say the lady at the front desk Yolanda was amazing, she made me feel very comfortable, she is a great asset to have on your team. The entire staff and atmosphere there is very welcoming.

Everyone here was so compassionate and one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure to encounter. This was an emotional and very hard journey for me and they were so kind and supportive along every step of the way. I want to thank every single staff member we at this office, thank you so much.

Enid Yolanda is the best at what she does. She is literally an angel brought from heaven . I love her and this is my first time meeting her . There was another employee who was amazing as well sadly i dont remember her name but I would definitely recommend this place.

I was very nervous to come in. As soon as I arrived the receptionist was inviting, friendly, and professional. She was very clear about the payment and insurance. I waited in the very clean and spacious wait room for maybe 8 minutes. The ultrasound technician called me back and was very clear, efficient, and answered all of my questions. She was very kind and comforting and made me feel okay in a very stressful and emotional moment. I then went back to the waiting room for another 2 minutes and was called back by Juni. Honestly she was the most fantastic part of this whole experience. She was so friendly, ridiculously knowledgeable, and so warm and compassionate. She answered all of my questions, went the extra step to go over other questions I had and made me feel like I was worth her time. She brought the doctor in who was also fantastic and empathetic. Overall the experience was everything I could have hoped for. I will be donating to planned parenthood in the future and I hope that Juni gets a raise because I could rave about her all day. Thank you for making this very scary and emotional time a seamless and comforting experience.

The staff is very friendly and personable. I really appreciated that. However, they were not very timely. My appointment was at 915 and I did not leave until close to 11. The majority of that time was spent waiting. I probably saw the nurse practitioner and an assistant for no more than 20 minutes. Good service. But they should do better on time. I was late to my next meeting

Half the time I just call here to ask them questions because they actually answer the phone with a real person unlike my gyno office and their 30 different automated options that all lead to voicemail. Normally, they refer me to an obgyn because they dont have regular doctors on staff but I find them more helpful than my regular gyno. They are super knowledgeable and even if they cannot offer you the service you need, they can point you in the right direction or a least try which is normally enough. Thank you Planned Parenthood!!

They do not sedate you for the procedure. You will be writhing and screaming in pain for 7 minutes. Traumatic.

This was truly one of the scariest experiences of my life and I have been feeling very lost. The workers here, especially Tatiana, where so nice to me through our every step. You have to go alone due to COVID but they made me feel so safe and understood. I felt heard and they really helped with every step of the way. I hope I never have to go back here, but if I do I know I’m in good hands. Nothing but respect and professionalism with a bit of comfort for when I felt down. Thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I was welcomed immediately. The office is clean and neat. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My NP Ashley was very thorough and explained everything into detail. Tiffany at the front desk was an amazing help through my first visit. I would definitely recommend this office.

My experience front check in to recovery was delightful. When I was called in for signing of consents everything was explained to me. I dealt with a male for this process. (Can’t remember his name) Then went on to education with Gloria who was very compassionate, professional, and informative to my situation. On to prep with RN Chanel and another young lady RN. They were very sweet and made me feel comfortable as if I were in good hands. (Mind you I was here for sedation) It’s time! I met Dr. Reed whom again confirmed I understood and explained again. He seemed confident and inviting. Finally done, I’m went on to recovery where I was accompanied by another RN very sweet and offered snacks and juice. Also one of the MAs Quan came to check on me, she was very bubbly and in good spirits. My wait time was very short. Seems like the changes in management were needed. Thank you all for what you do!

Warm comfortable and safe space. As i was only accompanying a patient from the moment we walked in they showed empathy, compassion and care. Thank you Enid and Sierra for making this process so seem less.

I had the most amazing experience yesterday, Tiffany is just the best, she went above and beyond to help me out after I told her how long my commute was. She is kind, respectful and deserves this recognition, I am very thankful to have met her and she’s doing an amazing job over there. Keep up the good work Tiffany! In the process I also met Britney and Cookie, both ladies were so amazing and caring making my time there enjoyable. Great job ladies and keep doing what you do!

Awesome customer service everyone there was very nice and helpful. Enid was an angel she was as very helpful and kind. Van was great as well he’s very nice and compassionate helped me out the most.

Regardless of what I need every time I come here the staff are so nice and welcoming. Tati made sure I knew everything I needed to know and made sure I was comfortable with every step of my visit. Jojo was so cool and relatable and made me calm even when needles were involved (I’m usually super squeamish about those). Van and Yesenia kept me company and made sure I was feeling well at all times and even listened to the hot goss about my family drama. Everyone was so nice and sweet and not once was I made uncomfortable in my whole experience. 10/10 love everyone there!!

Everyone here is amazing, kind, and caring but Enid is absolutely the most calming and comforting soul Ive ever met. Overall a difficult process is made so much more comfortable with these people.

Ive been coming to Planned Parenthood for the past 3 years and I ALWAYS have a great experience. They are always so kind, attentive, and welcoming and make sure to address exactly what I need. Cindy took care of me today and was EXCELLENT. She answered all my questions and was incredibly sweet. Nurse Cookie was incredibly informative as well, making sure I knew what I needed to take care of myself and that PP would always be there for me. Needless to say Ill definitely be back!

What can I say other than thank goodness for Planned Parenthood! I was already overdue for my annual and out of BC when I moved to Orlando. After searching for a new local GYN, I couldnt get an appointment with anyone for months. PP was able to see me within a week. I had a very different experience from the other reviewers. The office was welcoming and clean. I was seen right away. The doctor and nurse were very nice and thorough. No one enjoys these visits but it was as seamless and pain free as possible. Soon enough I was out the door with my BC script. THANK YOU PP for everything you do! Im proud to contribute monthly to this amazing organization!

The nurse who did my pap smear exam (Cookie) was excellent - very friendly, excellent bedside manner. Lets face it, most people generally find the procedure unpleasant. She put me at ease and the procedure was over very quickly. She also pointed out specific things to look for when doing a breast self-exam. It was a lot more helpful than the brochures Ive read before (trying to figure out those diagrams).I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time and was seen promptly by the staff. The staff and medical assistant were also very friendly.

Had a wonderful experience today. Had an appointment at 9:40 this morning(this was the first time Ive ever been here), got in pretty much right away. I had the Nexplanon birth control implant in my arm and Jackie removed it for me. She was very professional and constantly made sure I was comfortable. She removed it quickly and painlessly. Everyone was so friendly!

DONT GET HELP FROM HERE. I paid for services I didn’t even receive and they won’t give me a refund. I would recommend coming to this establishment for anyone. I was given the wrong information and lost a lot of money because of it. The women on the phone didn’t feel they should answer my questions because I got the wrong information. I’m beyond upset with the customer service. And the billing services haven’t gotten back to me either. I’d go somewhere else. This company is money hungry.

I always have a great visit coming here. I know the girls in the office cause Ive been coming here for years. Theyre always so friendly and helpful. I never have to wait for long when I come and get my Depo shot with an appt. Today, especially, the nurse in the office, Tiffany, made my day. I came in a little late and she called me up promptly, made sure I was set within my window to take the shot and had me laughing the whole time. Rough morning made smooth by the great staff at Planned Parenthood.

The entire staff at Planned Parenthood East is incredible. All the ladies are very courteous, knowledgeable, and supportive. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this location. It was my first visit and they made me feel like family. A huge thank you to Tifaney, Tatiana, Aliye, and Arleen! You are all amazing and keep up the good work.

Other than the fact they didnt accept my insurance this location was great. I needed my birth control implant replaced and the nurse practitioner was kind and careful during the procedure, especially because I was anxious. The assistants were great as well and were very courteous. Very professional environment and overall fantastic experience.

I came in for an appt this morning. I was worried i’d be waiting a while but I filled out new patient information, saw the doctor and was gone within an hour. The staff at the desk was very helpful and friendly. I was seen by cookie who was not only really knowledgeable but extremely helpful and just so nice. She made me feel so comfortable. I didnt know how it would go as this is the first time i’ve ever been here but it went great. I felt super comfortable. Both cookie and the nurse were so nice. I definitely plan on coming back for any of my OBGYN needs. Thank you Cookie for making me smile, I appreciate you being friendly and your joke also! haha.

I went here for a birth control prescription and Well Woman exam. The staff were super friendly and the nurse and doctor were very nice, helpful, and non-judgmental. I especially appreciated all the positive energy that the doctor had. My previous GYN at a private practice was very judgmental and impatient. I will say the wait was long even with an appointment (about an hour), but you can expect a long wait at any doctors office. Bring a book or laptop to keep busy.

From the moment I walked in the environment was comforting! Every single one of the ladies at the front desk was nice and helpful! I was checking quickly and seen by the physician! Not only was she gentle but made me feel safe. I highly recommend this location!

I have been coming here for 2 years, I feel like I am well informed by the staff and doctors each time I come. (Tiffany, Jo, and Cookie). I feel confident leaving each appointment and appreciate them for keeping a nice a light tone with me through my whole appointment!

Quick and easyJust came in for birth control, read reviews and got nervous so planned nothing for a couple of hours after my appointment time. But I was pleasantly pleased, checked in was seen and out within 40 min! Cookie the doctor was so sweet too. Thankyou!

Using Planned Parenthood to get HRT. I arrived for my first lab and only waited about fifteen minutes before being called back. Everyone was super nice and while the appointment was long, it didn’t feel too bad. Everything was well explained and I was super happy with it all. I have no qualms about continuing my use of this facility.

So thankful for this place! Enid was amazing and the staff were super welcoming and informative. They made me feel very comfortable and supported.

I have been to this location on multiple occasions and I have to say that I have always had a positive experience. Tifaney at the front desk has always been positive, helpful and full of information each time I go. Im not sure of the other womans name on the other side at the front desk but she is always just as helpful as well. Despite how busy it gets there, I feel that I am well taken care of and within a reasonable time.

Staff is kind, however walgreens has implimented a policy that prevents patients receiving telehealth from picking up their medication unless the office is within a fifteen mile radius. the patient doesnt have control over where the telehealth office they are assigned is located. this rule is frustrating and arbitrary and should be reviewed

I went there and had great service from Yolanda, she was very nice and helpful.

I had an IUD inserted (with ultrasound needed). All the staff I talked to were very kind and caring. Tatiana help me and Dr. Varlimov did a great job explaining the process and with the insertion

The staff were incredibly amiable and I felt welcome at all times. I came for transgender care and they did a great job at alleviating my anxiety and providing information and additional information sources.

I just want to say how kind everyone was. They held me hand, literally. There was even an older man who worked there and he took the best care of me while I was in recovery. I am so thankful for all the wonderful people who work here♥️

This place seems to be very hit and miss for people as far as experience goes. For me, I was skeptical to go because of how many poor reviews there were but due to time and financial circumstances I figured I would give this place a shot.The initial phone call to make the appointment was frustrating. I dont know much of what happened because the lady on the phone spoke so softly I couldnt understand what she was saying. I tried booking my appointment online but nothing comes up for my services (Trangender services). Im skeptical to call again to make an appointment and ask questions for fear of the same problem. I also dont have a vehicle so going there is difficult for me.As far as the actual appointment was concerned, I was very pleased. There was one nurse working the front desk that seemed frustrated when I went to sign in, but the nurse I spoke to when I did my paperwork was very friendly and kind. It took a while to see me, but I expected as much to be honest. The staff was extremely respectful and also used my correct pronouns (he/him/his) and preferred name (Tristen) the entire time. The only time I used my legal name was to sign official paperwork. The nurse that did my intake, blood work, and HIV test was also very nice and made me feel welcome. The Nurse Practitioner (I forgot her name but she was an elderly lady with short, blonde hair) was the best Ive ever had. She was very understanding about my dysphoria and respectfully looked away while she did my physical exam which I had to do nude. Something I also want to give them kudos for is the Nurse Practitioner recommended I take the depo shot not necessarily as a form of birth control but to help stop my period (since depo has been known to stop them) to help with my dysphoria. I thought that was very considerate and something that most practitioners dont think about when speaking with transgender masculine patients. Something I also liked is that my blood work was done on site. I didnt have to make an appointment somewhere else and have the results sent over. Very efficient.One thing that wasnt so great was the price tag for the visit. I dont have insurance so I had to do self-pay. It was $200 to walk in the door (which I knew before since I managed to hear that part over the phone) plus additional costs for any tests or labs done. My grand total ended up being $312 for everything. They said it could be an additional $67 for labs, then I agreed to do the HIV test which I believe they said cost $35. So, with tax I guess thats how it came out. It was just a lot more than what I expected to pay. Other than that I had a great visit and would recommend this place to any trans individual who is looking for an understanding, friendly, respectful staff.

I dont have health insurance so Plan Parenthood makes it affordable for me to get my check-ups and birth control. All the staff is amazing. They are with you every step of the way. They answer your questions and calm your fears. Cookie is amazing if you have visited this facility you probably have met her. Ill travel out of my way just to go there.

What an awesome experience I had today!!! After one of the worst experiences I had at the Downtown Orlando location (off Tampa), I decided to drive clear across to the other side of Orlando to visit the East Orlando location and was pleasantly surprised. The environment was neat, clean and clutter-free . The staff presented with the highest level of competency, they were pleasant, friendly and free from judgement. Nurse Practitioner Jacky had a pleasant disposition, was insightful, and provided a wealth of education. So happy I decided to go to this location and not write the entire chain off because of the experience I had with the staff at the Downtown Orlando Location - they could learn a lot about customer service and competency from the East Orlando staff. Kudos East Orlando Planned Parenthood!!!!

The check-in process and overall time I waited was very professional and short. Unfortunately, the nurse I got to see was nothing at all like that. Not only did she think I was a different patient, I felt very uncomfortable the whole time. I felt like I had to justify every decision I was making to her, I felt very judged, very alienated, and I wasnt able to bring my partner with me for my results and options counseling, even when all the women before me were able to. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I feel that if you work in a planned parenthood, you should be kind and understanding, but this nurse was not in any way a person I would see if I had the choice. I appreciate planned parenthood being there; I do not appreciate being made to feel wrong, dirty, and unwanted in that space.

I was seen here when I was a little younger and I had a great experience. The staff were all very friendly, and I was seen close to my appointment time. I didnt want to go to my primary care for my annual because the last experience I had with them wasnt so good but Planned Parenthood are experts. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

The front desk ignores your presence completely and expects you to know what to do. At my first appointment they told me i had to reschedule for two weeks later. Two weeks later I come in wait an HOUR to be called back only for them to AGAIN tell me i had to reschedule because they said i was supposed to wait at least three weeks (not the two previously told to me) before coming back in but only after making me wait an hour of course. And when i was once again rescheduling i was given only one appointment option 10 days later and its a double booked appointment so it’s guaranteed to take even longer. Best part is the front desk woman tried to tell me it was normal to wait a hour before an appointment because its a gynecologist?? Literally dread the thought of going back there so I’ll be driving an extra 30 mins instead to go somewhere else.

I want to personally thank an amazing young lady with the name of Tiffany in east Orlando office she was so helpful a women of God thank you so much girl in just 2 min of me being there getting my IUD For 12 years she helped me so much!!! you are a life savior ! she was very attentive to what I was talking to her about and quick at what she does. You literally saved me a life time. God bless you Love I couldnt thank you enough .

Awful costumer service, spoke with the person behind the desk named Andrea after I ask her a first time politely if she can let me explain why my husband and I were there first respond was that she knew how to read. (my personal lab work), I had to ask her a second time if she can please hear me because I was getting different information from the call center provider for the clinic and her.

I will never go to planned parenthood again. The staff was nice once youre in the exam room, but the front desk employees were rude and expected you to know where to go. I had my appointment over 2 weeks ago and they still have not uploaded my results to the patient portal.Every time I try to call they never return my calls; Ive left 3 voicemails with no response. I was told my results would be available in 5-10 days after my exam but I cannot get any information from anyone.I nearly ran out of my birth control prescription because my pharmacist could not get a hold of anyone either. I know that often if you dont hear from anyone that is a good thing, but I paid money so I would like my exam results even if I know that everything is okay.I will never give planned parenthood another cent. Its extremely unprofessional how the office handles themselves.

The staff was so incredibly friendly, comprehensive, and compassionate. This facility is wheelchair accessible for anyone with mobility issues, and the staff went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. Thank you so much for your care!

This was first time at planned parenthood and everyone was nice, Tiffany, Jo, Andrea and Aileen was good to me and the service was very fast, informative, and welcoming. We all had a couple of laughs and they made me feel welcome & made my day. Thanks guys.

Appointment at 10:15AM, left at 1:24PM ... thats like 3 hours. I was in a hurry because I had class at 12:30, so I tried to speed things up with the doctor/nurse, didnt really work out though!Saw the doctor for maybe 3-5 minutes and the nurse for 2 minutes... I understand this is a very high demand service among females, but to have an appointment and wait that long is nuts! The staff is very friendly and the doctor knew what I needed and gave me my prescription fast. PLAN YOUR TRIP ACCORDINGLY. Just because you have an appointment doesnt mean you will be in and out fast. Be prepare to wait maybe AT LEAST 1.5 hr ~ 3 hours if youre a new patient and need consultation .. and if you need to get other tests run even MORE!! I

Tifaney, Kiara, and Jacky were lifesavers! The East Orlando office is a great OBGYN facility. They are always extremely helpful, understanding, and they always listen to whats going on and how I want to handle each situation at the time of my visit. I am always welcomed in as soon as I step inside the doors. Everyone is very friendly and caring. They are also very informative which I appreciate. I never have to wait very long but coming ahead of your scheduled time obviously helps speed up the process! I feel safe here.

Had an appt at 10am and waited an hour. 2 people that walked in after me went in and left before me. I wanted my boyfriend to come with me to my appt and was told he couldnt. 😤. Was quoted $350 when I made the appt when I got there they were trying to charge me $380. The last 2 months with Planned Parenthood have been frustrating. I had this appt set for over a month ago at another office and was called the day before and reschedule for another month out. Seems they dont put in notes or hold my files that were sent over. The doctor at this office was informative. However, I would have appreciated if she would have told me what shes about to do step by step. At times it was painful and just felt like I was being poked around with no heads up. Getting my leggs tapped on telling me I need to move them outwards and I need to help was uncomfortable. I know they must have alot of woman with my same situation. But I would have appreciated if they were more compassionate about the issue and how I was treated as for them it may be just another procedure but for me it was a really scary day.

Ridiculous, Cookie is extremely condescending and I dont appreciate you insinuating that even though Im a married female that I couldnt possibly know that my husband was monogamous. Also, was my chewing gum some how affecting you speaking to me that you needed to point out to stop chewing it and hold it in my mouth? Extremely unprofessional, you can have a tell it like it is personality and still remain professional. Women come here for help, not to be talked down to. Its also very uncomfortable to hear the nurses/staff discussing patients loud enough in the hallway that everyone can hear.Ladies in the front were wonderful and kind, as well as the nurse who spoke with me, I dont remember her name, but thank you for your kindness.

I like the staff a lot, but the waiting time is absolutely terrible. Every time I go in to get my birth control shot (which takes a matter of seconds), I have to sit and wait for at least 45 minutes. Usually it takes an hour. It’s just ridiculous when I can hear the nurses outside the room giggling and talking. I don’t understand why a 2 minute appointment has to take an hour. It is very irritating.

I have always been an avid supporter and defender of planned parenthood, but that stops today! My granddaughter had scheduled an appointment to get an abortion, and the woman was really unhelpful and plain rude. We never made it passed the lobby. I dont know where all her animosity came from but it was totally uncalled for. Everyone knows that abortion are a time-sensitive matter so to start back at square one puts immense pressure on my granddaughter. I absolutely hate the situation she was put in by this clinic. Dont recommend!

Never fails - I have an appointment, get here early, and still get seen late. People coming in after me being seen before me. Todays excuse is theyre running 2 clinics. What does that have to do with my appointment? Especially during covid where you claim youre trying to lessen visits, Ive been surrounded by 10 people in under an hour. Why schedule that many people when you cant accommodate them. Mind you my appointment is merely a depo shot 🤦🏻‍♀️

They need better time management! Went with a friend here. The worst place ever. You may as well make an appointment with your doctor. She had an appointment. We arrived15mins early and still waited 10mins short of an hr before they saw her! This is so lame what was the point. Then only she could go in the back by herself. If you need help and have a friend to go with you, why cant they go through the process with you, thats the whole point of having them come with you in the first place! This place sucks!. I guess if you have time to waste and nothing to do with your life, you can go.

I have been receiving hormone replacement services from planned parenthood for a year now and Its been a rocky year when it comes to getting my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy.They do not return your call in a timely fashion unless you have your pharmacy call them and even then it’s a struggle and very stressful. The staff at the east Orlando location are always helpful when I can get ahold of them and very polite, they also try their hardest when it comes to pronouns despite my birth name and legal gender being on all of my records, Tifaney was especially helpful at my most recent visit.

Im sorry, but I have always gone to PP since I was 16 (Im currently 21). The service has always been about 20-30 mins past my appointment time, thats fine. Today was ridiculous.I arrived at 9:10am for my 9:30am appointment, with hopes of getting in around 10am because it wasnt busy and I got there early with all the paperwork done. Wrong. They didnt call me back until 10:50. Then, I wasnt even going into an exam room, but instead into a tiny office/storage room that had leftover equipment and machinery. I was then stuck in there for a mere 10 mins which was okay to me. I eventually was able to go into the exam room for my appointment. She took my blood pressure and temperature, then promptly left after informing me the doctor should be in in 5 mins. During my 5 min wait, 1 person walks into grab a handful of gloves and tells me Oh, itll be another 5 mins. Im sorry for the wait. Its now 11:55 and I finally see my nurse practitioner. She spends less than 10 mins for my appointment then leaves immediately; leaving me with no further information or instruction. I left around 12:20pm from my 9:30 appointment..I would understand, Planned Parenthood, if you were packed or even had a handful of people in the waiting room and the exam rooms.. But you werent. I had only 2 people ahead of me, and one person went in and right back out. There was no rhyme or reason to the long wait I endured. I heard a lot of random chatter from outside my exam room and only once did you check on me. Ive been here on a day where you were packed, and you were able to give me a good service, accurate times and kept me informed on my wait. I know I get what I paid for ($110), but I expected better. A small effort would have made a difference.

This place is great. It’s close to a college so there can be a bit of a wait, but they care tons more than your typical OBGYN. I’ve been coming here for years & there’s no turnover, so you can see the same drs & nurses & front office staff, which definitely makes a difference. I have an office job & insurance & all that, & I still won’t swap my healthcare provider.

I’ve been here multiple times However my last experience was horrible. As soon as I got home I had a clots coming out of me that were huge went to the hospital they told me I had 17 cm worth of product inside my uterus four days later I’m bleeding constantly with huge clots coming out the size of my hand long story short I ended up having a whole miscarriage at my house due to my procedure being in complete! I was in so much pain I literally felt like I was having a baby and I was 1 cm dilated at a Winnie Palmer

Very disappointed, after waiting foe this appointment for 2 weeks. To find out the pratictioner didnt take my insurance (Cigna). I called thinking is the office when it was a call center working for planned parenthood in tampa ave.the agent from the call center didnt transfer the message correctly to me after I called 3 times in regards to my insurance and copay.they were very quick to tell me the copay amount and missed to tell the my insurance was not welcome. At the tampa office after paying my copay they reject to care for me because at last minutes the practicioner didnt welcome my insurance. They are unprofessional and careless staff after i really need to be taking care of.Do not trust then they can change decision on you in second plus i lost half of the day of work.😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

The experience was alright I feel like their mostly worried about your money of course. They should add some type of counseling pre abortion. I had a procedure here and I would just like to let anyone know whose looking into to it to really just analyze things because it is a traumatic experience at the given moment you feel no pressure to not do it instead to DO IT because they want your money so their gonna treat you amazing. However, please keep in mind that after they send you home is you and your thoughts only. Think about IT thoroughly and unless you really have 0 percent help or leverage do not do it because it is going to haunt you. I was one of those people who thought WELP my body my choice WELP I been through this and that so I need to have this procedure worse mistake of my life we live in a country where help is everywhere for mothers all you have to bring to the table is love for a being you created. You don’t need money; a father, family nothing all you need is love. Don’t give this company or any other company your money cause they truly don’t care about your post opp care they want your money.

I went in there as a walk in and I felt welcome. I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen. Everyone was so nice and helpful! I was helped tremendously by Gloria , Brittney, and Tiffany! Definitely recommend coming here.

They forgot about me, and they werent even busy. I waited for maybe 10 minutes before they brought me into a room where a nurse asked me several questions. I waited there for 30 minutes before I went out and asked if I was done. Then a different nurse came in and asked all the same questions - really awkward and unprofessional, especially since they wouldnt acknowledge their mistake. They also overcharged me for my visit.

I wish I could leave zero stars for this place. The staff here needs to get out of healthcare and do something useless with their lives where people dont depend on them to do their jobs if they dont want to maintain at least a bare minimum of professionalism. Every single step of accessing treatment was a hassle due to the lack of organization and responsibility at this office. Ive showed up for appointments that they forgot we had scheduled, waited for follow through on tests and prescription refills only to discover every single time that they neglected to perform their jobs leaving me without necessary medication on multiple occasions. This final time they also refused to issue a temporary refill on my prescription while I look for a different practice that provides the services I need without requiring a baby sitter to hold their hands and do their jobs for them. I originally began patronizing planned parenthood to support their advocacy work and their commitment to care for the less fortunate so its a shame that my experience was so bad that I dont plan to ever rely on a planned parenthood office for services again.

Not child friendly. Went there to get birth control six weeks after I had my baby. Front desk lady was very hateful. She went on to tell me that if my six week old baby woke up or cried they would stop the procedure and send me home. I feel bad for any single mother out there that needs help from them. I understand that they dont want a child there in case of an emergency but she didnt have to state it that way.

I come to this location to get my birth control shot. Tifaney and the other staff members are really nice. I can book my appointment online and work around my scheudule, I get text message updates, and the facility is clean. I will continue coming to this location for future visits.

The whole staff here is very kind.i think some people may have a problem with the way some peoples tones sound when they speak an on can possibly associate that as being negative,i dont care what anyone sounds like as long as their words are respectful and kind. everyone here was exactly just that. very helpful curteous and no run around bull. thanks planned parenthood.

I am actually currently at this location. Its ok, the nurses are nice enough but one thing i do not like is the fact that i can hear the doctor talking to the nurses in the hallway just outside of the rooms. The doctor is looking over a patients chart and confirming patient info with the nurse. I just heard the doctor ask is she using birth control? When the nurse said yes condoms, the doctor, very clearly, said sure she is. I thought that was a little unprofessional and a tad rude for the simple fact that this coversation was taking place right outside the rooms where patients were waiting to be seen. Who knows who they were talking about but i just thought that sucked to hear. At least be professional enough to mind how loud youre voicing your opinion

Excellent customer service and experience, staff are wonderful and very informative. Show up early / on time to your appt you are always taken in at the time of your appt no waiting 30 or 40 extra minutes like the average womens health offices in the area.

I came here for my first birth control consultation when I was 18, and continue to come back for my annual exams, access to birth control (PP inserted my IUD for me) and most recently came because I had a poor experience at a local CentraCare and wanted a second opinion. Planned Parenthood has always been there for me and I will always be there for them!

Tifaney was very kind and helpful with my check-in. She was very informative on the procedures of my visit. If you have any medical needs under their umbrella of services, I definitely recommend.

I like planned parenthood stands for have and most of my experiences working with the organization have been positive but actually trying to set up an appointment has been awful. I wasnt able to make it to a computer to schedule online before they close. I get that people want to wind down before the office closes but next time just send me to voicemail instead of hanging up on me after being on hold for 30 min twice.

This is hard enough of a decision. As is and she didnt seem to care

I love what Planned Parenthood does but this location is horrible. I paid a $100 to be told I am a hypochondriac. When I became upset the doctor suggested I seek mental help. No I needed my bacterial infection treated in a timely manner. Now my infection has become systemic and resistant to antibiotics thanks to the lack of care received here.

Made a 9:40am appointment, still waiting and its now 12:03pm.. They tried to tell me that the new software slowed them down, and then tried to blame it on the Doctor being sick. None of which is my problem. I made an appointment for a reason, and that reason wasnt to wait here for 3 hours. This is being ridiculous and honesty this place is a complete joke.

Planned parenthood almost killed me. They didn’t preform a procedure correctly which lead to significant blood loss coming from uterus. I was hospitalized and it was impossible to reach anyone at clinic to consult with my surgeon about the procedure performed. Which lead to an emergency procedure in the ER to correct planned parenthood procedure. Terrible office staff, Terrible doctors. If you value your life don’t go here.

I sound like a lot of people, “I don’t have insurance.” But I don’t and planned parenthood is affordable and I’ve received wonderful care. Their office is great answering questions, easily ready appointments and the staff is just all around sweet and helpful.

Utterly incompetent in almost every way. My girlfriend went here for a UTI she absolutely knew she had and after waiting for almost an hour and a half they examined her, took a urine sample and told her that they didnt find anything. They gave her one antibiotic pill and charged her $75 for the appointment. Upon going to another Planned Parenthood in the town I live in, they couldnt believe the bad treatment she received. They found she had a UTI (surprise, surprise!) and this one appropriately prescribed her the full weeks worth of pills and told us theyve heard of similar bad treatment and horror stories from this PP in Orlando.A few months later we moved and they told her that they transferred her prescription from Orlando to the new town we live in and the pharmacy they transferred it to said they never received the information. The prescription is now lost in limbo as both sides said the other did something wrong, and all this Planned Parenthood will do is look up her information and repeatedly say that they sent it.Were used to Planned Parenthood being really good at what they do but this one is horrible.

Worse place ever!!!I always go to Kissmime and today I went to Orlando. They wouldnt take me after I drive over 1hr and 30min. I was 15minate and they told meSorry come back againThe staff was very rude and didnt help me at all!! I will never ever go back to this Plane parenthood ever again!!!!

When making an appointment, you are asked if you need an interpreter, and on the day only someone who speaks only English will answer you, this is the third time I have tried an appointment, but due to the difficulty I have with English, I can never get it. a simple prescription for birth control, maybe an abortion is easier.

Mimi was the sweetest!Made me feel so good about coming in for the first time to talk about birth control and other things answered every question with no judgement!

Everyone was nice and the nurse was positive and helpful. My appointment was at 11:10, I got there at 10:50 and I was on my way out by around 11:50. Professional and efficient

Waste of my money and time. I could not rate this location lower. I am an advocate of Planned Parent hood but this place is a joke. They think there are only 8 known STIs or STDs and that is at most waht they will test for. Despite what the web says YOU MUST SCHEDULE an appointment. I scheduled an appointment and when I made sure with the person on the phone I would be able to get blood tests done, not just testing for the handful of most popular sexual transmitted infections out there which I have been tested for a dozen times.They took my $85, insisted that I be tested for the same STDS i have been tested for over and over again which would cost additional money and then they refused to do a blood test which is what I explicitly asked for when I scheduled the appointment.The doctor tried to send me to a paid experiment on depression. Talk about treating the symptoms. I am not depressed I am just frustrated that I have an infection and our heathcare system is broke and I CANNOT GET HELP. I want to get insurance but the new laws do not take effect until next year.Tea Party members are fools but I have no problem with them wanting to shutter this place!

The staff at this place is amazing especially Enid she was so nice she made sure I felt comfortable and safe!

I am genuinely happy with this location. Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and nonjudgmental. Everyone has answered all my questions and has comforted me with such positive energy.

I was denied my well women check up because i confirmed i have discharge and they told me...because i have discharge (that is very common) ..they couldnt do the well women check up..the nurse said verbatim.. A well women check is for well women and well you are.. not a well women and she assessed this by asking me 2 questions!??no urine sample NOTHING !!!!they told me i would need.. to do a special test?_( to actually test my vagina which is included in thr well women check up lolz)The specialist appt in which id be $75 ( through my insurance blue select)i googled this.A well women check up would of included that their is no reason or any guidlines in place that i should of been denied ..that and i just went to thr er Monday ( which i told them too) where they ran a urine analysis and i had no sign of bacteria..so yeah that would of been a key indicator but either way it doesnt matter..

Enid made everything so much better. I started off SUPER nervous and her light and kind spirit made this so much easier and very helpful

Have been getting my birth control shot here since I was 17. The staff are always nice & quick. The facilities are clean & welcoming.

Very nice ladies. i got the in clinic surgery and it only lasted about 3 minutes and didnt hurt. it just felt like pressure. i reccomend this place.

Love all the front desk ladies...especially Ingid and desiree...they made my experience there calming and stress free...

Doesnt matter if you have an appointment set, they will make you wait at least half an hour past it before you can even maybe be called. Also write incorrect dates on prescriptions so you have to deal with that as well.

They really helped me pick the best birth control for me! Thank you guys so much! I highly recommend Planned Parenthood for all women, they do everything from birth control, proof of pregnancy, std testing and treatment, and much more!

Kind of weird that planned parenthood doesn’t offer prenatal care. I was just referred here by someone who got prenatal care here but, I don’t know. Just strange all around.

More expensive than a regular obgyn!!! $200 for an annual exam without anything else included. Seriously a rip off for basic service.

Would be great if they would answer their phone. They left me a voicemail asking to call back and I have called back multiple times. No one answers and when it forwards to voicemail I get message that says the mailbox does not accept messages. Hope whatever they called me for was not important!

Staff was for the most part rude and disrespectful. Did not allow me to attend a shot with my girlfriend who is terrified of needles, for no apparent reason.

I think that everybody should stop bitching about the service. I mean as long as youre there and you get what you needa get done thats all that matters right? This place is great and convenient espesially for people under the age of 18.
