Nice place , receptionist is very rude when u call to be transferred to a case worker.Jalexie is awesome she helps u and tries to help u with each and everything despite what other employees say bad about her.The housing manager jose doesnt like to return any calls and fast talk u off the phone without informing of any important documents needed to complete the needed task. Its sad when u try to contact the Head man in charge and they refuse to respond either ... there has to be someone in charge that will take care of these issues here ..Very disappointed!!! P.s just so u know its a violation of hippa law to discuss clients status or personal Information to the public which is what staff is also doing here at this location..

Nelson is my usual tester and he always provides an amazing experience! Whether it be regular conversations about life or something random like aliens and technology, Nelson is the coolest guy to talk to especially when youre anxious. Outside of Nelson, the facility is always kept neat and the process is always fast and smooth. Thank you MOL for the amazing people and service.

Today was my first time ever getting tested, so i was a bit nervous but everything went well. i had the pleasure of getting seen by nelson and he was amazing. he made me feel very comfortable and safe and i’ll definitely return. thank you MOL :-)

Front desk reception is very rude, unprofessional, and ghetto. When I arrived front desk, receptionist and nurse openly discussing another patient’s results, while laughing I was disgusted. I will never return to this place they close at 4:30 but refuse to take patients after 330 although multiple employees gathered around the front deck having conversation doing absolutely nothing.

The service is amazing! Amazing facility with a great staff! Nelson was extremely helpful, patience, and took his time to clear all my questions. The entire staff is well prepared, responsive and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I can’t wait to tell all my friends about this place and go back and get tested every 6month

I just recently had a visit at this facility the atmosphere was great the customer service was tremendous, when it was my turn to be seen I had an amazing human being named Nelson Mercado, he had wonderful conversations while waiting and he took very good care of me. I would recommend him to any and everyone 100% who decides to go to this facility.

Nelson was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond what was needed and sent me to right places to continue to help me the best he could. So thankful for him.

Miracle of Love is an amazing resource for the community. STD testing can be VERY expensive, upward of 300$ for full panel testing at some facilities; however, MOL offers FREE STD testing services on specific days of the week (refer to website). Nelson is the gentleman who helped me out with all of my testing. He was very professional and very informative. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. I am just overwhelmed with gratitude for the work Miracle of Love does for its community. More now than ever, let’s support this incredible facility, for all that they give to the people! My first time at MoL was nearly 10 years ago for a regular HIV test free of charge. It was not a busy time of day and ultimately a pleasant experience. Flash forward to today and my experience so far dealing only with phone calls has been surprisingly poor. The phone seldom answered, directory is now broken as it no longer confirms names associated to the extensions listed, and if the voicemailbox isnt full or you happen to reach one that lets you leave a message, Im not sure if its a line quality or volume issue but getting calls returned I have not.

Had a great experience… Nelson was very informative and knowledgeable and the rest of the staff were nice and hospitable.

Nelson was such a supportive, transparent human, made me feel comfortable and better about my situation. thank you so much for everything you guys do.

I been trying to get help with miracle of love for almost 2,1/2 years ,,nothing happening they put you Tru lots of red tape,,if you looking for housing help go some place else ,,miracle of love will keep loosing your records will not ever contact you and ask for papers that a homeless will never be able to get,

Went as walk-in and the wait time was fast. Nelson was very efficient and professional I felt comfortable and listened throughout the service definitely coming back :)

Return calls are not done in a timely manner.. I placed a call about my Ryan White appointment. My call has not been returned. Plus when I show up for appointment on time, I am kept waiting. My time is valuable

Horrible customer Service, the intake person with case managment was so very not interested in taking my case, which is odd because I do have health insurance. He tried everything possible to send me to another location that he felt was closer to where I live(wrong).. This guy really needs to be removed from this position because he isn’t very good at it and sounds like he’s not happy at where he works and this was just over the phone conversation.I can only imagine how things are run once I would have gone in person.

Im so disappointed at Miracle of Love Inc. if I had the option of giving less than one star I would. The Ryan White money they get should be taken away.Im so disappointed and discouraged. I probably wont go get help at any other place . Even though I know Ill of AIDS soon .

I absolutely love the team at MOL. Great people who love their jobs. They offer confidential HIV testing throughout the week M-F and Friday they conduct STD/STI testing, all for FREE. Best in Orlando!

Vanessa Rivera has become unhelpful and uncaring. Its just a paycheck for her, and she doesnt earn that. A firm is only as strong as its weakest link, and shes definitely the weakist link. She should be replaced. She doesnt answer phone calls or texts. Shame on her.

So unprofessional. I called yesterday and they told me hiv testing is over at 4pm . so i drove here from lake mary fl after work and got here at 3:40 pm . they turned me around saying the person that does this is done for the day . how and i confirmed the ending time on the phone. To ghetto.. So now its 3:15 and they with. The same oh i we closed down the testing. Is it me ??? Or yall do not like me
