I just want to said Doctor Sameer Patel is the best doctor at this location hand down!!!! I started having medical problems since July 2023 and everything hurt. My primary care physician prescribed me anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxing pills. Then she sent me to do a pelvic ultrasound exam and they could not find or see anything. I kept complaining of my pain. My husband took me to the emergency room, and they did a CT Scam. The Hospital forwarded the results to the emergency Doctor at this location, which is Doctor Patel. He diagnoses me a right inguinal hernia and referred me to a specialist. I got surgery and I’m still in recovery, but I feel so much better.Doctor Patel also prescribed me a treatment for another problem I had. I was about to get surgery as well. Today I went to see another specialist doctor. He told me that thanks to the treatment Doctor Patel prescribed me, I may not need surgery. He told me to continue with Doctor Patel’s medical treatment because it’s working very well. Thank you so much Doctor Patel I really appreciation you!

The worst care and communication ever if youre not feeling good, whatever you do, dont go to any of th we or locations misdiagnosed given the wrong information and not given any information on a priority Stat ct scan cannot get hold of the doctor or a manager to give me the results oh yes brush up on your Spanish got spoken to several tomes in Spanish which I dont speak and barely understand it sorry

They helped me get the right antibiotics I needed. Thank you for helping me feel better.

Horrible service, my wife and myself have already lost 2 days from work for scheduling mistakes. Seems like they are understaff and overworked.

Bad customer service! Been having an issue with them because they billed the wrong CPT code to my insurance, been calling them for over 10 months, going to the office, speaking with billing, managers, staff, and still after 10-11 months, no help! Besides that, the wait time to be seen in office is 1 hour and a half to 2 hours, just for them to call you back and see the physician! Extremely bad experience.

This place keeps changing my doctor, every time I show up they tell me you have a new doctor... I dont know if its a trial game or doctors just dont have much faith in this company.Today the lady in the reception insisted that I pay my copay before I sign the form, so I just left the office.

I called that clinic to setup an appointment to see a doctor for the first time, but that never happened due to poor customer service with their customer service.1) After about 2 minutes waiting, a lady picked up the phone, asked me for my birthday. After I gave that information to her, she cold transfer me to another lady without even advising me.2) The second lady spent about 30 minutes on the phone to verify insurance before she setup the appointment. Because of system is slow to verify the insurance, she told me to call back. After I asked her if she couldnt call me back, she said she would, but no phone call received.I expected them to setup the appointment first, take the insurance information, and verify that on their own like most clinic would do.This morning I decided to call a different clinic. Guess what, I talked to the exact same group of people. When I told the lady that I would prefer using cash instead of insurance, she kept saying that I should use insurance instead of cash.I hope that I wont deal with that call center anymore. Meanwhile, Orlando Family Physicians, get yourself together.

They always do their best to get us in when we need help the most. Always friendly doctors.

After a year of frustrating experiences with this office, excusing poor care such as:1. Inability to get out referrals in a timely manner, meaning I had to change appointments with specialists on four different occasions incurring missed appointment charges because they simply forgot or didn’t send the referral even after several calls from the specialists’ office and me.2. Not sending prescriptions to the pharmacy after appointments requiring several phone calls in the days after to get it filled.3. Not listening well during visitsI finally called my insurance and changed my PCP to some place else after finding out their medical records system was broken into, then getting phone calls where they tried to explain they had to write prescriptions for meds that my specialist writes. (I called my insurance company, this is not true)I’m so glad to finally be done with them.

Im only giving a star because I cant give anything less, as I would honestly like to put. I have been to this doctors office and it is by far the worst doctors office I have ever been to. First visit I waited for a long time and when it was my turn to be seen it was rushed. The doctor bypassed some of my questions and even took a personal call while I was in the room with her. My second visit, I waited for a while as well. Employees kept coming in and out of the room while I was speaking to the doctor about my health concerns (I felt like I had no privacy) I asked the doctor questions and she said shell address them at the next appointment. I was suppose to get a doctors note for work but because it was close to closing time and they were rushing to get out, they didnt give me a doctors note, or my labs. Needless to say my job didnt pay me because I couldnt provide a doctors note and its been 2 months they still havent sent me my lab orders. I called the office multiple times to date I havent heard from the supervisor as Ive requested. Im looking forward to getting a new PCP with staff that actually care about the patients. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT COME HERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Doctors are usually 2+ hours behind schedule. Pack your patience and block out half of your day to spend 5 minutes with a doctor.

Do not go to this center or any other location for that matter!I am only giving one star because zero is not an option. There is absolutely nothing nice to say about this place.1. Parking is awful for this to be a double clinic for family and general practice.2. They never once asked me for my ID or insurance card the entire visit.3. They have no bed side manner. You are just another number in line.4. The only clean thing was the receptionist outfits which were more like flight attendant wear. There were bugs crawling on the floor.5. The questionnaire when you see the nurse were very inappropriate questions. I know could not be legal. And to be honest made me feel uncomfortable.6. The Dr Luz was extremely rude and basically implied I did not have a condition which I have been diagnosed with for 7 years now and showed her my current medication. Insisted on having me do blood work before she could refer me to my specialist whom I have also been seeing for 7 years. And to top it off still wrote the referral for a different Dr which delayed my time being there.So again never go to this establishment!Highly disappointing and unprofessional.

A nightmare. The first time the Doctor forgot to include the most important medicine when sent the prescription to the pharmacy... waste of time. The second time I called to make an appointment and the customer service representative told me that she left a message and they was going to call me. I decided to walk in to the office, it was completely empty and guess what? Im still waiting for the call to make my appointment. When I got to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription there was something wrong on it and they needed the authorization from the Doctor. The pharmacy called and left several messages and nobody answered. I called 1 hour later and the costumer service representative told me that they have a lot of patients and maybe I would have to wait until the next day to get the authorization from the doctor. I took my time to return and try to get the Doctor and guess what... The office was empty again, no patients at all. They can be sure I wont have a third visit.

My visit to the doctor was wonderful my nurse Stephanie Botello was great I would love for her to inject me anytime she was very polite she explained everything that I can understand and I would love to let everybody know about her. My doctor Luz Alicea she is the best she asks you questions and shes guets whats wrong with you I would not trade her for any other doctor knowledgeable and very polite.

They had no parking available, the front desk tried to help me out, she was good but the medical assistant was rude. At least Dr. Jones was good and at the check out Deborah was great. I gave 2 stars for Deborah and dr. Jones, if not I would give 1 stars or not recommended it at all.

Staff was nice, the physician very detailed and helpful and I was in and out promptly. It was my second visit in two years to the West Colonial location.

This place is very efficient. They will work with you all the way and give you the best option. It’s fast and well organized. The staff is amazing, very friendly and well prepared, and thanks to Stephanie Botello I have always a good time there. She’s great.

Stephany at the family physicians is an excellent nurse she made me feeling very comfortable as a new patient. I really like that she was very patience with me due to the fact that im terrified of needles she made the process quick and easy. Will recommend this primary care physician to anyone. Never answer the phone, and if they do answer, they will hang up after another long wait. (I had to go in person to the clinic since they never answer myphone calls and office was empty) they sent medicine to WRONG pharmacy, forgot to provide lab papers, staff doesn’t know which lab I should go the get lab work done, Dr. concluded visit in the middle of my conversation.Overall, horrible experience plus looooong wait!Do your self a favor and find another doctor.

My appointment was at exactly 3:00 i arrived at 2:45 that’s 20 minutes early and i didn’t see the doctor until 5:00 when half the lights shut off and most of the staff left. it’s very unorganized and the staff is snobby we complained and they just turn their noses up in the air and made sounds and fake laughs.i would give 0 stars if i could. terrible

I am very disappointed by the lack of attention by the Dr I was seeing. Multiple times I brought up an ongoing problem and she just ignored it. She wrote a prescription for me but didnt write it out properly. The pharmacy and I contacted her several times to get this fixed and we were both ignored. I will definitely find a different Dr.

Incompetent schedulers and office staff. I called in to request an appointment as a new patient. I asked for Jones Cemelus because it is in network. They booked the apointment. One month later I arrive at the office for my appointment. First they tell me it will be an $82 copay. even though physicals are covered by my plan. They couldnt tell me why it would cost me, so they called the billing department. The billing department couldnt answer it either. The had me see the doctor without prepayment. So then I get into the doctors office.... WRONG DOCTOR. Ok so what I am thinking is no big deal its the same office. WRONG. They apparently dont know what In Network means in this office. So now I called Aetna who is telling me that the doctor I saw is not in network. So yeah, I am, expecting a bill for at least $82. Do not trust the office staff or schedulers here, they are incompetent. Why do they even ask for your insurance information if they dont understand it? Bottom line is, I did my homework, I asked all the right questions, and then I got screwed anyways because they couldnt follow simple instructions.

My Experience With Orlando Family Physcian Has Been Nothing But Positive. It Feels Great To Have A Team Of Doctors and Staff That Really Care and Very Attentive To My Health Needs. Its Nice and Clean at The Facility. Very Friendly and knowledgeable Staff. Keep Up The Goos Work

The wait and theres too many customer service reps even when you call you have joel telling you to come in at 4 the you get a call from mary telling you to come thr next day at 4 the when you go in the bald head guy with the sexy eyes that stand up like secret service asking for payment 😞😒😄 if they eliminate some of the middle mans and women it should get better .

You need at least 3 hours of your time for your visit. They schedule 4 patients at the same time, after taking your vital you have to go back to the lobby for hours.

That doctors office is the worst, they dont respect the patients time, they change doctors all the time, they dont respect appointments. To be able to have an appointment it takes 3 to 4 months to be attended to and when you arrive at the appointment they have already changed it and it has not only happened to me once, it has been several times and one of the customer service ladies is arrogant She is a brunette from Haiti who is bad at caring for a patient.

I want to share my experience today in Dr. Casianos office, in general, a magnificent group with experience in their work, mainly I still praise Doctor Casiano, who was the one with whom I spoke the most, he is an excellent specialist, with unmatched cordiality and respect, he manages every minute of Your consultation was very professional and tactful, I felt very comfortable, very familiar, as did the doctor who also assisted me, keep working like this, that is the most important thing for the patient, many blessings for the entire team.

Anything you need, look for Sharon! He is super kind and pro-patient!!! Any help or question she is the best I wish everyone was like her.

From the entrance with Miss Kirsha, the treatment and spectacular attention, Miss Stephanie and Pilar dedicated to their work and with a clear sense of Service and Professionalism, as well as the Medical Staff, with Doctor Jones Cemelus. Doctor Casiano is the best. He operated on me when I was 14 years old and I met him again when I was 28 years old and the service is still excellent, completely PROFESSIONAL AND understandable at all times.

Over time as a patient with multiple conditions I have gone through several clinics trying to find one like this where the professional quality goes beyond what was expected, going the extra mile for the patients.
