This place is amazing. When Florida banned gender affirming care, these guys were ready. They got all the necessary paperwork done and sent in and we all managed to keep our HRT.There are a few set backs, such as the low income sliding scale program has been removed, which hurts, but, I know employees are trying to get it back.Florida is making it difficult for them to operate but despite the constant attacks, Crew health stands strong. Its a fantastic and super friendly place.

I love love love Crew Health and everyone who works there. From the moment I walked in the door I felt respected and cared for. I have been with crew health for over five years and they just keep getting better and better. I can’t mention everyone by name , but I should. Marisol is a wonderful nurse whose professionalism and compassion are so comforting to me. Dr. Brodniak is a caring, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor and I love him. The staff always gets one of my difficult veins first stick. I am so very thankful for all of the wonderful people at Crew Health.

New patient here and just had my first appointment. The front desk staff, medical assistants, pharmacy staff, and Heather (PA-C) were all fantastic. Super welcoming, quiet environment and everything was quick. Overall, great experience!

Great office! Its clean and everyone is friendly. The ladies at the front desk are nice and always helpful they do their best to get you seen. Dr. Sterling and Maricle are amazing. They really take pride in their job and what they do there. Look no more if your looking for a friendly and safe doctors office

The one star I am giving goes to Sterling. He is the only person that works here with any manners.Dr. Biede says she cares for her patients, but her actions say otherwise. I have been a patient here for quite awhile. I have never been 100 percent happy with my primary care from Dr. Biede, but was willing to look past it to have a Doctors office that was LGBTQ affiliated.I sent a message to Dr. Biede about a UTI I have and expressed to her that I have no other means to get antibiotics. ER and Urgent care is too expensive at the moment.(Every other primary I have had has had no problem writing a script for antibiotics).She called me and told me I probably have a kidney infection(after asking me to hit my side with my fists). She knows I have recurring UTIs and have had multiple tests and there is seemingly no cause. I just get them.UTIs cause side pain. Kidney infections cause vomiting, fever etc.. I know my bodyShe proceeds to tell me to go to the ER, avoiding the ER is the whole reason I messaged her.I told her I cant. Straight up. She proceeds to speak to her medical director and came back on the phone. Told me I have to leave work and take an Uber from them to their office.Not everyone has the luxury to just up and leave work. If youre the supervisor you cant leave. Period. If I could I would.I tried to tell her that and she interrupted me and told me to let her speak in the MOST CRUEL AND MEAN WAY!I have never been spoken to by a Healthcare provider (not professional, because she isnt). She says she will write me a script (if thats the case why all the dramatics?)In the time it took her to speak to her supervisor I began to have a panic attack. It was clear in my voice and she almost treated me worse.I wad appalled at her unprofessionalism and her harsh, bitter diposition in a place that is supposed to be welcoming and affirming to everyone.I like Sterling, but I will NEVER see Heather Biede again.I will go back to Amber Siegel, one of the few LGBT friendly primary physicians worth your time.Dr. Biede saw she was in a position of power and took advantage of that. She knew she could treat me however she wanted because I had no other means to get antibiotics. A gross display of a power trip from a doctor who I am supposed to trust? Nope. Cant do that. I refuse to continue to feel violated.Anyways, just my experience. No one else should have to feel this way, which is why I share this.

Denise and Marisol are literally amazing they make you feel like you’re at home. CREW HEALTH IS THE BEST HEALTH. Love you guys.

If you value your time and overall wellness, do NOT use Crew Health. I have experienced several repeated issues with all of the staff (with the exception of the pharmacy, they are great and are not the subject of this review) from planning, to logistics, to care.Several times I have made my 3-month follow up appointments for 9 AM (the very first timeslot) because they never had availability on Saturdays (my day off), so I took time out of work to attend my appointment. I would sit in the waiting room for over an hour as they would take the later appointments before me (I once watched them call the 9:15, 9:30, and 9:45 appointments, while I just sat there). Instead of apologizing or offering to rectify the situation, the check-in staff just gave me a look and asked “have you been seen yet?”, to which I responded no. This happened on at least three appointments, and finally on the last one I explained that I was taking time out of work to be there and that my time was not being respected.I also had a follow up appointment outright not scheduled, even though I spoke to the staff at the desk, settled on a date and time, and even got a card with my new appointment. I fortunately was able to call and have my follow up testing scheduled, but the provider canceled on me and I never was given an opportunity to reschedule.During one regular testing, I triggered a positive Syphilis diagnosis. Mind you, no one else around me had tested positive, and it was right after I got one of my Monkeypox doses, which can trigger a false positive for Syphilis about 10% of the time. When I explained to the nursing staff (specifically, Marisol) that I didn’t have any symptoms and that no one else around me had a positive test, I was ignored and told I was going to be prescribed Penicillin. I am allergic to Penicillin, which has been on my record with Crew for years and I always reviewed each time I went.Unorganized, disrespectful of my time, and unprofessional. Do not use Crew Health as your provider if you can find another one.

I came into my appointment and checked in with Natalia and Marc who were great as they always are, but what I loved about my visit today was the new set up in the reception room. Dim lighting and candles with calm music playing as opposed to bright lights that make you feel like you’re in a hospital and put you on edge. This new vibe is more relaxing, especially if you’re coming in worried about your appointment

This is a great place for all walks of life. The nurses are very friendly. The doctor on staff “Criag” is great EVERY TIME I come in. They always ask if there’s anything else they can do. I’m terrified of needles and the nurse Denise does it gently EVERY-TIME. I love this place and go faithfully for my blood work and checks up! Go see for yourself!

Denise and Marisol are EXCELLENT!!!! You can tell they truly care about the patient and their experience they both go above and beyond and that makes you feel cared for…. GREAT JOB IN HIRING THESE TWO YOUNG LADIES!!

When I started going to Crew Health 2 years ago, the experience was pretty good. The Dr. they had at the time was a bit weird, but she spend as much time as I needed with her, and was very thorough. They have a lab onsite for blood draws, urinalysis, and vaccines, which was super convenient and the staff there were also great.Then comes the problems. I did an at home sleep test and it was found that I needed a CPAP. It took them literal months to send the CPAP company what they needed in order to send my machine. I was having trouble adjusting to the machine and asked for a different mask and the CPAP provider told me to speak with my Dr. Thankfully, or so I thought, I had an appointment that week. The day before, I check the app to confirm the time and there was no appointment listed. I called and they told me my Dr was no longer with them and someone should have called to make a new appointment with the replacement Dr. That may be, but they didnt call, and the receptionist told me that I was not the only one having that same experience. I was out of my asthma and blood pressure meds and the next appointment they had was literally months out. After some back and forth, they agreed to a quick telehealth appt just to meet the new Dr and get meds. That appointment went ok and we made my next appointment for this past July. As usual, I check the app a few days before my appointment and what do you know? No appointment. Even more strange, there were no appointments to be made for primary care; only STI testing. No call to say my appointment was cancelled, no anything.Its hard to find good, unbiased medical care for LGBTQ+ people in Florida. I had an amazing Dr. who was also gay when I lived in the Tampa area and at the outset, finding Crew Health was so comforting. After the experience, Ill take my chances on the finding a new Dr. I want to be treated by someone who understands the health issues I face being part of the LGBTQ+ community, but not if it means the experience will go like this.Ive moved on to find a new care team. I dont care how busy you are, you dont cancel appointments without calling people. You dont get rid of peoples Drs without calling people. If you cant run a medical office with some semblance of professionalism, you shouldnt be running a medical office in the first place.

The team at crew health are creditable! They always provide outstanding support and service! I will go no where else for my primary care needs! Thank you, Milena, Heather and the team at crew health!

The staff are very nice.Denise and Marisol really take good care of me.And ofcourse my Doctor , Dr Brodniak , he always make sure that Im OK with all my meds and really take good care of me too. I salute to all of them.They really take good care of all their patient.Thank you so much.

Providers are wonderfulPharmacy is unmatched they are the bestFront desk is completely incapable of performing their normal jobs. They dont call you when your appointment is cancelled for internal reasons like your provider retiring out of the blue, making you drive all the way across townJust to schedule an appointment for a month and half later (because thats the soonest they had) just for me to show up and be told that the appointment was never made. I work at a doctors office, this level of failure is unacceptable and needs to be corrected asap so that patient care doesn’t suffer for others like it did for me. I needed an approval letter for surgery and they refused to write it without making a check up appointment, but then refuse to honor my appointments. Really poor customer service

Their phone menu is just terrible. Oftentimes it doesnt matter what button you press. It will just lead you to a AI that will tell you that the voicemail box is full and it will just hang up on you. This is happened so many times including just now. They also have a history of not responding to their emails. I hope that its gotten better with a new portal system that they have, but it is been so bad that there was one time that this combo of things along with poor scheduling made it so I went weeks without my testosterone. I would honestly write this place 3.5 stars because they do have very kind and competent staff but theyre administrative systems (which is a huge part of making appointments and getting the information you need) are quite lacking in their upkeep. I hope that they fix this because they do a lot of good and I have had some very pleasant interactions there.

This is the best I ever been treated at a clinic. My experience started when I called in to schedule an appointment. Her name was Marisol, really nice lady. Then when I came in another lady also named Marisol, did my blood work. This lady went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Then doctor Michael, was the most caring and understanding doctor I have ever experienced. He made sure I walked out with everything I need it, with all the information possible to help feel better.

Look, if youre trans and youre in central Florida, this is the place. Theyre awesome they get you what you need and they can work with you even if you dont have insurance and have very little money. I love it here. its not perfect, but finding this place as a newly out trans woman with no money and no insurance was a miracle. Ive been with them for just about 2 out of three years of my transition and the only way Id move clinics is if this one got shut down.

The front desk staff was okay,answered all of my questions. The reason for the one star is, I left still in pain and not treated for anything. I told the nurse assistant what STI I had and the painful symptoms I am experiencing. she insisted that she can’t treat me until my test result come back which would be 2 days (so I would have to continue with these painful symptoms for 2 days until my test results comeback).I prompted for a medical exam and was denied because the primary care provider was booked for the day and could not see me.I’m highly upset and still in pain and untreated i do not recommend walking in you should set a appointment at this clinic.

I went in and saw Dr. Amber and she was fantastic!! After a month of having strep throat, I was basically cured of it within a few days. The team is super helpful and caring as well, namely Holly. She really helped me set up the appointment in a way that coincided with my already very busy schedule. They’re the absolute best!!

The crew at Crew Health have been very accommodating and helpful. They are knowledgeable and I trust their care and expertise. The experience is always pleasurable and always great to speak with Eric and Ethan about any pressing health issues. I highly recommend them. I can ask them anything and talk to them at any time and they always respond! They also have your best interest in mind and give you the most updated treatment possible. They are superb!My latest visit 5/2/2020 as always has been a nice pleasure. Very welcoming and attentive, and easy to talk with.Premises are always clean.Visit 8/1/2020 great visit. No complaints. Ive been a patient at this facility for over two years and after Dr. Amber left the service has gotten even worst. Ive been having problems with my refill, i called my insurance, and they say my doctor hasnt approved my medication, I called two weeks ago they said the person assigned to the pharmacy will call me back to let me know whats the problem. She never did. Ive calling for two weeks in a row several times a day because i dont have more medication and no one answers the phone. Very sad crew health and crew health staff play with peoples health like this. I decided to move to another health facility that really care about their patients and their health.

These folks are the best, I am so lucky to have found them . I transferred from Planned Parenthood where I felt like a number. Erick , Ethan, Holly, and Ken are amazing. I was very nervous and they made me feel at ease. Do yourself a favor, go see these people. You wont regret it. The new people are amazing. I felt their compassion and empathy. I am lucky to have found this wonderful clinic.

This place is so helpful and have a beautiful staff i’m glad to know that they are apart of my community. they help with std/sti prevention and testing. most clinics when walking you get this sense of nerve wracking fear, entering this facility made me feel like no matter i was going to be okay. After spending a few moments with staff cracking jokes with one another it feels like a sense of brotherhood, I am a young college female and i will be spreading their information everywhere.

One of the best trans care centers ever. The office itself is very cozy, but the care and precision doled out during my appointment had me overjoyed! A doctor that cares and listens.Update 7/28Ive gone to now longer than any other doctor consistently ever. They are professional and personable in all ways. An asset to Orlandos lgbt community, especially to trans people. I cant stress how happy I am that I found this place after frustrations with other clinics in the area.

Wonderful Help! The doctor Was Kind and Very calming! I was very afraid of getting blood drawn before I went in! Painless and easy to Get Treatment with Informed consent. Thank you so much! Great visit today!! An amazing health center they are running! Both practitioners I had appointments with (for different reasons) were great and I look forward to the medical relationship I get to build with each of them!

Im without Prep now, because I kept getting bugged by the practitioner to move over with them and let them take care of me. Promising I will get insurance paid for by them, that I would only have a small co-pay etc. Well, when the bill came, the Crew members said I dont even exist in their system. I should have not cancelled my account with the online provider, I had previously, because now I have to go and deal with all of the process again in order to start receiving prep again. Thanks for the waste of time.

Walking in I was terrified of how my treatment process would have begun. With the love and help from Nat, Heather & My OG Marisol I have found a new medical family they definitely deserve all the flowers in the world!💗

Update:This company have called me constantly since I canceled my appointment,so I will be changing my rating because I never agreed to that and I really dislike it.Went in today and honestly did not feel good and after reading multiple reviews im happy to trust my gut. I cant afford being randomly charged 800$ to 1K. I have no insurance and its very sad they have no pricing anywhere and dont seem to be as affordable as they brand themselves. Im going with getplume or folx health again,anybody reading this should do soas well.

If I could rate this practice higher, I would. They are absolutely amazing, compassionate, knowledgeable, punctual, and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I have already recommended this practice to my friends! Coming from an office that was severely unorganized (to put it nicely), Crew Health has been the best switch me and my partner have made. Love love love Ms. Amber she ask questions and ask for your honest opinion I never felt so comfortable with any doctor in my life 25 years of being trans. I have paid for other doctors and other facilities like the one at USF in Tampa and got no results $400 gone down the drain and then had to do separate blood work and pay for that as well.and he didnt even give me medication in fact he told me he didnt think I need any hormones because I already look like a girl from my outside. I was so hurt because I was trying to do things the right way and looking for guidance. I was preferred to crew health by a friend and it was the best decision I ever made no cost no prejudging nothing but simple love and understanding all of my medicine is delivered privately to my front door with gifts with a courtesy call this is the best facility in the world for trans.the hole crews are like angels they make sure they find every way to suit your need and make your transition as easy as possible. Love love love this place ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Coming to crew health was a breath of fresh air. I really felt like the Dr listened to my concerns and heard what I had to say. He was able to give me a plan of action and make me feel better about my situation. The office was nice and clean and he was super friendly. Glad I found a nice place to go for my medical needs. If you’re a flight attendant this is the place to go!!

This was my first visit to Crew Health. I was very impressed with the care that I received and I would certainly recommend Crew Health services to others. My provider, Erik Suarez, ARNP, was extremely knowledgeable and gave me his full and complete attention. He answered all of my questions, and I am a nurse, I had a lot of questions. I felt very comfortable there. If you have healthcare needs, check them out, you’ll be glad you did.Chip

Dr. Amber is AMAZING! The staff not so much. At my last appointment they failed to set up my 3 month appointment for testing and prescription refill. I called to check on appointment, and the next available was April 25! They did say they would message Amber, and I did also. Im HIGHLY considering a new provider.

The crew and staff were very nice and helpful. Dr.Micheal and nurse Marisol A were very kind and down to earth. They explained everything to me in a way that I can understand everything that was going on and they mange to calm me down from my anxiety.

Dr. Amber Siegel is amazing, I just wish she worked at a more efficiently run clinic.First of all, their phone lines are a mess. You have to try several times to get an answer—and don’t even try leaving a message, because they will not call back.Secondly, the front desk attendants are bad at their jobs. They have already messed up my scheduling three times and I only came here the first time five months ago.If all you need is to come here to get your tests done to refill your prep medication (like I do), make sure you cancel your plans for the next two hours because you will get here ahead of your scheduled time and wait and wait, and wait.Ken Terrell, who couldn’t be a nicer guy, needs to pay closer attention to how the workers actually ”work” when he’s not watching, because the few times I’ve been here were not satisfactory from a customer perspective.

Not happy with my last visit here. The first visit the staff was super friendly, explained everything that was being done as far as bloodwork etc. And I got my medications super fast delivered to my home.The second time I went they rushed through my appointment, drew blood but didnt really explain anything.The third time I sat there for an hour with the NP while she told all about her upcoming facelift. The did not take any vitals or anything. Im not sure what she was waiting on but I was running late to work and didnt really have time to listen to her talk about her facelift surgery.They then put me in to have blood drawn. They didnt me why the blood was being drawn or anything even though I asked. Then I waited for results and my medication but never heard anything. I called multiple times and emailed multiple times. I never got results or medications until I pulled a Karen and asked to speak to the manager of the office. She was able to rush things through to get my mediation. But it was over a month that I waited to get my prescription processed. During this time I had run out of pills and was without my medication. Very unprofessional staff since the new owners took over. They are very disorganized and it is extremely upsetting to wait that long to get your bloodwork results and prescriptions to be processed.In addition to all that, they waited so long to process my labs that I then received an over $800 bill for the bloodwork that I had to pay, that no one even told me why the blood was being drawn and I never any results from that labwork.Needless to say I left this office and am with a new one. So unprofessional, chaotic, and disorganized here. Run, dont walk, away from this office.

I have been at the practice through two doctor changes now. Other high reviews are correct: the people there are caring, kind, and good at what they do, especially within HRT and HIV testing. The problem lies within the fact they do not schedule well (we have had to call back repeatedly to ensure things are scheduled correctly) and when going in, youre likely going to be there for much longer than anticipated because youll likely be going into your appointment late. This practice is getting its feet under it- but patients are not informed when doctors up and leave the practice, and often paperwork will then need to be completely repeated, or the same practices dont carry between the two doctors. This means without warning, you sit in telehealth for an extra hour wondering if the doctor is late or completely gone, without any information that your doctor had left, and you were not informed that your appointment had been canceled because it hadnt even been canceled, they just left it up. Consistently, prescriptions need to be corrected to the pharmacy you go to or have not been put in at all. Relying on them for a medication you need every day would be a risk. The communication is less than lackluster. I understand its new, and I know that its obviously changing quite a bit if theyre continuously cycling doctors in and out, but let this review stand for in the current moment as theyre not reliable.Edit: cool let me update this review. We have a $1,000+ bill for labs now that we weren’t told would cost us anything and haven’t before. thus far calling the phone number leads to a dead line. They were unable to recommend me other doctors or services in the area.

Went here because it was recommended to me by a good friend of mine. All went well with the first appointment. Had my blood work done for getting back onto testosterone August 18th. We made another appointment for a phone call to go over my levels and what my dosage would be and what not on September 18th. So September 18th rolls around and I contact my friend that had set me up there and I was informed that my doctor was no longer there, and I was never notified that there was a new doctor taking over. I understand that getting a new doctor would be a bit on the unorganized side but it would be a bit more professional to let your patients know. Upon learning this info I call the office literally 10 times and got nothing but the voicemail each and everytime. I send an email and received nothing in response. But they can turn around and reply to my social media post calling them out. Very unprofessional and doesn’t care about their patients mental health around transitioning and hrt importance for some individuals.... Save yourself, do not go here.

The staff is great and does their job really well, while also being incredibly kind but the problem mostly lies in calling them.Ill call several times, but the only time I ever get a response is when I hit 2 (for refills) even if I dont need any prescription refills. All of the other options lead to the phone ringing for five seconds then sending you to voice-mail. It would be nice if this problem could be fixed, because sometimes I need to call for important problems but end up not getting anybody and having to HOPE the pharmacy can answer any questions I have.

WORD OF ADVICE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING IVE BEEN TRANSITIONING FOR THREE YEARS AND IN THIS TIME IVE SEEN 4 DIFFERENT DOCTORS AND ATLEAST 25 DIFFERENT RECEPTIONISTS

The ladies here gave us the best customer service ever! Ms.Morisol, and Ms.Rebeca were very polite to us making my sister and I very comfortable to speak with them as to where we just left a the walk-in clinic on Sand Lake beside Florida Mall due to VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Crew Health we do appreciate you and your awesome customer service and we recommend you choose CREW HEALTH if you need a great clinic visit with GREAT customer service!!!!

The staff at Crew Health was super friendly and made me feel comfortable in their space. They kept my appointment light and it was like chatting with old friends. They gave me a lot of information and made sure I had all of my questions answered. Best experience ever in a medical office setting.

This place is a hot mess—to put it mildly. Very disorganized with a lack of understanding as to what patient-centered care entails.If you want to feel like an inconvenient afterthought, incur surprise charges, and be chastised for missing appointments that *you never set up with them* this is the place for you!

Crew Health was absolutely incredible. During my visit, every single staff member I came in contact with made me feel welcomed and at home. The services they offer are great and I’m excited to continue using them as my pcp.

Im switching to 26 Health. Ive been without certain meds for weeks because of staff members repeatedly telling me to wait until Tuesday because thats the only time they talk to my psych because shes only there once a week. This can easily turn into any problem with my meds lasting weeks or over a month. They dont seem to consider how it feels to be without a medication for weeks.Last straw is Dr Mobin telling me the frong desk can always call her and I shouldnt wait if Im out of meds or anything. Front desk today told me they cant call her and I have to wait until Tuesday.I cant recommend this place to anyone unless medication withdrawals are fun to you and you have energy to keep calling and advocating for your meds.Medically negligent and horrible to experience when trying to get help

It was a great experience! They were extremely professional and they take the time to discuss any concerns you may have as their patient. Their office was very clean and sanitized. I just totally loved it… Trust this is the place to go! Thank you Eric 😘😘😘

Crew health used to have a program where I was able to get my healthcare covered without insurance. I am disabled, they ended the program without telling me that I’d have to start paying so I found out a half hour before my appointment. I’ve already been unhappy with how incompetent the staff is. I would’ve stopped coming to them a year ago if it weren’t my only option for mental health services. I now have no access to healthcare. I am furious.

I do not reccomend this facility. I followed their medication plan and even started at a higher dose of testosterone than I was originally prescribed. When this led to an adverse mental health reaction, I was let go from their care rather than supported through it. I have since found a friendly and knowledgeable provider who has fully supported me on HRT.This husband duo would rather cover one anothers malpractice. When you say you asked your staff about my discharge, you mean you decided with eachother once I left the office you would cover up your mistake.I am all for supporting LGBTQ providers. However, I will not tolerate a business that is in it more for the money than actual patient care. Health professionals, REAL health professionals, DO NOT ask you for pertinent information on a Google review. I am disturbed by the blatant lack of respect for patients and confidentiality - just look at some recent reviews.

I have had some issues with communication here in the past, so I cant give Crew Health as a whole 5 stars, but I would give Marisol 10 if I could! I had an issue where Walgreens used the wrong refill for my prescription and she got the whole thing sorted and my refills fixed within two hours and was friendly and reassuring on the phone the whole time.

It’s either a hit or miss, Sometimes they take too long sometimes they perfect.. even though theres two positions are there it seems like only one works.. Michael is amazing when there isn’t a 50 minute wait. Ken is adorable too… it is LGBTQ friendly and it’s very convenient safe and comfortable if you’re willing to wait forever..

Crew Health was very professional and I felt very safe getting tested for Hiv and std’s during the pandemic. They followed perfectly the protocol of masks and gloves and sanitation. The staff was very helpful in calming my nerves while getting tested since i have high anxiety levels. I felt very comfortable.

I was in a bad place when I found these guys. Ethan made me more comfortable being myself than I ever was at my old provider. He listened to my concerns, and what I was looking for. He turned a really rotten day into one I could smile about. I look forward to working with him more.

This was one of the best doctor visits I have ever had. The staff is super welcoming and respectful. Every one seemed to love what they do and were very knowledgeable.

Dropping my review to 1 star. I’m disgusted to find out that my provider was suddenly, with no warning, removed and replaced. Any review that is more than a few weeks old is now invalid. I still have yet to be told through any official means that the practice has changed hands. Highly unprofessional, I will not be returning.

Im having second thoughts and concerns about this facility . I was seeing Michael and Ive just been told hes no longer there . I choose a doctor based on the doctor and this has me concerned about the kind of place this is for the medical provider to no longer be there after 7 months. Hopefully Im proven wrong and all is well.

Although I work in the healthcare field, Michelle P. ARNP, is the most professional of the crew medical personnel that I have ever had the privilege of seeing as a patient. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I have NEVER had a more caring and accommodating health care team. Im so glad that I was able to find Crew Health and Erick. Its rare to find people that actually care about your overall health instead of making you feel guilty about your lifestyle.

I love the atmosphere but a 500 $ charge for having no insurance I’m 21 and new to fl they advertise like this is a free clinic I don’t have the money to play 500 dollars when they never ask you for a paying method how would you pay everything they said to me when I was there was you can get this for free and get prep for free if you wanted and I was happy but even coming back to get my prep blood work I came and still never tells me that I’m paying for all this I’d really like to let everyone know they might have some good service but it’s 500$ too 1k worth of it which how long it takes for you to actually get call isn’t worth it at all I’m literally a kid I just tried 21 if anything someone working their should have said hey how are you paying for this

I have been under Crew’s care for the past couple of years, and I have nothing but great things to say about their staff. I have always felt cared for, and I have complete confidence in their work!

Good experience love that they keep the light dim really helps with relaxing and staying calm.

They scheduled my telehealth visit 2 months away, then cancel it a week before because they need a 4 day weekend for easter for some reason.

The office is without fail still the friendliest and most attentive care providers. They are growing and still take time to treat and educate. 10/10 would recommend.

Im concerned that Dr. Michael Roggelin is no longer with the practice, as his care was fantastic and made this place special. They didnt say why or when he left.
