Orlando Womens Center

My experience with this clinic was positive. I did my research and decided to book the appointment. Any time I had a question I would just call or email and I received timely responses. I was made to feel comfortable with my queries which helped make this a positive experience for me. The procedure itself has given me a good outcome for which I am so grateful and happy about. Thank you to all the kind staff at the clinic, I really appreciated the care and service from you all.

As hard as it was to go through this process all the staff at Orlando Women Center were absolutely wonderful. Friendly receptionists, to lovely nurses and doctor. Thank you for catering to my every need and making the process as stress free and non judgmental as possible

All in all I had 3 total visits to the clinic and I have no complaints. All the staff from the receptionists to the nurses, anaesthetist and doctors were lovely and non-judgmental, making an already nerve wracking experience a lot easier. Wait times were lengthy but were expected as I was made aware of them through the website, emails and at reception.Thank you Orlando women center for amazing hospitality.

This was my first time going to this clinic for a procedure. The staff were extremely nice and informative every step of the way. The made me feel like I didnt have to be nervous. The process was lengthy but very accurate for the type of procedure I was receiving. The doctor also was very kind and made me feel very comfortable the entire procedure was good .I would definitely recommend this Orlando Women Center! Thanks

My experience here was great. The volunteer escorts that walk you inside with umbrellas are angels. The staff are all very kind and professional. And although they say you might be there from 3-6 hours you can tell everyone is working hard to get you in and out as fast as possible. Thank you to all of you.

Stand clear of this place. They will take your money despite not being able to service you and say its non refundable. They make you pay before they do any service on you. Everything seemed rushed, I’m highly disappointed I paid $300 JUST for them give me an ultrasound and come to find out Im past 6 weeks so they turned me away but kept my money knowing what I’m going through. I feel like I was robbed and stripped of my rights! This place is highway robbery stand clear unless you know for certain how far you are. Shame on your establishment for taking women’s money when they are not moving forward with the procedure. They also don’t value your time. You will be there all day because they tell everyone to come at the same time which is 9am and the doctor isnt even there, she doesn’t come until later in the day!!!!

All lovely kind accommodating staff. With a special mention to Nurse who treated me for her Amazing bedside manner- I was acting all crazy and emotional but you put my mind at ease. You are wonderful at what you do and worth your weight in gold I cant thankyou enough. Would highly recommend Orlando Women Center.

The experience here was disappointing, with unprofessional conduct and a lack of respect towards patients. Waiting times were excessively long, communication was poor, and there seemed to be pressure to opt for certain treatments. Patient care is essential during such procedures, so exploring clinics that prioritize respect and professionalism may be a better choice. Pay close attention to All of these 5 ⭐️ reviews, written by people who have never written a review before. Some of the profiles even have photos of men and they reviews talk about the “procedure” they had done. There are other options , please go elsewhere.

This office is so unprofessional. They gave me an appointment for the same day TOOK my 354$ had me waiting a whole hour HAD me call out of work for them to tell me cant help me cause i was confirm pregnancy in another hospital.. WHICH i told the girl and she specifically told me to not bring anything just the insurance card just in case they need a new picture. WASTE MY WHOLE TIME MY WHOLE DAY MY WHOLE MONEY FOR NO DAMN REASON!

The heart touching thing was that I had a designated counsellor to check in with me even after leaving the clinic to make sure I was comfortable with the end results of the procedure. The doctor was kind and understanding and there was no pressure once so ever. Thanks to all staff and this center for the best treatment provided

I know the staff personally and I can say that is a clinic like no other. They respect their patients, they care, they are here FOR THE WOMEN. They run this Clinic with so much soul ,compassion, and love. Orlando Women Center without a doubt is a best clinic out there for Women!

They were amazing! I had to travel for this procedure and they were attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful of getting everything I needed before, during, and after my visit there. They even provide the BEST after care services!!! Orlando Women Center is amazing!!!Highly recommend.

Doctor was lovely, Building is run down, NURSES ARE SO RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL EXCEPT NURSE LASHONDA! NURSE LASHONDA COMMUNICATED WITH ME VERY WELL UNLIKE THE REST OF THEIR STAFF. Protesters were screaming At me & in my face there was no security until 12pm. The nurses all say different things and then catch an attitude when you are confused 2/5 rating honestly. My procedure is going well though

This place was absolutely terrible I took my daughter here and we were fully aware no one could be with her while the process was happening, that was no issue my daughter and me were nothing but polite to these people and they still were extremely rude. The ultrasound tech continued to make my daughter feel uncomfortable while she was taking her ultrasound by making comments saying “baby’s having baby’s” or screaming at her to put her legs down and full on getting frustrated with her. She didn’t talk back or say anything rude she just listened and the woman proceeded to be more than rude to her. Unfortunately we weren’t able to go through with the abortion because she was to far along but that was never the problem it was the fact that the nurses at this facility have no human decency at all. Why work at a facility such as that if you have no intention to care for others feelings or are not capable of keeping your opinions to yourself.

Great experience at Orlando women center. I had the opportunity to speak with both doctors, and both of them provided excellent service and took the time to answer all my questions. The nurses were fantastic and welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. The admin staff were also great on the phone and made booking the appointment quick and easy. Overall 5 star service and can definitely recommend.

I couldnt have been more welcoming to a safe environment. Doctor did exceptional work with the IV, which I was apprehensive about being a hard stick. I forgot to confirm my appointment prior and they fit me in within 10. I didnt have anyone there taking me home so a car was provided by them to take me to get my prescription, then home. Thank you for the warmth and optimal care provided by all team members of Orlando Women Center.Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience at the Orlanfo Womens Center. I was very nervous coming in, but the staff made me feel at ease right away. The procedure was very quick, a little uncomfortable but tolerable. I liked that they didnt rush me out of the clinic during the recovery period and they catered to my needs with no hesitation. They were very knowledgeable, caring, friendly and supportive. I really felt like I was in a safe space!

This is a clinic you can feel safe using. You will be treated respectfully and kindly. The staff are all kind. Facilities feel similar to any family Drs office. I was 9ish weeks and given the options, I just wanted a surgical procedure to make sure all the tissue was out and I could move on to healing physically and emotionally.

An incredible facility. Every staff member from the wonderful reception staff to the nurses and doctors are exceptional at their job. I had alot of anxiety about my smear and other testing I needed and I was walked through every step with follow-up care and consultations to put my mind at ease. Received so much knowledge and information and felt completely safe and unjudged. They truly are an amazing team. I recommend every woman to go here for any care or procedures they need.

The staff, all of the nurses and doctor were too warm and polite to me including the front lady. They were constantly checking up on me so that I could feel less anxious and feel better. My experience at the Orlando Women Center has been very positive. With a professional team and above all, very attentive to your needs. I highly recommend this clinic .From the first meeting, I felt listened to and understood. The treatment was based on my quality of life, namely the pain I felt, and not only on fertility. Dr. took the time to explain my procedure to me, and together we agreed on a treatment plan.It was the best decision of my life.

I had a surgical procedure, which was terrifying but the staff were friendly, which made it better. A comfortable gown was provided with a private changing area. Medicine was given to help with anxiety and also given at the time of the procedure. As someone with a low pain tolerance, I felt almost nothing due to the meds (also big plus: the nurse found my vein first try and the pain was minimal). The recovery room is comfortable and cookies were provided. I am so happy with the care I got.

I can say that this clinic is the best medical care clinic Ive ever seen in my life. We booked an surgery appointment for my wife. The clinic provided a very swift effective medical care. The doctor listened very carefully to our reservations about the surgery and post surgery treatments. He was also very kind. I had a chat with him several times. The things happened exactly the same way as he described. I recommend everyone to try this Orlando Women Center

Some places say theyre judge free environment, but here I really felt it, my decision was respected was and no one pushed me into trying a different path, I was well informed of the process during and after, and even though it was packed they got me out as soon as possible, I felt comfortable here at Orlando Womens Center and would recommended their service!

I was desperate to find a safe place and I found this clinic. I went and from the entrance they treat you very friendly, they explain everything very well, very professional, the place is very clean and quite safe, they respect you.They tell you very well about the contraceptive methods, and they tell you if you want it and if not, then nothing happens, you dont feel pressured, even my companion was treated very well, I highly recommend Orlando Women Center!

We took my friend and the volunteers where absolutely amazing and so kind and upbeat and supportive,they can walk you to and from your car shielded with a umbrella from the protesters,and if you’d like u can even sit outside and wait and let the protesters know how crummy they are:)I would definitely recommend this place

I have always gone to Gainesville in the past..this is not my first procedure- they wouldn’t take me till I was over ten weeks along because of the wait. I was so scared and didn’t know where to turn and found this place in Orlando- the wait times are crazy BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY AND CARE FOR MANY MANY WOMEN IN NEED. The amazing people outside provided snacks and drinks during the wait. I think they are volunteering to be there- they make it their JOB to protect us from the crazy Christians that want to harm us and belittle our choices. That meant so much to me .The doctor was GREAT. I was a little nervous because of never having a male doctor before. He was so professional, kind and quick. I am so blessed to have found this place. Those hours waiting are WORTH IT.Thank you everyone and even the officers for making this the most safe and pleasant experience that it can be in such difficult times 💕

Orlando Women Center saved me. I was unsure of my options and started to panic. My insurance told me that Planned Parenthood was the only option, however after a lot of thinking, I decided to schedule an appointment. I didnt feel judged or embarrassed. A great place to go if you are in need of their services. Please keep in mind they are typically very busy and their staff can only do so much at once so you may be waiting for a while so be sure to make an appointment ahead of time. The nurses and doctor are all very educated and can discuss any concerns or questions you may have.

The doctor took a considerable amount of time to talk to me and get an in-depth understanding of what I was wanting. She was extremely knowledgeable when explaining options to me (of which had not been presented nor explained to me before) and I felt completely comfortable!

The Doctor and nurse are very nice and caring. I honestly believe if you treat people well you will get the same back.I noticed how rude the patients are with the staff members of the clinic and honestly dont expect respect or kindness if youre treating them bad not because youre paying for a service you deserve to be rude to them. My wife was very happy with the service provided and the attention, everything well explained. Everyone was nice and polite to her.waiting time could be 4 to 6 hr unfortunately some patients dont understand that in some cases are surgical procedures and that involves great responsibility.

Wonderful staff, explained everything very well and offered advice and prescribed me some medication for my acne as well as my birth control needs. Very good prices too with the services they offer, I would recommend them to a friend!

This place is an absolute circus. For over 2 weeks I have called, left messages, been scheduled on days they are not even open. Currently sitting outside their building that I was told yesterday, opens at 8 am on Mondays. Not a single person is here, i have been calling the 800 for the past 7 minutes and no answer.

We are minors and we arrived with many doubts and fear but thanks to their Excellent service from reception to departure ,All staff are very friendly and professional.Thanks to all the staff who make you feel good, they dont question you so much and they are attentive to any situation at all times.In general all good!

I have been to this place more than once and I leave happy every time. I can’t say too much about the call center they use to make your appointment but the staff in the office is great. They may come off crabby upon first entering but that’s because there is a line of people outside before they open and half of them don’t listen to the instructions being given and they’re trying to get everyone’s sonograms, payments, paperwork and blood work done as quickly as possible. Once you get into the back one on one with the nurses they are all extremely nice.Yes the wait time is long but that’s because the Dr who gives you the pill and does the surgeries travels from a different location so if you make an appointment for 9 AM then be prepared for the whole process to take 4-6 hours. While you wait you are allowed to leave and get food or do whatever until they call you. I tried the pill but unfortunately it didn’t work, the earlier along you are the chances of the pill working are lower so I opted for the surgery. Everyone is different but from my experience the surgery was the best choice. I was completely knocked out and didn’t feel anything. A little groggy upon waking but other than that no other issues. Also be prepared for protesters outside. They are rude and will say ANYTHING to get you to not go in, one second they want “to help” and the next second the are calling you a bad person. Don’t listen to them! Hope this review helps others better understand how this process works :)

If I could give this zero stars I would this place is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate office you’ll ever go to. they book 20 people at the same time give you no information over the phone once you are there they’re rushing you and yelling at you. there’s no empathy whatsoever. The ladies behind the counter are talking and having conversation and cursing with each other while you’re just there standing waiting and listening. the old lady that does the ultrasound which should be fired was saying she so Happy the laws gonna change about abortions as she’s doing my ultrasound. I had to ask her to stop talking and instead of respecting me, she continues on an explained her reason, If you’re so against it get another job, clearly in the wrong field, she was super rude being super passive aggressive. This place has no empathy for women. I’m disgusted, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one, and they have protesters outside yelling at you.

I wish I could give this zero stars. Whatever you do, do not book an appointment at this office. Don’t even bother calling. My friend called and the woman she spoke to over the phone was incredibly blunt, rude and disrespectful. She showed zero compassion towards my friend. It takes a lot of courage to even call an office like this but to then be spoken to without an ounce of compassion is incredibly unacceptable. They absolutely traumatized my friend who’s emotions are already high. I called the office manager to make them aware of this situation but, believe it or not, they didn’t care. Actually chuckled before ending the call. Absolutely heartless people from the front desk to the office manager. I explained that there are many other reviews online from women who have had similar experiences and they did not seem to care. Call any other office if you want to be treated with any sort of human decency.

I go back tomorrow. But I just wanna say this place here is the most fun and warming place ever. I love them and I don’t even know them. Helped me in any way shape or form. I went so nervous and left having the best time of my life.

I found this gem on google and glad that I did. Dr is amazing and actually listens to your concerns. What he did for me in one visit I couldnt manage to get at other facilities. This place is super clean plus friendly. 10/10

At first I a little scared when I seen the reviews, but Im a big believer of judging on only my personal experience. Im so glad I did. The staff are supper professional and very attentive to the patience needs. The Doctor was very late arriving to the clinic, but I didnt mind because once he did arrive the process took about 10 minutes and he made me feel very comfortable and he was actually very funny. The wait is based on first come first serve so I suggestion is to arrive early and bring tons of snacks. Also the place is super super clean and has been updated. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you to all the staff for making this difficult situation of my life a comfortable one. Oh the protestors are a pain in the ass.

I visited the Orlando women center last week with my friend and I was very impressed with exceptionally professional good services provided by the administrative team.They were very efficient at their roles.Happy with everything I received. Highly recommend this place.

Staff is nice and friendly, the waiting is 4 to 6 hr unfortunately some patients dont understand that in some cases are surgical procedures and that involves great responsibility. I personally took someone there and everything when well.The protest outside is the only bad thing about the place because they can be a little AGRESIVE.

This place was extremely professional with kind staff members who were willing to answer any questions, and provided lots of information about the medical procedures. Was hesitant after reading some of the poor reviews, but honestly I believe theyre written by protesters trying to scare away women. A nurse held my hand through the entire procedure and was very warm, and the doctor made me feel very comfortable. Afterwards I sat with a nurse who brought me water and snacks as she monitored my blood pressure. All in all, the staff made a bad situation much better than I was expecting, and aside from the idiotic protesters had a pleasant experience.

A couple of years years ago I went to this clinic with my cousin who needed to terminate her pregnancy because of a fetal abnormality. Recently, I found myself in a similar situation. I chose this womens center because I knew she had received good care, but since I heard they were under new management I was a little hesitant at first because our first experience was so positive I was concerned about whether everything would go as well this time. I was completely impressed by the changes they had made. This clinic is beautiful. Not like a typical doctors office or other womens centers I have seen. It has an atmosphere that is uniquely calming and relaxing. Very peaceful. The staff was genuinely compassionate and kind and I am extremely grateful for the care and attention I received at such difficult time.

These people have got to be the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever talked to in my entire life. First you don’t tell me it’s not located in Ocala when I get to my appointment. That it’s in Orlando. Secondly you fuss at me over asking a simple question and then come off with an attitude and horrible response. I do not recommend coming to this place EVER. And Btw. They’re located in Orlando and it was “my” fault I didn’t ask for the address. If you know it says Ocala and you’re not located there then maybe you should state you have a change of address. (I posted this to both pages)

The positive reviews must be paid spoke people. This place is horrible, long wait times, surprised billing it has made my wifes first appointment horrible. We waited 3 hours just for them to tell us they couldnt preform an ultrasound and then they needed to reschedule, when we showed up for appointment 2 they surprised us with a 400 bill for nothing. Also my wife has bad morning sickness and the doctor wanted to prescribe a pill that was almost 1000 dollars and insurance would not cover, then we found a different generic one and it took the doctor over a week to approve the pills. When you call they dont pick up the phone and dont return calls when you leave a voicemail. My wife spent 4 hours getting passed around their call center just to get it approved. Stay far away it has been nothing but a nightmare.

They nice people but the service suck I guess they need more employees or what but they very slow my appointment was 12:00 I havent see doctor yet now 1:18 I came really earlier I thought they move a little faster but it did work

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First of all, I came to support a friend and her appoint was at 9 a.m. it is currently 4:40 pm and we are still here. There are protesters outside talking about how doing unspeakable things (s/a) to a child is better than what is going on at this place. When we walked in I saw a total of three roaches. The staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate. They keep sending her back to wait in her car for hours at a time. First it was to fill out paperwork. Then it was to do blood work. Then it was to pay but guess what? Their credit card machine magically went down so we had to go to the bank, withdraw cash, come back, and wait another hour to pay. And THEN she had to wait a total of two hours to see the doctor and get her pills. This is not a women’s center. This is a women’s nightmare. If there is a waiting list anywhere else PLEASE choose that route and wait.

I never expected to be in the position to make such a hard decision but I dont think anyone ever expects it. I called places and read reviews and I swear I was terrified. Now having to go through this I see why they are so strict with some information and cautious. Either way since I knew I needed to do this I just pretended like I never saw these bad reviews. To my surprise my experience was overall great. The staff was so welcoming and amazing. I am not sure how long they have worked together but you can tell they are like family. Apart from that they actually know what they are doing. Even the doctor he was slow but he took his time with me which made be feel so much at ease.

If you need to have an abortion and you want a caring doctor and a good medical team, this is the clinic to call. I did and Im so glad I choose this office. They were more helpful and more caring then I could have ever imagined. I recommend them highly. Everyone was really sweet to me. The clinic was very clean and had a calming, peaceful atmosphere.

This place is a great place to go if you want a low cost abortion, They are affordable and clean the staff is nice. The only thing that is uncomfortable is the protesters outside they make you feel weird. Also make sure you dnt bring your purse or bag inside because if you do they will send you back outside with the protesters to put it back in your car. Other than that its fine. I went on a Saturday morning and the place was Packed it took a very long time to see the doctor. The nurse told me it would be a 4-6hr wait 😥 but I got all the info I needed and I was not judged. Overall good experience.

If I could I would give this place a 0. I wouldnt waste my time or money going here. The woman I spoke with on the phone set my appointment at 8 am. I arrived at 8 am to be told it was actually 10:30 . Which I was okay with. But 12 comes around and Im was still waiting. the doctor hasnt even arrived at the facility. There was another couple who was antsy and went up to the window and was asking questions and complaining about the wait. Then a guy comes out rudely yelling at everyone saying the doctor was coming from Tampa as was the case the day before coincidently , and it was raining and there was a bad accident on I-4 , if we wanted to check look it up. I told the guy if the doctor isnt going to be in then why schedule appointments early and have people sitting in a lobby with no ventaliation? He gets in my face and proceeded to tell me I did not have to be there. I told him I work in the medical field and this is not how you run an office or treat patients. He then told me to leave. I gladly did. I later went to my OBGYN and she recommended Planned parenthood. They run your insurance to see if they cover the procedure prior to the visit. Also its about $100 cheaper out of pocket and a lot more professional. Everyone was so compassionate. The doctor was genuine and understanding. Very thorough . She did a one on one meeting to go over everything, as well as answer questions. Also while I did my counseling with the doctor at Orlando Womens Center there was another patient in the room with me which is a HIPPAA violation. I didnt consent to have my information shared in front of another patient. my advice do not go to this facility. They are rude and inconsiderate.

I looked at all of the abortion facilities in the area to have my early abortion performed. I did not want to have surgery so I wanted to have the abortion pill procedure. The only place that offered the one day pill procedure was the Women’s Center on Lucerne Terrace. Other places I called said it may take 2 weeks or longer for the process to be completed. The Women’s Center said that 99% of the time, the process is completed in 24 hours or less. Everyone in the office smiled and was very nice. The inside was clean, modern and neat. The Doctor was very kind and took his time asking me questions and made certain that I was comfortable with the one day abortion pill procedure. I took the medications as instructed that day and had very little discomfort throughout the evening. After a little heavier bleeding and discomfort that occurred about 6 hours after taking the medication, the bleeding suddenly slowed down as the Doctor stated would occur after the pregnancy tissue passes. The following day I went back for the sonogram to make sure that there was no pregnancy tissue that was left and there was not. I was very happy with the results. The one day abortion pill is amazing! I recommend it to everyone!

This place is HORRIBLE. The worst experience to say the least due to the circumstances. I was there 2 weeks ago for the procedure with an appointment for 930am and left close to 6pm, all day! They are very unprofessional, the staff was arguing and talking about each other right in front of me. Very disorganized. No sympathy for what one might be going through. I did the pill procedure and if I didnt lik at the bottle MYSELF I would have went home with 3 pill instead of 4 and had to probably go through the process twice, putting my body through this twice. I walked out with no discharge papers and two jolly ranchers with two prescription with scribble scrabble and the pharmacist couldt read it. I wasnt able to get the pain killers and when I called the emergency number NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. They took my number twice and nothing. I had to Google the number since I didnt get the discharge papers. I basically got a your welcome bag. So insensitive! They also told me I had to come to a follow up after 2 weeks and someone would call me to tell me a time to go in. I had to call myself to make a follow up appointment. They told me it would take 1 to 2 hours....yea right! They all say well call you shortly 3 hours later I get seen my the doctor and she checks me and pressed so hard on my pelvic area. When I complained to megan the manager all she could say was sorry. They were even playing inappropriate music inside the back rooms freak me baby by silk... and this was approved music. They dont know our circumstances to be playing music like that! You want to pay 430 dollars and go through this then fine. There wont be a next time...but If you do...go somewhere else!!

It was a difficult day but I felt cared for. The staff was very helpful and Took the time to answer my questions. The doc was great and I felt she was with me every step of the way. Very compassionate

Website states there is someone available to speak with 24/7; this is a lie and your website needs more, updated information such as your hours of operation. It does not mention but this place is a first come first serve- I’m sure everyone that was there had also made a 9:00 AM appointment. Besides waiting all freaking day, the staff is wonderful and caring; especially when the status of the economy financially dictates the quality of your life, they do not judge you. Mind you, this is an abortion clinic, not a “hold-your-hand” therapy group; you walk in as an adult and walk out as an adult. There are barely any protestors- just a couple, but they do not harm.

I called the Women’s Center office early in the morning and spoke to a wonderful telephone counselor. She was patient in answering my questions regarding the same day abortion pill procedure and I made an appointment for the afternoon. I was 11 weeks pregnant by sonogram though I thought I was only 7 weeks along. The staff assured and completed in 24 hours or less. I was told that they perform the one day abortion pill procedure from 3 to 24 weeks in one day or less in over 99% of patients without the need of having to perform a surgical procedure. The medications were given to me and I took them as instructed. The pregnancy tissue passed approximately 11 hours after taking the last medication. I went back the next to make sure that the process was complete and it was. Everyone at the Women’s Center treated me well. I was happy with my service and I hope that anyone finds themselves with a pregnancy that is unwanted go to this office. They are absolutely wonderful.

Cant say enough about how helpful, friendly and informative they are. Assisted my best friend in doing the research legwork and from first inquiry and throughout the procedure, we felt like she made the right choice. The founder is a very kind man, also very helpful in providing info and guiding women through the process of their choice. Affordable compared to others in the state. Be ready to be there a few hours though (we came on a Saturday) as the doctor(s) come from Tampa once all are triaged (PACKED waiting room, bring yr phone for entertainment lol) so you will wait awhile after quick triage. Well worth the wait. Would give more stars if we could. Her follow-up was free and she reported it too, was informative and and thorough.

I was apprehensive at first after reading the horror storys about this place. i didnt have a lot of money and they were the only ones offering a discount. Ive never been threw something like this so i was already scared enough just having to do it and the reputation this place has just made it worse.the lady said be prepared to be here at least 4 to 6 hours and boy she wasnt lying. this place is a 1st come 1st serve so try to be there early and bring snacks and a jacket cause its cold. besides the long wait i have to say the staff and dr. were very kind and respectful. they made me feel very at ease as i got the procedure done. the dr. even informed me that the pain i was feeling that i thought was from being pregnant was actually a uterine fibroid and he gave me a informative pamphlet to take home. this place is clean, safe and i would recommend it. i would have to say the worst part of this hole process besides having to go threw with it would have to be listening to those annoying idiots that stood outside quoting the bible while judging the people inside. hope this helps

Okay so after the reviews, I was super nervous. I needed something done quick so I got a pill abortion. The doctor was helpful and quick. The only down side was waiting for 6 hours...please bring something to keep yourself entertained. Its a long wait but the process is quick.

Princess is amazing. But the entire administration and organization of this office is absolutely terrible. I would never recommend coming here. The entire process has been nothing but a headache from getting my prescriptions to the bill I wasnt even aware of until they informed me before my follow up.

Even though my best friend recommended this clinic, I was still very nervous to have an abortion. I am a college student and discovered my birth control method did not work. I am not ready to start a family at this time in my life. Not only did I receive good medical care and kindness from the staff, but they also took the time to help me choose a more safe and effective form of birth control. I will also recommend this clinic to my friends if they ever need an abortion or family planning services.

Anything bad here was definitely written by protesters. Dr Rodriguez was extremely kind and professional, as were all of the other staff members. All of my questions were answered appropriately, and the cost was much more affordable than the other places I looked into. I really have nothing bad to say about this place, and for anyone worried, there was only one protester.

These people performed an abortion on me that left me traumatized I was in excruciating pain…. spent 16 hours in the emergency room having to get an emergency surgical abortion because it was done incorrectly at this facility this left me in so much emotional distraught and depressed

This place is super professional they explain all the process and make sure you’re taking the right decision and always asking if you’re sure that’s the thing you want to do. Don’t let the people outside make you feel bad about what are you doing is your body, your decision they don’t have any idea of what you have been through. This clinic is the best and I recommend 100%.

Its overwhelming and going in for a situation like this no one wants to wait ALL day. Its pathetic. Your wait time is LITERALLY 6 hours!

This place was a nightmare. It literally felt like I was going to a Halloween Horror House. I really wish I would have researched this place before trusting it. For start, it was disgusting and totally not sanitary. Second, you will be there for 6 hours or more sitting alone and feeling uncomfortable. This is already such a hard traumatic thing to have to go through and this place makes it 10 times worse. On the website it says you can choose to be sedated and there are different options, well on the phone I even verified this ( since I was driving over an hour for this sedation option )...and they straight up lied and said yes I would be totally knocked out for the procedure. Once I got there and signed all the paper work and paid, I had to go over the paper work with a rude woman and I asked about the sedation to clarify which option I wanted to go with, and I was told they only give one type of medication which was just to calm your nerves and that was it. I was totally freaked out, but did not want to go through making an other appointment somewhere else (which was a huge mistake.) Next, after hours of sitting in a nasty small waiting room, I was taken back for an ultrasound, and they take you in a group with other people and you go in a room one at a time and you can hear everything with the paper thin walls...They did not even use a sanitary plastic cover on the ultrasound that goes on the belly (meaning they rub that thing on every person without a cover...GROSS)....then I was sent back to the waiting room for a few more hours, then they finally called me back to go into the room for the procedure. I was told to undress from the waist down and sit on the table and the doctor would be right in.....(It is literally probably 50 degrees in this place so BUNDLE UP if you even dare to go here) ...and I was waiting for NO JOKE- OVER AN HOUR laying there undressed and no doctor came, finally after getting dressed and waiting longer a rude nurse came in and said...Get Undressed! and then the doctor and her came in to start. The nurse was pushing a tray table with what looked like a tray full of metal murder weapons... The doctor looked like a scary halloween murderer doctor and came in and started to try to get my iv in....well my veins are small and he slapped my arm really hard and was poking me over and over and could not get it in, he was saying This vein is being a sucker and you are quite the bleeder and poked me hard over and over making me bleed everywhere, and kept slapping my arm...finally after I was in tears he tried almost every vein I have and got it. I just remember crying because I felt I was NOT being treated right and it hurt very bad. Woke up in a chair by an other girl who was sobbing like I was and we were in pain and they will not even give you real pain meds. This was by far the worst day of my entire life, and I BEG YOU please do not put yourself through going to this place ladies....This is already a really hard thing, this place will haunt me forever, and the sad thing is, it was not terrible for what I had to get done, they made it terrible in every way possible which is the last thing that we should have to feel in dealing with such a hard day already. I have never in my life written a bad review anywhere, and I could NOT just let this one go unsaid. Sorry for the book, but I really needed to share my story so this does not happen to anyone else.

Do Not go to this place ever... They are just like a factory churning out as many abortions as they can on a daily basis. They dont care about the patient, doctor was in and out of my procedure fast, ended up in the ER less than 12 hours later, hemmoraging and needing a blood transfusion. This place is disgusting and shouldnt be certified or licensed to perform these types of procedures. Go to a REAL ob/gyn. They dont even carry medical malpractice insurance.. Go figure.. Do not go to this place! They were very unprofessional, rude and didnt care about my needs at all. They made me think it was going to be different than what it was and rushed through everything. I felt everything and was in pain but they were so rude! I had horrible nightmares after getting the procedure done. Look up photos and videos of abortion before getting it done please they dont want you to know the reality of it. I had bleeding for months after and problems . I felt lifeless after. Everyday I regret it, it is a life not just a fetus. They do procedures and practices they are not supposed to. It is no way out believe me. Do all your research before getting this done. It is not a way out but murder I just wish I understood that before and now I must live with my choice for the rest of my life..

Gave me the wrong instructions when I first took the pills! Had to have an emergency surgical abortion and they failed to give me a doctors note after my surgery and the doctor doesn’t sign off on LOA papers!

The doctors dont listen. They just tell you that you have gall stone disease instead of prescribing something for an INFECTION. They tell everyone to come at NOON for follow up and the doctor sees ALL the abortion patients FIRST. STUPIDDDDD

Its a 7 hr process for some reason. They round up 20 woman and have them wait. The doctor doesnt arrive until 1 pm.

They are very inexpensive, also get you in and out. When you go in the counseling room they educate you on whats going on and ia very helpful.

This is the worst place. Today I was there, they mistreated me a lot to the point of denigration. The woman who helped me at the door should not work there or anywhere, that human being is a very bad person. The place is very dirty, dark and narrow. I highly doubt that any respectable doctor works there. Please women, I am not against abortion, but a womans dignity should not be trampled on by anyone, least of all by other women who should be there to help. Disgusting place!
