I have been to two other in Florida and it very much felt like I was a number or just a “client” every time I come in they are always so happy and so friendly and I could imagine having to go through this without the whole team. They are always so comforting and happy. I am never nervous when I go and actually look forward to it. Dr. Davis is the sweetest doctor and Dee is so wonderful you never even know you’re getting your blood drawn. I couldn’t imagine going through this journey with any other clinic. Thank you guys so much for everything. If you thinking about doing IVF this clinic is beyond everything you need for your journey.

100/10 would recommend Shady Grove! Dr. Davis, Dee, Dawn, Meghan and the entire office staff are family! From our first consultation to transfer day, they have been nothing short of amazing. As soon as we step into the office, we are always greeted with warm smiles welcoming us by name. The fertility journey can be such a rollercoaster of emotions and the people you have on your team make all of the difference in the world. We are forever thankful for our Shady Grove family.

I love Dr.Davis! He makes me feel at ease and his nurse Beth is very friendly and have excellent response time and communication skills. Dr. Davis is very informative and always has a smile. The person I came closest to she makes you feel like she is your best friend and that will be Dee! She not only friendly but personable. When she talks to you it’s like she is talking to a friend or family. She makes my blood drawn experience painless and effortless. I have small veins and usually nurses have difficulty with drawing blood from them. I usually get poked more than once or have bruises. With Dee I haven’t had more than one poke and never got bruised. She is great at her work!! I appreciate you all in my journey you all make it possible and less stressful. Thank you!

My wife and I heard great things about Shady Grove and since they opened a new clinic in Orlando, we decided to give them a try for our fertility journey. I am glad we did because we love everyone there! Dr.Davis is amazing and very informative. He’s made my wife feel comfortable every step of the way. The rest of the staff are extremely friendly and it’s always a joy to speak to them any time we need to call or have an appointment. What I love about them is it feels like they truly care. We know we’re in great hands here and I’m so glad we found them.

Dr. Davis is amazing! Very honest, takes his time to explain everything, gentle, and is spot on with knowing everything on fertility on the spot. Loved him! The staff is nice and very good at accommodating you for appointments. Jessica at the front desk could be nicer and more social as she is in the front but everyone else is amazing especially manager Meghan. I did two rounds of IUI and we were blessed to get pregnant with our second round and are now expecting our first baby in early December!

We owe Shady Grove fertility and Dr.Davis and his team much thanks. Him and his team are awesome. Anytime you call or need something, him and his staff are prompt to respond and help. Our experience with them has been awesome. I would recommend anyone who is seeking help building a family to call Dr.Daviss office. Myself and my wife already referred over 10 people to this office. Dr. Davis is absolutely a earth Angel there are no words to describe how an amazing Doctor he is I wish there were more doctors like him in the world of IVF hes very sincere caring and goes above and beyond. The clinic exudes a remarkably welcoming atmosphere! The staff are both warm and dedicated. From my second appointment with Dr. Davis, the feeling of a close-knit family was palpable. The charming Gege from Haiti, who helps patients in Creole and French, contributes to a completely stress-free atmosphere.I am deeply grateful to Dr. Davis and Gege for helping me get off to a smooth start. I am confident that the future is looking bright for my husband, our baby and me. The best is certainly ahead of us. The anticipation is exhilarating.

Everyone was so nice from the moment I walked in. There was so much attention to detail that when I walked in they knew me by name. The week before I went was infertility awareness week and they made sure to get me a goody bag which I thought was the sweetest thing! Overall, one of the most calming and welcoming doctor’s offices I’ve ever been to. Dr. Davis was hilarious and very informative not to mention one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever met. I would highly recommend for anyone that is going through this.

In the past few months I visited many fertility clinics and I finally found the one (SGF). My main location is Tampa however the Orlando location is close to my home and through my IVF journey I was able to make my monitoring appointments at the Orlando location, made my treatment more convenient and the staff made me feel very welcomed, I highly recommend the Orlando location. Jessica, Dee, Gege, Meghan and Dr. McKeeby are very caring and supportive. The whole team of SGF Orlando is amazing! They all made me feel that I am in great hands and they turned into easier and happier time this amazing but also stressful overwhelming journey. I never will be able to thank them enough!

My wife and I are in our fertility journey and we are SO happy with the care we are receiving at Shady Grove. Dr. Davis and the entire staff are so kind and informative and we truly feel we are in such good hands. As a lesbian couple in Florida, we were apprehensive about finding a fertility clinic and Shady Grove has went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable.

Jessica, Dee, Gege and Dr. Davis are wonderful . Before I walked into the office Jessica was helpful by giving me all the information I needed on the phone before I came into the office she’s really a nice person. To top it off Dr. Davis was very warm and inviting and answered all of my questions he’s fantastic , Gege the coordinator is a major sweetheart and she makes the best coffee she gave me a sense of hope and old me she would be there for me every step of the way . Dee is an amazing individual she is an expert at what she does , she took my vitals and lab work with ease and no pain at all , you are fantastic Dee. This is the best medical group I have been to.

I only came here for one appointment because I was receiving treatment in Tampa before this clinic opened and they were kind enough to see me so I didnt have to drive all the way over. I loved both the staff (pleasant and thoughtful) and Dr. Davis who is informative, gentle, and understanding. If youre considering treatment I wouldnt hesitate to come here.

Omg!!! They were amazing I’m call them the Divine double Ds and Nurse Beth! Dr. Davis, Dee and Beth ♥️ they stole my heart and when they gave it back to me it was filled with more love. They made me feel like family! I felt like they cared and our goals were align to making sure we are able to add to our family. I felt like they cared about my needs and wants. Beth was very quick with her communication and responding back to me even on her days off. I remember her calling me back while she was at a concert to console me and put my worries at rest. She didn’t rush me, she listened and answered all my questions. No message / email/ text/ call with over 48hrs without a response she was amazing I never felt like I was bothering her. Dr. Davis was so patience and he listened to me and I didn’t feel judge of my indecisiveness. He was accommodating, patient and kind. No matter what he made sure I was fully inform and gave medical advice that will better my chances of success! His smile anytime we are in the room put me at ease, his knowledge calmed my worries and anxiety. He was very welcoming! Last but not least omg I’m call her my bestie!!! Dee was just simply amazing in lifting my spirits doesn’t matter if I was having a difficult day or upset she somehow made me forget it as soon as I heard her voice and seen her smile. She turned me into her family and I genuinely felt like she cared. I was not just another patient but someone she wanted to see succeed. She was so positive, welcoming, heartwarming and supportive. I remember coming into the office one day I sat at the end in a corner I was having a hard day. Dee came out looking for me to embrace me with a hug. That saved my day it turned it around just that little kind gesture. I needed that hug, I didn’t know it would come from someone who just came to know of me. One of the best medical teams that we have worked with! Everyone at SGF was fantastic, personalable, attentive, and beyond informative. From the very first visit we knew this was the fertility facility for us. Jessica at the front desk made checking in a breeze. Gege was awesome and walked us through our next steps with clear direction. My wife is not fond of blood work but Dee was BEYOND talented and was quick and efficient. We havent had a chance to meet the RNs just yet but if they are as professional and genuinely excited for their job as Dr. Davis and staff then they are sure to be top notch!Thanks again SGF!

The staff here made it very pleasant and comfortable for myself and my husband. We have been trying for years and came to SGF Orlando to get some answers. From the time you walk in the door till the time you exit, I felt that everyone on the team was welcoming and made us feel that we are not alone in our hopes to start a family. We are in the early stages of the process, but feel more confident with SGF and the team by our side.

The office is clean and very welcoming. The staff is friendly and accommodation. All the nurses were so sweet and always so kind. The dr. Davis was fantastic and would highly recommend. Giving this practice 5 starts for all of the experience they have and for making me journey feel effortless.

If I could have gave a zero star I would have this place is completely un organized unless it’s taking a payment then they are on top of it I had to call 6 times in the last 4 days to ask about my results that they said I would have in no more than 24 hours and even when they sent it I can’t open it so I call again and they tell me that’s the only way they can send it due to being a referral like what it’s my results it shouldn’t be this difficult to get something that’s mine

Infertility is hard. It’s financially straining, mentally taxing and overall just sucks. I’ve been to a few clinics during our 3 years, either for treatment or a consult. We had just been told by a clinic we needed IVF and we had no other hope. We were battered and bruised with no hope for the future and we didn’t want to proceed with IVF right away. Our initial consult with Dr. Davis was almost 2 hours long. We asked him hard questions and after talking about our struggles, lack of testing etc, he was confident to try less invasive and costly routes while managing underlying medical issues that wasn’t helping our fertility journey. We immediately felt loved and cared for here. The office environment is amazing. They’re positive and happy, Dr. Davis is always smiling and says things like “You can take a pregnancy test in 2 weeks and it’s going to be positive”. He is a caring doctor that really wants you to be pregnant and you can tell he loves his career. Dee is someone you want to give a hug to everytime you see her, she’s empathetic, loving and overall a wonderful human. Rachael is my nurse and she will answer all of my silly questions and reassures me that they’re not silly questions. I’ve worked in medicine for over 12 years now and didn’t think I needed an office that cares about your mental health and that I just needed the facts. I didn’t realize what I was missing until I came here. We’re just starting our journey with Dr. Davis and Shady Grove but every step has been positive and refreshing. I would highly recommend Dr. Davis and the Shady Grove Orlando office. You won’t regret it.

A wonderful clinic, I recommend it to anyone who wants to become parents. I’m 46 years old and finally I’m pregnant, thanks to the employees of this clinic! We first contacted SGF Houston, where we were received very well, preparations for IVF began, but then we moved to Jacksonville, Florida. For 3 months we were looking for a local clinic to continue treatment, we visited two clinics in Jacksonville, but we realized that they did not really need new patients and were not interested in clients. So we called SGF Orlando and they got us in very quickly. We saw Dr. Davis and had the transfer done in SGF Tampa. I had to travel a little, but the result was worth it! We would like to thank the entire SGF team who helped us achieve our goal, for their professionalism, kind and attentive attitude towards us! Because they help new people come into the world!

Unsatisfied with the service, they billed incorrectly got a huge bill just because the incorrect information for my insurance, also they dont explain very well the process and keep sending me exams and exams I keep accumulating bills without even understanding what I have
