I loved when it used to be IMG Health and they were great. Never had issues and always go above and beyond for its patients.HOWEVER, Since they change administration to HealthyMD everything is a nightmare with them.I had to talk to the clinical manager as the staff is never on top of their thing. They change my insurance without my concern, I provided my private insurance twice and never got updates until I ran out of medication and they didn’t even knew what was my insurance (even tho they took a copy twice I brought it physically).The lady on the reception suggested that it was ok to not take the medication for day or two when she is not allow by the law to provide health or medical advise as SHE WAS NOT THE DOCTOR.Then to get my medications delivered was an issue and left me waiting for over 3 days and with no medications and delivery never showed up.I am really concern leaving my health on hands of a staff like them that doesn’t even give you solutions but preoccupations and horrible service.In fact, I will be looking at other clinic as is unfortunate because I been part of them since 3-4 years ago when they were under IMG.Is things how much they really care about people’s health? 👎🏼

I’m so glad after many years and new faces Kori is with IMG now Healthy MD. I feel confident in my visits knowing she is taking care of me. She deserves the acknowledgement for her hard work!

The people that work there are amazing. Nick is awesome!They are very friendly and have a great phlebotomist. You do not even feel the needle growing in your arm. And they decorated their office and rainbow Christmas. I will add pictures. They have a Lotta very friendly staff here and make you feel welcome.

Was working here for 3 months , company itself is great I loved what I did based on my experience in the health field the job came easy I came into work did my job , minded my business and stayed out of drama but they don’t like when you do that so they have to find something to fire you for . That clinic has 2 great employees left and the others who I refer to as the “ mean girls “ they try everything In their power to get someone fired , they don’t like new employees, they don’t follow guidelines because the used to be manager made it acceptable for them but not everyone else . HR Director was no help at all when I really needed them I ended up getting the lesser half of the stick no matter how hard you fight and prove your case it doesn’t matter . You could be the best employee there and they still do everything to not see that , there’s no such thing as reasoning . Nobody deserves to be treated the way this clinic has treated all their new hire within the past 6 months.

Great clinician staff, but the company signed me up for marketplace insurance without notifying me. I have insurance through my employer that I presented to the staff, but I was told theres no need with no further explanation.I now owe extra to the IRS because I was issued marketplace insurance while holding insurance with my employer. This is an unacceptable way to go about business in this industry. Luckily, I was able to track down who the insurance was with to get my 1095-A and cancel the plan.I will not be returning to this clinic because of this, and caution everyone to not let them do the same to you.

IMG is always a great experience, very professional and safe environment. Nick is always enthusiastic and makes it a comfortable setting, he’s helpful all the time! And Cori is always pleasant and nice she’s the bomb at IVs! Can’t wait until they move to the new office, 10/10

Ive been coming here basically from when they first opened the office. I genuinely feels like a FAMILY here. I have never felt more comfortable and accepted in speaking about my personal details than with this staff. FRIENDLY STAFF! There was one employee, Katherina, that was awful but when I expressed my concerns she was quickly never seen again. Sammy and Nick are some of the friendly faces who have helped me feel at home in this office. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been under the care of IMG since October 2020. My single relief on this journey has been their care. Professional yet friendly care, always. They have kept me informed and educated about medications and tests. Mostly, I have really appreciated the kindness Ive been shown every time Ive been in the office for an appointment. THANK YOU IMG for EVERYTHING!

My 1st time here to get 1 of my annual testing done. They have Amazing friendly staff. I wanted to be seen quick without having to wait hours at a doctor office. Great location if you don’t have insurance as well!

My experience here has always been an outstanding one. My husband and I were lucky enough to find ourselves directed to this wonderful place a while back and we could not be more grateful for the services provided here by the lovely staff. Whenever we need to come back for our routine check-ups, we always feel like family. Great staff and overall environment!

My experience at IMG clinic is always pleasant, with the staff being considerate and respectful, which including Nick, Jay, and Cori. All three providing great customer service. Appointments are usually done on time and are easy to make and complete.

Never been to a facility that does there job because they care and not because they have to, this office is full of caring, attentive, thorough, loving and above all sensitive to privacy employees and if I had to praise one ☝️ employee that has always gone above and beyond, It would have to be a young lady by the name Samantha….I have a corporate background in HR and executive recruitment so I know a “GEM” when I see one! Thank you IMG for everything you’ve done In the lives of my family!

This location has amazing staff! Img is very invested in the health of their clients. I moved to Florida a few years ago and started going to Img for regular check ups. They are professional, always willing to answer questions, and provide information on important issues that the LGBTQ community struggle with in today’s society. Thank you guys for always being a phone call or a visit away! I will continue to do business with Img and get regular check ups, as well as recommend them to anybody looking for a health service.

This place is absolutely horrible. If youre looking to take care of yourself healthwise, this is not the place. They supposedly (rumor) sleep with each other. HR is sleeping with the Miami site manager (who is married) and yet got promoted. They use that power against their employees Some say they use the company credit cards to go out and get drunk and party all night. Completely unprofessional.Its unfortunate this company has done so horrible because I know the owners Clifford and Steve would be HORRIFIED at how management has treated their employees. The guys want to feel exclusive and/or unreachable but the company workers suffer for it. They say they want to help the underserved population but they dont. They just put everybody on PrEP so they can benefit off of thatThis is a company that works off of a quota each month on how many patients they get to see. Unfortunately, it makes the patient feel like another number.I work at Department of Health and I cannot tell you how many times we have called this company to ask them why are you retesting patients that are already being treated by another doctor? and their response is that the patient (most times the patients are homeless, unemployed or have no income at all) wanted a gift card for incentive purposes.Switching from that company to the Department of Health was the best decision I made. It is less stressful. You are treated like a human being. DOH follows the guidelines and OSHA laws like they should. Google about this company and dig far enough and youll find certain things that arent the best about this company. So unfortunate.

The case management staff if wholly unprofessional. Every time Ive gone for a check-up, I get the scoop on other patients information, as they gossip at the desk. Ive even heard tale of my information being discussed, and will be making a formal complaint.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I dont always come in being in a good mood, but I always leave feeling better than I came in and thats a lot for me. I love the staff.
