A month ago you guys took my blood at new seasons. A week later you texted me over and over making a big deal that you needed my insurance card and personal information that day. I gave it too you that day. I have not heard or seen anyone since that day of texting me. Even tho a month ago you told me it doesnt take long and that you would bring the medicine to new seasons. I just dont feel like its ok to not keep in contact with someone especially when Ive done everything single thing you asked me to do . I have left a voicemail so hopefully I will hear from someone

First time visit and boy did i get a surprise. Actually my husband visited ☺️. They are wonderful people who work here. From the moment i walked in everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I was very impressed by their hospitality and their willingness to help. We will definitely be there from now on for our health care.

Despite confirming my appointment through their Spruce app twice with Vonetta and Jose, and investing time and money in commuting and parking, I was repeatedly told, by Stacey at the front desk, that I had canceled my own appointment. Despite providing proof of confirmation and arguing that I in fact did not cancel my appointment, the staff failed to resolve the issue, essentially throwing their hands up because other patients were moved into my scheduled slot. Mind you, this took place in front of another waiting patient. No regard for privacy and no empathy. She even had the audacity to tell me my appointment was canceled by me that same afternoon when the last time I communicated with them was three days prior to CONFIRM the appointment. Stacey said, “Yeah, that’s on there but in our system it says you cancelled.” Clearly, she’s a moron who would probably do better working as a gas station bathroom attendant than in a place meant to deal with patients and private medical matters. And whoever she kept running to in the back to speak to can go with her. Buc-ee’s has huge bathrooms so I’m sure they both can get hired at the same time. This level of incompetence in a medical institution is unacceptable. Vonetta is cool though. She should find somewhere else to work where the rest of her coworkers aren’t rubbing one brain cell together at the start of the day, hoping it’ll help them come up with a plan to keep the place from caving in.

Kind and caring staff! It’s awesome to have met and dealt with such kind and compassionate people who truely just want to help people!

It was the most professional and caring experience that I have had in many years. From check-in and the entire staff. Lucas is beyond great in his profession.

So I called around 9 am today to verify my appointment time and was informed they allow walk-ins from 9:00 am to 4:00 pmSo I get there at 12 pm everyone’s on lunch for a hour ( I get it and I respect it )so I wait . When 1 pm hits I speak to the front desk attendant. He informs me my appointment was at 11am and I need to reschedule for the following day. So all my time wasted, I even called In to verify my appointment time just to be informed to walk in and I had to pay 6 dollars for parking. I won’t be back.

Definitely recommend this place! I came a bit late due to trying to find correct building and the lady in the scrubs I didn’t catch her name (blonde hair) still took me and said I’m going to get my treatment which I was really glad and I appreciated that from her and Kate. Kate was also very polite and friendly, they both made me feel super comfortable!

A 21st century office that comfortably welcomes all who choose this outstanding healthcare facility. Incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate care is given by every member of the staff. The vibrant music and colorful decor removes stress and gives a refreshing vibe. Superior on every level!!!

DO NOT come here for trans related care. Extremely disorganized staff with no communication to one another. Scheduled my appointment with José at the front desk two weeks ago only to show up and not be on the schedule. José seems very confused about his job responsibilities. Wasted over an hour of my time driving here only to not be seen by anyone. Woman in maroon scrubs was extremely rude to both myself and José. No apologies, no reschedule just told to leave because I had no appointment on their end. This place will only refill HRT if you are on Prep or have HIV. Brett the Operations Manager here called to let me know to write a letter to your governor if you dont like the way things are and want changes.

I was in and out for testing in less than 5 minutes! Theyre very efficient and friendly and answered all my questions and concerns! One of the only clinics that runs FULL panels of tests too! I would know I looked around enough lol! Claire was a dream I barely noticed the blood draw I will only come here for testing from now on and will recommend it to all my friends! Thank you Harmony Healthcare!!!

Very convenient location, very thorough and professional providers. They provide all the medical services you need in a great setting and extremely efficient. Highly recommend !

Cant say how much I appreciate harmony health for getting me my liver treatment I feel so much better now. Harmony healthcare was really quick to respond anytime I had questions and they wasted no time on getting my medicine to me. Excellent service all the way around. Harmony Healthcare is hands-down the most compassionate group of people in the industry. I had such an awesome experience with the kindest people. I am so glad I found a new PCP and someone I can count on. I would recommend them to anyone.
