Prestige Urgent Care

I just needed to do an EKG to check my heart for surgery. And as I had already done it before in my country, I imagined it would be the same easy procedure. However, as in the USA, many companies own hospitals or urgent cares and have a protocol, a simple EKG that would make me have to wait around 3 weeks to 2 months, which wouldnt help me because my surgery will happen before. I wasted almost an entire afternoon, I called 4 urgent cares, 5 cardiologists and none of them could do this procedure because I would need to make an appointment or have my primary care provider refer me (and I dont have one). Luckily, they recommended this place to me, the attendant Ashanty immediately directed me and told me it was possible to do it. Alex did my EKG and within 10 minutes I had my results in hand. This is the first urgent care I trust to go to. I drove 30 minutes to get here, but it was so worth it. Excellence in service provision and I would definitely return.

I came here for a drug test for work a few months ago and when I called they answered the phone right away. They were really friendly and when I arrived the place was super clean and nice. The front desk staff was really friendly to me. I called again today for a procedure she answered all of my questions, gave me a cost so I atleast know when I go. Im going tomorrow and I hope I get the same good service because if so this will be my go urgent care.

How this place has the number of star reviews astonishes me. It tells me the people writing reviews have have not experienced how a well run urgent clinic works. Prepare to wait. Over one hour wait time and front desk has no explanation. We made an appointment and the front desk rep told us they are walk in not appointment. Could not answer what was the purpose of appointment. There are other urgent cares in the are. Try others trust me.

I went and did an xray in this office. After the doctor saw my xray, he said I should show a specialist the xray if my pain continued. When I requested the X-Ray imaging from front desk they told me their DVD machine was broken and they would eventually provide me with the DVD of my xray. Every week they gave me a different excuse to why they weren’t sending me the DVD. I even tried to speak with the manager and they said I still have to wait for my imaging. I was not able to go see the specialist for my pain because they refused to provide me with imaging I paid for. After several phone calls and waiting over a month, they took my money and never provided the DVD with imaging results.Definitely don’t waste your money there !

Great experience at this urgent care! Needed a sports physical and EKG for my teen and they were able to accommodate a same-day appointment in the evening. The check-in process was seamless and the front-desk staff was very kind. The PA was fantastic and very friendly as well. Definitely recommend!

Been going here the last 2 years and they do a wonderful job with treatment and care. They show patients respect and are pretty quick with service!The ONLY thing holding them back from 5 Stars is the paperwork/forms that must be filled out EVERY time you visit. For whatever reason, they do not maintain your records and information and need to update it via pen and paper every time.Perhaps they can offer a virtual option via an app or only make you fill out paperwork once a month or biannually.Just my 2 cents!

The care I recieved here was great, however their billing system is terrible.I have been receiving bills in the mail and text messages for an outstanding balance that was paid via their own website. I have made many attempts to have this resolved with the billing office, and they assure me it will be corrected. It has been over a month and I am still receiving borderline harassing billing statements and text messages.

FANTASTIC!! I had a knee scare and was so nervous I was shaking. But the doctor came in and all my fears faded. So knowledgeable, very efficient and caring. This is now my go to place. Clean facilities and quality care. I dont except anything less and they met the standards and then some.

Accurately diagnosed me and gave me all my medication in house. Even without insurance, as a student, they gave me a discount on the visit and I paid under 150$ total. Including the steroid shot, antibiotics, & pain relievers. Dr. Hall is one of them ones fr, my pain is GONE.

Great experience at Prestige Urgent Care. Had to go for a DOT drug test. Nice and clean office with very friendly staff made the experience super quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Done a physical with EKG. Did the physical but the EKG machine was down. No one informed me that I couldnt do the EKG at another location. They said I could when I asked. When I go somewhere else I was surprised to find out that no one will do an EKG without a physical. When I tried to call to see if they can sign off on a EKG test I did at another location this is the response I got. “We cannot sign off on an EKG done at another location” ask to speak to a supervisor or manager, they are busy and can’t take your call, you are lucky I even picked up the phone. You can calls us back tomorrow.” They play me and took my $$ knowing I wouldn’t be able to do the EKG anywhere else. That’s what pist me off. Don’t go here!!! They all about the money and not the well being of their patients.

The receptionist is very attentive and helpful, and the 2 doctors were friendly and explained everything we need to know about the school medical exam. Highly recommend.

I fell, and twisted my ankle badly. Thought it might be broken. I dont have an insurance so I shopped around. Prestige had great reviews and best price. I was greeted by a very professional young lady, with compassion. The facility is spotless, staff very professional. The doctor took time to show me the X-rays and explained the issues. Everything from scheduling an appointment to checking out was easy and efficient. I strongly recommend this Urgent Care .

Great office and great staff! We were on vacation from NC and my 3-year-old had a sudden fever. We decided to go to this office due to its high reviews and we were not disappointed. Short wait time, clean office, friendly and knowledgeable nurses and doctors helped us in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone in need of an urgent care.

Just took my son in because of his complaint to pain in the foot.. before even going back I asked how much an x ray would be through insurence.. and the front desk said it depends on what the provider says and that It goes from level 1 to level 4.. and that determineshow much it would cost. He came in the room saw ny son tpok and x ray and said no fracture, break or anything, gave him a bandage that is 5$ and labeled him a level 4!!! Haha so pathetic. Robbing people.

Excellent prompt service. Loved I was able to get a chest xray at this location. Very convenient to be able to buy the prescriptions there as well.

Fantastic staff! Everyone was super kind. I arrived very ill, like got sick in the parking lot and again in the bathroom, and the entire team made me feel safe. I was given a room very quickly, took a quick nap on the table (lol) and diagnosed within 45 minutes. They even filled my scripts on the spot right there, saving me a trip to the pharmacy!

Had to come in from out of state after we went on a cruise. This clinic had the best reviews on Google so we landed here. Amazing service and the provider was very friendly. Would recommend to all Orlando locals!

Looking for Urgent care for a possible burn infection being from out of town and was so glad to have found this place. Staff very efficient and friendly, took care of me on a professional and timely manner.

I needed to take my little one to an urgent care due to her being ill for a few days. The check in process was efficient. Filled out everything by phone instead of paperwork. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The wait time to see Dr. Wayne was under 30 minutes (which if you’ve been to an urgent care before you know that’s fast). The testing time was short. The discharge process was quick. If it wasn’t for the fact that it’s 30 minutes away from me I would add them to my preferred provider list but that doesn’t change the fact that I would recommend them to anyone who asked. 5/5! Would definitely visit again if needed to.

Great care and attention by the staff, and Dr Greg was really friendly. It was our first time visiting but we came because Prestige was recommended by our friends, and we had a really great experience. Thumbs up all the way and highly recommended!

I choose this place because I thought they had all the equipment so I can get all done in one place, but they didnt have the sonogram machine 🤷🏻‍♀️. Either way the nurses were fast and courteous. The doctor was caring and showed genuine concern. The receptionist was the only one that seem to no be having a good day, but I complemented her eyes, make her smile, and I think I helped her feel better. She was a little nicer after that. Sometimes we have to understand that they are also human, dealing with people which is not always easy and as us the clients and patients, they too need kindness and respect.

Had a great experience at Prestige! I came from out of state and needed to have stitches removed. After calling around, I found out it might be difficult to find a facility that would do the removal. I walked in to Prestige and they confirmed they could do the removal at a shockingly reasonable cost. The team was friendly and helpful and they were able to get me seen quickly. The waiting room and the exam room were clean and comfortable. The medical staff was professional and knowledgeable. They took time to answer my questions and made me feel confident in their skills. I HIGHLY recommend this facility.

They tell you and hour which translates to three hours. The girls in the front waste more time laughing than working. The staff in the back is very nice and polite.Update: went back and they were accurate with the over 2 hours waiting. That was fine as I was able to go out and they texted me 15 minutes before my time.

One of the worst clinic i have ever been to and i agree with all negative posts on here. After paying cash for my x ray , PA refused to show me the x ray image and refused to give me a written document of what was seen on the image .They are going to rip you off and not telling you anything about your condition. STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE

Dr. Wayne Hall and all the staff were so kind. They were up front, letting me know when I got there that they were out of network for my insurance. Dr. Hall found both causes of my sickness quickly. They were able to provide my antibiotics on site and were also up front about pricing for those. They were all very kind and wished me well soon.

Just visited this urgent care and they were wonderful. We are from out of state and just landed at the airport. We went to this location and the staff was friendly. The provider was knowledgeable and we were in and out in under 20 minutes. We received a script for my son and we went on to enjoy our Disney trip. Thank you for taking care of us.

I came down with Strep and I usually go to the Urgent care / Centra Care by my house (which usually is a 2-3 hour wait) but today I went a little further out the way and I have not a single bad thing to say about this one. The receptionists and nurses were incredibly friendly and professional. I was seen and tested withing minutes of arriving, wasn’t as much paperwork as there usually is. The doctor as well was very sweet and very nice. He was very articulate and very thorough. He also had a great sense of Humor! Thank you all so much. If I ever get sick again (hopefully not) this is where I will be coming! 100% Recommend!

I am from out of town visiting relatives. I was having sinus issues and needed to see urgent care for that and to make sure it was nothing worse. This facility, doctor and staff were the best. Being able to make an online appointment was a great help. It was easy. They had online check in so the wait time was not long at all. All of the staff were so efficient, but nice and friendly. The doctor was very caring and pleasant. He seemed genuinely happy that my tests were negative, but did let me know I had a sinus infection. He prescribed meds, gave great instruction and seemed truly concerned. One of the staff as I was leaving told me Feel better soon, love. How incredible. When it turned out that one of the medicines were tablets that were too large to take with my swallowing issue, I called the office. They answered right away, were very helpful and passed the info to the doctor, who then sent in a new prescription for a liquid form. It was all done very quickly. Amazing! I would Highly recommend this clinic!! Id give way more than 5 stars if I could.

Team was for efficient and caring! Self pay wasn’t too pricey and all prices were explained up front. Would definitely come again for any urgent care needs.

I went to Prestige after having congestion/cold symptoms for a week. I was able to easily make an appt online. Upon arrival, I was immediately able to be processed/in room with nurse.The waiting area and exam rooms were SO clean and well maintained.PA Wayne Hall and the nurse Alex were both knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I appreciated the communication about symptoms and care. I also loved that this practice provided testing and medication on site.Would definitely recommend this urgent care!!

The staff and doctor were kind and caring, some of the best bedside manner I have received. I was seen and x-rayed within 30 minutes of walking through the door. I was also able to get the medical equipment and my prescriptions filled immediately right in office! I will definitely be a returning patient. Thank you!

BEYOND grateful to the Prestige team! they are amazing, the front desk is so sweet and patient, the wait for a walk in wasnt long, when they found out I didnt have insurance they made sure I knew the cost of tests and they have the medicine I need in the office so I dont have to go to a pharmacy. a wonderful one stop office!

Quick, cheap, professional. No complaints.Edit: Went yet again for another issue, this time an ear infection. Again, super quick & friendly service, fabulous pricing. $80 for a student visit, and just $20 for all of my antibiotics and steroids. I live 16 miles away, will always be coming back to this location.

The fromt desk was so helpful and could tell I was in bad shape ,they took me back immediately. Everyone who took care of me was very knowledgeable, helpful understanding &everyone moved w haste. Ieve never been to an urgentcare so well-mannered, run & kind.

The doctors and staff here are incredibly reliable and knowledgeable.Original Post: This is the best, fastest, and most reliable urgent care in the area. I’ve been here multiple times and never had to wait unnecessarily. Every time I’m seen my issue is resolved and I feel extremely cared for. Dr. Hall is very kind and helped me with an ear problem I had. The staff is kind and helpful. I recommend this place whole heartedly!

Very handy place and always there when needed. Staff is nice! They mentioned a Doctor and ended up with a Physician Assistant. Nice person though! I just hated their registration software and check in process. Just a waste of time and why did I need to re-register? Info from previous visit should be on their system. But anyway it is what it is!

My visit was brief and smooth. The staff as the doctor are very professional. The clinic have an easy software app to register and check in. Skipping all paper work and making the visit go a lot smoother. I definitely will recommend this for locals and travelers.

Came in from out of state feeling horrible. I got seen, and and fixed up, with 3 prescriptions and I feel so much better already. They didn’t accept my insurance, but even out of pocket, the cost was very reasonable.

Great experience! I did not have an appointment and the waiting room was full. I waited less time start to finish here than I did at other walk-in clinics with an appointment. Every staff member that I interacted with was polite and pleasant. The nurse told me what she was about to do for each thing she did during my time in the treatment room, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse ox. I shared my experience during their follow up phone call to learn that they were also short-staffed. I would have never known this. Very professional. I will return to this location!

Excellent level of care, quick responses and wonderful, pleasant staff! I saw Dr. Hall and he was fantastic, but really from the time I walked in the door everyone was! I will note that BCBS is out of network for those looking here for guidance, but to me it was MORE than worth the extra cost (a little over $100.)

Excellent clinic. The receptionists very nice and informative over the phone and also in person. The nurse who took my blood did an awesome job. Its usually a hassle for nurses to pull my blood but this one did it so fast and totally painless. I was honestly shocked at how good she was! ( I forgot to get her name :() then the dr. Came in and he was also very nice, and seemed like he actually cared my well being. Glad to have found this place.

This was my first time visiting, I walked in with no appointment. The lobby was full however, the staff took care of everyone fairly quickly and efficiently. Considering the office was understaffed at the time, the room was clear shortly and everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor was delightful to work with. Dr. Wayne was exceptional, very kind! Great job to this office! I highly recommend.

My family and I got a bad cold last week and we decided to go to this urgent care center and we all received good attention from doctors and staff. Even my little girl as they also had a pediatrician available. Wait time may vary depending on the time of the day you go but it is worthwhile. They will listen to you, test you for respiratory infections and will not hesitate to send you meds. My prescription was sent electronically which I prefer.

Hands down best experience at an Urgent Care I have EVER had. I went in very close to their closing time and needed a few stiches. The staff was very friendly and professional. There were a few people ahead of me, and the wait exceeded my expectations by far! I was in an out in less than an hour! Greg was awesome, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! He stitched me up and I was out! Great Office!! Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness!!! Best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The doctor there def cared and treated me like an actual patient and not a number, if I had to recommend any urgent care I would def recommend this place. They had me out so quickly and my medication was put into the system so quick and ready once I got to the pharmacy. They’re staff is amazing as well!!! Thank you guys for taking care of me and really putting your all into your work. Btw I’m 30 weeks pregnant and they didn’t let that stop them from giving me the proper care.Forever grateful!! Each and every time I have come to Paramount the customer service has been top notch. No matter how large the crowd or answering the same question for the hundredth time they are polite, patient and calm. That matters when your not feeling well. Dr Hall is approachable, patient and kind. He is gentle with his communication and caring. The office and rooms are always clean. Paramount is definitely my first choice when choosing an urgent care for my family.

Amazing service ! Would definitely recommend time and time again. I was in and out in maybe an hour maximum and 10-15 minutes of that was just signing paperwork, everyone was friendly and Dr. Hall was amazing. 10/10

I have complete numerous employment drug screenings and never had to complete lengthy medical paperwork and accept text messages to have it done. I was told by the receptionist that this is their check in process but giving confidential information when it is not required is invasive. A normal drug screening requires my authorization notification from the company paying for the testing and my drivers license only, Prestige is overstepping with their invasion of privacy and this needs to be address.

Dr. Hall and the staff at Paramount Urgent Care are amazing to say the least! Best experience Ive had, especially since I live out of state. They were warm, friendly...just top notch. I was in and out, no long wait times AND I received my prescriptions before I left. Im so happy to have found this location so far from home. Thanks everyone. I appreciate the great service.

I would like to share an awesome experience I had with Dr Hall and the nurses here. The staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door. I was experiencing some health concerns and I was seen very quickly and out very quickly! Although I was out soon the Dr ensured that I get the right treatment and build a rapport and asked all the right questions! Dr Hall was personable friendly and ensured I was taken care of! I didn’t feel like a number and considering the racial disparities in our country and the climate in this society as of now. I definitely felt like my Black Life Mattered ! After becoming ill during our vacation, we found Prestige Urgent Care close to our hotel.The service we received was excellent, quick, and we were given all the information and paperwork we needed to deal with our travel insurers. Four days later we were feeling much better and were given the all clear to fly.I’m embarrassed to say that I failed to note any of the staff’s names, but Dr. Greg Crosby and Dr. Wayne Hall prescribed our meds and they, along with everyone else at Prestige, were kind, efficient, and sympathetic. We’re so glad they were available when we needed them.As an added bonus, there is a Walmart in the same shopping center with a pharmacy open till 7 p.m.

Dr. Hall, he is awesome, the minute he walks in hes so bubbly and smiling, makes you feel comfortable right away. He cares about his patients very much. I moved from Jersey and hes the first doctor Im seeing out here, I even asked him if he can be my primary doctor lol. He went above and beyond for me to make sure I had relief asap and got the medications I needed right away. Will definitely be coming here if I need to see a doctor again. The staff as well were all amazing, Dr.Hall and Darlene are the 2 that cared for me and i highly reccommend them. Great team 👏 I recommend them fully.

Just moved to Florida. Had to change my sons Immunization Records to there health form. I contacted Prestige via phone the person was polite. She informed me that I could walk in and the cost. The process was quick and all my questions was answer. Thank you from a new Floridian.

Paramount Urgent Care clinic is very beautiful inside and clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive our wait time was not long at all. We got seen by Dr.Hall and he is a very nice, helped me and my boyfriend out with our situation. Our visit was great! I totally recommend coming here if you need to see someone as soon as possible 😊

Have sadly had a tough luck spell of a cold and now COVID within the past 3 months, and both times I have been here the service has been excellent. Little to no wait, clean waiting room and treatment rooms. Both Dr.’s Crosby and Hall have helped me tremendously and if it wasn’t for the IV and antibiotics I was prescribed for COVID right away, I may have had to go to the ER. Can not recommend enough. Thank you 🙏

Have been to this clinic twice in the past only for DOT CPX. Very prompt, professional, and clean environment, with friendly faces. For the first time had to make a sick visit the other day. Was promptly seen, and prescribed the right antibiotics, which began treating my illness overnight. Definitely will return if theres ever a need to be seen. Voted..

I decided to return to this clinic a few days ago. I was greeted with a great smile and courteous front desk attendant. I asked if Gregory (PA) was the care provider on duty and I decided to see him. I have come to consider him a friend and a great Clinician. We had a great time discussing medical issues and he took care of my medical treatment. Very knowledgeable and a good friend. The very best urgent care in Orlando!Anytime I have an issue or the need to see a doctor I make sure to only come here. The wait times are very fast. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Wayne is extremely nice, funny and caring.I’ve seen him now two years in a row and will continue to trust in him for future needs. Avoid all other urgent cares and make sure to see this location if you are in the Orlando area.

I visited this urgent care because Id seen it a few times on my way to work. After looking it up online I decided to pay a visit for a sore throat. I was pleased with the service I received because the nurses were kind and helpful. The doctor was also very pleasant and it made me feel comfortable during my examination. I loved the fact that they were also considerate of my needs and options since I was paying for the visit out of pocket. Overall it was very positive experience and Im happy with the care I received.

Landed at MCO with severe ear pain. 15 minutes after arriving I was seen by a caring doctor, and 25 minutes from walking in I am on my way to the Pharmacy. Good folks.

Didnt even know this place existed until I Googled the closest urgent care and saw Paramount. I arrived a few minutes after they opened, and although I had to wait a little bit to be seen, once I was called, I understood why. The employees here take their time talking to you, making you feel comfortable. Dr. Hall is most pleasant, and I appreciated his positive attitude and attentiveness.

This is my second time coming here, and both times were very pleasant experiences. The doctor is genuinely a nice guy, and I would recommend him to anyone.

GREAT first experience! After having been sick for nearly six weeks and misdiagnosed twice by another practice, I was recommended to Paramount Urgent Care- Lee Vista by a colleague. Wow! What an AMAZING experience! The staff all around were top notch; both friendly and attentive. I was quickly seen by two providers, Gregg and Wayne who were both very understanding of my situation. Took my daughter in this morning for an ear infection. The entire staff is super friendly. We were seen within minutes. The facility and equipment are all new. Absolutely the best and fastest medical care that I’ve witnessed in years. Highly recommend.

I went in on a Friday close to closing time and they did not make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. I had a strep throat and was fortunate enough to receive the necessary antibiotics right there on site! I would definitely recommend this facility and only return to them for any future urgent needs. I worked at a medical practice for 10 years, so I definitely wanted to give credit where credit is due!

Dr. Hall and his staff are amazing. From the minute you walk in you are welcomed with the smile and care. The nurse is just the sweetest person. Dr.Hall is very professional, soft spoken and very detailed. I really appreciate the team that was there. I would definitely recommend it.

We were in Orlando for vacation and my daughter started with an ear infection and had to be seen. The staff was very friendly and they took their time and were very thorough. What an amazing place-staff! I went to get tested for COVID-19 even though they do not work with my insurance for medical care they did take it for that test. They treated me with respect, they listened to me were empathetic with the situation. Very professional staff since you walk in. Nurse Leslie is amazing and Dr as well (sorry cant remember his name) After my visit -I recommended 3 other family members which had the same experience.Wait time was also good- in and out in less than 45mins I was there on a Thursday around 5pm.

I came in today for a rapid covid test and Darlene was doing the exam on me. She was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I was nervous to have the exam since I have seen videos of people getting the cotton swab basically shoved up their nose. Darlene was very gentle and so sweet. I would honestly go back and take the test again here because all the staff are were very sweet. I highly recommend coming here !

I went there today, the staff was pleasant and fast. Rose in the front desk, awesome, answered my questions over the phone and in person today. Place is clean, staff is bilingual, and my experience was excellent. My results were notified in less than 30 minutes. I will recommend to others to come here. This is the second time coming to this particular clinic. My experience has been really great! I had a bad cough, headache and chest pain. The doctor went above and beyond to make sure he gives me the right treatment and made me feel better!!! The whole staff was pleasant and helpful!

We were in Orlando for a tennis tournament when I had an eye problem......we called so many vision and eye care numbers we googled with no satisfaction or hope of being seen on a Saturday. I finally found Paramount Urgent Care and spoke to Rose-very kind and pleasant! She told me I could come in later that afternoon after my husband s match and be worked in. Dr Hall was phenomenal, so thorough and caring and his staff was great. If we lived here I would recommend this office to anyone that needed medical attention.

I came in today for testing referred by my new employee, spend all the afternoon (since 1:30 p.m) waiting until 7:30 p.m. Service was extremely low, I can’t even believe that I had to be waiting for such amount of time. Staff did not know when was the approximate waiting time. Patients were mad and it was understandable, since everybody was waiting for hours. Personally would not come back for any other service again. I hope they can fix this since I only saw wonderful reviews online, I wish that was my experience too.

Our entire family has gone to seek treatment at the Lee Vista facility. Greg and Wayne have provided excellent care. Both are knowledgeable and compassionate. The support staff are helpful as well. The facility is clean and very pleasant. The pricing is fair. If any health issues come up we know just where to go for assistance.

I waited on a physical line for 7 hours to get a rapid test. The staff is highly overwhelmed and it shows on how they treat patients. I was told I would get a call with my results within an hour after testing and have yet to receive a call. Cannot speak to anyone over the phone as they do not pick up the phone at all. So much for urgent care. It’s been over 24 hours and still have not received my results. Signed up on labcorp and I don’t even show up. I guess I will never know.

Completely amazed at the reviews of this place. Definitely had to double check and make sure this was same location. Not sure if it was the hour I went or what, but this place is the definition of horrible service. To start off with the receptionist had no clue of what was going on and I had to remind her three times about the paperwork she needed me to fill out. On top of that there were a handful of people waiting around in the lobby. Of course after 3+ painful hours I made conversation with a bunch of other patients who also were waiting more than 2 hours for a simple urine test. Yes a urine test. The worst part after waiting the 3 long-lasting hours is the 10 minutes it took to take the urine sample and provide me my reference. Anyone would be infuriated of the 10 minute process that had everyone waiting a whole afternoon inside an “urgent care”. If the choice wasn’t pre assigned I assure you I’d never would have chosen this location. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. God forbid if someone needed some actual medical attention. This place should be shut down.

Was very impressed with this facility! It was the only urgent care I found open until 8pm on a Sunday after needing to be seen for an injury. All of the staff and Healthcare Provider were friendly and understanding. I was impressed with the level of care and would definitely recommend. They also assisted me with my medication when all other pharmacies in the area were closed and I couldn’t wait until morning.

I had another remarkable experience with PA Hall. I will always go back to paramount on Lee Vista for URGENT Care, or if my Primary Care doctor cannot fit me in and I need immediate care. I was suffering from a painful ear infection. I was seen without an appointment and the staff was very professional. The doctor was attentive and nurturing. Listened to all my symptoms and concerns, he gave me what I needed to get me better. I hit a fingernail and it was coming off. I tried to take care of it at home but it became infected. I went to Paramount Urgent care and the doctor prescribed strong antibiotics. I absolutely love this urgent care! We have been in Lake Nona for just short of a year and decided to give this place a try after a nightmare experience at CentraCare in Lake Nona. The staff here is extremely kind, patient, and informative. I was greeted quickly upon arrival and taken back to my room within 15 minutes. The provider was in to evaluate me within 5 minutes of entering my room. The provider performed a detailed assessment and listened to what I had to say. He was very thorough and respectful. I did not feel like he was rushing to be in and out of my room. I was in to my xray within 30 minutes of arrival and given my diagnosis and treatment in a very respectful time frame. I felt like I was in the hands of knowledgeable and competent providers that showed genuine concern for my well-being. Make the extra short trip to bypass CentraCare and go to Paramount! Thank you to all!

The doctor saw me very quickly on a Saturday and everyone in the office was very nice. It was a bit of a drive for me but it was worth it. If I ever have any urgent care needs again I wont hesitate to make the drive again.

Awesome front and back office, came in for an infection, and was taken right back. Prices are also cheaper than other urgent care, and was able to get my medication onsite. You all were awesome!! Oh yeah and ear infection is getting better!

Saturday evening, my GF tripped, fell on tile and had a laceration on her head. One of the few open urgent centers, called and went right in. Front desk was very friendly and helpful getting us in to see the Dr right away. He was able to calm us down.. she is terrified of stitch’s. He was able to glue to opening, provide medicine at the office and ease our concerns. We are so grateful they were available for such quick service versus waiting at an emergency room for hours. Thank you.

We arrived at 8:35 the next morning and were in the car by 9:40am including x-rays of her foot. Dr. Hall is horrible. Paid for the walk in visit and chest xray for post infectious cough. He prescribed cough syrup and antibiotics for 1 week... standard. It did nothing. Now Im out over $200 and still sick. Called back and he said Well you cant just take medicine for a week and expect to be better. Thats not how that works. This guy is a perfect example of why medical tourism exists. This is a typical American doctor. They take your money , throw you any garbage perscription, doesnt care if your better. Then, he reiterated the symptoms and now the cough is cronic and insinuated my expectations of being cured to be unreasonable. After a back and forth with him he sent a different antibiotic to my pharmacist. This location is a franchise, not the real deal. Will be putting in a complaint against who ever allowed him to operate under the paramount name. Dont. Go. Here.

This urgent care is excellent, I have been here twice now on separate occasions and was seen very quickly both times and the doctor was very nice and helpful! It is the best service I’ve ever received at an urgent care, and it is very comforting to know that this office is here if I get sick again while I am in Orlando.

This place is so unprofessional and not worth anyones time or money. The doctor and staff are not helpful whatsoever. They are the total opposite of friendly. I went in, paid a good amount of money to be seen for 2 minutes and wasnt given the correct doctors note. Was told one thing by the receptionist, and a whole different story by the doctor. There are plenty of other urgent cares in the area, I advise you to go somewhere else to save yourself the hassle.

So this office has been a lifesaver for me and my family on a few occasions, my kids have been getting frequent throat infections and sinus infections, I work overnight and getting to our primary care during office hours has been difficult Prestige urgent care has been a phenomenal experience the office staff and medical professionals have been courteous and helpful with making sure my family has gotten care at a convenient time and within a short time frame, and it was a simple process thanks for your services

My husband waited in line for at least 45 minutes when the receptionist ask for his insurance name, she immediately said BCBS is out of network and wanted to charge him hundres for the visit and COVID tests which btw wouldve been free without even calling his insurance. She didnt even look at what type of BCBS he had, she just tried to get rid of him as soon as possible. We called the insurance and it is in network and all covid related is covered. He wasted his time and it turned out he had a serious illness, but thanks to the careless and lazy receptionists he had to drive around for hours while sick to find another place something that couldve been avoided if she had done her job. THEY HAVE NO PEOPLE Skills or they just want to robbed people. We are more than disappointed, we are disgusted with their lack of diligence.

Stopped by at 5 pm on a Sunday - no wait. Dr Wayne has a great bedside manner and easily determined that the redness and pain in my foot along the suture line from a surgery 5 weeks ago was an early infection. In and out in 25 min with my prescriptions filled and a smile.

Last week, on September 7th, our son had a debilitating migraine! After what seemed to be an excruciatingly long drive, within mere minutes & with great care, he was given a shot & was all mended soon after! Thanks for a good experience in the midst of an extremely painful ordeal.

Checked in. Was told it would be 1-2 hour wait. Went in after hour and a half to see how much longer I had left, over heard them telling someone else If you dont have insurance, its free. If you have insurance, its out of network and we will bill your insurance.After hearing her say this, I asked for clarification and she said I will have to pay about $80. EVEN. WITH. INSURANCE.Doesnt make any sense that im being penalized for having insurance...Biggest problem I have is that they made me waste my time instead of telling me upfront.Dont waste your time. Go somewhere else.

I went to get a COVID rapid test and they said that because I have insurance the “doctor” needs to see me as well and because they’re out of network for my insurance I might get a bill for the doctor’s visit. I told them several times that I only need a test (I’m fully vaccinated without symptoms, just needed the test to go back to the office) and they said the only way to get the test if you have insurance is with a doctor’s visit. Another reason why we hVe one of the most expensive healthcare in the world… you are part of the problem.

Made me go to my car and wait until they called us. 5 hrs later and we were still waiting. Every time I approach the front desk they say we were next...All BS!! People have been waiting more hrs than we have and the only reason why Im still here is because I need this test to go back to work. Dont waste your time and go somewhere else. This place is a damn joke.

Went to 2 medical offices today. One stunk. Paramount’s staff is awesome and Carol is an excellent nurse. Highly recommend the customer service and professionalism!

Mr. Wayne Hall is a great provider - he explained his clinical decision making thoroughly and talked with me about all my various concerns.

Came here for a COVID test, the staff had no idea how long the wait would be. I ended up waiting 4 hours! Just to get called back to get the text then waited the rest of the day to get a call about my results. Do not make plans if you are coming here to get “rapid” testing because you will be here all day. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish that google had the option to not give them any stars at all.
