I visited this location on 8/5/24 around 3:30 and 8/6/24 around 5:35. Both visits were top notch. The person assisting me was polite, professional and extremely efficient. Im not great with remembering names, may have been Tristan possibly. I just want to make sure the company knows, this employee is fantastic regardless of time of day. Based on thier service I will be recommending this location to all my friends and family.

I called about my glucose screening as I am pregnant and paying out of pocket. Alex asked me to email the order so that he can give me a price for it. My doctor had forgotten to fill something out on the order. Alex offered to call my doctor and get the right info. I came in and the nurse was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Great experience!

Facility is very clean, the woman who took my blood did a great job, easy and painless. Was told I would have my results emailed to me in one to two days, which is unbelievably fast and convenient. Saved a bunch of money getting bloodwork done without doctors orders. It was my first experience but I would definitely go back again.

I walked in to Any Lab Test Now for the first time and I was very hesitant about going there because of the reviews but it was unbelievable how nice the staff is Alex the manager was kind enough to offer me a great deal for my blood work since I had to pay cash Eliana was my phlebotomist and she did a amazing job I didn’t feel a thing she also kept me distracted as she did my blood work and got in and out only took 10 minutes. Amazing place definitely recommend and will be returning.

I am so happy to have found this new lab in the area. The office is very clean and I didnt have to wait. I am a difficult stick and have rolling veins. The girl in the office is very professional and friendly, she made me feel comfortable and had no issues drawing my blood. I will definitely recommend this lab to everyone I know!

Didnt wear gloves for the testing. I did use your service. Under my name, Morgan Haas. You are trying to discredit my review. I have a receipt. Your employee did not use gloves for a mouth swap dealing bodily fluids. Yes, my name should be in your system you legally need to keep my file in your system for 7 years.Anyone seeking services should attend any other establishment.

Adriana and Alex are both Very Unprofessional.I was not rude NOR disrespectful until I asked Adriana to change her gloves. She put on gloves to except my money, told me to sit in the back, then changed them to start touching cabinets, the printer, and drawers. You will be reported

The facility is super clean and comfortable. Adrianna, the technician that runs the palm beach gardens office is the absolute definition of professionalism. She is courteous, well informed, and goes above and beyond the calling to ensure every person that walks thru the door is given 5 star service (and there was quite a few people that had come and gone). I watched her take time with each person and explain the services/tests, helped them make sure they were in fact getting the best price, and still managed to have everyone taken care of in under 15 mins (4 ppl). You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and most importantly, passionate about helping people. Not to sound cliche, but it’s people like her that make the world go round.

Very clean facility. Walked in, and was able to get test done within 10 minutes. Friendly, professional representative that went over everything in detail with me. I got results in less than 24 hours later.

Had a wonderful experience and was helped by Adria who was very knowledgeable in picking the right test for me to determine my testosterone levels. Will be coming back again for any future testing.

Friendly staff and my results are always quickly available. Ive never waited in line, either. Im very thankful for a comfortable place to get blood drawn because its not a fun thing to do otherwise lol

I had to do a pre employment drugs test.I walked in whitout appointment. I had a 10 min wait. Fine.A friendly lady took a urine test. Proffesionaly. She followed the procedures strictly. I had my results back 3 days later.This place does what needs to be done.Thats it.

Place is a little small but there was no one there which was great. Young woman at the counter was very sweet and the gentleman who seemed to run the place was kind and very informative and had me in and out within 15 mins. Can’t. Really find anything bad to say and will use them again . Thanks guys

If I could give this business ZERO stars I would.I submitted to a hair follicle test and the results came back positive for multiple drugs. I am in the process of trying to regain custody of my daughter and not only have I not used any drugs, but I immediately requested a retest of the original specimen and/or to have the sample forwarded to a certified laboratory, and also requested to speak with an MRO (Medical Review Officer) as to there being a possible medical explanation which led to false positives. Neither of which was done and no response to either request has been attempted.Marilyn is one of the employees there and she called me, not to answer me as to my recent requests I just mentioned above, but to let me know that my ex has been calling her and I quote off the hook for information and letting her know how happy he is that I received a positive result which means our daughter stays with him. No employee of this company is an addiction counselor, scientist, or medical doctor and should not be involved in interpreting drug test results to anyone, let alone engaging in further inappropriate communication and take it to the next level by informing me of the dialogue. Marilyn also informed me that her and Alex Kasparek, whom is the owner of this laboratory, were talking about how they cant imagine whats going on between my ex and I. Quite frankly, its none of there business and its highly unprofessional.After not receiving any response from this company, I took it upon myself to submit to a hair follicle test with an alternate SAMSHA certified laboratory and the results came back completely NEGATIVE.If youre looking for an honest company that not only will exceed your expectations but also go above and beyond to go about the proper steps when a client believes and also has proof that the test resulted in a false positive and requests a re-test for a $900 test and if you are looking for a company that will have the manners and professionalisms as any other business would, then I suggest you stay FAR away from this company.

Wonderful fast painless they even went out of their way to make sure they had dry ice so I didn’t have to change my appointment to the week day. Very happy.

Horrible Service for DOT-5 Drug Screen6 Weeks to receive results. CG-719P form was rejected by CG due to being incorrectly completed by MRO. Dont waste your time with this lab.
