I used New Life Rejuvenation for about 18 months and i’m really kicking myself for sticking around that long. I was bounced around from contact to contact one seeming less helpful than the next and at the end of my experience just felt physically horrible. I was told repeatedly told how they were going to “get me dialed in” and the bottom line is that didn’t happen until I found a new company. With so many company’s to choose from there is no need to settle so if somethings off don’t hesitate to make a change.

I can’t express my gratitude enough for this company and I’ve only been at it for almost a mth! To feel more focused, energized and controlling everything I’m consuming w/o voices in my head saying just this one time is amazing! I’ve tried everything and have dealt w IBS my whole life and the older I’ve gotten the worse it’s been. At 48 I’m back in control of my body and I couldn’t be happier!!

I just recently started using New Life. I knew at my age of 45 something had to change, so I reached out to them and my Rep Ismael got in touch with me. From day one, Ismael has been extremely responsive to texts and phone calls and is very knowledgeable in his work. I was completely comfortable in speaking with him about my situation. He then put me in touch with Dr. Nicole, she was amazing with answering every question I had. I’m one week into my program and I’m so excited to see where this takes me. I don’t normally review businesses, but I have no other choice but to with NewLife. I have tried other “companies” before and it was a complete disaster. I was lied to about the actual status of my health and also sold products that not only did I not need, but were dangerous for me to take. I reluctantly decided to try one more time and contacted NewLife.I ended up speaking with Chris and was apprehensive and doubtful about the info that he told me at first, based on previous debacles.I could write pages on our conversations, that lasted for weeks, but over time I took Chris on his word and went for it. The medical knowledge that he gave me was exactly what I needed to hear, and what I needed to be on. He even went as far as giving me his personal cell if I ever just needed someone to talk to. I have considerable health problems, along with financial and personal ones due to my injuries.The doctor that I consulted with was/is hands down, the most up to date and knowledgeable doctor that I think I’ve ever talked to. Just by my blood test she told me of issues and problems that didn’t even relate to my hormone problems.Without her, I would have never found about my adrenal problem, that has been an unknown pain in my butt for twenty years. I’ve since verified with my primary, did more testing, and everything that she told me was 100% accurate.Due to my financial status I was unable to get everything that I needed this first round.Chris didn’t try to pressure me, in fact, he said if I needed to hold off until I’m in a better position, then he perfectly understood; but to keep in touch with him, just for encouragement.I knew then that NewLife actually cares about me/you; not just a sale.I’ve been on replacement for two weeks now and already can feel some vigor and life getting stronger/better.I’ll be a customer for life and would not recommend, but insist that you trust your health and well-being to NewLife, and Chris without a doubt, is the consummate health care professional.I only look forward to being able to get on all of the things that I NEED and becoming the powerhouse that I was before my injuries.Thanks Chris🙏🙏🙏🙏

It’s been a first class experience. I feel like the treatment plan is customized for what I truly need. Extremely happy I switched over to New Life Rejuvenation, they definitely have the best prices I have been able to find as well as top notch Customer service. My rep Vinny is great to talk to and when I need something I just call his cell and puts in a prescription for me right then and there, about two days later my prescription is on my doorstep.I was with another clinic previously that cost me double what I pay here and had extremely shoddy customer service so it’s refreshing to find a clinic that is upfront about their charges and prices. Did it again, he came through when I needed his insight and information. He usually answers the phone. But if not he will call you back or text you back immediately. Theres only one way to describe interacting with him on a professional level. And its called ( customer service at its very best, it cant be matched ). For those of you looking to get optimized. And are considering a clinic like New Life Rejuvenation. Look no further. The only two names you need to know with this outfit. Are Justin and Nicole. They are the reason (the good times roll ).

I’ve been a client of New Life Rejuvenation for a few months now and it’s been nothing but a pleasant experience. The tele-medicine is extremely convenient. I had such a great experience with everyone at this establishment.. I wasnt feeling myself and very weak so I thought maybe I was premenopausal.. I had my blood taken and Nicole, the nurse practitioner went through all of my results with me in a zoom call which was extremely convenient, I consider myself a very healthy person and I learned quite a few things from her in that call that I didnt realize I was doing wrong, she was kind, understanding and guided me in the right direction with supplements I should be taking.. I also was about 15lbs over weight, I was having a terrible time trying to get rid of that.. Her weight loss program got me exactly where I needed to be.. Justin was the best concierge of health you could ever have to help you get through every step of the process.. He spent time talking with me, making sure I knew what each supplement supported and talked me through my weight loss.. He was literally there for me with every question I had and was such an amazing person to work with, hes a gem to say the least.. I had a slight problem with a shipment, not there fault, but the VP Ryan called me from his personal cell and no questions asked made it right and reshipped my order.. Customer service is amazing here and you are in good hands.. I am a business owner myself and one of the most important things to me with my business is the personal bond I have and my employees have with my customers, this is how Newlife runs there business as well.. New Life has been a lifesaver. Before working with them I was tired all the time, mental fog, hot flashes, the list goes on. Through my labs they were able to determine what was the root causes and prescribe HRT and vitamins I was deficient in. Chris is very patient and strives to bring positive energy into every interaction. Pre-menopause has been miserable with weight gain. Nicole was able to prescribe a medication to help that also and it has already began working. If you want to feel like normal or even better definitely connect with this team as they have been amazing at helping me get back to living my busy life. :)

Pretty honest and open company. I cannot highly recommend because there were issues with returning a prescription that was mailed. And if youre trying to use HSA or FSA card your best just submitting the receipt because they always get blocked. When I asked the FSA company about it I was informed that they were on a list of providers that could not be Auto approved. Dont know exactly what that means but your mileage may vary. One of my account managers or service reps Justin did a great job and was always very quick and timely in his responses. I also have no qualms with the nurse practitioner I felt like she did a pretty good job in our interactions. My overall advice would be to c out a urologist from a local hospital and go with them instead of an HRT clinic.

I was looking for a better treatment facility for TRT. I was contacted by Chris Holick after responding to a Facebook post. I explained my concerns with him about my TRT prescriber at the time and he assured me that I would have a much better outcome and care with New Life Rejuvenation. Chris answered all my questions quickly and responded to phone calls and texts promptly. I found out he used to coach at OSU and being a buckeye muse, I knew he wouldn’t steer me wrong. Ive been with several trt replacement doctors...I live up here in New York and its nothing but a mill. They just want to get you in give you a shot charge you and send you home.You take a look at some of these people in the office they are not youthful looking they are not in shape you ask yourself what they really know about trt. They are not very well versed. Ive also used several online ones and you never get the same price . Its always a bait and switch...New Life Richard nation is the real deal the price they quote you is the price they charge you. I work with Chris Holick a true gentleman .I have no trouble getting a hold of him and if I cant get him he gets right back to me..Not pushy no hard sell they just have you in mind good people highly recommend it

Within 3 business days, I got my bloodwork done, had a 1 hour consult with a very knowledgeable doctor and came up with a plan of action. No pressure, all very open and honest and incredibly helpful. Ok, this is important. I came to this establishment tired, depressed and looking like a soup sandwich. I talked to Justin and I thought he might be selling me a dream, I sort of shook it off. I was interested in bloodwork and HRT in general. I def wanted to know my levels, regardless. I got bloodwork done and Nicole immediately knew how I was living my life. She could tell my diet and exercise was poor, no to mention I was vitamin deficient. Justin was not exaggerating. I was amazed about how much they can tell from my blood. After hearing how much damage I had done to myself, I went all in. HRT is not all about T or anything. Nicole put me on a vitamin regiment. So, I start. All along the way, Justin is in my corner for anything I need. These guys really care. I woke up a few weeks later, muscles tightened and feeling sharp as I ever have, maybe felt like a young teen before I started to neglect fitness. All the components of therapy are important. Glad I found this place. The place I was going to at first was charging 6x more then here. I emailed them and got a reply the next day by Christopher. Christopher helped me out and asked all the right questions that the other place didnt ask. Plus hes answered all my questions in a matter of minutes. He connected me to the doctor who also did great. The prices are hard to beat and so is the service.
