I ruptured my Achilles over the holidays in December and Dr. Francisco turned a terrible situation into a hopeful, positive and strong healing turn over. My Achilles is now healing great as if it never ruptured. It still has some work to go, such as physical therapy, but without such professional guidance and care it wouldn’t have been such a fast and effective healing process. I also appreciate all the staff as well as Dr Francisco’s assistants who were all amazing as well. I looked forward to each visit and learning more about my healing by a trustworthy and fully knowledgeable doctor and staff. Thank you again Dr Francisco for your help!

Palm Beach county is lucky to have them here.Dr. Francisco and Dr. Howard Routman, And the complete nursing and office staff are extraordinary.. I go to the office off of prosperity Boulevard. From the time I walk in, Check-in, Pay my co-pay, Called back by a nurse to a waiting room, then be seen by a doctor, And lastly, checking out. Is done in a very professional and friendly way. The Time to do all that was extremely impressive. Whether you’re a doctor or a patient time is valuable. Through their whole process, I was treated with respect and dignity. Both Dr. Rottman and Dr. Francisco are very knowledgeable, Polite, Timely, And willing to explain the physical problem in a clear and concise way.

Dr. Francisco has been my ankle doctor for my ankle. He is wonderful, listens to my concerns, fully explains what is going on, and what procedures will be done. He answers all questions, and verfies that I understand what he has explained. The Palm Beach Gardens is extremely clean, all staff are friendly and courteous. It is easy to schedule an appointment, the practice runs on time. Very short, if any wait time. Shaded parking, and parking is very close to the office entrance. I highly recommend Dr. Francisco!

Dr Francisco is one of the Specialists at HCA Atlantic Orthopedic, I personally have nothing but good to say of these Doctors that treats my ailments. He is my Knee and Foot Specialist. Im having a situation that no MRI or Scans are detecting, however, lhas not given up on me or make me feel as if ok, we cant figure this out, so its not there, take these pills and lets hope it goes away. No no, he is doing his best to find the root cause of the pain. Thats what a caring MD do for all their Patients. I am grateful

Dr. Fransisco Rommel is very knowledgeable and professional in the orthopedic industry. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with tendinitis of the left ankle (inner support tendon), but he provided me with a plan of action to help relieve pain and inflammation of the tendon which has helped tremendously.I would highly recommend Dr. Fransisco Rommel for any of your Orthopedic needs.

The office and staff are nice and helpful. Dr Francisco is not very helpful to me in understanding what is wrong with my son or what I can do to help him. The Dr seems dismissive of my questions and concerns.

Dr. Francisco has been my doc for breaks 2 times now. He listens to what I have to say and gives me options. And then listens to me and helps me decide what is best.

Dr. Rommel Francisco is amazing! I explained my situation to his staff and they squeezed me in the same day. He was the 4th doctor I seen for a diagnosis and the only one who correctly diagnosed me. He cancelled the later part of his day to perform emergency surgery at the hospital and to be honest, I dont know where I would be without him. He truly saved my life. Even after his work was done him and his assistant still followed up and checked in on me which made me feel really good. He has true compassion for his patients which is un heard of these days. Dr. Ashberg is a very skilled, knowledgeable, honest and compassionate Dr. I had had a horrible pain in my lower back, my hip, my leg and down to my knee for so long that I couldn’t even remember how and when it all started! I thought I would just have to live with it … Dr. Ashberg was able to identify the source of the pain immediately, which was my right hip! He operated on my hip, my surgery went very well, and I was up and walking within 5 days. I have not had any pain at all after my surgery, and have not had any need to take pain medications. I only had some discomfort due to stiff muscles after surgery.I was able to go back to work approximately two weeks after my surgery, where I have to sit and stand repetitively all day, and walk from one room to another as fast as I can. I am happy to say that I feel GREAT! I am back to my normal life and I am able to enjoy most of my activities without discomfort.Dr. Ashberg’s team at Atlantis Orthopaedics in Palm Beach Gardens were wonderful. I always felt respected and everyone I dealt with in their office was attentive and efficient. Especially Donna, she is awesome.I rarely take time to write reviews, but this one is very well deserved ! Dr. Lyall Ashberg has my respect and I give him my highest recommendation.

Dr. Fransico is great. He did my meniscus repair on my knee. He also saved my life by being quick to respond to pain I was having in my calf. Sent me stat to ULTA sound where they found a blood clot. He has always listened to my needs and helped me with my pain. Gives me the knowledge of options and lets me decide what I want.

This place is ridiculously unprofessional. The entire office staff is so unprofessional I thought I was on some prank show. Dr. Penner was nice, professional & informative but getting through his staff to get to him is not worth the hassle. I was a patient here for 6 weeks for sciatic nerve pain. Each visit 2 weeks apart. Penner would prescribe me a week worth of medicine at a time but my appts 2 weeks apart. I would call get it refilled and when I was lucky enough to get the staff to call me back, normally 9-30 hours later asking me why do I want it refilled? Each time I would have to tell them. He gave me a 7 day supply and I do not come back to see him for another 7 days. The problem had gotten progressively worse over 2 months before my visit here. So the 3rd time I called for my refill I was told Penner was on vacation and they could not authorize it and I had to wait a week for him to come back. I asked the staff what I should do and they said Not our problem, you should call before your prescription runs out next time. I was so enraged when she said this I asked for the office manager. He came on the line and I explained my situation and how bad I am hurting and how uncomfortable I have been for the past week. You know what the office manager said to me??? Wow, do you hear yourself? Look at you, you are jonsing for these meds. I looked at my phone like wtf did he just say to me? My jaw hit the floor... I had been in agony for over a week because my doctor was on vacation with no one else to approve he refills.Then I have my visit with him a week later. Goes normal. Problem still there, more meds. I call when I still have about 3 days left of meds left (Like I was told to my last time I called) and the SAME girl answered and said Uh uh, no no, you just got a week supply 4 days ago, you are out of those already? I said Nooooo, YOU told me to call a few days before my script ran out which is what I am doing. She got enraged and said Well we are not giving you more mediciation I will leave a message for Dr. Penner for you. I didnt hear from Penner for 8 days and that was when I went back from my regularly scheduled visit. This place is horrible. If your doctor refers you here tell him you arent coming.

Dr. Francisco is one of three doctors I see at Atlantis Orthopedics. To put it plainly, they know there stuff and give you whatever time you need during your appointment.

Unprofessional, unprepared. Sat me in a room for over an hour without a word. Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I went to Dr. Francisco to get my second opinion on my Achilles surgery. To be right to the point, he was awesome, and he made me feel comfortable and knew exactly what my situation is.
