Everyone in the office was nice, I saw Zach first he was so concerned about what was bothering me. I then saw Madison. She was very attentive and sweet. I saw the doc last he was very calm and he listened to everything I had to say about the way my shoulder felt. As I was leaving I had to check out with Stacey she was very nice as well. Thank you to them all.

Office was very clean and all staff in front and back of house were very professional, kind, knowledgeable and efficient.Dr Reiter is an extremely kind and qualified provider who immediately put me at ease and educated me on my symptoms and situation. His history, exam and plan of care was very thorough and reasonable and he welcomed my opinion and input on care options as well. I cannot recommend him any higher.

Hi, just met Dr Brian Reiter and his assistant, Zach 2 days ago. I may have a torn meniscus and have had pain for over a year.They administered a shot of cortisone. I played 3 hours of Pickleball today, pain free. So happy with the professionalism, care and treatment I received. I will follow up with an MRI, to see if I may need minor repair surgery. I feel confident that I’ll receive the best care with their team. Five stars. I highly recommend their practice. Thx, Doc. 😎

Dr. Reiter became my SportsMed Ortho Doc when I moved here in January right after having major reconstructive elbow surgery in Pennsylvania. He has been my Doc for follow up and rehab and has done a 10/10 great job keeping me together. He understands the athletes needs and has a confident and very positive bedside manner. Recommended highly by a fmr US National Champion.

Dr. Reiter was my second opinion after seeing another doctor for knee pain and only getting injections that didnt help. Dr. Reiter started with physical therapy and more injections, but also sent for an MRI which made me more hopeful to find the root cause. After that did not show much, I had to beg for something else since it was not resolving with PT and injections. We met and he quickly explained the arthroscopy and that he would take care of whatever he found. Well, he found a small amount of damaged cartilage, and he LEFT IT THERE. Now, I have undergone surgery, spent thousands, and the issue remains and I am now still in pain and have added stiffness due to the surgery. I was also brushed off by him every appointment after the surgery, he even walked out of the room as I was asking him a question during my post-op visit. I am now seeking a third opinion.

I was seen by the PA Marissa Ziegler. You can only imagine how nervous I was because I was going to be given an injection to alleviate the pain in my shoulder and Marissa was an amazing clinician. She spoke to me through each step in order to keep me calm and it went as she predicted she was very encouraging, and it was an amazing experience. I would love to follow up with her again. Very caring and professional staff. Dr. Reiter answered all my questions my knees are SO much better after the cortisone shots. Ive been cooking and baking up a storm now that I can stand in the kitchen comfortably.

I found out about Dr Reiter when my sister following her own research went to him to repair/operate on her meniscus. Since its success, I contacted him about getting gel knee shots for arthritis. Dr Reiter was very thorough in asking the appropriate questions as I am an organ recipient and have to be very cautious. He also does not do unnecessary work, as only my left was hurting even though the right had more arthritis. He is very gentle with giving the shots as is his team. Lastly, the doctor and his team are very pleasant and when you are in pain that positive attitude goes a long way

Dr. Reiter is a VERY CARING AND COMPASSIONATE doctor! I’m new to his office and my first impression was that he genuinely cares about his patients. The PA is also awesome and caring. The office staff was very professional too! He explained everything in regular English and asked me if I had any questions. I wasn’t rushed or anything. I’d recommend my family to him!

Dr. Reiter was very attentive to what was going on with my knee and I loved the fact that he was all about non-surgical options. He gave me options and explained our plan. He is hands down an awesome human and doctor.

Dr. Reiter is extremely knowledgeable and really put my mind at ease with my MCL injury in my knee. He clearly explained my situation and what I should expect with regards to recovery time and physical therapy. They even do the PT in the same office!I finished my PT and my given timeline was very accurate and I’m ready to start running again!Hopefully, I don’t have to come back soon, but as a soccer player, injuries can always happen. I highly recommend Dr. Reiter and will definitely come back to him if I have another injury!

Dr.Reiter and his staff are wonderful. I had knee surgery in 2019 and now get injections of gelsyn every six months. (Joint fluid) I was very fortunate to have been referred to him.

OMG ! Night & Day with my pain in hip ( Think is a trapped nerve) ..Dr. Reiter immediately spotted my problem after looking at X-Rays of Knees and putting my mind at ease... He prescribed meds for this trapped nerve and after the very first night of taking them when I got home, Pain went from an excruciation 10 to almost zero, in about an hour and was able to sleep .... Thank you so much ..This the third day of taking meds, and practically no pain !

After seeing several other doctors and suffering for months I finally feel normal again. Dr Reiter really listened to me. I am eternally grateful.

In these times finding a Dr is near impossible, well a good one. Dr Reiter is one of those. It would take me a day to write out the compliments of his and his staffs service and expertise. So short and simple, the experience was fantastic.

Dr. Reiter is fabulous. He is thoughtful, attentive, explains options and procedures clearly, and was especially considerate of my background as an endurance athlete looking to compete with a healthy knee again. Despite the mri being inconclusive (which was nobody’s fault), he correctly identified the root cause of my issue, and he let me reach my own conclusion that surgery was the best option. His assessment was confirmed when he discovered a torn flap of my meniscus hiding behind my femur. After trimming that, I’m well on my way to a full and quick recovery. Amazingly, zero pain post-op, and not even a limp. Thank you!!!

Went for knee injections and both times (1) Zack and other female PA were excellent administering. They working with me to get them done before another unrelated scheduled surgery. I trust the staff implicitly

I had to change orthopedic surgeons due to insurance and I was very scared because I have a lot of things happening with my revise shoulder placement that needed attention. I was scared and did not know what to do.I had to wonderful fortune of finding Dr. Brian Reiter.When i went to his office I was welcomed with open arms and did not have to wait at all for my appointment. Right then and there I was pleased however did not expect my visit to get any better. But to my surprise a lovely friendly nurse came and got me and showed me to my room where x-rays were ordered right then and there. I had my x-rays of both my shoulders done. And in no time at all they told me my results. And there is a lot things to my surprise that are going on and surgery is my future. Within a couple of days, I started to receive approval notices from my insurance company and I was shock to see Dr. Reiter ordered procedures for me to be done on my next visit. Dr. Reiter is working on my case even when Im not there. To think that Im not just a patient number is exciting to know. I feel excited to know that Im being cared for by a doctor that really does care about me. I cant wait for my next visit and get relief from my severe pain. I did not see Dr. Reiter, I was seen by the Nurse assistant and Dr. Reuter’s Assistant instead of him. Now I have to see Dr. Toole to discuss a possible knee replacement. This should have been discussed with the VA community care nurse up front. Not Happy at all.

Dr. Reiter is awesome he helped me through my knee pain. I ended up with an outpatient procedure that I had very little pain back to work in 3 days.

Dr. Brian Reiter is an exceptional Orthopedic Surgeon in his profession. When I first met him in 2017, Dr. Reiter explained my knee conditions thoroughly. I knew after the first consultation that I wanted to be his patient. My first knee surgery was done December, 2017. My second knee surgery was done February, 2023. Im well pleased with both knees Arthroscopy/Sunchondroplasty surgeries. The outcome is excellent! Ive referred family to him. Now they are patients of Dr. Reiter and other physicians at HCA Florida-Atlantis Orthopedics. I will continue to highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Ive seen Dr. Reiter many times. He is both intelligent and compassionate. I would recommend him whole heartedly. I found over 300 5 star reviews on zocdoc and this was much more accurate with my experience. I previously worked in an orthopedic office and unfortunately I know how some patients get when the doctor wont give them narcotic pain medication indefinitely or give them permanent disability benefits when they clearly are trying to work the system. Integrity is when you do the right thing for the patient even if its not what the patient always wants. Its sad that these people can post such comments about good doctors.
