Cleveland Clinic Florida - Palm Beach Gardens

Heard great things about the Doctor here. Made an appt several months ago which I had to wait 3 months to get too. It was cancelled the day before and the next available date was 2 months later. Waited the 2 months and they cancelled again, the day of. Was offered to reschedule with a different doctor a month later. And the staff had an attitude with me, like I’m the problem. I get it, things happen. But customer service is definitely not the offices priority.

Took FIVE MONTHS to get an appointment, finally the day of the appointment comes and they cancel b/c the Dr. called out sick (no problem, Dr.s are human right?) only to call to try to reschedule-- on the phone for over an hour on hold, they hang up on me, call back on hold again for 30 minutes for them to tell me I now have to wait another SIX MONTHS to get an appointment? Are you kidding me? Staff at the PBG office were inept and rude on the phone. Cleveland Clinic is supposed to be the leader in the industry right? What a joke.

This is the worst location I been too. And I will not be coming back to even Cleveland clinic after this . Refused to see me for my apt I had after driving 45 min and taking off from work because I was 20 min late and even called to tell them and they assured me that was fine. Was also told take a couple of hours so leave a good portion of your day free and when I get to office they say they have someone right after me within the hour. Doesnt make sense and not even the manager could do anything for me . Def not coming back .

I had an appointment with my doctor unfortunately my appointment need it to be rescheduled I received a call from the office and after saying I waited for this appointment for so long, I was rescheduled for the same day with another doctor her name is Elina Levkoff, I m upset because I understand my insurance not approving the medication but doctor mentioned another medication just in case the first option does not get approved once I went to the pharmacy I was told, call your doctor we been trying to reach her with no answer we need her approval for this medication I said ok don’t worry about that, I’ll do that in the meantime, I’ll take the second option she prescribed, as the lady In the pharmacy look into it , she says your doctor Elina Levkoff, didn’t put a second option, do you remember the name of the prescription she asked me and I said I didn’t write it down because the doctor said she will send both prescriptions, not expecting this, and all the hassle I asked was my visit productive I accomplished nothing just headaches, calling the office chasing the doctor to follow up with the pharmacy, after a few days of that I talk to her assistant I think Vanessa is her name, I said to her the story mentioned above and I ask her what happened she never sent the second option it was not even in the prescription order, I asked her to talk to the doctor about the medication and came back telling me the doctor didn’t remember the second option so since I didn’t write it down I guess now she doesn’t remember who that’s this ? To me that back and forth is crazy and uncalled for I totally will NOT recommend this doctor Elina Levkoff and planning to put this review every where I can she is a waste of time and lots of hassle.

I was very disappointed I am in the admin staff.I had my annual check up in April. The wrong code was sent to the insurance and blood work company.It took me many calls over a month to get their office to finally fix the coding. Their billing department received the corrected code but did nothing with it until I called again 3 weeks later to find out why my insurance company has not received it. they said they will get it sent.I am still trying to get the Quest billing corrected but their admin staff are completely uncooperative. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they are too busy. I offered to conference call everyone but was told they didnt have time.no one at their office will take responsibility. Very fustrating

Was fine until Covid came and they gave me a dr. I’ve never seen and immediately had a litany of issues. Now have been waiting for 7 days for blood pressure medication fully insured am having horrible withdrawal symptoms, male head dr very unprofessional, rude and judge mental, front office staff is okay but if you’re taking anything above aspirin they will shame you and make you feel like a criminal. Avoid at all costs.

Unable to provide a diagnosis and suggest I go find myself a clinical trial. I thought Cleveland Clinic is supposed to be the best! I also go there for Botox injections for migraines. I pay an enormous amount for 2 vials of botox and each visit, the Dr. only injects 155 units in me and keeps the other 45 units to share with her patients. This is theft!! that botox belongs to me and I did not give anyone permission to take it. I expected the full 200 units to be used on me. Shame on them! They have the nerve to send me bills and collections after they stole from me.

Six months ago, I posted a one star review after inquiring about being a new patient and finding the receptionist rude. Recently, a friend recommended CC PBG so I tried again and found the staff to be both friendly and competent. My husband and I have had only positive experiences.

Cleveland Clinic Jupiter is such a great doctors office. The staff is very friendly, and always super helpful. Whether Im in the area or at school, this office and their staff always accommodates my needs!

These people deserve 0 stars. This is the worst place I have ever visited. I can only describe the staff in one phrase - drug users. I cant believe these people are allowed to work in medical. I will do everything in my power to report them for fraud and malpractice. The receptionist attitude at check-in was the worst ever. She needs a job in law enforcement where her attitude is more applicable. The so-called OBGYN doctor, Mason did an annual pap smear in less than 2 seconds. She thinks she is going to get money from my insurance company for a fraudulent pap smear. She didnt swab or take any type of cultures. She is a fraud. I had to ask her to take blood work which every OBGYN I have ever been to in my life has done as part of your yearly examine. Her assistant was high as the sky. The regular physician was like a robot. Went through the questions without a care of who the hell you are. She didnt even look up which in my opinion is definitely a sign of racism. I am going to cancel all future appointments and blood work and I am notifying my insurance company of fraud. One couple walked out while I was there which was a bad sign from the beginning. The facility is not following medical protocols in other areas as well which I will notify my insurance company. What these people are doing is submitting codes to insurance companies for people like me with excellent medical coverage and claiming they provided a service just because you had a visit does not mean you did your job. I will pursue my claims. They will not get a dime and I am going to expose them for the fraudulent malpractice doctors that they are.

Made and confirmed an appointment for a yearly physical exam with Cleveland Clinic on January 4th. They then changed it to January 18th, which isn’t possible due to my job. When I called to discuss this, they then said the Doctor isn’t available until January 21st. Very poor scheduling and customer service.

I’ve been to the Cleveland Clinic Weston,and West Palm Beach always treated with respect and concern. We had the most horrendous experience in Palm Beach Gardens. The staff was beyond rude, insulting and resfused to provide information regarding the contact information of the Administrator. She told me we can’t give you any information. Walked away and left the desk unattended for 20min. People can’t even ck in or out.This office runs like a 3 rd world country. Not in the scope of the Cleveland Clinic Model or Reputation!!!

Took 10 days to get a prescription refill finally called in. And still set it to the wrong pharmacy. Today, set up a sick visit and the person that scheduled me never told me that she set me up for a video visit. So I show up and did not try to accommodate me for their mistake. Told me to go downstairs to the Urgent Care. Dont use this office.

I was pleased with my encounter with The Cleveland Clinic. Dr Levkoff listened to my concerns and has been very patient with me and my never ending questions. I love the My Charts app because it allows me to get answers in a very reasonable turn around time. Staff was very friendly and professional when I visited.

This establishment is poorly managed and extremely disappointing. I was told I would have no additional charges for my medical procedure besides my copay and I now owe $2000. This is the most disgusting doctor’s office I have ever gone to in my life. They should do their due diligence for patient care as people cannot just come up with money like that to fix their mistakes.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Clinton Schlenker for a few years now. I would like to take advantage of this source to provide feedback regarding my experience as a patient. Dr. Schlenker is one within a very small group of medicine professionals that will work hard to find the origin of the matter and help you control it or even eliminate that medical concern. Being just another record number in an office is the common thing these days, but it is inspiring and provides a great peace of mind knowing you are getting cared for with the professionalism it requires. I had a good experience at this clinic (Cleveland Clinic in Palm Beach Garden ), all the staff were very friendly and attentive, Dr. Sara was very nice and concerned about the reason for my appointment

When I call for a neurology appt, the people on the phone are the most courteous and kind. Ive never had a bag experience here and Dr Domponciel is the best. After years of neck and nerve problems, she was able to locate it and treat. She really is the best in Florida!

Their service is very expensive. They bill patients for level 4 for every visit even though the visits are not that complicated and doctors spend only 15 min in patients room. Level 4 is 30-40 min. Not sure how they get away with fraudulent charges!

I thought all Cleveland Clinics were the same I was first introduced to Cleveland Clinic in Weston , was there for 3 months of appt. I went to this one for a ear infection was given a mild Amoxicilian and ear drops when i returned to ask for refil on 10 day supply of Amoxicillian was turned away.I guessing because now I wasnt a paying patient

Dr.Elina Levkoff is the best doctor. She is kind, patient and listen to every concern. The best doctor I have ever seen I wish there where high than 5 Stars. If you need a doctor she is the one to see.

I was admitted to bayfront Hospital Port Charlotte Florida on 5/7/18 diagnosed with sept us after having the VSG surgery Today’s date is 5/27/18 .I’m a single mother of a 16-year-old son and I also take care of my 74-year-old mother the home. I am begging for someone’s help to give me an ICU bed to fix my VSG surgery. Each day that passes is another day that my family will suffer. At this time I have no income my family has no food I don’t even know how I’m gonna pay my electric bill. Please Cleven clinic will you come pick me up now?PS I do have health insurance so you don’t have to worry about getting yours

Fairly quick service and good bedside manner. I dont go to the doctor very often but the visits Ive had here were fine. The building is new and clean and the service is good.

I love my Dr at Cleveland Clinic. She is kind, listens, and always gets me in and out. I have never waited more than 15 mins for my appt.

Nurse practitioner Amanda Accetturo skip her if at all possible. Not patient or kind. First nurse at Cleveland clinic in my 5 years going To CC that has not been nice. It was like she was agitated that I made an apt and wanted to be seen.

I found this place (Dr. Spatola, specifically) by cross referencing my insurance with online reviews, and I must say, it paid off in spades. Been seeing him as primary care for a little over two years now. Always clean, professional, and timely.

This location was completely unhelpful. I drove 45 minutes to this location and advised them I was running late and they refused to take me after being 20 minutes late. They advised if I was late it would be no issue. Absolutely accommodating and rude manager. Do not go to this location!

I went here expecting a fantastic, knowledgeable doctor and was instead met with someone who had no time to talk about my history or read the notes I had been so careful to write down. I would never recommend this neuro to anyone after the treatment I received.

Small office waiting area dictates necessity of limiting patients to a degree. Staff is excellent, accommodating, knowledgeable, and considerate despite social distancing dictates that are necessary.

Always have a great experience when dealing with the Clinic. Weather its in Cleveland, Westin, Gardens, or Palm Beach. Good system great docs..

Great office, friendly staff. Only problem is that they do t call in prescriptions on time.

Great when you are there. Hope you never have to call them. That phone is never answered. When they do finally answer they are really nice though.
