Staff was polite and personable. Dr Stone was very attentive to my concerns. He was gentle and caring and offered a few options for courses of action. There was no rushing at the appointment nor pushing to hurry to surgery. I would definitely recommend him to my friends or family.

I have known Dr. Stone for several years. He is one of the most caring and patient Doctor I have known. Whatever your issue is he will counsel you and provide treatment options. The online portal is very convenient for sending messages and or questions. Highly recommend!

Very professional! Answers all questions and makes sure you don’t leave with questions unasked. Explains everything real well! Gives you options and lets you pick. Very kind and gentle. Very informative and tells you everything he is doing or about to do before he does it. Listens very well and helps make decisions to benefit you long term. I’m not one to have a male doctors for lady stuff but Dr.Stone definitely didn’t make me even think about gender. At 73, I decided it was time to see how things are holding up and whether I might need to consider surgical repair of known issues like the bladder lift surgery I had years ago subsequent to 3 childbirths - one twin-pregnancy by C-section and two prior natural childbirths that went extremely fast. Dr. Stone assured me that my body is apparently holding up well and I do not need surgery at this point, which is good to know. Now I can focus on other issues that may need attention sooner than later ... like cataracts and bunions! Thank you, Dr. Stone! 🙂

I was referred to Dr stone for a procedure that I had. From the moment of meeting him you feel like you have known him before as he makes you feel completely comfortable. My experience being treated by Dr. STONE was EXCELLENT! I have a condition that is complex, to say the least. I was forced to change doctors due to insurance but my initial urogyn (Dr Kantartzis) and her PT both assured me Dr Stone was an excellent choice.I have never felt rushed. My first visit, he had reviewed my extensive notes from other practices, then spent an HOUR with me and took his own careful notes. In follow-ups, he refers back to them and is able to go Oh so when you did X test with Dr Y in 2018... The man remembered what I was doing for work during my last visit 7 months ago. Its amazing.TWO DAYS after a CT scan, he called me PERSONALLY, to go over the results. I was shocked in a good way. At other practices, Id always had to chase my test results down from a nurse or PA.Awesome bedside manner. I kind of lost my s*** during one visit and got teary. Dr Stone was so patient and calm with waiting for me to gather myself up. Hes really understanding and even jokes (in a good way) about my apprehension towards the more invasive options. I appreciate that he lets me come around in my own time to going through with these.Hes let me try every medication in the book and is really great about exhausting them first. Hes aware of any study I reference from Dr Google, which tells me he keeps up with the research going on in his specialty.My FIL is a physician and wrote a couple scripts at one point, fixing one of my issues and shedding more light onto another, and Dr Stone was *pleased* to hear it. Ive had some docs act like their toes were being stepped on and get offended when another provider got involved.Finally... Dr Stone responds to messages within 48 hours and on weekends. Wow. I also love that he has his own personal MA or nurse (not sure which - its Iris though) so the continuity/predictability is nice.Truly excellent doctor, and having been through the roadshow of them, I can say hes 1 of 2 that I fully trust. Im honestly HAPPY my insurance forced me to switch, I would not have found Dr Stone otherwise.(The only minor negative I even have to say is the admin area but this is a multi-physician practice so I dont know how much control Dr Stone has over it. The front office girls can be kind of brisk and curt at times, and I have been left on hold for 10+ minutes on a few occasions. I dont know if they are just short-staffed on those days or what. The insurance area is a bit of a mess too - prior auths getting lost or not submitted for months. Just know you might have to keep on top of anything like that).

Sharing on behalf of my mother:If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This has been one of the worst medical offices I have ever dealt with. Dr. Stone’s office staff is lazy and completely incompetent. Every time I’ve had to have a prescription sent to a pharmacy, paperwork filled out for my employment, or even an appointment scheduled it takes multiple follow-ups and it still doesn’t get accomplished.I shouldn’t have to call my doctor’s office to get my prescriptions actually sent to the pharmacy for pick up. And I definitely shouldn’t have to call the doctor’s office when the pharmacy tells me that they’ve left several messages with my doctor’s office to get a correction on the script they sent over with no response from the doctor’s office, meaning I still can’t pick up my prescription that is now weeks past due. Same goes for scheduling outside testing to be done. I had to call multiple times for them to actually process what was needed for my insurance company to approve extra outside testing. Again- I pay a co-pay every time I go to the office, why am I having to call multiple times to get basic stuff done?When I had my surgery, my daughter had to call the doctor’s office to find out why they hadn’t sent my employment paperwork to my employer in order for my employer to cover my sick time...while I was IN surgery! This is AFTER I had already paid the office the fee to do this.I would love to say that his office is just so busy and that’s why they’re lacking but everytime I’ve been in there the office ladies are chit-chatting amongst themselves about non-work related items and even taking personal calls on company phones (yes this happened while I was checking out the last time).And That’s just dealing with the front office staff and office manager. Dr. Stone is mediocre at best at being a physician. While he’s very nice, his actual patient care is lacking. I had zero follow up from him or his office post surgery to even check to see how I was doing, and in fact, only spoke to him when I called with a post surgery issue and demanded to speak him (because his office staff told me he doesn’t call his patients or speak to them on the phone). There was zero concern for his patient’s post surgery recovery. Same goes for any follow up appointment. He requested I do additional testing and asked to see me afterward but hasn’t actually paid attention enough to know that the testing couldn’t be done and hasn’t even acknowledged that his patient hasn’t been in for follow up care. If that doesn’t prove that his practice is simply a cash cow for him, I don’t know what does. What happened to doctors who actually cared for their patients? Save yourself the headache because you won’t find that here.

Extremely upset with staff and receptionist at this office. My 1st appointment to see Dr. Stone was on June 18th. Complications from cancer surgery left me with Overflow and Stress incontinence. Dr. Stone went over 2 surgeries he wanted to perform on my bladder. I was told that scheduling would contact me to setup the 1st bulking procedure. I never heard back! Ive now called them 3 different times and just get a run around. Final straw...today July 23rd (over a month), I spoke with a lady who now shows only injections were noted in my file. What??? The Doctor and I never even spoke about injections!!! I am beyond frustrated by this whole ordeal! Im not even sure if they have the right patients info in my chart! Completely incompetent staffing! In addition, I was placed in a room with blinking ceiling lights knowing I have a seizure disorder and when I requested a different room I was given attitude by the nursing staff. Geeeee would it have been better for me to seize in thier office? Rude staff... if I could give a 0 rating I would!!!

Called to make an appointment and the girl who answered was just AWFUL RUDE and clarified the type of practice they are. IM AWARE THATS WHY I AM CALLING...she then asked me who I wanted to see?! Who do you have? I was referred to this damn practice. Im glad youre front desk staff deterred me from making a mistake and wasting my time.

I recommend them, a very good doctor, very kind and very good service. And very concerned about his patients.
