I recommend this place! I asked for help and they accepted me the next day. The staff is attentive and polite. They took care of a translator for me. The examination was at a high level. Girls, if you are looking for a gynecologist, I recommend contacting the clinic.

I drove 25 minutes on my lunch break for my 12 o clock appointment. I arrived at 12:06. Upon making my appointment the representative told me i have a 10 minute grace period. Unfortunately when i arrive i was told they needed to reschedule my urgent appointment as they do not honor grace periods. Had i been told the correct information i wouldn’t had drove all this way. 🤦🏽‍♀️. I explained to the front desk worker that i drove pretty far and I’m on a lunch break, her response was her staff was getting ready for their lunch break. I find that pretty crazy since i had an appointment scheduled 6 minutes ago. And their concern should be to help women in need, isn’t that the purpose of their clinic? Very disappointed in their service

My partner came here today after making an impossible decision and said that everyone except one person was kind and professional.That one person was a lady wearing red lipstick and who had dark hair.She was rude and scolding other employees in front of people there for healthcare services.Then she was rude to my partner because they dont have insurance that covers the procedure (dont you think if they did they would be at Kaiser and not planned parenthood paying close to 900 dollars for what should be free?)If you cannot handle the day-to-day work of being a receptionist at a place where people go looking for help, you should find another job.The lack of professionality displayed in this location by this specific worker is untenable and completely disgusting.Your job isnt to make rude comments about someones insurance, your job is to help them in any way you can and if you are unable to do that you should quit your job and look for other places to work.Absolutely disgusting vile behavior and that receptionist should be ashamed.I see the other bad reviews for this place, do not think that they will be punished or even reprimanded.I do hope that other people who see this review will go to a different location where they can be appreciated and respected instead of called out and embarrassed for a lack of insurance or just because someones having a bad day and cant deal with the fact that their job is to help people.Absolutely Cannot believe I had to make this review, on one of the hardest days of my partners life. Im completely disgusted and shocked and appalled and I hope this lady gets fired.

I came in 15 minutes early, asked for a mask and checked in, and the receptionist was so worried about giving me her unsolicited advice about bringing my own mask next time that she forgot to check me in. 15 minutes later, I double check if Ive been checked in and the same lady pretended that shes never seen me before. Now Im 45 minutes past my appointment because they let people go ahead of me in the time that I was in the lobby waiting. If your patients can do a better job than your staff, you have a real embarrassing, unprofessional issue.

Unacceptable to have patients come in and sit and wait an hour after their appointment before being seen. Absolutely unacceptable that they make appointments during the time they know the doctors are at lunch from 12 to 2 so when she do something about that because it’s going to stop people from getting things done or doing things that need to be done because they had can’t wait that long as they have jobs.

Really bad experience. Was told I probably have a UTI but test was inconclusive so I needed to come back in for another appointment. I said I am not in the area and they refused to send a prescription for antibiotics even though I have all the symptoms of a UTI and am in excruciating pain. I thought the hippocratic oath says first do no harm, but I guess they only care about miljing a persons insurance for all its worth instead of prioritizing patient needs. Honestly, after this experience and everything I have heard from my partner and other friends negative experiences, Im going to be voting to defund planed parenthood moving forward

Literally the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. I’m very patient and understanding but not when they have me running around from location to location and pharmacy to pharmacy all for some emergency contraception. I figured I’d show up to the B street location because their online hours and web hours State they are open til 8pm on Thursday which worked perfectly since I work all day and it’s hard for me to get away. I drive 30 minutes to the location only to find out they closed at 5. I then scheduled an appointment over the phone which was then cancelled due to short staff. I show up to this location today to try to buy it but she then tells me they don’t do that brand over the counter and would have to have an appointment. Did the appt and Now I’m here at Walgreens where my prescription should have been sent and they are now having trouble confirming medical information looking around to see who has it in stock. This has been extremely frustrating, a waste of time, and gas. I highly recomend looking into other alternatives before relying on Planned Parenthood as they can’t seem to come through when you need them most.

Everytime I come here its fine. They are patient and kind and non-judgemental. They are literally there to help. The wait time isnt usually that long and they do everything they can. The only prpblem is that they used to only have an actual Dr in like once a week so you had to make an appointment you couldnt do a walk in and if you had to do a treatment you had to wait until the Dr was in. Other than that its a very well run facility with capable and cant people

Please do not go to this clinic ! Period ! I took my wife in for Pap Smear and STD tests. They told us they would send us when the results came. We waited and waited. Finally we must go back for results. When we came back for results, we found out that they tested only Pap Smear, NOT for STD.So we must schedule an appointment again. Upon the appointment we waited in the waiting room for an hour and finally my wife blood was drawn. We have been waiting for them to call as they said. It has been a month nothing from them. We are nervous and would go the tomorrow for the result.This clinic has a highest rate of staff turn over. Every time I go the there is always new faces and under training.I am sicken of this place.

I had a scheduled appointment at this location and I still waited hours to be seen. My appointment was at 12:00 and I wasnt seen until nearly 4:30. Several people went before me and I wasnt even acknowledged until I went up to the reception desk. Patient care is clearly not a priority.

The staff was very friendly and the office was very clean. I really appreciated the nurse practitioner, I believe her name is Marissa. She was very friendly, informative, and helpful. Adrian was also very friendly, engaging, and helpful.

Took a couple times to get the appointment I needed but the people there are great and made me feel so comfortable

They are super friendly, confidential, makes me feel safe and comfortable. The wait is a bit long but worth it none the less

This place is always running late .. you will have to wait 1-2 hrs to see a practitioner. Isn’t that why we have appointments to be seen on time ..

The ppl giving 1 star are the ppl who stand outside the planned parenthood’s with signs saying not to come . Every time i come everything runs smoothly . Whether it’s for std testing or to get my birth control.

Terrible service. People in there are not nice At all. I feel like if your in a situation and you have something to do they should be on your side an at least help you. I was crying in there and they were just rude. I would never go back.

All these coment are a lie they do really good job i went yesturday and they pass me right away i didnt event wait 5 min when they call my name and they giveme lots of time on my treadments for me and my partner.....

I give it 5 stars and more...because everyone was professional...a clean place, a quick appointment, I only waited 5 minutes and they answered me...all the people who answered me, I dont know their names but I send them many blessings date 02/13/24
