We love Missouri Fertility! I would highly recommend Dr. Wilshire, Kim, and the rest of the amazing staff there. They make you feel like part of the family. We wouldnt be where we are without them. Thank you for helping us grow our family!

One of the most unprofessional medical offices Ive ever used. I have had two successful pregnancies without assistance, and they have the audacity to act like Im incapable of getting pregnant because I didnt get pregnant on the third IUI. They refused to do any further IUI without warning and let me know right when I started my cycle. If they would have told me ahead of time I could have at least set up a time to see another office, but they decided to have me meet with a doctor to have him tell me that he didnt want me to bring their statistics down because then their office would go broke. Completely unprofessional. If I would have known that I only got three tries for the IUI, I wouldnt have let them do the second one when they realized I was already ovulating when they gave me the trigger shot. They missed that opportunity, I paid for it anyway, and they counted it against me. Im not the problem, you guys are. Save your money and go to an office in the area that has that much higher rating. They also refuse to release your medical records when you need them. They state that they need to look them over before they release them to you. Why didnt you look them over before you put them in your system? You shouldnt have medical records under my name that arent ready to be released. Its a way for them to keep you from seeing another office. Im completely disgusted with the bedside manner of Dr. Wilshire as well. I lost 100 lb from weight loss surgery and he was talking with me about it and told me another one of his patients gained all of her weight back because she just funnels her food. I was shocked that he would talk like this about another patient. He has also made several condescending remarks and cuts me off when Im talking because he knows better. Im so glad that I am switching to another office and they dont even need my medical records. Good riddance!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic for infertility issues. We have been working with this clinic for 5 years now. I am rating this 2 stars because we’re blessed with our son via IFV with MO Fertility but they are very unprofessional and the doctors bedside manner is far from great. Their billing has also been a nightmare. We were sent a bill for over a years worth of treatment and were required to pay it within 2 weeks of receiving the bill before we were able to proceed with other treatments.

When this journey began, weve always heard Dr. Wilshires name was thrown around but never thought to inquire about for some unknown reason. Until January 2023. My husband and I finally agreed we needed to get serious about this and find a way to have a family. In our initial appointment, Dr. Wilshire was truly a fan favorite from the moment we walked into his office. He started off by how impressed he was with all our labs and how it really helped paint a picture for going forward. Dr. Wilshire referred to me as a zebra and after he found out I drink tequila straight he called me a remarkable zebra. He actually said, I feel that if we can get you pregnant, youll have a healthy baby at the end and proceeded to tell us the protocol he would have us on. And by George, thats the plan we are currently living!January 2024, we started the ball. Since the beginning of the year we have done STIMS, Retrieval, sent off embryo cells for grading, gotten the embryo results back, underwent exploratory surgery, and now we are in the midst of Transfer protocol! After almost 4 years of trying, we are really seeing the bigger picture! 💚 Here is to 2024, the year of DO BETTER. The year of Baby Burky. The year where my lifelong dream is going to come true.I cannot thank Dr. Wilshire, his amazing medical scribes, Leslie, NP, Ashley at the front desk, and finally and most importantly Ms. Kim. Dr. Wilshire has a top notch team but there are a few who quite literally go above and beyond the call of duty and I, along with my entire tribe, am forever indebted to them. Kim is the sweetest, most kind-hearted, reassuring, get it done, make you feel heard and seen person I have ever met. Over the last 2 months we have connected immensely and I couldnt see myself going through this journey without her. Ashley and Hannah are so incredible, they are kind, they are passionate, they listen, and they always keep their word. Today at my procedure I met Leslie, she is going to be an absolute blast to work with. She answered my questions, she reassured me, and she listened. Those are truly amazing qualities in an RE clinic. Dr. Wilshire spent so much time with me today to make sure we were ready for transfer. We found out that I need ti go back under but Dr. Wilshire reassured me everything was going to be okay.This clinic CARES! Its no wonder they are literally in the top 100 Reproductive Endocrinologist Clinics in the National.My heart, my love, my gratitude goes out to the whole team at Missouri Fertility!Katelyn & Ryan

Missouri Fertility is absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Wilshire and his staff are highly skilled professionals with hearts of pure gold. They are honest, kind, and so incredibly caring. There simply are not enough words to express what wonderful work these people do during such a challenging time is their patient’s lives. Missouri Fertility will always hold a special place in our heart! Highly recommend!

We are SO grateful to Dr. Wilshire, Surgical Nurse Kim, and the rest of the Missouri Fertility team! We had been diagnosed with unexplained infertility from a different clinic, but when we went to see Dr. Wilshire, he was confident we could find the cause and could create a path forward. Dr. Wilshire found that I had internal complications from a c-section that were causing us to have troubles TTC again. We have had such a positive experience working with Dr. Wilshire and his team!

Dr. Wilshire and his team were an answered prayer for us. From our first visit, we felt taken care of and encouraged. We trusted the process and our miracle happened. I can’t thank them enough for their work and professionalism.

I saw Dr.Wilshire for a myomectomy. He was great! He answered my questions and was straight forward with me throughout the entire process. He made me feel confident in my decision to go with him during a stressful time in my life. His nurse, Kim was incredibly kind and I would work with them both in the future if I ever needed.

Save yourself the heartbreak and Money and Head over to Arbor Fertility. His nurses Marnee, Amanda, Kim, and Jerica we’re Fantastic (which was great because you never talked to the actual Dr.). I only talked to him three times in the whole year i used his clinic one for the initial consultation and once for surgery with a facetime follow up, and the last time i seen him I had to literally request to hear from him after numerous failed IUIs. Also his NEW practice manager Kelsey (i believe) and Alesha the lady that helped take care of the insurance have absolutely no clue what they are doing, i found out I had insurance coverage after the first of the year and they kept denying it saying i didnt even after the insurance company called the office and told them i did have coverage and it didnt matter that i was a dependent all that was needed was a prior Authorization. They still wouldnt run it through insurance. This is when it started to feel like i was seen as a dollar sign and not a patient. Knowing that i had been self pay this whole time and i was switching over to insurance would mean they would make less money off of me depending on the contracted rates they have with the insurance. Two of Dr. Wilshires Nurses work for Arbor now and i have gotten further at arbor fertility in the last month than i have at his practice in a whole year. I even had my egg retrieval and it was a fraction of Dr. Wilshires price. Seriously go see Dr. Zarek you wont regret it! Also insurance has covered my stuff at Arbor with no problems 😐

The staff is unbelievably helpful!!! Highly recommend Dr. Wilshire! He really gets down to the bottom of it and truly loves what he does!! 7 years of infertility and we are now pregnant thanks to him!!

Dr. Wilshire goes above and beyond for his patients. After 2 years of infertility & losses he assisted us in achieving a miracle baby! Definitely recommend!!

The staff at this clinic are second to none. We had a GREAT experience in something no one wants to go through. From IUI to ringing the bell on our way out the door 10 weeks pregnant, I couldn’t ask for better treatment. Every person at the office cares and are incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Wilshire and staff are a blessing to us, we will use them in the future if needed.

The staff at Missouri Fertility do not drag their heels - they do everything and anything they can to try and get you pregnant and quickly. Great experience at every visit with different staff members. Highly recommend.

Dr Wilshire and his team are the BEST! My husband and I went to him to help us make true our dream of becoming parents. We now have a 2 year old daughter. Unfortunately, we had to move from Missouri and we had to look for another doctor in our new state. The experience has not been the greatest and we miss Dr Wilshire and his team so much that we are going back to him, even if that means countless flights! This is how much we trust him and how great we think he is. We recommend Dr Wilshire 100%!

Id give additional stars if I could. Dr. Wilshire and his staff are amazing. Ive been with them through my ttc journey with both of my children (4 years). With that has come ups and downs and they were/ are supportive every step of the way. Dr. Wilshire doesnt beat around the bush; however, his honesty and integrity shouldnt be mistaken for poor bedside manner. This man and the amazing nurses comforted me through an ectopic, addressed all my early needs and concerns with both pregnancies and still are available and willing to discuss future plans with me. They are proactive in treatment plans to help facilitate the best outcome (successful, healthy pregnancy)They have an accommodating pharmacy conveniently located downstairs where I was able to fill every prescription for my IUIs. Billing reran some of my bills and insurance covered some of my previous charges so I even had a credit with their office that they were honest about. They are very reasonably priced. Office manager/ receptionist sat with my toddler during a necessary last minute appointment. The people that work here have the best of intentions and are truly amazing. If there are any further baby making in my future I will be entrusting the growth of my family to this staff. Thank you!

Dr. Wilshire and his team are the absolute best. From our initial consultation until the birth of our daughter his team was with us the entire way. To all the reviewers that say it only seemed like he cared about the money. That couldn’t be further from the truth. He stayed after hours to talk with us at no charge and was the cheapest reliable Ivf provider in the state. I can’t recommend him highly enough

Dr Willshire was very skilled but his bedside manner could be seen as a wee bit harsh. His nurse on the other hand was atrocious. Marni was rude and crude and as a 15+ year health care professional myself, she should not be speaking with patients in that manner. I have no doubt that this clinic can get you a baby but Id rather drive the 1.5 hours to go somewhere else.

I must say Dr. Wilshire and his team were the absolute best and I am so glad we used them for our journey! From the first visit to the last, you feel like an actual person and they care so much about you! They ask you personal questions to get to know you and I have never had a doctor or a team do that! We struggled with infertility for a year, met with Dr. Wilshire and his team and came up with a plan. We did an IUI and was successful on the first try! I am so grateful for choosing Dr. Wilshire to help us with our infertility. Seriously, the best decision we made!! He is incredibly knowledgeable and his staff is absolutely amazing! I never felt like another number like I did at OB clinics. On top of that, the GYNO/OB doctor’s that I had seen didn’t have the knowledge needed to help us with our reproductive issues. I felt confident with Dr. Wilshire and his team’s capabilities and knowledge the entire time. They made me feel cared for more than I’ve ever felt at a doctor’s office. Everyone there gave my husband and I the best treatment, even the awesome front desk ladies! I highly recommend them to anyone in need.

My first visit was today. The entire team was outstanding! I have to add that the past couple months have showed me how much Missouri Fertility cares for the people they help. Everyone has made me feel like family. They truly care here and help in every way they can!

Dr. Wilshire and all of his staff are very well trained and care deeply about their patients. They will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and help you with any questions that you may have. This is a field that has grown a lot over the years and has made it possible for many people to be able to have children when they had lost all hope. I recommend this team to everyone I know who has any trouble with infertility. Dreams are made here for everyone not just couples.. Sometimes it just takes taking the first step of seeing what options you have because many people do not even know how many there are!!!!

I am very impressed by the care Ive received from Dr. Wilshires office (as well as Boone Hospital Center which is where Dr. Wilshire performs all of his surgeries). I first went to Dr. Wilshire on March 14th of this year and by the end of March I had been diagnosed and treated and hopefully on my way to finally being able to start a family. So professional, no nonsense, and the staff as well as the nurses have all been great. I also enjoy that Missouri Fertility maintains an active social media presence. I am so appreciative and I would highly recommend Missouri Fertility to anybody and everybody who is seeking help with their fertility struggles!

Horrible professional, both the doctor and staff alike. After four years of struggling, I finally got pregnant naturally. Then I miscarried early and one of the nurses told me I “was pregnant for a minute”. Further, Dr. Wilshire treats you very poorly if you’re not the weight he views appropriate. He is really an awful individual and I would never recommend him or his practice.

First of many visits and he tells it straight. Absolutely love it. I needed the kick in the butt and Wilshire does that. They are quick on getting lab results back and finally, finally gave me a diagnosis that is the root of most of my fertility issues, etc... Just wonderful. Wilshires quirky, but stern and caring demeanor made us feel there was light at the end of the tunnel. Weve already turned a 180 in our health just one day after our first appointment to be able to carry a baby and live to see him or her grow. So excited to continue to change our lifestyle, get healthy, and have kiddos because we have a doctor who finally, truly, cares about our well-being and the well-being of our future children. Super kudos to the staff as well! Friendly faces first thing when you walk in the door. Needed it because my nerves were insane before our consult. Thanks for the realness, Doc!

My first and only visit was incredibly traumatizing. Dr. Wilshire put on a sad face when my husband was in the room, and before even looking at anything, told me that “because of my size, I likely have PCOS.” He didn’t care about the numerous pages of familial history I filled out, and concluded that if we wanted a baby, we’d need to do IUI, but only after I’d do their “wellness program” and lose so much % of my body weight.They told us we’d get lab results in three days—it took two weeks. Dr. Wilshire wanted to start me on thyroid meds…I was already on them—another indication he didn’t look into my medical history. They also did no tests to confirm a PCOS diagnosis (testosterone, etc) and my ovarian reserve is “normal” where someone with PCOS would not be.All in all, the appt was very much focused on my weight and not how I was health-wise outside of that. After upping my thyroid medication, my cycle stabilized, and I lost weight, but Wilshire didn’t care about that because it wasn’t to his “standard.” It was only about weight. I’ve heard from NUMEROUS people, even with success stories, that he has a terrible bedside manner, and they often left in tears.If you want your medical history to be thrown completely out the window, then I’d go here. Otherwise I’d explore other options.

Dr. Wiltshire saved me from having a complete hysterectomy. He’s just the best and gives you the best of care. His staff is amazing. You’re in great hands with Missouri Fertility.

Extremely disappointed in what this clinic has become! They helped me get pregnant with my daughter with iui in 2014, but since then, it’s become a revolving door that is more worried about money than the patient. We went back for another baby and Willshire refused to do a laparoscopic procedure for what he determined health issues. The clinic did absolutely no additional testing and went forward like it was 2014 all over again although it was 6 years later. We paid the painful $20k and went thru with IVF. When I miscarried with our second implanted embryo, Willshire gave me exactly 4 minutes of his time via zoom to tell me that I needed to find a younger brunette with blue eyes to fix my egg quality issue.

I was told everything was paid up front by a receptionist, I specifically asked if I would be getting bills in addition to my payments the very first appointment I had. Even after my payments that were made the day I got services done, here I am 3 months later, getting more bills. And if that wasnt enough, my first cycle went well, everything was normal, then the second month I get told it wont happen without surgery and then got practically kicked out of the doctors office... Its been almost 3 months, not once have I received a follow-up call to check on me, or schedule the surgery. Seems like they just want money. Very disappointed in this place.Just an update: gave my son a natural water birth on 03/26.... if I would have listened and got my tubes removed like they said... he wouldn’t be here today. Everything was completely normal my whole pregnancy...8/18- as a reply, I was a patient there, no confusion. I was seen under my married name (Jennifer Riggins) but have since been divorced.

Words cannot express how thankful my wife and I are to Dr. Wilshire and his entire team (nurses, admin, etc. etc). They were amazing, walking us through the entire IUI process--and since I needed some surgery, it was about a year long (we know we were lucky). We apologize it took so long for us to post this review, Dr. Wilshire and Team, we just were in such shock that were were so lucky to get pregnant. We just gave birth to our darling daughter this past Friday--thank you for helping us produce the most darling gift in the entire world.I cannot say enough good things about him and his nurses. The care is full of love and kindness, you can tell they are as dedicated to your goals as you are. Also, the prices are very reasonable! My only complaint was my wife and I lived in Branson and had to travel the 3.5 hours to see them--but we did it, often, due to the amazing-ness of him and his staff.Merry Christmas, Dr. Wilshire and team. We owe Missouri Fertility and Dr Wilshire the world. They have given us the best thing in the world. August 2021 we will be welcoming our son and we couldnt have gotten here without them. We won the IVF Gift of Family contest from Y107 and Missouri Fertility. They paid for everything for us basically. If it wasnt for them we wouldnt be starting our family.. The professionalism that they treated us with, and even treating us like family and making us feel 100% comfortable every step of the way. Answering any questions we have and sending us home with the ability to text or call with questions anytime day or night, We honestly couldnt have asked for a better team or Dr to make our dreams come true. Thank you Dr Wilshire. We cant wait to work with you in the future when we try for our 2nd round of IVF.

We worked with Dr. Wilshire and his team to get both our boys. I liked that there was no surprise costs. Scheduling was great. Nurses took calls/ questions timely. All were staff empathetic to mine and husbands needs.

Best team ever!Came back for baby number two...this time took longer, with an additional IUI cycle needed (4 in total), with some months having to skip due to a cyst that wanted to keep coming and going. But the team stuck with us, helping us all along the way. The last cycle was actually done the day the world shut down due to Covid, but they did the IUI anywat. Thank goodness as we got our baby girl!!! Thank you sooo much!!!The whole team is fantastic, from Dr. Wilshire himself (he is a straight shooter but we love that about him), Kim, Amanda, the office staff, etc etc. I recommend him to everyone, noting it is even worth it to visit him even if they are out of state.Thank you team!

Infertility is never easy, but the staff here encouraged hope with realistic expectations. After IUI did not work, we moved to IVF, which was successful! With our initial success and using banked embryos, we now have three children thanks to Dr. Wilshire and his team!

Dr. Wilshire and the whole team is amazing!! Tried for 5 years to get and stay pregnant, had two losses, Dr. Wilshire fixed what was broke and now I have a one year old and a baby due in July!! Highly recommend this practice!!

Having a family was always part of the plan. But after two years and a diagnosis of infertility, the plan started to look a little uncertain. Discouragement was started to rear its head when we were referred to Dr. Wilshire for a consultation.From the first meeting, we were put at ease. We had a clear grasp of the options, and the steps that lay before us. We chose to go through a TESA and IVF, and after a whirlwind of appointments, a few months (less than 6) after first meeting Dr. Wilshire, we went home with our twins, Palmer and Eleanor. There is no overstating the joy he and his exceptional staff have brought to our lives.

Unlike many others, I went to the clinic to seek assistance with pain from birth control, and was treated exceptionally well. The staff is very comforting and educated on a variety of womens health needs. Thank you!

Wilshire is the worst Dr I have ever seen, he only cares about your money not health.I hope I could save someone money and time by my comment. Definitely try somewhere else.

This place is terrible caused me a lot of emotional damage. The Dr. only want money and won’t even do lab work and try to scare you into doing surgery. PLEASE FIND ANOTH DOCTOR.. don’t waste your time.

Wilshire and all of his staff are compassionate, understanding and down right care for every patient they see.The past 8 months of our journey were the hardest parts. Wilshire never lost hope and made sure to keep us in those same goals. Kim, Kelsy, Victoria, and David know their craft and you can feel how much they hurt with you and how much they celebrate even your smalls wins.The clinic under went some staffing changes during my 2 years and the new staff is top notch and you can feel that things are going to be better than ever. We are so thankful for everyone in this clinic and can’t wait to bring our little baby back to meet everyone who helped make her possible.Highly recommend. Wilshire knows his stuff. I felt seen, heard, and most importantly cared for. Can’t wait to continue our journey under his care!
