Spectrum Health Care - Missouri

No longer good. These new employees don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve made 2 appointments with them before, one around September and the other around December 2022, only to try and turn me away in person claiming I’m not in the system with an appointment. I’ve decided to leave them in January of 2023 to a more professional care. I do miss the old crew. They were really good and professional. If they come back, I’ll be back.

This is supposed to be a Medical Case Management agency. Theyre so quick to kick their clients to the curb. This was my only link to get my medicine at a subsidized price. I only had 1 case manager who didnt make my problems something personal.This was the best decision! Im thriving now.

Absolutely love them! From the awesome receptionist Debbie to Dr Lola-Everyone is great here! I’m thankful that I found you guys! (Also,its by FAR the most Beautiful doctor’s off I have EVER seen. Truly marvelous architecture. )

Very helpful health management facility. The staff is very helpful. One of the few places where i feel safe and comfortable. The practitioner nurse Lola and her assistants made me feel like a family. They answer all my questions no matter how stupid they are.. i am happy to be connected with Specturm.

I couldnt get a hold of them no matter what route I took. There are better/at least responsive clinics in the area. I wouldnt waste a couple days trying to reach these folks as I did. Hope I saved you some time.

Their after dark option for HIV & STD testing is not only convenient.. its also free! They offer treatment options of needed and counseling if there is a positive diagnosis. These guys are offering a much needed service in a laid back environment.

Spectrum health saved my life, they checked every aspect my health, & alerted me of My high blood pressure. Staff is very professional.

Made an appointment at 3.15 ironically they told me to come at 5.30 when I got there
