Dr Stacey Thomas

Dr. Thomas is so wonderful compared to my first pregnancy experience. She takes time to explain everything and is very specific with her timing of test. She answers all of my questions and more. Unlike other doctors I feel like she reviews my records and takes all information in before making decisions. I feel heard and its not just about my weight. I know I am in great hands.

Dr. Thomas is FANTASTIC. The only reason for 3 stars is the office in Las Colinas is HORRIBLE. Her 5 stars and their 0 stars = 3 stars. Dr. Thomas takes time with her patients and answers questions, but her staff books her every 10-15 min, so the wait is FOREVER. They need to do a better job of scheduling Dr. Thomas rather than forcing patients to wait over an hour to see their doctor then take it out on her for their mistakes. Again, DR THOMAS IS FANTASTIC, but the Las Colinas office is terrible. We will only be going to the MacArthur office from now on, but Dr. Thomas is definitely a great care provider.

Had my very first appointment with Dr. Thomas Monday since my former OBGYN (Dr. Forney) relocated to another city and so far she has been very respectful, kind and courteous to my husband and I. I have been going to this OBGYN since I moved to Texas in 2019 and have not had any complaints. This is my husband and I 4th pregnancy and we are very happy.

Dr. Thomas is an excellent doctor. She did my C-section for my first child where my delivery got complicated after 32 hours of labor trying for normal. It was very quick and clean operation. My son was born safely because of her. She always makes quick meetings for regular prenatal checkups. For me thats totally fine because she will tell you exactly what is there. She is honest and doesnt take much of your time. Overall I had a very good experience with Dr. Thomas. I was also consulting her for my second child but due to unavoidable situation I had to move out of state. Otherwise I would have definitely preferred her for my second child delivery as well.

I had to have a procedure done with Dr. Thomas. It required anesthesia and was honestly easier than a dental appointment. Dr. Thomas is wonderful. Shes extremely thorough and always provides clear explanations. As a person who always has a lot of questions I appreciate her willingness to provide clear explanations and answer all my questions. I’m really thankful to have found her and truly feel confident being under her care. She’s super easy to speak to and is always kind..

If I can give 0 stars I would. She started off good, but she seems to not be interested in any concerns I tell her. One of my concerns was my job require for me to do a lot of lifting I told could I get a doctors note for my job she ask me well there no one around that could help you lift ....which turn me off so bad because nobody is obligated to help me or sometimes you cant depend on no one to help you at work its not their job to do that she gave me doctor saying I cant pick up no more than 50lbs but it was no need for the doctors note because we dont lift over 50 lbs. anyways which was so USELESS and not helpful at all. Also, she was very unaware of my test results and also my partner test results like her, and her team do not communicate well. she also rushes through all appointments like she really doesnt want to be there. I didnt have the best experience and this my first pregnancy.

The waiting time to see Dr.Thomas is sometimes long but nonetheless she is a wonderful doctor! I was referred to her through my sister and I love how she is so attentive to your concerns and making your delivery as easy as possible. The front desk staff at the clinic is amazing and always so friendly. Could not be happier with choosing them to assist me during my pregnancy!

After being dismissed and having my two children Im going on my third here I would not recommend this specific doctor all the comments are accurate before she dismissed me I was already going to change providers because of the exact same rsason. Now because of HER I have to look for a new provider outside the clinic which is extremely hard at now 20wks but she knew what she was doing. The staff Is great Ive only had ONE ISSUE OVER THE PHONE which lead to me being dismissed which was HER DECISION but Im not here to rant Im here to advice this medical facility is perfect shes just not the caring provider youd expect. Any provider but her and this place is def recommended 100% !!

Horrible, thanks to this doctor or her malicious staff my wife was dismissed from the practice, lol somehow after 19 visits and a successful delivery they said we were dismissed from the practice after we tried to go back to Macarthur OBGYN for her second pregnancy. The only explanation as to why was a letter they claimed to have mailed us. The letter was shortly after my wife delivered our first babey and since this practice has many doctors in it we thought nothing of it at first.The problem is this practice has almost the first 3 pages of providers listed in it and is what’s covered in our health insurance and is in our drivable distance. So now because of this malicious behavior from a broken system we found out we can’t be seen by the whole practice or it’s associates. After looking for other providers close enough to our area with no success, we decided to change insurance plans to have access to providers that don’t accept our original plan. This takes a lot of time and patience and has caused us mental anguish and now my wife is 5 months along in her second pregnancy and only been to one doctor visit 45 min away!! So thanks a lot for holding up your oath is alI I can say and my review is only the start. Trust me when I say that at the very least I’m going to expose this broken system if not more!!

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Thomas twice ( during very important times). 2 weeks before the c-section of my wife, she transferred the c-section appointment to another doctor stating that she had very important appointment during that time. For her, her patient’s c-section is not that important. Again at 2 week post partum checkup, we get a call from her office at the last moment and they say she has another important appointment and asked us to reschedule after a month. This is how she takes care of her patients and she doesn’t even have courtesy to check how she is doing when she didn’t see her during important times. She reschedules appointments at the last moment very frequently.Very very unhappy with her service.

Dr Thomas is extremely thorough and because of her attention to detail & cautious care she delivered my baby early 3 weeks early. Also due to her after care she caught my severe post-partum preeclampsia and likely saved my life. She also performed my surgery a few months after my delivery to remove a cyst that she located during my pregnancy which she was able to safely remove as well.

I have had really bad experience with this doctor office I had an appointment that I have been waiting for a year and a half. But they cancel on me twice 10 mins before my appointment. And then they would give me another appointment that is a month or three months away. I do understand emergency comes but they should really focus on how they can manage to get and patients who have been waiting for so long and then they canceled on them last minute. I would not recommend anyone waiting to get to see this doctor.I am not sure how good of a doctor she is but if she is so hard to get an appointment with I’d rather switch to a different doctor.

This was my first visit to a new gyn and I was pretty nervous, but Dr Thomas was wonderful, she was very professional and informative and you can tell she truly cares for her patients she took her time and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed before I left. Everyone on staff there as well were so sweet and polite to me and made my fell welcomed actually more so they treated me like family. Nicole one of the beautiful ladies at the front helped me get all taken care of once my visit was done. I would definitely recommend MacArthur OB/GYN ask for Dr Stacey Thomas🥰

With my first son I had Dr. Forney & she was awesome but unfortunately doesn’t work there anymore but for this pregnancy I have Dr Thomas & She is THE BESTTT❤️!! definitely love her & how comfortable she makes me feel & she also makes it easy to have conversations! Highly recommend

I’m reposting this cause it’s true!!! Instead of her making sure my baby was good and I was good she asked me if I wanted to switch doctors instead like what???The worst doctor ever. She is rude mean and very arrogant. She is more concerned about herself than the patient. She acts like she mad at you for coming to see her.

Had an appointment for family planning on 12/8/2021 at 10am. They told me to come in 30 mins early I arrived at 9:15. There is a different location on google map so I showed the medical receptionist dr staceys photo and location to make sure I am at the right place. With an attitude she goes YES that is OUR doctor. I continue to wait and it has been 10:30 patients before me are taken in. I ask the receptionist how long would it take. She tells me since I am a whole hour early others that have appointments before me will go first. So you want people to come in half an hour before for the appointment but have them waiting an hour and half to be taken in?!. As I was waiting the staff was giving an attitude to every other person that walked it. There were other things I saw that made me regret not leaving (letting people know their appointment is canceled AFTER they walked into the clinic).They took me in the room at 10:50 am after giving a urine sample to check if I was pregnant. Which was negative. Made me wait another 10-15 mins. I am a type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump. My a1c has been under 6.0 for the past year I made sure of it before I could get pregnant. First thing the doctor does is hands me a paper with all the risk of pregestational diabetes. In that half an hour conversation she only talked about the risk of getting pregnant with diabetes. Not once did she say As long as everything is in control you will be able to have a healthy baby I told her I had been having cramps and showed a slight positive at home. She told me it could still be early. No other test were taken. I was hopeful at first but by the end of the visit I was scared to ever have a baby. I went home and had the worst cramps with pink discharge. Contacted my PCP who told me it could be implantation or a chemical pregnancy that doesnt show up on a test. Looked into another gynecologists right away.

They canceled on me for an important procedure on the way to their office twice. Im finding a new OBGYN, unfortunate, because I liked this Dr a lot. Once they did that twice to me though, especially while already on my way to the appointment, that was my last straw. Maybe they need better time management skills.

Best experience I got from Dr Stacey Thomas she was very helpful and positive throughout my pregnancy journey. Me being FTM I had no clue about the pregnancy she helped me with all details and was upfront in providing all information. I would definitely recommend her to my frnds and family.Thank you Dr Thomas.

Dr. Stacey is really blessed, she helped me deliver my two beautiful kids. She remembers each of her patients and their experiences very precise. I respect and admire her dedication to her job.

I recently moved to Texas & was so nervous about finding a new doc. From the moment I walked in the staff was so friendly. Dr. Thomas was so friendly & explained everything. So grateful to have found these amazing women!

I switched to Dr. Thomas a couple of years ago, she’s definitely the best doctor I’ve had. She is straight to the point so my time isn’t wasted, but also thorough enough that all of my questions are answered. I live in Mesquite and drive to Irving because I like her service.

Not sure what to say but she is not the same Doctor we had before 2 years she was very nice and provide good advices and feedback.Now only Misleading information and she doesnt provide or explain as she used to do.Not recommended at all

She is an amazing doctor for whom your health is utmost important. She litsens to all queries really patiently and explains everything in the best possible way till the time you are convinced. Thanks doc!!

I am done with this office. How many times do I have to request a call back so that I can plan for a procedure that I need? This is not hard.

Dr. Thomas is a kind and friendly doctor, I changed 3 times my doctor finally find her she is the best

Dr. Stacy is very good but the reception is useless when you call they dont answer they keep you waiting for a long time and then the call is cut offCall to make an appointment and they dont respond, very bad service
