I had the most wonderful consultation session with Dr. Green. She is SO very sweet, genuine, and I could feel how much she genuinely cares. To say she took her time is an understatement. We spoke about every single thought and concern I had, and she explained things fully. The front desk admin that checked me in was also very sweet and friendly, same with the financial advisor (Celeste). Celeste followed up quickly when I had a billing question, and even called my insurance to help me in the process. Thank you all!!

I’m happy to share that I’ve had a truly remarkable experience with The Fertility Center of the Carolinas. From the beginning to the end of every visit, all staff have been friendly, professional, understanding and kind. I appreciate that they remember me and find many small ways to show that they genuinely care. It has been easy to get an appointment whenever I’ve needed one and I’ve never felt rushed or pressured about anything. I can’t explain how lucky I feel to have been under the care of Dr. Lisa Green and Nurse Gina. They have both gone above and beyond the call of duty for me and come with my highest recommendation. If you are fortunate enough to become a patient here, you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Miller is phenomenal. He and his nurse went above and beyond to give exceptional care even through my first trimester with twins. I was treated with kindness and respect from everyone who works here.

I have had a wonderful experience at FCoC. I have found all of the staff there to be helpful and courteous. Dr. Lessey explains everything in great detail and encourages me to ask more questions. I have never felt rushed or pressured into anything, unlike my experience with a different fertility specialist. They are always on time and have treated me and my husband with great respect. Well worth the drive from Asheville to Greenville.

I feel quality of treatment could have been better on so many levels. I felt like I was taking my journey more serious than they were. Not happy. Only gave two stars because at least at times they made me feel like they were taking me serious. I dont want to be too detailed because I wouldnt want to spoil anyone elses experience. I feel like Ive wasted 9 months.

Deeply unhappy with the service provided by Dr. Miller. Underwent one cycle of IVF because he assured us that our chances were good despite several challenges we faced. He did not mention that their success rate with my age group was 0% or that the national average is low. He remained positive that everything would be great the whole time and failed to communicate how low our chances actually were. If he had done so, we wouldnt have gone through with the cycle and lost thousands of dollars in the process. Consistently, he was positive about things, but never gave us enough information to make an actual informed decision on the actual success or failure of the process. The fact that he had the gall to ask us when we were going to start our next cycle after he did such a terrible job from start to finish was absolutely devastating to us with no recourse for recompense.

We always have the best experience when our intended parents and surrogates choose Fertility Center of the Carolinas. Excellent office staff, friendly nurses, and knowledgeable doctors.

Had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Lisa Green on yesterday. Shes fabulous to say the least. I felt like I had known her forever!
