I heard about Arlene when a group of us were gifting a massage as a bridal shower gift for the bride-to-be. As I spoke with Arlene about the best way to gift the bride I was very impressed with Arlene’s professionalism and customer service. Soon after I booked a massage for myself.I’d had many before at places around Columbia so I assumed it would be like that. I was wrong. I realized that I hadn’t had a REAL massage at all. Arlene was patient, asked questions, made suggestions and WORKED to get out the kinks out. She never makes me feel rushed or like I’m just another person laying on a table. I’m a traveling sales person who spends 8-10 hours in the car a day. I needed help in my shoulders, my back and my hips. It would take too long to describe but between the rocks, cups, stretches and massage I walk out feeling like a new person every time.The last thing I will say is that I always looked at a massage as a luxury and a treat. I’m starting to understand that it is a necessity for a healthy long life (for me). I wrote this long review for people who are like me and need details. She deserves 10 stars IMO.

I moved my daughter to Columbia and was in desperate need of a massage after 3 days of driving a 16ft truck! My MT at home found Arlene for me and I am so glad she did! Arlene was professional and kind and got me in as soon as she could. She asked questions about what I liked and didnt like and helped me feel so much better. Everything about the appointment made me feel comfortable and welcome and now I have a MT when I visit my daughter. I highly recommend Arlene! She is gifted!
