Dr. Osheroff in the Columbia MD office was amazing to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and warm. He communicated with us clearly and followed up frequently with phone calls. I cannot say enough positive things about him. Highly recommend for any fertility treatments.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Very rude, very discriminatory, grotesquely ridiculous. I’ll be writing the franchise ownership simply because as someone with PCOS….who has indeed had it for a decade and understands thoroughly all of the medical jargon of my condition, my endocrinologist and my gynecologist simply sent me there for blood work that they could not order. To test my AMH, and to get a general work up of my hormones for our planning purposes for the out years. What I essentially received in a nutshell is I was “too fat” to be getting pregnant. No one and I do mean no has ever interacted with me as poorly as this individual. As a medical professional who has spent over a decade in his profession, he is fully aware that no one is too fat to have a blood draw or an ultra sound of their ovaries for any level of follicle assessment for the present state. He’s also excessively aware that drastic Weight-loss although helpful, can also over work the endocrine system and nervous system into infertility which is something that my medical team wanted a work up to be certain of which type of bariatric procedure….if any would be the first option considering the natural Weight-loss journey I was on. However, I did not get to have this discussion. I’m also certain that he is aware that while the average woman goes through menopause at age 51, women with PCOS may experience that sooner than later. I didn’t come for an assessment of size or truly to begin getting pregnant. This was a stepping stone for my health team to fine tune my journey. Lastly, if fertility was solely dependent on weight, there wouldn’t be an extensive amount of seemingly fit or slim women with infertility issues. So the lack of regard or emphasis on hormonal implications over merely discussing weight is amazingly dangerous to push above someone not having the correct hormonal balance to conceive. Yet, the judgement and despicable display of patient customer service was e what championed those visit. As an individual with a following spanning over 75,000 men & women who I allow you witness my road to health and fertility….this was a tragic display of failed answers and I’ll be sure that everyone I speak to is aware of how ridiculous this appointment went. In the future, instead of operating outside of your professional certification to advise on areas that no one requested due to being educated in their health walk, it would be a more appropriate idea to just listen and bare minimum run bloodwork. Fortunately for me, I found a facility that will at least give me the baseline of my today at 36 so I can work towards optimal conditions by 38. I rarely write reviews, but this was by far the worst medical experience I’ve had in my life.

After years of trying on our own with no luck and having whats called unexplained 2nd baby infertility, I went to see Dr. Osheroff and nurse Kim Blackwell. From the beginning Dr. Osheroff had high hopes for me, even when I didnt. Dr. Osheroff is very knowledgeable and nurse Kim Blackwell walked me through every step of the process. The office is very busy but I will take busy, as it means they know what they are doing. Be patient, as the infertility is frustrating and emotionally draining and can be financially draining. I am happy to report I am 26 weeks pregnant through IVF after 6 years of trying for my second baby. Thank you Dr. Osheroff and the team at Shady Grove Fertility!

We trying from last 2 years from same, facility but all three times it’s was negative. We followed each and every instructions, whatever test they told us we did, but all three times it was unsuccessful. Every time we asked them they have no answers for unsuccessful. It’s kinda frustrating and time consuming. We wasted our time and finances.
