Excellent experience start to finish. Tracy Bell the nurse practitioner was awesome and very informative. I scheduled delayed follow on wellness checks after her thoughtful insights and shares. Loved the front office warm greeting and feminine decor plus the seamless lab work process. This is my new obgyn care team. So happy.

Best medical experience I’ve had. Very professional, considerate, and friendly staff. Rooms and lobby area was clean and comfortable. Decor choice very nice and pretty too. Doctor Tia took the time to read my medical notes and referenced them in our conversation and interaction- clearly she cares, and is very kind. She helped answer my questions, and was very professional and gentle with my exams and procedures. First Pap smear and pelvic exam ever, and it went great with no pain, despite all the horror stories I’ve heard women experience at other doctor offices. Highly recommend this place!!

Going to the OB/GYN at VM is a whole experience. The front desk and atmosphere were very pleasant and calming, very spa-like, and my appointment with Dr. Tia was awesome. I felt heard and that my concerns were being addressed. Usually, I leave the OB/GYN feeling uncertain and with many questions, but Dr. Tia was thorough and answered all my questions clearly.Weird to say, but Im actually looking forward to my follow-up appointment at the OB/GYN.

The office is beautiful. The staff is so friendly and caring! I would recommend to all my friends. They also have other services, like V-peels, etc. And you get credit everytime you visit. Absolutely loved the experience, from checking in, seeing the PA, and checking out.

Visionary Health was recommended by a colleague. I am so thankful I made the appointment. Location was easy to find, plenty of parking and the office has a very inviting decor. Upon entering the office I was immediately greeted by the staff. Both were friendly and very helpful as this was my first visit and I wasn’t familiar with the check-in process. I didn’t have a long wait. The examination room was clean and organized and roomy. I was given concise instruction to prepare for consultation/examine that was easy to follow. I absolutely love the bell that you ring to alert Dr’s you are ready. Today I saw Dr. Tia McCray, DNP WHNP. She was fabulous. I felt so at ease with her. It was obvious she took the time to read the medical information I provided, something many Physicians often don’t do. She was very thorough in discussing my medical history. She made me feel comfortable before, during and after the examine, explaining each step before she performed it. I am very happy with my visit and look forward to forging a new partnership with Dr. Tia McCray and the Visionary Women’s Health practice.

I hadn’t been to an OB/GYN in many years. I’m a mature woman and didn’t know when or if I still needed to check on my lady parts☺️. This was the best experience I have ever had at a doctor’s appointment. The staff, the environment, the nurse practitioner was the absolute best. I highly recommend this practice and I will personally recommend any friend seeking this type of medical specialist.

The experience is amazing! Dr. Geuy has a bed side manner that puts you at ease. She answers all of your questions and your visit never feels rushed. The office is beautifully outfitted and exudes relaxation immediately upon entry to the suite as well as the exam rooms. Visionary also offers competitively priced medi-spa services which I think is a bonus.

My wife was referred here and it made her issues worse, which happens, but the frustrating and appalling part is how hard it is to get a hold of the doctor. She tried and after a week of calling, writing in the portal, etc, the doctor finally called back. Now another month in, with issues persisting, she cant get a hold of the doctor once again. They are sadly either overwhelmed with patients with no time to reply, or their communication is really poor. Beyond frustrating when their medical guidance is causing more issues than before and then its incredibly hard to get in contact with the doctor.Edit: After talking with a friend who also works in healthcare, I decided to edit the review to give this provider the benefit of the doubt as they likely are very overwhelmed and busy. I understand we might not get a prompt response as a result, so while this is not ideal for us as the patient, it seems like Healthcare is also overwhelmed. My wife did call several times originally and the lady who answered kept reassuring her shed get a call back quickly, but it does take several days and attempts through different messaging systems to get a hold of the doctor.

Dr. Gaye-Weinstein and her amazing staff made a profound impact on my life from my first encounter with their office. From the first hello Ms. Shannon was both very congenial and amicable. Dr. Gaye-Weinstein and her expertise made a life-changing impact because the treatment for my face was very successful.I would highly recommend Visionary Womens Health to everyone who is reading my sincere and happy review.God bless and thank you!

Friendly staff and very clean. The place smells amazing in every room that you walk in. Dr. McCray is the best and I would follow her anywhere. Definitely worth the hour drive. She is kind, caring, and takes the time to answer any questions that I have. This is not rare these days. Most doctors have you waiting for 45 minutes to an hour, then exam you and rush out to the next patient because they are running behind, but not Dr. McCray. My wait time was less than 20 minutes and that was awesome. I dont think that I can ask for anything more!

Finally!!!! I have found the provider for me!!!! Upon entering Shannon was very kind. Tia-NP, who did my assessment and exam, was so kind, caring, warm, personable and professional! Beautiful inside and out!! Being a healthcare provider myself, I was soooo encouraged to encounter a provider who represents our profession in such a kind, caring manner!!!! By the way, my total experience there was nothing less than stellar!!!!! Not only were the staff I encountered a joy, I found the decor of the practice to be very “pretty” from the beautiful lighting above the desk, the lovely pillows in the seats in the waiting area to the pink chairs in the exam rooms with the elegant presentation of the pink paper gowns provided on pink “velvet” hangers!!!! To say the least, my visit was nothing short of amazing!!!! Thank you Dr. Gueye and Tia for providing such an amazing establishment and service for women!!!!

I had my first appointment today and was thoroughly pleased with the level of professionalism but also how well taken care of I felt. I have seen other doctors with various concerns & have been dismissed with no further treatment plan or testing. During my first appointment, Dr. McCray has already given me a detailed treatment plan & various follow ups for further screenings to address my concerns. I actually felt like the doctor cared about me as a person & not rushing me out the door. Her bedside manner is the best I’ve experienced, extremely gentle and communicates the whole time. Very excited to have found this practice & don’t plan on leaving any time soon.

I had one of my only normal blood pressures at Visionary for my yearly Well Woman exam. I usually have (fear of doctor visits) hypertension but the atmosphere was so very peaceful and everyone was caring. My questions were answered and I came away with good information.

I was scheduled for a telehealth visit today. I never had my televisit. Initially, my appointment was for 1:15pm and the visit was cancelled via the link without my knowledge. Next, I finally reached someone and was told it was moved to 1:45pm. I was faxed a form that needed my signature. I sent it back immediately. I signed in to the link at 1:30pm, no one shoed up. i waited for an half hour. Mine you, Im on my lunch break. No show, no call. I left several messages, no one has returned my call. This was unprofessional and a waste of my time at work...I hope others have better luck than me. I was referred by my co-worker whose upset as well...I work in healthcare and have been for 40 years and I could be wrong but I feel it was because of my insurance. I was okay to pay if my insurance didnt pay, did not get that option. Things happen for a reason, Ill leave it at that!

When I walked in first thing that got my attention was the smell. The office smelled amazing! Secondly the aesthetics of the office was very pleasing to my eyes. The office staff were pleasant and helpful. The Nurse Practitioner was AWESOME! I was a new patient but clearly she read my file b4 entering my room, which was very impressive. She was informed and knowledgeable. Made me feel very at ease. She also has the hands and touch of an Angel. I am totally sold! I will have my daughter be seen here as well. Kudos!!!!

I have only positive comments to say about Dr. Gueye. She truly cares about her patients and treats them with respect. In addition, Dr. Gueye provides thorough and helpful answers to questions. Moreover, she is knowledgeable regarding Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and how it impacts those persons also afflicted with gynecological issues. Last but certainly not least, Dr. Gueye’s staff is very professional and personable.

Attentive care, clean spaces, calming atmosphere! this is not my normal experience in an OBGYN office and it was a welcome shift!

The office was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I was able to get an appointment super fast, I scheduled my appointment online literally the week before. I saw Tia who was amazing very friendly and gentle. She took the time to answer all my questions and explain things in detail. The appointment was fast but I never felt rushed. Dr. Gueye’s attention and care for me has changed my life. I was dealing with many issues for years and none of my previous GYN’s successfully diagnosed me. During my first virtual visit, Dr. Gueye was able to call out my diagnosis and we were able to begin treatment. I have never felt so cared for and heard as a patient. I’m addition to this, the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Every interaction that I have had has been so pleasant. I am so grateful that I made my way to this practice.

I went to this doctor by looking at all the amazing google reviews but didn’t really help my case. Dr. Weinstein is a good doctor and takes time to listen to all your concerns however she prescribed unnecessary expensive tests, just brushed over my lab results and instead of addressing the root cause in a comprehensive manner, I just got pain killers and birth control prescribed that didn’t really help my case. I have never been to a doctor as attentive, knowledgeable, and down to earth as Dr. Gueye-Weinstein. The office is beautiful and really gives a sense of calmness (from motivational quotes to artwork, there is attention to detail throughout). The doctor is patient and takes an approach that considers all of my health needs (physical, mental, emotional needs, etc.). I asked all of my questions and didn’t feel rushed. She also offered several options to me, not just one. As a Black woman, I feel fortunate to have found a medical practice that understands my unique health needs. I highly recommend!

I loved the office and the vibe. The doctor listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I ended up needing a referral, but they told me they would handle all of the paperwork and test result transfers to the referred office.Once I did all I needed to do, they stopped answering the phone and returning messages. I couldnt get a return call, the imaging center couldnt get an answer or return call, and neither could the referred doctors office. I had to do everything they assured me they would do and relay verbally everything the doctor at Visionary had told me to my surgeon.Super dissapointed, they made a great first impression.

I was charged $20 today for a visit that did not happen - left a vm today for clarification since my last visit was months ago and Ive always paid at the office. Their billing practices are confusing. Ive never met the doctor, only office staff and nurses. Theyre nice but it seems more like a fancy medspa than an obgyn office and I will be finding another practice where I can get a consistent doctor to look after my health. Their services are a little more expensive as well compared to other streamlined medical centers but that might be for the boutique office experience. Other than the weird charge I received today the experience has been okay which is why I give it 3 stars.

I LOVE Dr. Gueye and her staff. They have always treated me with kindness and compassion. I have a lot of anxiety around doctors and pelvic exams in particular. Ive had previous experiences at other practices where I felt embarrassed/judged because of this. The providers here are empathetic and take the time to describe what is happening, what sensations you might feel, etc. They have never made me feel bad about myself for having a problem. I feel very safe when I visit the practice.

I really thought I found the right doctor for my issues but it turned out I was completely wrong. She has good bedside manners. However her choices for treatment are not good at all.I was Prescribed Junel birth control which I informed her that I was concerned about the side effects that I read about but she insisted that it was a good option for me. I went along with her judgement and it went down hill from there. I started losing my hair, my mood was up and down, and my hormonal levels were severely elevated.Then she but me on a different pill called Slynd and now I’ve developed acne which I’ve always had clear skin so I am extremely upset. I took the chance at trusting someone with my health for things to get worse. Then i needed a ultrasound for my breast because I was experiencing pain and she wanted me to be seen first before providing me with a order. Even though she’s been following my care and I was suppose to get one every 6 months. I had to email my PCP for the order and had no issue. I will not be returning.

I felt safe and comfortable coming here. The staff is professional and knowledgeable, and Dr. Gueye went the extra mile answering questions and providing me with solutions for my health needs. Even the exam room had socks and a place for shoes, really organized and inviting. Shannon, the office manager, made sure I had the forms completed so my visit would be smooth, and even followed up after the exam to let me know about other products I could purchase right there for my feminine needs. Would recommend if you have been looking for a new office to visit!

If there were more stars to give I would add to this. This was top class. First you have Shannon at the front with a hospitality to die for. Then you have the environnement... so beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. Don’t get me started at their level of organization! And the best for last Dr. Gueye!!!!! The way she is thorough, kind professional and just knows her job to the finger tips I had to ask her for top tier primary care like her. Trust me I am very critical about doctors because my health is paramount but I couldn’t stop talking about my visit to Dr Gueye. I have already sent 3 people and they say the same thing!!!! Very unhappy!!! I made an appointment with Dr. Gueye-Weinstein, who I found on Zoc Doc and selected through comparative research. Every appt confirmation I received named my appointment with Dr. Gueye-Weinstein, and I spoke directly with their office about the appointment in detail, as I had questions. I came to the appointment to find out my appointment was not with Dr. Gueye-Weinstein, but with someone else, I didn’t agree to see, nor was I asked if I was willing to. I was told if I wanted to see Dr. Gueye-Weinstein, I needed to have a “concierge membership.” Bait and switch all day long. I cannot speak to the care they provide, but transparency and my agreement with which provider I see, is not optional for me. I was MISLED and my time was wasted. Not okay!

After visiting an inattentive gyno, I definitely made sure I did my research before trusting another with my lady bits. Both Dr. Gueye and her staff were prompt, welcoming, attentive, thorough and detailed. The space is very professional, they foster an environment where you can feel comfortable telling them any and everything (even the things you may want to forget about yourself!) I visited under a not so pleasing circumstance (that time of the month) and although I may have felt a little weird about it, they were comfortable and comforted me. Terrible! No single results.I paid over $1500 for a package of micro needling and lasers, first two treatments were by the doctor, third was by a new esthetician they employed with no results, probably because there was no progress been made. Dr Gueye has filtered photos on her Instagram to show results which are all falseWhy are we paying so much with no expected results and money back guarantee? They only get one star for the hospitality! The doctor doesn’t care about your needs only to make money! I regret coming here!

Many doctors are dismissive of the symptoms women have when going through menopause, however Dr Gueye actively listened to my concerns and was able to provide some options. She is very knowledgeable. She explains things well and genuinely cares about her patients. A few weeks after my first visit with her she performed a procedure that I needed and all went well. I am so glad she is my new gyn.

My visit with Dr. Gueye was a wonderful experience! She and he assistant Shannon were so patient and gentle. Dr. Gueye took the time to answer all of my questions (and I had many!) and she talked me through all steps of the procedure so there were not surprises. Their office has extra little touches that make it such a nice place to be: calming videos and music, huminifier/essential oil diffisuer, and socks so the stirrups arent so cold. I decided to keep Dr. Gueye as my GYN even though I live 20 miles from her office!

I would follow Dr. Gueye anywhere! She is absolutely amazing! Her assistant Shannon is such a sweet and respectful women. Their office atmosphere is tranquil and welcoming.Ive seen Dr. Gueye for quite some time and every visit Ive been very pleased. She takes her time and relates to me as a patient. I took my 15 year old daughter for her 1st OBGYN appt., Dr. Gueye was a great listener and made my daughter feel very comfortable.I highly recommend her without hesitation!

I had a great experience with Dr. Gueye, Shannon, and Kim. I recently relocated, and in 20 years of seeing one have never been enthused about my gynecologist - until now!!.I am so grateful to have found this office - everyone was wonderful, quite professional, and caring. Bedside manner goes a long way, and Dr. Gueye has completely spoiled me! Going for a Pap smear is not high on my list of “things I enjoy doing,” but the ambiance of the office is calming and visually pleasing - never mind how great Dr. Gueye and her staff are!! Highly recommend!

An amazing place! I was having trouble finding a new OBGYN and after calling around to many offices in the area, this was THE easiest place to schedule an appointment quickly! The staff was so personable, and got me in to be seen right away both with scheduling an appointment and on the day of the appointment! Dr. Gueye was kind, attentive, and answered all my questions honestly and earnestly. I felt very comfortable in her care. I highly recommend Visionary Women’s Health!

Fantastic! Dr. Gueye was prompt, seeing me as timely as I was scheduled. Very kind, & considerate while being professional and not aloof.She took her time and ask many times if I had any questions. She was genuine, definitely the real deal. I’m 61yrs young, so I’ve seen a Doc or two in my years. She was truly a breath of fresh air.

I went to this office for the first time today and it was a nice experience. It is a very clean and organized office. The receptionist/assistant was pleasant (which is rare). Dr. Gueye-Weinstein is attentive and an active listener. The issue I had with previous OB/GYNs is that many of them seem to only be interested in obstetrics and serving pregnant women. I couldnt find anyone that just focused on gynecology so its truly a breath of fresh air to find a OB/GYN that is well rounded with a good bed side manner to all women. Ive only been here once so this review is based off of my initial experience.

This by far the best experience Ive had EVER with an OBGYN office! From the receptionist to Dr. Amy everyone is very welcoming and makes you feel safe especially for an African American woman ‼️‼️‼️

Look no further, go ahead and book an appointment at Visionary Women’s Health! I left the office feeling heard and hopeful about the future of my health. I have gone from doctor to doctor trying to get help for years .It is difficult to find a doctor as attentive, dynamic ,helpful and kind as Dr. Gueye. The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable, (contrary to my previous experiences in the area). Within a couple weeks, I have received the guidance I have been searching for for years. Changed to concierge service only unless you are on Medicaid. Membership to be seen is $750 a year. For those of us who have no issues other than going for preventative medicine, not worth it. Half the time I’d be paying for a year of membership for no reason or visit.Sure, it’s their choice to switch to this format; it’s my choice not to go there anymore (or that they won’t see me there anymore since I can’t afford to and refuse to pay $750 on top of everything I already pay for health insurance and they only take income & housing payments into consideration for hardship). I can’t afford to pay out of pocket for any surprise labs or diagnostics either. But my rating is based on my opinion/feelings and I’m just reporting why I am not going to go there anymore. It’s a shame, I did like this office and staff.

I had a great experience at Visionary Womens Health. Dr. Amy was extremely pleasant and made me feel at ease. Her expertise in womens health also gave me a sense of peace to let me know i am in good hand. Highly recommend her for all women!! She is amazing.

Very dissatisfied. I was a new patient & booked my appointment for this past Saturday. While booking the appointment I asked the front desk women if they accept my insurance, She said they did not accept my MCO but do accept medicaid so I could still be seen. That’s all that was said billing wise. I was instructed to follow a link that was sent to me to fill out all of the new patient forms before arriving, which was fine and I completed. When I arrived I was told there was another form I needed to fill out? Which I thought everything was already filled out and taking care of online? But no. I had to write down my card information on a piece of paper and give them authorization to charge my card any amount at anytime if there was any issues with insurance in order to be seen. Which I’m not comfortable with especially because I have medicaid. I personally have never been to a doctor where I had to put my card info on file. Of course because I didn’t want to give them my card info I couldn’t be seen. So I made a 30 min drive for no reason. This all could of been avoided if this was said on the phone at the time of booking the appointment in the first place, or even if the form was included with the other forms that was sent before arriving. This is definitely something I feel should be brought up to a new patients attention before they arrive for an appointment and waste their time. When I was addressing my concerns about it to the women at the front desk she was very rude about it. Had no care about my time being wasted, not apologetic at all.. basically just brushed me off.

I had an appointment today at 4PM. I arrived at 4:07 and was told I would need to reschedule my appointment because I didn’t arrive 15 mins early to fill out my paper work. I had already filled out all the paperwork digitally via email when I scheduled the appointment, but apparently their system changed and now it would all have to be done manually. Which is not my fault. You don’t tell a patient when they arrive sorry we can’t see you because of a 7 min delay when it’s pouring rain outside and when your system fails and now you need things done with paper. Consent forms would have not taken me an hour to fill out. I made specific arrangements at work to leave early for this appointment. The secretary in the front could have called and said don’t come in, not just send me home when I’m already there and the entire office was fully empty . Not 1 patient waiting.I walked out and told her I would find a new doctor because this was not how I wanted to start the relationship with a new doctor. She rolled her eyes.Truly one of the worst experiences at a doctors office. Don’t recommend this place at all! No consideration for patients time.

Visionary Women’s Health is a very professional and gracious place. The office is decorated so warm and beautiful. Dr. Gueye and staff are very professional and nice. This is one of the best experiences I have had during a doctor’s office visit.
