I love my visits with Lisa. She makes you feel relaxed and heard. She never rushes you and takes her time to listen. Lisa is thorough and addresses any concerns, no matter how small. I’ll be sticking with her as long as she is in practice!

I’ve been seeing Lisa Mikles for a number of years now. She has a great bedside manner and is very gentle. The office itself is beautifully decorated and has a very calming theme that makes you feel at home. The office staff is welcoming and polite. Know that your wait time to be taken back is brief. Once taken back to a room, the medical tech does a thorough intake. What’s nice, is that they get you in an out, but note, Lisa Mikles never makes me feel that our time together is rushed. I can whole heartily recommend this practice due to my warm engagements with Lisa.

I rescheduled to see another doctor. This review is only for the receptionists. I made an appointment in early July for a recommended doctor and was told the earliest slot was Oct. 4. I showed up Oct. 4 and they told me I had no appointment for that day and my appointment was Aug. 4. Later, they told me my phone number on record was wrong. That’s why I didn’t receive any notification. The lady then booked me another appointment with someone available on that day. I was told it’s Dr. Mikels. But google results showed the lady is CRNP. With all due respect, I don’t know whether calling CRNP a doctor was a slip of tongue or the receptionist took the liberty because of my foreign look. I rescheduled to see the original doctor I missed. I have never been so disappointed with any reception like this. My whole day off just for this appointment was totally wasted!!!
