I found out that I had cancer May 2020, during COVID. I was so upset that during my surgery consultation with Dr. Merritt I was so upset I couldnt talk. Luckily I had my sister with me. On the day of my surgery, I was laying on the operating table and it finally hit me that I was in the middle of a pandemic, having my first surgery and that I wouldnt be able to have any kids and I remember crying so hard. Dr. Merritt came over and ensured me that I would be ok and he and the other staff in the operating room, came around me and prayed. That stuck with me and to this day I call him the angel that saved my life. Today Im 4 years cancer-free.

Doctor Merritt is amazing. I lost my mother 10 years ago to uterine cancer. I had abnormal cells in my labs from a biopsy. Doctor Merritt saw me less than two weeks of the report and did a radical hysterectomy two weeks after that. Its day 3 after surgery and I feel amazing. My fear of suffering like my mother was quickly taken away. I am forever thankful to first, God and forever thankful to Doctor Merritt and his staff. Hes very thorough, great bedside manner, very sweet to patient and family members. Thank you Doctor Merritt!!! Your the BEST!!!

I was referred to Dr. Merritt after a partial molar pregnancy. I was terrified, but Dr. Merritt and his staff have always been pleasant and reassuring. The waits are never long, and Dr. Merritt has even called me personally to go over my weekly/monthly labs. He also prevented me from having another unnecessary surgery which Im so thankful for. I am confident that Im in good hands with Dr. Merritt.

Dr.Merritt is the best,his staff is also wonderful every member ive came in contact with was so lovely. My mom recently had some issues and he did his job and beyond. He made sure he did everything he could and he explained everything step by step so that we would be able to fully understand what was going on. Truly the best.

Dr. Merritt is a very caring and compassionate person. If you want a doctor who will be open with you in explaining your diagnosis and all of your treatment options he is the person to see. He did a laparoscopic hysterectomy on me a few weeks ago and I recovered without any complications. I am not the easiest patient and I have low tolerance for pain, but I had very little discomfort after the first few days. An excellent physician.

Will Merritt is a lazy Dr. that pushes his wifes pharmacy. The guy has zero sense of urgency for anything, and upon hearing that I had a bit of a tough time going 6 days without a RX, he laughed. So thats where I stand on this guy. Super fake.

Dr. Merritt is a earth angel,Dr .Merritt actually listened to my concerns and was very compassionate. He gave me my life back and confirmed I actually did have endometriosis. I had a few other things as well. Dr. Merritt and his staff are amazing people! I would recommend him to any em needing hel.

Sc Oncology paying patient for 13 years. Check up with Dr, William Merritt this month.! A GI CT this week shows a lesion, requests work up. Who you gonna call? ghost busters. Not your oncologist at SCOA. I wasted 2 days faxing Dr. Mettitt records only to have him refuse to speak to me or honor 2 physicians requests to CT.

Dr. William is very professional and concerned about the patient as a hole. I really wish they would make him a PCM on post.
