Absolutely a pleasure to go to, the staff are all friendly and great. Had to get some lab test done for testosterone, and they did not charge me an arm and leg. I do not have insurance and they do indeed take self-pay. Jake, the owner even came and talked to me for a little bit. He’s a character and an overall swell guy. The staff is beyond friendly and, and make sure to get things right first time. My lab results got back to me within 48 hours.

How the name of the company is “Any Lab Test Now” but they stop doing drug tests at 1. When you signup they should inform you about that. Not have someone waste gas and hold their bladder just to come in and get turned around! The receptionist barely spoke to me. They all just looked at me with disgust. Very bad customer service. And to the owner… don’t even waste your time responding to my review. I wouldn’t recommend this lab to anyone! Save your time and go somewhere else!

Awful experience! The women in there were very rude. They don’t do drug tests after 1. Didnt find that out until i walked in. After reading the reviews i see why the women in there are unprofessional… they get it from the owner. Just save your time and go some where else.

Stupid and rude. That’s what ya get when you come in here. 3 employees sitting on their butts watching a singing reality show. The lady that took my sample should be mopping floors or something else. Terrible attitude. She mumbled to the point that I couldn’t hear her. Look at someone when you speak to them. I will not go back. Last time everyone was friendly. Not today. Some people are not meant for public service or customer care.

If you’re going here for a drug test the don’t do them after 1. I wasn’t informed until I got there at 2. That’s very inconvenient and the ladies in there were rude!

Just writing to save others a wasted trip. I was informed on 06/27/24 that pre-employment testing and walk-ins are only from 9-1 Mon-Fri. So unless you have a set time on your test order, I wouldn’t try to go after 1PM

I came in on Easter Friday and both of the women were very happy and upbeat. Helped me with anything I needed and any questions I asked. They are very fast and I recommend coming here 10 out of 10.

I had to have lab work done yesterday as a last minute change from a different, unaffiliated lab. The staff was wonderful. I had to change my appointment time twice, and they were extremely kind and gracious to do so. In person, they were prompt, friendly, meticulous, efficient, and professional. Their prices are also quite competitive. I would highly recommend this location and it’s staff for any laboratory needs one would have.

Friendly staff, got me in there an out of there. by the time I pulled out the parking lot the employer had my results a was calling with my start date !!

They open until 6 & I arrived a few minutes after 5 & they were packing up to go home & refused to do a drug screening

Both times when I originally came in to do a test I received poor customer service from one of the receptionist, she was very cold and had an attitude about even doing the test. I understand not wanting to work on the weekend but it’s not an excuse to take it out on other people.

I went to any lab for the 1st time to get a TB I had an amazing experience with my initial testing however when I returned two days later the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. I am not sure if it was a bad morning but I don’t receive the same services.

Victoria was one of the best people there that you could ask for. She was very knowledgeable about everything that I needed to have done and was prompt with the services needed. I would recommend going to see her and the prices were very reasonable.

The staff was great.Carlee took care of my injection (I hate needles by the way) and she did an excellent job though I felt the medicine which she warned me about, I did not feel the needle. I am very grateful for a wonderful first experience and will be returning. Thanks Carlee :)

Jackie was warm and welcoming upon my arrival. She explained the drug test collection procedure thoroughly and answered my questions before we began. She was very pleasant and patient when I had to drink lots of water to produce a specimen. Victoria is a really awesome employee. She went out of her way to assist me when there were troubles at the lab with my specimen. She wasnt even the collector but called several times about my test. She also did research to find me a better more suitable lab for my situation and what transpired. I feel she went beyond the scope of what is required and I really appreciated it.
