My experience here was unbelievably horribleI accidentally flushed the toilet after peeing in the cup.Disa was extremely rude! I asked to speak to Jody her supervisor and asked a staff for her name, she asked me to leave before calling the cops. And she marked me as refusal for urineThis is so unprofessional. People like this causes bad experiences for peopleI will be taking this to the higher ups

Absolutely worst place I been in my life. Already uncomfortable when I couldn’t close the door to pee and then gave her the pee and it was thrown away and told to be done again and kept rushing me!! And I wanted to leave and she charged me 20$ and someone I was with 20 and they didn’t even do the test!!! Don’t come here. And if you do , I pray for you. Horrible attitude. Laugjing at u too. Only person professional was dude in the front. God bless him. Have a awesome day

Jody and his team at SureScreen Labs are reliable and excellent to work with. As a small business owner, I thoroughly appreciate their quick responses and follow through. We frequently need labs and urine drug screens for our contractors to be compliant with job sites and the team here has always been incredibly prompt in getting those orders submitted and results returned for us. Additionally, every person I have interacted with has been kind and respectful. Thank you!

Should have listened to the reviews but it was the closer to my job. The woman at the desk was super nasty and not polite. I dont Understand why she was giving me such attitude and a hard time to get a test done. I walked out during sign in to go to a different testing lab. Horrible treatment here.

If I could rate half a star I would. Awful customer service. The front desk bad mouthed other customers loud enough for the entire building to hear. The lab tech yelled at every single customer. The office was dirty, and you could see client information behind the counter. Additionally, on my lab results my name was incorrectly spelled so the lab tech crossed the name out and re-wrote it on the actual results which is a violation. The results were false, I went to another lab that tested way below the level the lab stated I was. Do NOT go there, you could fail their drug test because they falsify their results. They will yell at you, regardless of what you are there for. I will be reporting them for violating client confidentiality and falsifying documents.

In todays world customer service expectations are typically pretty low. However ARCpoint Labs really puts a smile on your face and makes a mundane boring chore a pleasure to deal with (well, at least as bearable as it could be). Within minutes of emailing Jody I had a phone call from Jessica at their office. Come to find out Jody was out of the office and is still on the email and able to accommodate our needs. We are a small company and provide very little business to ARCPoint, but they still treat us with the utmost respect and a sense of urgency and pride in their work that is quite refreshing.

If you are having any difficulty finding a good lab LOOK NO FURTHER. They are bar none the best lab in Columbia. They take such good care of me when I need labs run. This team of folks have always been professional, quick and compassionate. Don’t have enough good things to say. Thanks y’all!

Very poor customer service. When I arrived I had to wait five minutes because no one was at the front desk to greet me. When the lady finally came she didn’t apologize for the wait. Just very unprofessional. I was the only person in the office taking a drug screen and had to wait 10 minutes for my name to be called. While I was waiting I could hear the workers having a full blown conversation that could have waited until my drug test was taken. When my name was finally called I still was not greeted. She didn’t even acknowledge me she just went on to talk about the rules of the drug screening. I was treated like trash. I took my drug test and she told me that the temperature was not reading. Which I have no clue as to why that would happen. Knowing that I do not use drugs I offered to retake the test after I have a cup of water. It was a struggle for me to use the bathroom again because I used the bathroom prior to coming as well as using it again when I took the drug test the first time. So that’s twice I had to use the bathroom. You have to pay $20 upfront and if your test does not result in the a positive result you can get the money back. I asked for my money back and was told “no.” Even though my results were never positive. The lady even told me “Well if your urine came from your body you wouldn’t have to worry about this.” Implying that I’m on drugs. Why offer for me to take the drug test again if my results weren’t positive? I believe they falsified my test and pocketed my $20. I’ve have numerous drug test and never failed. I do not use drugs. This place is a scam. They lack diversity and they are very unprofessional. This place needs to be investigated and shut down. EVERYONE NEED TO REPORT THIS BUSINESS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! FILE A COMPLAINT!

The young lady who works in the office on 03/22/2019 is rude. Her attitude sucks, she seem as though she doesnt like her job or certain people. I know this a drug screening facility but everyone that come in there is not a Junkie taking a test for something. I came in there to take a drug test for a JOB. She out of tune with her job and not a people person, need more training or just plain day a off.

I arrived 5 min before their opening time and wasnt even let into the waiting room until almost 9:00, well after they were supposed to open. I was told they were having a staff meeting. Its another 15 minutes before Im called back. I was the only one there and it took 45 minutes for a 2 minute drug screening. The staff was friendly (not the manager), and theyre the only reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1.

Drug testing is already a human rights violation so it isnt my favorite thing to do to begin with. At this facility my privacy felt even more violated because the test was performed with an open door and only a divider at a urinal for privacy. In other words I could see the Lab Tech out the corner of my eye the entire time.Get tested somewhere else.

The girl at the receptionist desk is extremely rude. When I handed her my card, she returns it to me by placing it on the table and walking away. This is by far the worst customer service ever especially for me to be paying for the damn services 🤬🤬

Horrible place, they make you wait for 40 minutes having to pee without letting you use the restroom. Wholly unprofessional

Wow. This is definitely best lab that I went. kind and nice people. They made nice customer experience. Best price!

We love ArcPOint Labs...they are quick, efficient and extremely helpful. Also, if you ever have questions, they are extremely quick to respond! Thanks guys for all you do for our organization
